Surprise! They weren’t all like that, as viral video of a group of “protesters” in Charlotte, North Carolina, proved.

The video, which went viral after being reposted by antifa-chronicler Andy Ngo, began with some long-haired dude yelling at police on bikes to “de-escalate” and asking them if they knew what that meant, claiming that they punched his girlfriend. (What appears to be his girlfriend, for what it’s worth, didn’t seem too upset and seemed to want the guy to de-escalate.)

“Yeah, y’all real tough,” one protester can be heard saying before the camera panned through the crowd — with its assemblage of various lefty archetypes holding Mexican or upside-down American flags — to the front line at the intersection.

At this point, these inept “lady cop” videos are practically a daily occurrence. Another viral video, another news story, another scene straight out of a sitcom, except it’s not scripted and nobody’s laughing for the right reasons. It’s just more proof of a fact many people refuse to admit: most women simply aren’t cut out for the brutal demands of frontline police work. And that’s not a dig; it’s biology.

Men and women are different. That used to be a common sense statement before it became a hate crime. The average woman isn’t wired for violent confrontation, tactical raids, or the split-second decision-making that life-or-death situations demand. And that’s perfectly fine, just like most men aren’t built for deeply nurturing, emotionally intensive caregiving roles.

But instead of embracing those differences and building a stronger society around complementary roles, we’re watching the system collapse under the weight of forced equity… and nobody suffers more than the women being shoved into roles they’re not equipped to handle. They’re being set up to fail. And boy, are they failing.

In these women’s misguided quest to prove they can do anything men can (which they often cannot), criminals are slipping through the cracks, resulting in injuries, and in this latest case, male bystanders are having to step in to help these female officers apprehend criminals.

DEI Ruining The Police Force, Again – Black guy tells female cop he’s carrying a holstered gun—and she still accidentally shoots him…

We regret to inform you that yet another female cop DEI hire who accidentally shot someone has made the news. While this isn’t a new story, it’s getting fresh attention after an appeals court handed down a decision this former police officer won’t be happy about.

The DEI officer, a female who had no business wearing a badge, shot a man in the back during a traffic stop. Without a bodycam or dash cam in her cruiser, she did what any good little lady would do—she lied to cover up her mistake. After all, who’s the public more likely to believe? The female cop or the lowly peasant?

DEI cop Kasha Domingue shot Mr. Dilley in the back as he ran away during that routine traffic stop. Prosecutors revealed she never even attempted to render aid, leaving Dilley to wait nearly eight minutes until another officer finally arrived. Despite the lenient sentence Domingue received, Dilley isn’t fixated on it. He’s more focused on preventing this from happening to anyone else. “I’m cool with that because, I mean, again, I’m going for the bigger picture here,” Dilley said.

This same type of story is playing out again, this time in Florida. A black man was pulled over by cops, and he told them he was carrying a holstered gun. But while the female officer was retrieving the gun, she somehow managed to shoot him.

The lady cop is now under investigation by Internal Affairs.

JAX Today:

Internal Affairs began investigating Cardwell after she conducted a traffic stop on a sports utility vehicle that ran a red light Dec. 13 on North Main Street, police say.

Cardwell and two other officers were at the scene, according to police.

Investigators say one of the officers saw the vehicle’s steering column was damaged, leading him to suspect it had been stolen. The officer told driver Jason Arrington to get out of the vehicle after Arrington disclosed that he had a firearm.

“What we’re going to do is, just for my safety and your safety, I’m going to have you step out,” one officer told Arrington, according to the officer’s bodycam video. “We’re just gonna remove the pistol from you, and then we are going to run your license and make sure everything’s good.”

Cardwell tried to remove the gun from a holster tucked inside Arrington’s waistband, but had difficulty, police say.

As she tugged, she unintentionally placed multiple fingers inside the gun’s trigger guard, causing it to fire, police say.

After the gun fired, someone yelled a curse. Arrington was seen beginning to slump against his SUV. He was taken to a hospital.

In Good News: U.S. Marshals K-9 Hero Dog Rocky Released from Hospital

Heroic K-9 shot after hunting down man who killed a Task Force Officer

The U.S. Marshals Tactical K-9 who was shot multiple times by the suspect wanted in Wednesday’s shooting death of Brazoria County Sheriff’s deputy Jesus Vargas has been released from the hospital.

The K-9 alerted officers to a dumpster in which the suspect hid after shooting Vargas. The suspect shot the dog twice, hitting him in the neck and the nose. Law enforcement fired at the suspect, striking him multiple times, and he died at the scene.

After the shooting, multiple law enforcement officers rushed the K-9 to a waiting Texas DPS helicopter to be taken to Westbury Animal Hospital where he underwent surgery to treat his injuries.

Rocky’s handler stayed by his side throughout the night, and several other officers also came to the hospital to check on the K-9 many credit with saving their lives.  

Rocky, an 18-month-old Belgian Malinois who has been on the job for six months, is already up and walking, eating and drinking. Now back with his handler, he is expected to make a full recovery and return to the job in the near future.

“We are all extremely grateful to the staff at Westbury for the fact that Rocky is still with us,” said T. Michael O’Connor, U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Texas.  “While Wednesday was a tragedy for all of us in law enforcement with the loss of Deputy Vargas, it likely could have gone worse had Rocky not been there. He is a hero. We all wish him a speedy recovery.”

This Is Not Going To Turn Out Well

Police in Cambridge, MA, will begin using social workers to respond to some 911 calls instead of actual cops. This is an idea that has been pushed by some on the left since ‘defunding the police’ became a thing. What could possibly go wrong?

Critics of this type of policy have pointed out that even when police are responding to a seemingly routine 911 call, they never know what they’re walking into. Someone at the scene could be armed, psychotic, or worse. the team will soon have a more high-stakes task: responding to 911 calls, sent to the scenes of nonviolent, mental health-related incidents handled at present by cops with guns.

It figures that the most liberal want to try this. Wait until they meet a drunk with a gun and a cheating wife. Good luck there.

It’s Too Late, Portland Wants To Reverse Defund The Police

I had a relative move there in the early 2010’s. The theme was keep Portland weird (look out Austin who has adopted that phrase) and I knew it was going down the toilet right then. I saw the beginnings of anarchy, homeless people defecating on the street and mentally unstable people yelling at us as we walked to the foodie places. Everything was so hip, but the crumbling of the infrastructure was there at night in the tent cities. They thought they were the elite and upper crust because they were against what was morally right.

Drugs were made legal and the flush began to swirl faster.

Ted Wheeler, the mayor who let it self destruct did nothing to save it. He embraced everything liberal and now you see what is happening.

Little did I know how far down the sewer it would go. After occupy, antifa, homelessness, drugs, crime, shoplifting and control by the left who wouldn’t uphold the law, it is a shithole like San Fransisco now.

They want to refund the police, but it’s too far gone. The city is so indoctrinated in what they feel it should be rather than right vs wrong that it would take burning it down and starting over.

Half of the state has voted to join Idaho. Even they want to get away from Portland.

Anyway, here is the story.

Back in 2020 when Democratic-run cities decided it would be a good idea to give in to angry mobs of protestors and defund local police and other authoritative agencies, no city’s voice seemed louder than that of Portland. The city’s leaders cut police funding by $15 million leaving the city largely in the hands of the angry, violent mobs that had forced the move.

Now, 3 years later with the city sinking under skyrocketing crime rates, a shrinking tax base, and shuttered businesses, Portland seems to have finally realized that it needs police, but replacing the force it all but threw away is proving to be an uphill battle. The city is struggling to attract new officers, DAs, and investigators given its leaders’ recent history of turning their backs on law enforcement. Potential replacements know better than to go where they’re not wanted.

The lack of candidates for its underfunded and under-appreciated police force and court system is making it difficult for a newly launched task force to fulfill its purpose and crack down on retail and vehicle theft in what now appears to be a lawless city.

Crime rates have risen so drastically since 2020, that Portland residents are now 3 times more likely to be the victim of a property crime than the average U.S. citizen, according to data from Neighborhood Scout. Portland had 63,000 property thefts in 2022 along with roughly 11,000 stolen vehicles – a new record for the city that doesn’t need police.

Now, residents who have the means to do so are fleeing the city and taking their businesses with them. Public data has shown that since the pandemic, more than 2,600 businesses left downtown Portland and filed for changes of address with USPS.

Not only has the city been left trying to replace the $15 million it cut from its budget for police and the officers themselves, but now Portland is having to find a way to reinstate its police force with limited funding as its tax base continues to shrink as more residents pack up and leave.

Meanwhile, according to a report by Zerohedge, most of the remaining local police officers have been doing everything they can to get off the force. Officers have not only been quitting at an alarmingly fast pace but there has also been a substantial uptick in early retirements and transfer requests to other municipalities.

To complicate matters further, the police who have survived the past 3 years have become discouraged by liberal prosecutors who never take cases to court, instead opting to return criminals to the streets.

Meanwhile, it is unlikely that defunding the police, which was done wholeheartedly and briskly, can be undone as quickly and thoroughly. It is far easier to cut $15 million than it is to raise it – a lesson the Portland City Council and the city’s residents have had to learn the hard way.

It’s a tough time to be a Portland resident, but a great time to be a criminal. As for the city’s police force, it will take years, possibly decades, to rebuild what the City Council destroyed in a matter of months.

Polk County Sheriff’s deputies shot an arsonist his his manhood.

“We’ve changed the looks of his groin forever — if you know what I mean,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a press conference.

Luke Neely is facing a number of charges after he threw molotov cocktails at a house and then led police on a high speed chase. The chase ended near Dinosaur World when police opened fire.

Neely was found with a loaded AR-15 and a fully loaded handgun.

He’s been charged with 3 counts of attempted first-degree murder, arson, 7 counts of firebombing and one count of resisting arrest. More charges from Hillsborough County are pending.

Neely is expected to survive his injuries, but is not expected to be able to procreate.
