I was so flabbergasted by the car, I didn’t even see the guy inside looking at me take these pictures. The next day, I saw him at there again and he wore nice shoes and is very dedicated and intense.
Not too tidy there with the car though bro. I thought you lived in it until I saw you were just a mess.
The fact is, you could pick most categories and NY would have the rudest people in the country.
One of the reasons Americans have a bad reputation in Europe for being rude, pushy, loud and arrogant is that the New Yorker’s went there first.
My home office was in New York for my last job. Because of the industry I worked in, I had to go there all the time. They were rude then and rude now. This survey is nothing new. The worst employees were from or near New York.
I left Florida because the city I lived in was the rudest in the country that year. It was also a city for the most transplanted New Yorker’s. Most of my neighbors constantly told me how much better it was in “the city”. Go the hell back and quit ruining other people’s lives.
One of my college roommates was from New York. You guessed it, another asshole.
The best thing about New York is that it is there and not where I live. Unfortunately, their government makes it so tax expensive and crime ridden, they keep leaving the compound.
I decided to watch a mini-series that takes place in NY. I looked at the buildings and recalled all of the times I hated being there. It is a dump, infested by rats, parasites, and other people. I guess it also has a lot of actual rats.
While I’m kvetching, the various NY accents grind on me. Nothing can make a pretty girl go ugly faster than her opening her mouth about coiffee, ya mutha and oi, La Gwadia eeport.
Hey, watch where you’re going and get a load of this app! It says New York City has the rudest Uber passengers in the nation.
A new survey from the ride-sharing giant has found that — surprise, surprise — Uber passengers in the Big Apple are the worst in the US when it comes to manners, while riders in the Midwest and Sun Belt are significantly nicer.
The regional ranking is based on average rider ratings doled out by Uber drivers — one to five stars based on whether passengers show up on time, leave trash in vehicles or talk to their drivers respectfully, among other factors.
New York is trailed by the fellow rude cities of Seattle, Washington, D.C. and Boston, according to Uber. Minneapolis-St. Paul takes the No. 5 spot, followed by San Francisco, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Baltimore and Chicago. (note: they are all liberal cities whose governments have ruined with their polices)
News of New York City’s dubious distinction comes after several outright attacks on Big Apple drivers in recent years.
If wokeness does still have juice in the tank, then part of its power surely comes from its amorphous nature. It resists definition and traffics in emotivist obscurantism not merely because most of its followers are not rigorous thinkers (though they are not), but also because this works better as a tactic. One cannot argue against what cannot be defined. It’s like nailing jelly to the wall.
It was in the service of defining wokeness that I have taken up my pen before. In the past, I have argued that the philosophy has its roots on the social media app Tumblr, where it was first embraced by the toxic fandom of the television show “Glee,” and then applied to try to force all of the world to become a gigantic high school where the popular and yet somehow still “oppressed” rule with an iron fist. I do not believe, and continue to not believe, that wokeness is a primarily academic phenomenon, both because the ideas that prefigured it have been swimming around academia without willing ears for a long time, and because most of the academic theories that prefigure it fail to predict the behavior of its supporters. Rather, wokeness seems to be more like the paranoia that animated the Salem Witch Trials or the McCarthy era, in that it seems to primarily appeal to young, hysterical, middle-class, and (mostly) white women. My previous essays were an attempt to see why those women would search for the ideology in the first place, and why it would attract them as such zealous followers.
(It figures Tumblr would be in there. I worked with a woke social media “person” Mauricio Godoy at IBM who loved it, then went off the deep end. I tried to protect him and he wound up backstabbing me).
However, knowing who the movement attracts is not the same as knowing what it wants. More than one exasperated conservative has asked where wokeness’s iconoclastic crusade will stop, some in book form. I believe I have found the answer to what their end goal is, and therefore what paradigm can predict their actions going forward. It may not surprise the reader that it comes from an academic source. What may come as a surprise, however, is that the academic source in question also denies the movement’s origins in academia, and not out of any fondness for wokeness. Rather, the essay in question criticizes the movement from within one of the first movements to see its rise, where that rise occurred not by means of academic theorizing, but by means of activist organizing, which produced an ideology of its own. For any conservative who has wondered what racism has to do with making America’s entire economy green at the point of a gun, or why a movement that claims to spurn neoliberalism and corporate power also faints at the very idea of questioning the “science” on an infectious disease to the point of trying to sabotage a popular entertainer, this essay is your answer.
In volume 54, issue 1, i.e. its Winter 2010 issue, the journal Orbis published a most curious essay: “Purifying the World: What The New Radical Ideology Stands For.” The essay is devilishly tricky to find, with most versions either removed from the internet or locked behind paywalls. However, through artful searching of dead links on the internet archive, I was able to download a PDF, which I have shared with Human Events.
“Its enemy is the global monolith called Empire, which exerts systemic domination over human lives, mainly from the United States. Empire does so by means of economic liberalism, militarism, multinational corporations, corporate media, and technologies of surveillance, in cahoots with, or under the thrall of, Empire’s most sinister manifestation, namely Zionism.” Sternberg posited several different labels for the new ideology, both from its opponents (“Zombie Left,” “New Barbarism,” “nihilists,” “transational progressivism,” “neoprogressivism,” “oxymoronic Left,” “cadaverous Left,” and “red fascism”), and from its supporters (“anti-globalization,” “alter-globalization,” “no-borders,” “eco-socialism,” “grass-roots globalism,” “global resistance,” “global justice movement,” “global intifada,” “transnational activism,” “protest networks,” “movement of movements,” “peace and justice movement,” and “coalition of the oppressed”). However, for Sternberg, none of these terms captured the ideology’s real purpose, and so he proposed a decidedly clunky but nevertheless revealing term: “world purificationism.” Sternberg:
Bring on the Karen’s and the feminist whiners about supposed misogyny to shoot hate darts at me. Wrong, you don’t know sarcasm and humor when it smacks you in the face.
I don’t want anymore trackers following me and reporting back to big tech. However……..There are a lot of girls that have been in and out of my life that if I’d have bought them one of these, a lot of people’s lives would have been a lot better. I don’t care about my heartbeat or how I slept, this isn’t why I’d buy one.
If I’d have known who was going to lose it in the office or anywhere else in my life, I’d invest in a box full of these gems. Just give them away on Valentines day and voila, you know when to hide or go play golf.
Come to think of it, there have been a few dudes from NY (Ed B I’m looking at you) that lost it way worse that most girls. I would have bought them one as a gift to me.
I told an Oncologist friend of mine that Covid was bullshit in 2019. She bought the narrative hook, line and sinker and is fully vaxxed. Too bad, I tried to warn her but she didn’t believe me. She’s a vaxx damaged Doctor now. She should have listened. I’m looking at you CG.
Now, when they can’t hide the truth from busting out, combined with the mid-terms starting, voila, Covid is about to be over. I’ll bet those currently in charge will try to take credit.
I got news for you. It’s been over for a long time. In fact, Covid had a survival rate of about 99.8%. Those that died had 2-3 co-morbidities which were going to get them anyway. It’s been a another hoax to scare the sheeple for control and power.
You want to know why?
Now, I (occasionally) feel bad for those who got jabbed and we’ll have to wait to find out what the real damage is. For now, a compromised immune system gives you AIDS, or VAIDS. Either way, you aren’t as good at naturally fighting off diseases and viruses before you were jabbed.
The educated are sitting around like this because we don’t know what the outcome is going to be.
Anyway, here is the list of why the pandemic is about to be over.
When I went to Milan, the fashion capital of Italy I was expecting gorgeous clothes on stunning women. What I got was a parade of yoga pants, in this case done worse than in the USA.
No matter where I go now, be it the grocery store, a restaurant, walking anywhere it’s pretty much what you see on girls of all age.
I got news for you. Most of you shouldn’t be wearing them, or shouldn’t be wearing them outside the house. I get that it is the fashion trend and they are comfortable, but a lot of you fill them out way more than they were meant to. This is even true in the gym, where they are acceptable.
Well, it’s a boon to guys who want to check you out, unless you are an exhibitionist. It hides nothing and reveals everything. A lot of you shouldn’t be wearing thongs underneath them either. Those are supposed to be sexy and there are few over their mid twenties that make them look that way.
Don’t come back with guys with beer bellies and butt cracks because I’ll get to that in another post.
For now, here’s why:
Camel Toe
If you really want to laugh, play this song because it describes almost every name there is for this part of the anatomy. It’s freakin’ hilarious.
Some call it the haves and the have nots, the rich and the poor, the rulers and the ruled.
I see it as those who seek power and the others who don’t. I see both sides and have noticed more and more that there are those who disregard the law because they think they are above it, and everyone else.
There is enough evidence to know that the meeting on the runway with the AG and Bill Clinton wasn’t about their kids. It’s coming out that the Russia gate scandal was just an insider job to not let Trump take their power away. Those who claim a crime was committed are the ones who did it.
They are criminals, and will probably get away with it, unlike Jeffrey Weinstein, who didn’t hang himself.
John Durham, the man chosen by former Attorney General William Barr as special counsel to unearth possible malfeasance before and during the Trump–Russia investigation, is a sly fox, in the best sense.
Just when people, including Donald J. Trump, have written him off, complaining that he wasn’t doing anything, that his investigation was a sham, he quietly dumps information that creates a political earthquake.
That those known Trump–Russia liars—The New York Times and The Washington Post—have, as of this writing, and it’s been a few days, not even dared to report Durham’s latest court filing is a sure sign that it’s indeed a serious quake, with potential aftershocks to come.
But before I go further, I would like to call attention to the principle of jurisprudence “Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” (False in one thing, false in all). Although written in Latin, it’s English common law from the early 17th century, stating that “a witness who testifies falsely about one matter is not credible to testify about any matter.”
While this may not always be true, it frequently is and most people apply it in their daily lives. When someone lies to us, we cease to trust them. It’s common sense from common law.
So back to Durham’s latest filing. Jack Phillips reported right here in The Epoch Times.
“Special counsel John Durham’s team alleged on Feb. 12 that a tech executive aligned with the Democratic Party spied on former President Donald Trump’s residences and the White House when Trump was president,” Phillips said.
“Durham said in a court filing that the spying took place in order to establish an “inference” and “narrative” to tie Trump to the Russian government.”
There is a string of dead bodies behind the Clinton’s and they won’t do a day of time behind bars because there are 2 sets of rules.
The rest of us would never see the light of day for the crimes these people committed.
I gave up caring. They want power and money. Sooner or later they will be moved out of the way for the next power grab. I just want them to take their money and go away and leave the rest of us alone.
Stop trying to play God or king/queen. We don’t need rulers and are getting tired of it. You know how I know? Look at the truckers in Canada. Look at the 30 representatives not running for re-election in November. They have been moved out and people get tired of them sooner or later.
It is just history repeating itself.
Here is a glimpse at the next round of people playing god with the one world order by using Covid as the switch to control the population. It’s not new. It has happened since the beginning of time.
The pattern here is the great re-set and Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum. Take a look at who goes to Davos and those are the ones who have their set of rules.
Here are his list of recent flying monkey graduates who think they will take over the world:

In the end, they will die. Their places in hell are reserved. I just wish they would leave the rest of us alone and stop ruining our lives. We’d rather not have to deal with them, but like the truckers, we can if we have to.
I may write more about this, but don’t want to get on their radar really. I know that I obey the law and they act like they are above it, but in the end they are not.
When I was raising a girl scout, I bought dozens of these waist killers. I brought them into work one day and offered them to my co-workers. While most declined or took one or two, Laura Knapp, from the NHD proceeded to knock down an entire sleeve as I watched in disbelief. I thought it was an imposition on my generosity, but then she was in the meme.
Hanging a towel on your junk is a joke that Jeff Foxworthy made about the side effects of Viagra. I learned about the pencil trick from off color office banter at some point in my working career.
They aren’t fooling me about what they are hanging doughnuts on. It’s below the belt humor.
People do this when they get bored. It is sophomoric, but funny to me as I have a 12 year old’s sense of humor.
Selfies are Me, me, me. It’s all about me and getting likes.
It’s why introverts have a life advantage, we have no need to show off about what we eat, drink, who we are with and what we do. I’ve noticed that the more intelligent also don’t have the need to be so narcissistic.
On my rare social media posts, it’s usually about my dog.
I’m sure they think they look good, but as we look back on some of the do’s that we thought looked good at the time, I don’t think this is going to age well.
First of all, he sold the rights a few years ago, so he can’t really claim any control or make any demand, dumbass. Second, he’s wrong about Covid and Rogan has scientists and doctors on his podcast who know the actual facts.
He’s just another Karen who gives Canada and celebrities a bad name. Go back home and leave us the hell alone. Canada has some pretty horrible Covid policies so maybe he’d be happier.
It is reported that he has maybe 2.4 million followers total. Rogan gets as many as 50 million per episode, especially when he has a Covid expert on.
None of his music has been very good since he left Crosby, Stills and Nash. No one gives a flying fig.
It’s Karen’s like him that make you dislike people who got famous but should just STFU.
I’ve listened to them both. Rogan is very entertaining. Young’s music isn’t very good (I change the channel and have for decades when he comes on).
I’d be OK if Spotify kicked him off or agreed to let him go. No one would notice.
First, they stop sponsoring NASCAR, now they are being inclusive. When will these companies learn that most regular people don’t want to hear about this crap.
I don’t eat much candy anymore, but I’ve loved M&M’s since I was a kid, especially peanut.
At least the green one is a girl, because I always picked them out to eat last.
The reality is every one of them is the same to a color blind or blind person. A little food coloring is the only difference.
I hate everything Woke and I’m going to have to really think about this one as I usually boycott everything woke. Fortunately, I love Reece’s pieces, which are the same thing.
Could we go back to melt in your mouth and not in your hands please?
he beloved M&M characters are becoming more “inclusive” with several changes that are subtle but noticeable.
Mars Wrigley, which owns M&Ms, announced on Thursday a “global commitment to creating a world where everyone feels they belong and society is inclusive.”
The green M&M character will lose her peach-colored legs and stiletto boots in favor of white legs and sneakers after criticism that the character was sexualized. Mars said it wanted the green M&M to be “better represented to reflect confidence and empowerment, as a strong female, and known for much more than her boots.”
….it goes on, but it’s not worth reading. Just like the rest of being woke or PC, it’s nonsense by people that have too much time on their hands and are looking to be offended. Go TF away from us.
“All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone,” Blaise Pascal wrote in the 17th century.
I like others and have socialized for many decades, but given the choice I’d rather be alone.
I watch people who don’t know what to do with themselves if they are alone. Now, a lot of people don’t know what to do with themselves without a phone.
Instead of looking at it as withdrawing from others, I view it as learning to enjoy the time alone and discover the real me.
Writing has been invaluable to me. I write here, but my diaries are hundreds of thousands of words that are how I find out who I am and how to cope with the day to day issues. It helps me put my thoughts together before I have to face people because most can out talk me before I can put my thoughts together cogently.
Once you have mastered the ability to be alone, you have freed yourself from the bonds of others to live life on your own terms.
I knew it when they put the press on to get everyone jabbed. It stunk then without this proof, but now those pushing the jab along with the mandates and the mRNA need to be flushed.
The study found that the COVID vaccines cause more COVID cases per million (+38% in US) and more deaths per million associated with COVID (+31% in US).
The abstract says:
The statistically significant and overwhelmingly positive causal impact after vaccine deployment on the dependent variables total deaths and total cases per million should be highly worrisome for policy makers. They indicate a marked increase in both COVID-19 related cases and death due directly to a vaccine deployment that was originally sold to the public as the “key to gain back our freedoms.” The effect of vaccines on total cases per million and its low positive association with total vaccinations per hundred signifies a limited impact of vaccines on lowering COVID-19 associated cases.
These results should encourage local policy makers to make policy decisions based on data, not narrative, and based on local conditions, not global or national mandates. These results should also encourage policy makers to begin looking for other avenues out of the pandemic aside from mass vaccination campaigns.
In other words, we were lied to
The vaccines are making this worse, not better. This is why we are not getting ourselves out of the hole. Mandating vaccines are making this
This is hardly the first study to reach those conclusions. These studies, all done independently, found the same thing—the more you vaccinate, the worse things get.
We didn’t fall for any of their lies. I knew the jab stunk when they were doing everything possible to say that it was the panacea. That was before the evidence came out that it doesn’t protect anyone from getting or transmitting the Wuhan Kung Flu.
Don’t buy anything from Fauci or any current government on what to do for Covid.
I always take the red pill and am glad I did on this one.
I’m amazed at the stupid we’ve become because of social media, the woke and the tripe that TPTB want us to believe. Oh yes, and those who actually believe the nonsense that is coming out of places like Washington DC and Davos.
Sometimes I wonder if I’m the only one who sees through this shit.
You also don’t give a shit so you say what needs saying. I stopped caring whether people liked me a long time ago. If they don’t, it’s one less person to have to worry about. I can do it while being polite too, so it’s not an asshole thing.
Not caring what people think, another of my super powers.
And all the while, they say the vaxxed are protected from Covid. If so, why are they still getting it and are being infected more by the Omicron variant?
It’s the educated that see the bleak future that is the jab. Just look up autoimmune problems that the jabbed are coming down with.
Or, you could just see the list of soccer players (footballers outside of the USA) who are dying weekly from heart attacks.
Every time I see a person under 65 who dies early of a stroke or heart attack, I know it is the jab.
It’s just the next woke thing after racism, but the drinking fountain analogy is what the current government is trying to foist on us.
Actually, every day is national introvert day for me. I couldn’t be happier not having to deal with the drain and drama that other people are.
Now, how to celebrate? I’m not telling anyone other than what I type here. It’s my day and no one else needs to know. I’m sure other introverts know, but they don’t want to make a big deal of it either. It’s like birthdays and holidays. I’d rather not have them as too much is made of them when in fact they are just another day.
So I dedicated this to our current government, Fauci, the Jab, the CCP, MSM, celebtards, sportstards, freeloaders who could be working, social media and those trying to control the narrative on things like Covid, Election Fraud, race hustlers, mail in ballots and a lot of other 2021 crap.
There, did I cover everything? I think not but I’ll get to it in 2022.
Oh, and Epstein didn’t hang himself and neither will Ghislaine Maxwell.
Here’s hoping that it’s a better year than the last two.
My New Year’s resolution is the same as every year. I don’t have one because they are nonsense. Most people break them and it is a childish tradition. If you don’t have enough discipline to do what needed to be done without it being a new year, you don’t have much chance at making this one either.
I am a lot happier that way without having to live up to other people’s expectations, which is what it really is.
I wish the same for everyone that they have a happy day and year. At least we have an election to look forward to. Maybe we’ll return to sanity.
First of all, this like Valentines Day are celebrations I call amateur night. People who make a huge deal of a day don’t know how to handle it and these are the ones that over do it. I avoid them and the carnage they bring on others from being too boisterous, not being sincere to who they really are to doing things like driving drunk and causing unnecessary harm to others.
To me, it’s just another day. Hopefully I’ll wake up tomorrow, and if I do, it will be the same as every other day. I can enjoy it for being the day that it is without having to heap any false hype on it.
I don’t recall being up at midnight in recent years because I’d rather sleep and feel better tomorrow. I gave up drinking a long time ago and will feel a lot better than the pretenders who think that they need to be the life of the party. I don’t have to put my hope of entertainment on an event that isn’t significant on 12:01.
Sure, some will call me a party-pooper, but then I’d have to care what others think of me, and I don’t. I’m not motivated by likes on social media either because I have a life lived on my terms. Not being defined by others has helped me not to be dependent on others for my happiness.
I don’t have any regrets for acting the fool because I overdid it the night before.
I hope others enjoy and do whatever it is that they are going to do. I don’t need the attention and am happier with my dog and a book.
Oh, I live with an extrovert. It doesn’t make her any happier, but I’ve been clear that you can’t make me extroverted because you are. She’s come to realize that tomorrow will happen just like today, yesterday and the day before.
No one will give a tinkers damn about New Years in a couple of days anyway, so I don’t today.
I don’t suffer from expectations not met, or hangovers that aren’t necessary.
Cut the shit. The passports are just the next level of control of the masses. All through history, there have been those who try to be the ruling class.
Look at Cuba, North Korea and China to know that we don’t want that.
If you read this from time to time, sooner or later you get around to the facts I present on Climate/Global Warming and what is really behind it. If it offends you, either present me with facts how it is true (I’ll start with the movie Inconvenient (bunch of lies) Truth, or go away.
For most it is about money and control (kind of like Covid). I think Greta has been brainwashed and is being used by those who pull the strings. Knowing what I know about the autism spectrum, it is easy to do and is tragic that they’ve used her like this. They gave her a taste of fame and social media likes as a trade and there is no going back for her now.
Nevertheless, it provides me with meme material, so here it is.
This explains everything. It’s always a new scare or a threat that the world is going to end. It never does, nor do any of the predictions come through.
I don’t know how people think that the jab is safe. Omicron is now mixing with other corona viruses like the common cold producing less virulent strains. Your chances of surviving Covid (99.9 for most people) are better than the vaxx it looks like.
The evidence is out there. Here is a portion of the issues with the jab. Who knows what the long term affects will turn out to be, but look to protect your heart and other vital organs if you got stuck.

If you find yourself confused about the mixed guidance when it comes to Covid-19 vaccines and safety concerns, you’re not alone.
While the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is marketing widespread use of the emergency-use vaccines in the U.S. for both old and young alike, many other countries are limiting Covid-19 vaccine use. Health officials around the world are giving varying advice on safety issues as Covid-19 vaccines are given to…
I drove over the holidays to see some family. It was only 4 hours, but in the time, I passed a double digit number of cars abandoned on the highway with highway patrol stickers on them.
What did they have in common? They were all either pieces of shit or treated like shit. How these people even attempted to take a trip is beyond me.
I get if that what you have is all you can drive, but at least have the car checked before you leave. It costs way more to have it towed and to have your means of getting to work out of commission.
It’s cheaper and a hell of a lot less hassle to deal with to rent a car for a long trip if yours isn’t going to make it. Hell, Jiffy Lube will tell you if your POS needs something fixed when they try to up sell you from an oil change.
For the rest of us that made it, those cars broken down by the side of the road cause traffic to mess up or slow down unnecessarily.
Moral of the story, don’t ruin your trip, your next week(s) and our trip when it’s easier to take care of your vehicle properly.
I’m not in the dating scene, but I learned early not to put up with any shit. When it got too thick, I was moving on. The field just thins itself for those who have the slightest bit of common sense these days.
Moral of the story, don’t go with popular group think. Be your own man (for real men).
I’m sure this works both ways because I’ve seen enough woke dudes who are perfect for real women not to select. I can’t speak for them because the real women speak for themselves.
By 2025, there will be over 1 billion women experiencing menopause in the world, which will be 12% of the entire world population. Most women hit menopause by their 50s. However, changes in the body start to appear earlier than you might think, often many years before a woman officially hits menopause. This time in a woman’s life can bring bothersome and debilitating symptoms which can significantly affect a woman’s health and daily routines….
It goes on with the article.
AND THEN IT HIT ME
There are 1 billion women experiencing menopause in the world. I got scared and pulled the covers over my head for the day.
I also realize why Al Gore was wrong on global warming.
See, I told you if you hung around long enough someone would get offended….
I’ve done Duo Lingo for over 1000 days in a row. It’s good for “older” people to challenge your mind, plus I get to speak and understand other than English. I get to poke the European’s in the eye a bit who claim that American’s only speak English (my wife’s family). Let’s not forget that we are a country of immigrants.
I also have a hard time not wanting to win everything I enter. I consider it a failure not to give it your 100%.
I’ve worked my way up to the diamond league and every week you compete against 29 other people. I’ve won 3 times, including last week.
I didn’t just win, I dominated my group. I had it sowed up by Thursday and just watched the others not try as I kept at it.
I have a real hard time not competing. As Vince Lombardi once said, “If winning isn’t everything, why do they keep score?”
My screen name is Italian for my real name. I studied Italian, German, Latin, French, Spanish and Klingon last week.
I dated a flight attendant who survived the Dallas Crash where they discovered wind sheer. She made it when only about 30 of 300 survived. She was at the back of the plane. I read that you have a better chance of surviving statistically in the back of a crashing plane.
I’d just rather not crash.
I’m exercising my Covid excuse not to go somewhere right now by just not flying.
I feel this way a lot of the time, not just Saturday. I hadn’t thought about doing the cough one, but I am now if someone doesn’t social distance or I can’t avoid them.
There are a lot of conversations I don’t start. As soon as I leave the house it’s on.
And this next one, I have way more conversations in my head than with others, even though it is about them. Just like the one above, it’s not worth it to talk to them, but way worth it to talk about them to me.
It’s why I don’t go to high school or college reunions. The people who are my friends and that I want to talk with, I do. If I don’t, this is the reason.
How I end 90% of my conversations, usually with one word…right, fine, good, ok.
When I give up trying because the other person just isn’t worth it (or all of my ex’s, I just wish I’d learned it in college).
I had to work with famous people at my job. I understood that they got to play by a different set of rules. It was only because others put them on a pedestal and let them.
I learned they are like everyone else, flawed. It’s just that they got away with their flaws because of fame and money.
Well, not with me. I did what I had to do and then got the hell away as quickly as I could, at the job and in life.
I go the other way when I see them now because I know who and what they are.
Now, justice is starting to be served. I’m not going to get into it other than you can read it everywhere. There is not a person outside of hollywood that didn’t know what a farce and a waste of time and money this was.
In my travels, I’ve been to both Pearl Harbor and Hiroshima. To me, it was the beginning and the effective end of the War for the USA. The European Theater started much earlier, but it was before our country was forced into the action.
I am related to some who fought in both Theaters. They were people who had to grow up at 18. They had the lives of others in their hands, and some didn’t know if they would make it through the day. Some froze in the winter in Belgium, and others were in the primitive jungles of the South Pacific.
I’m sure they didn’t like their situation, but they had a sense of duty and patriotism. To a person, they all said they did their job and rarely bragged and never complained. Times were harsh back then and they did a lot of things that allow us to be here today, speaking English instead of Japanese or German.
There are only 2 survivors from the USS Arizona left, both are 100. There are about 150 left from Pearl Harbor, also centenarians or close. That means they were 20 or so. They were adults making real life decisions.
Now, everything is racist or woke or a problem (recently Thanksgiving). I wonder how the squad will figure out a way to denigrate patriotism on this anniversary to enhance themselves.
Most of those at 18 today are to immature to trust them with life altering decisions. They are too busy being offended to grow up.
It chaffs my butt when I post stuff and I get ungrateful comments about how the enemy was treated or killed. War is about blowing stuff up and killing people to end it as soon as you can to save lives. I have little patience for the woke or those who are more interested in cleansing history rather than embracing what made us who we are (except for the woke).
I had one chap from the UK trying to trash the USA on a post like this saying that the Russians fought two fronts, but we didn’t. He was trashing the USA for helping out the Europeans. I mentioned the Pacific Theater and his commie ass shut up because of facts.
Soon, there will only be memories, something that the socialists are trying to write out of the textbooks. Why? Because it was times like this that made America great. Now, it just seems that the current group of politicians, celebtards, MSM and social media idiots are the enemy of our country. They are trying to tear down our country because history didn’t write itself the way they want it in their unicorn world.
As for me, I think back on the sacrifices made for me to be able to live the life that I had. A lot of people lost their lives 80 years ago, and a lot more would suffer for the next 80 years of greatness. I loathe those idealogues trying to take that away for personal gain, greed, money or power.
That group could be easily defeated by unplugging the internet and then they wouldn’t know what to do. I could write in cursive or make them use a map and they’d be chasing their tales wondering how to boil water.
Try to appreciate a veteran, or someone who is in public service like the police, the firemen and others who sacrifice yet get denigrated. I thanked a veteran yesterday at the store for his service. I think he was Korean vintage, but it doesn’t matter to me. I always say thanks for your service.
My friend George loves picking his in the car. He has fat fingers and we call it rooting, like what pigs do for food.
It reminds me of the scene in Seinfeld when he was scratching his nose, but got busted as it looked like he was picking it.
Even funnier was in Caddyshack when they bet if the Smails kid would pick his nose, and then bet if he would eat it. I know it’s gross, but my humor is sophomoric.
I notice people going in and out of my blog. I kind of know where they stand when I pick a subject they don’t agree with me about as they are gone. I never really cared though as this is one of the outlets for my thoughts.
I don’t take particularly hard political stances, because most of politics is dancing with the devil, a house of cards built on sand.
I do however call out facts that go against someone’s personal beliefs sooner or later. I’ve never met anyone who agrees with me on everything. It’s just that I’m old enough now to call bullshit on things that are just too obvious for me to be hoodwinked into. I shake my head at people who buy into stuff that doesn’t have a chance of being supported by anything other than ideology, power, control or money.
Go to my tag cloud on the right and pick your poison. I even put in the about section that I’ve offended people.
Heck, just look at the post below where I state the obvious not because of my politics, rather a persons obvious track record screams the truth about what is going on.
How did the Omicron variant get into Australia if the unvaxxed can't leave or enter? This is where the narrative falls apart. If people can't see it now there is no hope. We have to stand up once and for all or it will never stop.
How much longer are they going to keep trying to get us to buy into this nonsense?
The Delta variant was supposed to be so bad, until it wasn’t. It was stated early on that it was far more contagious, yet less deadly. It turned out to be not the scare they wanted, so we’ve now moved past Xi to Omicron. Almost all viruses work that way. Each variant is less harmful, so they have to make it seem more harmful.
It is becoming clear to me that the pattern is to use scare tactics with a new variant for control (and money, see below). Covid is a control mechanism, not the virus that should shut down the world, except that it was available for the power hungry to use. They used it to pull the levers for their own means.
Over the last two years, globalists have confirmed that FEAR, not “science,” is their ultimate mechanism of control over humanity.
I first thought how convenient a new variant scariant is, just in time for the annual let’s cancel Christmas effort. The money was going to dry up because not enough people were getting jabbed or re-jabbed.
WHEN A VARIANT IS NOT A VARIANT
The omicron “variant” media hysteria is pure fiction. It’s nothing but a 1984-style Orwellian psychological terrorism operation that has been engineered to keep the populations of the world enslaved and obedient while terrorist governments carry out their global depopulation / genocide programs.
The evil genius of this narrative is that it requires no evidence whatsoever. Since no one can actually see a “variant” — and since no isolated omicron viral samples exist anywhere in the world for lab test confirmations — a coordinated mass media hysteria campaign simply implants human consciousness with the illusion of omicron, accompanied by extreme fear.
To date, no one in America has even been diagnosed with the variant, and no one has died from it anywhere on the planet. Yet thanks to mass media journo-terrorism, half of America is now freaking out over something that likely doesn’t exist at all. “Omicron” is almost certainly a coordinated fabrication.
Yet out of nowhere, the media has managed to program the population to lose their minds upon mention of the word, “mutations.” Although random mutations in genetic material take place literally millions of times each day in every human being’s own body, suddenly “mutations” are the scariest thing imaginable, according to the hyperventilating media. (Which is why I call omicron a “scariant,” not a variant.)
Again, the MSM are the purveyors of lies and political obfuscation
– Robert W. Malone, MD, virologist and inventor of mRNA vaccines
The normal course of viral mutations is to become more contagious/transmissible but LESS lethal. This new COVID variant appears to be following that path, but the media will be right there, pointing out that it’s not impossible for a virus to become MORE lethal. Indeed, oh yee enlightened ones, anything is possible…if you just believe.
DIVERTING THE MEDIA HYPE OFF OF WAUKESHA
When a hate crime doesn’t fit the narrative, you get new Covid…..
The yard apes in the media went bonkers on Friday promoting the new, improved covid called Omicron. The rollout include a dip in the stock market and a presidential ban on travel from major African countries. The Karen governor of New York cancelled all elective surgeries.
The New York Times offered as proof, “U.K. confirms two cases of Omicron coronavirus variant.” Two CASES.
Not deaths.
Cases.
4,000 miles from our coast.
1 in 28 million Brits won the Omicron Lottery and our government is shutting down the country.
This is the same government that refused to nip AIDS in the bud by shutting down bathhouses in San Francisco and contact tracing. I believe that call was made by Tony Fauci, too.
Sajid Javid, Britain’s health secretary, told NYT, “Thanks to our world class genomic sequencing, we have been made aware of two U.K. cases of the Omicron variant. We have moved rapidly, and the individuals are self-isolating while contact tracing is ongoing.”
Meanwhile in Wisconsin, the government is letting violent career criminals walk free knowing people will die.
That policy killed 6 Americans in Waukesha.
Omicron has killed no Americans.
Just the News reported, “In a prophecy 14 years in the making, the Milwaukee prosecutor whose office let Waukesha parade massacre defendant Darrell E. Brooks off on $1,000 bail for an earlier serious offense admitted his steadfast support for bail reform would one day have deadly consequences.
“‘Is there going to be an individual I divert, or I put into a treatment program, who is going to go out and kill somebody?’ Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm asked in an interview with the Milwaukee-Journal-Sentinel in 2007. ‘You bet. Guaranteed. It’s guaranteed to happen. It does not invalidate the overall approach.'”
So here’s how this works. Your government is taking taxpayer dollars and paying that to big pharma companies for COVID vaccines and treatment. Those pharma companies are in turn paying your congressional leaders and their campaigns thousands of dollars. It’s theft from Americans disguised as a pandemic.
The move creates a massive shift of wealth back to the top percentage of leaders in the nation. The same leaders who are telling you what you can and cannot do as an American. The same leaders who are deciding if you can or cannot work, must mask, or even are forcing you to take a COVID vaccine that you may not want.
So while Americans suffer, our leaders continue to prosper and live above the rules they create for us. Omicron will not be the last wave of COVID, not as long as the corrupt leaders of our nation continue to prosper. It is government corruption at its finest.
Omicron is not Xi because everyone is afraid of the Chinese getting upset. Why is that? It’s because they are being paid off or they wouldn’t care.
The whole ruse is bullshit
Finally, it’s racist I guess, like everything else. Here’s your dose of sarcasm
It doesn’t matter because it’s near the top of the list of blogs I look at in the morning. His mornings are a lot funnier than mine with his morning coffee and smokes, and really tough work hours.
It took me a while to figure out what he did, but I think he is a mechanic. A lot of his blog stuff doesn’t concern it other than going to work and them trying to screw him out of a job because of the jab. I am following closely to hope he beats the system and gets to keep working. He looks like a pretty talented worker and would be valuable to whoever picks him up.
What is great is that his tool collection/stuffed garage and how he can fix damn near everything is intriguing. His followers send him old tools that they don’t use, but he knows exactly how to use them/fix them if they are broken and tells tales about how he has used them on a job. No matter how much I bitch, no one sends me anything like that.
I find his car project, a Sprite to be funny also. He’s put months or years into fixing it and every drive is an adventure as to if it will make it home or where it’s gone. I saw him threaten to sell it after owning in as a project for years. I’ve been a car guy forever and love these stories.
Back to the Vaxx, he has done his homework on what it can do to you and I agree with his position many hundreds of percent. It is surprising given that he lives near Portland. That has become a hellhole (I had a daughter who lived there) and not known for people educated like him.
I’ll give him this, he is very generous with helping others, especially his family and I don’t know if they appreciate it enough.
I’d have to think that a red blooded female would rather look at nice buns about the middle of the body on the backside than one on top of the head, just sayin’.
I know we had long hair and thought it looked good. For the most part, we grew out of it and look back on it with the same feeling as we do leisure suits.
Because of my personality, being loyal was a trait that overrode protecting myself. I did a lot of stuff that while during it, was a terrible chore. I did my duty because I thought it was my responsibility. I gave myself completely to friendships when all of the effort was for naught. Afterwards, I frequently felt betrayed by others. They didn’t do any share of the relationship or a joint project.
This first happened to me at single digits of age and continued through my work career and hobbies like biking.
I recall the feeling of being betrayed by others and realized they were self-centered. I didn’t understand this concept and had to learn about it the hard way. I had extended myself only to have my minimal expectations (some sense of returned loyalty) ignored or rebuffed.
Being a pattern person, I recognized what was going on and finally started withdrawing my full commitment. This bothered me as I hate giving less than 100% to a friendship or a task, and it gave me no satisfaction. In fact I felt I was selling myself short. The outcome was predictable every time.
Finally, after realizing that guarding myself was more important than worrying about what others might think, I started saying no. I didn’t want to anymore. I didn’t want to go through what I knew would be a one sided effort that left me disappointed again and again. I was tired of being hurt or betrayed. Others do it easily without concern for anyone. I had to learn to say no.
This was tough to do at first, but I had to protect myself or life would continue to be tough on me. I was tough on myself more than others.
I found that there is some initial pain on both sides of the relationship, but mostly mine. It has saved me in the long run. I now don’t do a lot of things that I know are just not going to be worth it. I’m much more careful as to what I’m going to commit to, either in tasks or relationships.
I’ve found some peace once I realized that others don’t give a shit usually other than about themselves. They quickly forget about it and me. I don’t get over it near as quickly, feeling that I’ve let someone down, but it passes and I realize that I’ve prioritized myself rather than others because it was necessary. It’s not selfish, rather a means of self-protection for me.
Of course, I thought I “suffered” from Mauerbauertraurigheit, but then it became my friend and I’ve eliminated a lot of grief. I used to give and give until I was overwhelmed to the point that I completely withdrew and couldn’t control doing so. Now, I recognize it in advance and purposely do it when I know it’s not going to be worth it.
I weigh the benefit against the cost and don’t do a “duty” or what I perceive as an expectation. There is a price for my loyalty, it is at least some in return. Otherwise, you don’t see me anymore.
Just like a person driving down the street with their seat belt outside the door sparking on the road. It signals, I’m stupid as hell, stupid as hell, stupid as hell.
I wish these people would grow up and get a life so they would stop ruining others.
I put in the about section recently that sooner or later you will get offended if you read my stuff long enough. I can eliminate the woke if there are any left.
I’ve enjoyed social distancing. It allows me to keep people away that I don’t want to talk to. I can see it coming a mile away and with Covid I can pull away, claiming the 6 foot “health” distance.
I can’t stand it when people get in your face and won’t take the social hint that I want to be done. I try not to be rude, but some people have to be stopped. This is perfect. Some people won’t take no for an answer. This is the perfect no.
As usual, I probably shouldn’t be allowed to have one as I would use it too often. I’d probably burn it out from overuse.
A Dutch man had to undergo reconstructive surgery on his penis after a cobra bit his manhood during a safari trip in South Africa — causing it to rot.
The 47-year-old victim suffered scrotal necrosis after the cold-blooded serpent, which was lurking in the toilet bowl, attacked, according to Urology Case Reports.
In what the medical journal described as the first case of “snouted cobra envenomation of the genitals,” the unidentified man had to wait three hours before he was flown by helicopter to the nearest trauma center some 220 miles away.
“His penis and scrotum were noted to be swollen, deep purple in color, and painful on hospital admission. Scrotal necrosis was diagnosed, and he received multiple doses of a non-specific snake venom antiserum and broad-spectrum antibiotics,” according to the medical report.
The man reported vomiting and a burning sensation as well as pain that shot up from his groin into the abdomen and upper chest – though he developed no neurological symptoms during the ordeal.
He required hemodialysis due to acute kidney injury before undergoing reconstructive surgery.
“The scrotal necrosis was reported to involve the entire fascia (skin to internal spermatic) and was excised with extensive margins. Primary closure was performed, leaving a drain in situ,” Urology Case Reports said.
“The defect in the penile shaft was treated by superficial debridement and a vacuum assisted closure pump. After 9 days, the patient was repatriated to the Netherlands,” it added.
A plastic surgeon later performed a “penile shaft debridement, with extensive resection of dead tissue extending into the corpus spongiosum to the fold of the preputium.” A graft from the groin was then placed over the penis and he has made a full recovery.
Necrosis – or necrotizing fasciitis, commonly referred to as the “flesh-eating disease” — is a potentially deadly condition caused by bacteria infecting tissue. The condition, which spreads quickly, requires immediate treatment with intravenous antibiotics.
