The Supreme Court said no to this once. He’s behind as Trump is gaining in the 18-34 age category, so give away free stuff at election time. It’s a tried and true, but weary strategy by the left. It’s called Santa Claus…giving free stuff. We the taxpayers will pick up the cost because someone has to pay. How about those who took out the loans?

Why take out a loan for a useless degree, like in the title. You’ll be working at Starbucks. Seriously, some people shouldn’t go to college. If we had an apprentice program, a lot of people would get on the job training without incurring massive debt for no reason.
A lot of people that shouldn’t be accepted into the Ivy Leagues are based on affirmative action. They are saddled with tremendous debt and a lot of them with no or a useless degree, like Happiness, women’s studies, African studies and gender studies. There just aren’t a lot of jobs for that currently.
Worst of all, the Squad wants us to forgive the trillions of loans. I got news for you girls:

You can earn an MA in Happiness Studies at Centenary University in New Jersey for only $17,700. The university wants “to lead the happiness revolution by educating leaders who are themselves dedicated to personal, interpersonal and communal flourishing,”
The degree is probably as useful as a women’s studies degree.
Centenary University’s program will “explore the implications of happiness for individuals, the workplace, and our broader society,” according to the college’s announcement. It’s set to launch virtually in the fall and will cost students $17,700.
Student loans drove up Tuition. Campaign promises are raising the hopes of people who got themselves in trouble, either from ignorance or ideology (note the degrees above).
Some can make a go of it with a loan and a degree. That is not one size fits all. That is one size fits few really.

I wasn’t sure if this should have been a sarcasm post instead of a saying. Why? Everyone, especially sports stars, rioters, news makers and celebrities seem to think that they are owed something. They are like the rest of us, the world owes you nothing.
You are what you make of yourself and the sum of your choices that got you where you are. That means the responsibility for life is yours to either buck up or suffer for not pulling your share. The responsibility is yours and no one else’s. Except for some circumstances that are random or uncommon, ou can take either the credit or blame for where you are in life.
My advice is to do good, stop blaming anyone else and make good choices.
I found this and agree with most of it. It was written by an introvert if you couldn’t tell by the first bullet.
I used the last bullet when raising kids. It kept them (mostly) out of trouble that a lot of my friends had to go through.
A lot of it really refers to personal responsibility for your actions and outcomes. I wish more people were doing that right now instead of blaming others for their problems or as an excuse to act improperly

I saw this question by analyst James Governor in an obviously sarcastic tweet a while back during a twitter debate on the 2nd Amendment. I did not want to engage in a useless waste of time in a twitter-fest over a subject because James is educated on tech, but very wrong on certain issues such as this.
I also did not have as eloquent answer as Allen West, Representative from Florida. An African-American tells how even whites would be held in slavery were it not for the 2nd Amendment as well a lesson in history as to who are the militia and why it exists. Lessons that real Americans know. Commies want to take away guns to control the population, right James?
Allen is a true American hero and forgetting the 2nd Amendment issue, is the standard for which politicians should be held to for integrity.

Also, he notes there are never any anti-gun protesters or appeasers at NRA events. At least they are smart enough for that.
I also note that the cities with the highest crime have the most limited concealed carry laws.
It is about preserving order.

1. How will you get all the guns?
2. How will you stop the bad guys like the Taliban and Al Qaeda from using other weapons?
3. When in history was man not covetous enough to use force to take his neighbor’s property?
4. Prisoners are able to make weapons in prison without gunsmith ability, how will you stop criminals from making guns?
5. The best protection from terror and attack are the best defense or the greater ability for offense. You have now taken that away. What is your protection?
6. When in the history of man have we not been at war somewhere in the world?
So here is the answer. Send your complaints to Allen, but be prepared for a beat down like you’ve never experienced.
