Describe one positive change you have made in your life

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

When starting out in the business world I learned to see opportunities and I decided to walk through the right door.

I also ended a bad relationship from college freeing me up to get ahead. After finding out that she was cheating afterwards it confirmed that I was making the right decisions

  1. In 1985, after 30 years of smoking, I dropped the habit. No especially triumph of will . . . merely the fact that cigarettes had gone up to over 6 bucks a carton and I had very little hope of making the American Olympic Smoking Team. Apparently I’m not easily or deeply addicted to chemicals.

Then a few years later, after a rather jarring myocardial infarction, I decided to quit swingin so goddam hard at golf balls . . . a decision which dropped my handicap back down into single digits again after many years around 12 based on some neanderthal need to murdify the ball off the tee.
