Here Are The White House Covid Files, Click To Find Out What They Did To Us

In July 2021, a senior Pfizer board member secretly began working with a Biden Administration operative to suppress criticism of Covid vaccines on X, newly released internal documents from X show.

Top officials at Twitter (now X) viewed the men – Dr. Scott Gottlieb, the Pfizer director, and Andy Slavitt, the operative, who had officially left a senior White House post just weeks before – as speaking for the administration in their censorship demands, the documents show.

The new documents raise constitutional and legal concerns about the Biden Administration’s social media censorship efforts, as well as Pfizer’s role in banning criticism of a product that made up almost half its sales in 2021.

Within days, the Supreme Court is expected to decide Murthy v Missouri, a landmark lawsuit over the administration’s efforts to control debate on social media.

The new documents provide crucial perspective on the Missouri case, showing how far would-be censors went in 2021 to prop up public confidence in the Covid jabs. The documents also show the power the White House had over Twitter, which badly wanted to avoid a confrontation with it.

At the time, the Biden Administration was threatening to “review” a federal law commonly called Section 230, because it was angry social media companies were allowing Covid vaccine skepticism.

Section 230 was crucial to those companies for the near-total immunity it gave them against lawsuits from users. Twitter took threats to it seriously. “We will always be proactive and vigilant about protecting 230,” Lauren Culbertson, the company’s then-head of United States public policy, wrote on July 22, 2021.

None of these internal documents has been previously released.

They are part of a tranche of censorship-related material X is making available to me following searches of its internal archives.

Lawyers for X are reviewing the documents before releasing them. But so far only one document they have provided – an email from Jim Baker, Twitter’s then-deputy general counsel – contains any redactions.

In addition, no one at X, including Elon Musk, asked for or placed any restrictions on or had any input into the writing of this article. (Lawyers for X did ask to review it after writing but before publication, to be sure the names of junior employees or their email addresses were not included. Their review did not result in any changes.)

The censorship conspiracy by Slavitt and Gottlieb targeted me personally.

I am not named in any of the new documents provided so far. Slavitt and Gottlieb used careful – almost coded – language in their outreach to Twitter on July 18 and 19, 2021. They did initially not refer to any particular censorship targets by name. But emails and other internal Twitter documents that have already been released show I was a top target of both men.

, my complaint against Slavitt, Gottlieb, Pfizer chairman Dr. Albert Bourla, and the Biden Administration for conspiring to force Twitter to ban me in 2021. Gottlieb’s lawyers previously argued I had not alleged Gottlieb had had any contact with Twitter officials before August 2021. The documents show otherwise.

In fact, Slavitt introduced Gottlieb to Todd O’Boyle – a senior Twitter lobbyist who handled most of the company’s interactions with the White House – by email on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Slavitt, a longtime Democratic operative, had served as senior advisor to the Biden administration’s Covid response team.

“I wonder if you would be open to a 20 minute call with Scott Gottlieb and me about a policy matter,” Slavitt wrote. Slavitt referred to Gottlieb as “FDA commissioner under Trump” and failed to mention his role on Pfizer’s board.

Although he had officially left the Biden Administration weeks before, Slavitt’s email signature also contained his White House email address, asking that “Government Email” be sent there.

The Most and Least Expensive Beers at College Football Stadiums

For years, college football fans had to resort to tailgating for their pre-game beers, as NCAA rules and various state laws prevented the sale of alcohol inside stadiums. This changed gradually as universities recognized the potential for increased revenue and improved fan experience.

The NCAA began relaxing its stance and by the mid-2010s several schools started to pilot beer sales during games. Today, a significant number of stadiums have embraced this change, though prices can vary dramatically.

As a byproduct many of the nation’s most difficult environments to play in have become all the more ruckus given the inclusion of alcohol.

More sheep have woken up I suppose. There is no good reason or argument for them in their current configuration. They are expensive, hard to charge (compared to an ICE), cost more to insure and are limited in range. I’m not going to get into the socialistic forks in the road like the government kill switch because it just isn’t a very good product yet. There isn’t enough electricity for what they have planned along with AI and all of the restrictions on energy sources

Most buyers thought they were helping the environment or being progressive or tech savvy. I’ve got news for you. This isn’t the answer you were looking for, just money thrown away to feel or look good.

Nearly half of American electric vehicle (EV) owners want to buy an internal combustion engine model the next time they buy a car, according to a new study from McKinsey and Company, a leading consulting firm.

Approximately 46% of Americans who own an EV want to go back to a standard vehicle for their next purchase, citing issues like inadequate charging infrastructure and affordability, according to McKinsey’s study, which was obtained and reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The study’s findings further suggest that the Biden administration’s EV push is struggling to land with American consumers, after 46% of respondents indicated that they are unlikely or very unlikely to purchase an EV in a June poll conducted by The Associated Press and the University of Chicago’s Energy Policy Institute.

Moreover, 58% of Americans are very likely to keep their current cars for longer, and 44% are likely to postpone a possible switch to EVs, McKinsey’s study found. Consumers’ concerns about EV charging infrastructure are notable given the slow rollout of the Biden administration’s $7.5 billion public EV charger program, which has so far led to the construction of only a handful of chargers in nearly three years.

Yes, Spaceballs 2 Announced – May The Schwartz Be With You

Please Lord, don’t let them ruin this. At least it’s Mel Brooks.

A sequel to the 1987 Mel Brooks monster hit “Star Wars” parody “Spaceballs” is in the works, with actor Josh Gad and Brooks on board producing the upcoming film.

Amazon MGM Studios confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that a sequel to the 1980s comedy is in early development with Gad not only on board to produce, but star in as well.

The script is being written by Dan Hernandez, Benji Samit, and Gad, with Josh Greenbaum helming the project, the outlet noted.

Details of the plot are being kept under wraps for now with Kevin Salter on board as executive producer.

“Spaceballs” came out from MGM a decade after George Lucas introduced the world to the Force in “Star Wars” in the late 1970s.

The parody’s cast included such up-and-coming stars of the time as John Candy, Rick Moranis, Bill Pullman, and Daphne Zuniga. And the C-3PO parody character was voiced by the late-star Joan Rivers.

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark continues to cement her marquee status despite being the target of race-hustling trash talk and flagrant fouls.

On Sunday, the rookie sensation helped the WNBA score its biggest TV audience in 23 years, as a whopping 2.25 million viewers tuned in to watch the Fever defeat the Chicago Sky, CBS Sports announced.

That’s a 225 percent increase in viewership from the same time last year.

“The Caitlin Clark-led Fever have now played in each of the five most-watched WNBA games since 2002, with two of those five matchups coming against Chicago,” Sports Media Watch reported.

The WNBA announced that in May, it had its highest-attended opening in 26 years and its most-watched season opener ever across all networks that aired its games.

The league also boasted that it had set records for merchandise sales, social media engagement, app downloads and league pass subscriptions — with triple-digit spikes across all categories.

More than half of all WNBA games last month were sellouts — an astonishing 156 percent increase from last year, the league said.

I never knew which chicken we got out. I knew it didn’t matter.

What’s happening with black women in America? Some are rising to power thanks to the DEI movement, which rewards skin color, gender, and sexual preference over merit, experience, or excellence. However, the problem arises once those women who are not qualified are placed in positions of power and leadership, where they often quickly crash and burn. From embezzling $15 million in COVID funds to engaging in shameless plagiarism, these meritless women have demonstrated that they are not up to the task and struggle with the responsibilities they’ve been given. Fire Alarm Bowman About To Be Primaried.

Like several other Hamas Caucus members, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) has had a primary target on his back thanks in no small part to his position on the Israel-Hamas war, where he has demanded a ceasefire, claimed — without evidence — that Israel is committing genocide, and was also exposed as a Hamas rape denier.

He’s also the ice-hole who pulled the fire alarm.

In the first primary battle involving the so-called “Squad” of anti-Israel Democratic Socialists in Congress, Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) survived against her center-left challenger, winning handily in April while vowing during her victory speech to help other Squad members like Bowman and Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) cross the finish line.

Unlike in Lee’s case, Bowman’s polling numbers against his primary opponent, Westchester County Executive George Latimer, have on balance not been good. The most recent poll taken ahead of the early voting period, which started Saturday, showed Latimer with a comfortable lead, though many are undecided according to the poll:

A survey by Emerson College Polling/PIX11/The Hill released Tuesday found Latimer leading Bowman in the primary for New York’s 16th Congressional District with 48 percent support to 31 percent, with 21 percent of respondents undecided.

The poll found that 51 percent of respondents have a favorable view of Bowman, compared to 43 percent who have an unfavorable view of the House Democrat. In comparison, 65 percent said they have a favorable view of Latimer, while 23 percent had an unfavorable view of the county executive.

Back when Star Wars was a franchise people cared about, one of the most beloved characters in the movies and shows was everyone’s favorite 900-year-old Jedi master, Yoda. That’s quite an accomplishment for a small green muppet, who somehow became an icon of the galaxy far, far away. 

Yoda is known for the nuggets of wisdom he would impart — in backward English — to his pupils. One of his most famous quotes is what he said to Luke Skywalker to warn him against the temptations of the dark side of the Force, of seeking quick power and strength, as opposed to learning the Jedi way of discipline, patience, and tradition: 

‘Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Consume you, it will.’

After listening to the producer and one of the actors in Star Wars’ latest installment in a franchise that has turned itself into a joke and a dumpster fire, it’s clear that no one at Disney ever bothered to pay attention to Yoda. Watch:

Women’s Olympics Saved At Least For This Year

I’ve got nothing invested in girls sports. There are few I like. I’ve been following Caitlin Clark and I’m about to reunite with Katy Ledecky after not seeing her for a couple of years.

Still, women’s sports should fail or succeed on their merit. That includes it being only girls. I’m tired of the trans testicles kicking ass on the females because they are men. It was a novelty at first, but it is a tiring story and embarrassing for men to see one of the competitors in a girls suit with a bulge.

Lia Thomas, the infamous transgender swimmer who won so many NCAA women’s swimming titles in 2022, is barred from the 2024 Summer Olympics after losing a legal battle against the international group that governs swimming.

Thomas attempted to bring a legal case against World Aquatics at the court of arbitration for sport in hopes of vacating the group’s recent rules placing heavy restrictions on trans athletes. The rules effectively bar someone like Thomas from competing in international competitions and also bar him from being considered for a slot on the U.S. Women’s Swim Team, according to the Guardian.

Thomas argued that the rules should be declared “invalid and unlawful” because, he says, they violate the Olympics charter and the World Aquatics constitution.

The court disagreed with Thomas and ruled that he had no standing. The court said Thomas is “simply not entitled to engage with eligibility to compete in WA competitions” because he is not a current member of World Aquatics.

Joey Chestnut, the famed champion of Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Competition, is stirring controversy this year after opting out of the annual event due to a sponsorship deal with Impossible Foods, a plant-based hot dog brand, according to sources revealed exclusively by The Post.

The California-native Chestnut has dominated the Nathan’s competition, securing victory 16 times, with a world record 76 hot dogs devoured in 2021 and holding onto his title with 62 consumed last year.

It’s kind of lame that he went with vegan wieners. Those things are about the only thing less healthy than a hot dog.

That’s 70 uneaten wieners this 4th. Fortunately, it was made up by Kamala who is renowned for downing wieners.

Alabama just did the same thing with the Miss Alabama contest. They voted a 500 pounder their best looking girl.

According to a report by the news network, “The purpose of the national American Miss program is to grow confidence and foster a positive self-image.”

This despite the fact that the level of obesity displayed by Milliken is linked with all manner of horrible diseases like diabetes, heart disease, strokes, and certain cancers.

Respondents weren’t very impressed with the result.

“Dang I didn’t realize this was a cattle auction,” wrote one.

“This 500 pound woman is supposed to be a role model to kids,” added another.

Irony: Paris “Green” Olympics Spoiled Because Athletes Want To Be Comfortable

I find this hilarious that the green washing of everything gets exposed for it’s triviality compared to creature comforts. If it was real, they’d actually do something effective.

The International Olympic Committee’s decision to substitute air-conditioning for a less reliable but more environmentally friendly geothermal cooling system is central to their strategy to cut the carbon footprint of the Paris Games by half, Reuters reported. However, many visiting nations, concerned lack of AC will result in reduced sleep and poor athletic performance, are opting to import portable AC units, according to the Washington Post.

Sad news, Wheel Watchers! After 43 years, today is Pat Sajak’s final episode hosting “Wheel of Fortune.”

I’m a Jeopardy fan, but Wheel comes on right before or after (depending on where I am) so I’ve occasionally watched.

I’ve known about it since the Vanna scandal. I think I was in college it was so long ago.

Well, he’s had a good run and can enjoy retirement and can let loose on the leftards. Alex Trebek died as host of Jeopardy but had pancreatic cancer.

A recent study by researchers from Princeton University and USC suggests that Meta’s algorithms for presenting educational ads exhibit signs of racial bias, particularly in the delivery of ads realated to for-profit universities and those with a history of predatory marketing practices.

The Register reports that the research paper, titled “Auditing for Racial Discrimination in the Delivery of Education Ads,” is set to be presented at the ACM Conference on Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency (ACM FAccT) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The authors, including researchers from Princeton and USC, found that Meta’s algorithms disproportionately show ads for for-profit colleges and universities with historically predatory practices to black users compared to ads for public universities.

Washington Post publisher and CEO William Lewis had a blunt message for his staff during a tense meeting following the sudden ouster of executive editor Sally Buzbee, according to the paper’s own reporting.

“We are going to turn this thing around, but let’s not sugarcoat it. It needs turning around,” Lewis told the paper. “We are losing large amounts of money. Your audience has halved in recent years. People are not reading your stuff. Right. I can’t sugarcoat it anymore.”

First It Was Eating Bugs, Now The WEF Wants To Ban Coffee – I Don’t Think So

Roughly 75% of Americans drink coffee every day.

That won’t be the case for long, apparently, if the elites at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, have their way.

Did anyone notice what they were talking about back in January during the 2024 World Economic Forum’s Davos get-together?

During a recent WEF panel discussion, a reporter for Moneywise, in an item posted on Yahoo! Finance, reported that one speaker, some banker named Hubert Keller, remarked, “The coffee that we all drink emits between 15 and 20 tons of CO2 per ton of coffee.” Ominously, he added, “so we should all know that.”

Keller also noted, “Every time we drink coffee, we are basically putting CO2 into the atmosphere.”

What’s more, the production of coffee additives such as sugar and milk also puts large amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere.

While Keller didn’t overtly try to convince people to reduce or eschew their consumption of black gold, he must’ve had a reason for raising the topic.

In the aftermath of the pandemic, I now know that rulers and elites can, sadly, make regular folks believe — and do — just about anything.

They can tell them their job isn’t crucial. They can tell them they can’t go to the gym — and can’t, in fact, leave their homes. They can tell them they can’t go to a loved one’s wedding or a family member’s funeral.

And they will be obeyed. In the future, the elites might be able to coerce folks into owning nothing — and being happy about that fact. They might even be able to convince people to “eat ze bugs.”

But telling people to give up coffee will be a deal breaker, a bridge too far.

It’s not gonna happen.

Former NFL star wide receiver Antonio Brown has filed for bankruptcy. According to the Times Union, Brown owes nearly $3 million to eight different creditors as stated by paperwork filed on May 15 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida. He reportedly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which involves the court-supervised reorganization of a debtor’s assets and liabilities. 

Brown made over $88 million as a player, but he currently claims he has less than $50,000 in assets.

That amount includes a $1.2 million court judgment to Anton Tumanov —  a moving-truck driver who sued Brown for assault and battery during an altercation in 2020. It also includes money owed on a credit card, a marketing firm and a law firm, among other debts.

Brown’s own media company, CTESPN Network confirmed the bankruptcy filing via social media earlier this week. 

“NFL legend Antonio Brown has filed for bankruptcy today,” the post read. “He will be a first ballot Hall of Famer in 2027. He will be releasing new music this summer. He is also the founder of the most trusted source in all of sports.

Asshole Students At Duke Walk Out On Jerry Seinfeld Commencement, Organizing Suspect Revealed

One of the most decent guys in the world got the Anti-Jewish Hate treatment from some snotty elitist little commies.

Jerry Seinfeld is by no means the most political or controversial actor/comedian out there, but when he took the stage at Duke University’s commencement ceremony, it ultimately caused a chorus of “boos” and pro-Palestinian chants, as well as a walkout by students.

Seinfeld, who is Jewish, is the parent of two Duke students and an active supporter of the university. He has been vocal in his support for Israel following the Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel on October 7. His wife also funded a pro-Israel protest at UCLA last week. When Seinfeld was announced as this year’s commencement speaker, some students expressed opposition to his appearance over his support of Israel, and warned that there would be a display of opposition at the commencement ceremony.

The Decline Of Star Wars And Star Trek

There may be bigger Trekkie or Star Wars fans than me, but they are at conferences and cos-play. I have been disappointed in TPTB who made both woke. Read below and weep for those of us who have been shit on by the movies and TV shows that have been put out lately.

For those who do not follow science fiction, Star Wars and Star Trek have been on the decline since 2005, at the very least. 

Things did not come to the forefront until George Lucas sold Star Wars to Disney in 2012 and Kathleen Kennedy took over as head of Lucasfilm.  Kennedy loudly announced “The Force is Female” while Disney executives while Disney executives proudly proclaimed their “Not so secret gay agenda.”

Although Trump-supporter Manny Coto was the showrunner for the last season of Star Trek: Enterprise in 2005, the series as been on the decline ever since the Berman/Braga Era.  This was after Gene Roddenberry, the coke-addicted alcoholic who abused the staff of Star Trek: The Next Generation through his attorney, Leonard Maizlish, was forced out in 1989.

Alex Kurtzman took over after the 2009 Star Trek film, and things went downhill from there.  Star Trek: Discovery is one of the most widely-mocked shows in history, and Star Trek: Picard was an overall terrible production.  Star Trek: New Worlds even had January 6 as a “major event.”

They waited until about 5am eastern (2am local) to actually begin after giving plenty of warning to the protesters that they must leave. The protesters refused.

Construction workers made the gruesome discovery on Feb. 10, 2003, at 301 W. 46th St. in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, where the famed rock night club Steve Paul’s The Scene once played host to some of music’s biggest acts.

“They were knocking through the concrete floor [and] a skull rolled out,” New York Police Detective Ryan Glas told NBC New York.

Publicly accessible DNA records, including those of a victim of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, linked the 2003 remains to Patricia Kathleen McGlone, a Brooklyn girl who would have been about 16 in 1969.

Ford just reported a massive loss on every electric vehicle it sold

Ford’s electric vehicle unit reported that losses soared in the first quarter to $1.3 billion, or $132,000 for each of the 10,000 vehicles it sold in the first three months of the year, helping to drag down earnings for the company overall.

Ford, like most automakers, has announced plans to shift from traditional gas-powered vehicles to EVs in coming years. But it is the only traditional automaker to break out results of its retail EV sales. And the results it reported Wednesday show another sign of the profit pressures on the EV business at Ford and other automakers.

The EV unit, which Ford calls Model e, sold 10,000 vehicles in the quarter, down 20% from the number it sold a year earlier. And its revenue plunged 84% to about $100 million, which Ford attributed mostly to price cuts for EVs across the industry. That resulted in the $1.3 billion loss before interest and taxes (EBIT), and the massive per-vehicle loss in the Model e unit.

The losses go far beyond the cost of building and selling those 10,000 cars, according to Ford. Instead the losses include hundreds of millions being spent on research and development of the next generation of EVs for Ford. Those investments are years away from paying off.

And that means this is not the end of the losses in the unit – Ford said it expects Model e will have EBIT losses of $5 billion for the full year.

Top jet manufacturer Boeing reported on Wednesday a net loss of $355 million in the first quarter after months of scrutiny over recent safety issues.

Operating revenue declined 8% year over year in the first quarter, from approximately $17.9 billion to $16.6 billion, with the company burning more than $3.9 billion in free cash flow in the time frame compared to $786 million a year ago, according to Boeing’s first quarter earnings report. Recent scrutiny of safety with Boeing products began in January after an Alaska Airlines flight had a door plug fly off mid-air, resulting in an emergency landing and an investigation into the company’s quality assurance.=

“Our first quarter results reflect the immediate actions we’ve taken to slow down 737 production to drive improvements in quality,” Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun said in the report. “We will take the time necessary to strengthen our quality and safety management systems and this work will position us for a stronger and more stable future.”

Boeing reported an over $3.3 billion operating cash flow loss in the first quarter, compared to a $318 billion loss at the start of 2023, according to the earnings report. The decline in profits led to a core loss per share of $1.13 for shareholders in the first quarter, lower than the $1.27 loss in the same time frame last year.

Michelle Solis, 46, pled no contest after being accused of raping a 14-year-old student on the child’s eighth grade graduation day in 2021.

A press release from District Attorney Mike Ramsey indicated that Solis, who was a 20-year veteran educator, raped the 14-year-old inside a locked classroom on graduation day, Daily Mail reported. Solis also allegedly sent explicit photos to the boy which “made their way back to local parents,” facilitating the investigation by police.

Why You Shouldn’t Send Your Kids To Harvard

The leftists at the Harvard Crimson have spoken out against transgender athlete bans and claimed that the evidence to support the case that men have a physical advantage over women is “less conclusive.”

However, in the process of making the assertion, the article ignored all evidence to the contrary to support their own claim that transgender athlete participation is wholly benign.

In the college paper’s April 16 editorial, entitled, There Are Many Obstacles Facing Women’s Sports. Trans Athletes Aren’t One, writer Jonathan G. Yuan writes for The Crimson Editorial Board that the “science” is “less conclusive” that “transgender women hold a biological edge over their cisgender opponents.”

The science-free citation of using the political term “cisgender” aside, Yuan goes on to insist that “science” proves that men who take female hormones to “transition” lose their male strength.

Harvard Medical “Expert” Disqualified in Federal Court Case Due to “Overwhelming” and “Misleading” Plagiarism

As we have reported, senior officials at Harvard have repeatedly been accused of plagiarism over the last year:

So, I suppose it should not have been a surprise when late last month a federal judge disqualified a Harvard Medical School doctor for rampant plagiarism, but it was to me. In my former life as a patent litigation attorney, we often used experts in federal court cases to “establish” certain facts about complex technologies that are beyond the comprehension of everyday people like you and me.

This is allowed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the disclosure of the expert’s qualifications and the basis for his or her expert opinions is tightly controlled:

[A] party must disclose to the other parties the identity of any [expert] witness it may use at trial to present evidence…this disclosure must be accompanied by a written report—prepared and signed by the witness—if the witness is one retained or specially employed to provide expert testimony in the case or one whose duties as the party’s employee regularly involve giving expert testimony.

Judge Dalton summed up:

In sum, the rampant plagiarism in Dr. Panigrahy’s report leads the Court to conclude that his general causation methodology as a whole is too unreliable to put before a jury. So Lockheed’s motion to exclude Dr. Panigrahy is due to be granted in full. With Dr. Panigrahy excluded, there is no reliable general causation testimony on any of the types of cancer at issue, so summary judgment is due to be granted in favor of Lockheed on the exposure claims of [22] Plaintiffs.

That means Lockheed wins the case, and these Plaintiffs’ claims against Lockheed are dismissed, with prejudice, meaning these claims may not be brought again in any court of law.
