Did you hear about the free abortions and sterilizations on offer at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this week? Incredibly, the news is real. Abortion-inducing drugs (mifepristone and Plan B) will be doled out from the back of a Planned Parenthood RV, along with vasectomies, just a few blocks from a convention that will embrace a radical abortion-until-birth policy that would have been unthinkable, even for Democrats, just a decade ago.
Republican vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance was savaged by the corporate press for repeatedly describing Democrats as “anti-family” in media appearances last week. Now, as if to prove Vance’s point, here they are with an abortion van at their convention and supporters marching through the streets dressed as abortion pills. As my colleague Jordan Boyd noted, Planned Parenthood’s euphemistically labeled “mobile health center” might not be an officially DNC-sanctioned part of the convention, but it fits right in with the party’s macabre platform that would federalize abortion law and allow it through all nine months of pregnancy.

Despite his name, his family, his party, Bobby Junior is a politician. So first we need to verify and legitimize the definition of that term.
A politician is a parasite wriggling in the contaminated ooze on which the temple of hypocrisy floats. Once in office, he/she confuses the rhetoric of his/her own sanctimonious faux virtue for mandates from “the American people.” In many cases, politicians are easily distinguishable from such persons as Boss Tweed, Al Capone, Karl Marx, and Cesare Borgia.
Junior’s problem apparently stems from irreversible damage to his brain from a worm which set up housekeeping in it some years ago. The most visible result is, of course, his dysphonia, which makes listening to him speak an exercise in cringe, as are his stances on such things as climate, military readiness, Social Security funding, and amnesty for non-violent drug offenders.
I refuse to listen to ANY politician speak on ANY topic ANYTIME. I believe NOTHING any of them say, EVER. As for whom RFK Jr will support or go job begging to, no instrument has yet been devised to measure my indifference.
Can’t remember if it was Will Rogers or Mark Twain who said what we really need is one day a year of open season with no bag limit on politicians.
And I really like that meme running around these days which shows an overhead shot of Congress in session with the caption, “Let’s tar and feather just one of ‘em and see what happens.”
Menendez could be the beginning of a wonderful trend, but I betcha he gets a pardon from the
Delaware Dumbass.
Democrats, whether politicians or no, are narrow-minded, self-deluding, fake progressive, hypocritical, smug, misinformed, unicorn-riding, entitlement-addicted, climate-hysterical, power-hungry faddistes more concerned with fe-e-e-elings than reality.
