Diddy Defense Argues He was ‘Singled Out’ Because He Is Black – NO, It’s Because You Are A Sexual Predator And The Deep State Has No More Use For You

Defense attorneys for Sean “Diddy” Combs are reportedly arguing that federal prosecutors “singled out” the disgraced music mogul because he is black, and claim authorities have demonstrated “bad faith” and “racial animus” in handling the case.

Combs’ attorneys made these assertions in a new court filing seeking to dismiss the music mogul’s prostitution charge, according to a report by ABC News.

In their court filing, defense attorneys claimed the charges against Combs are racially motivated, arguing that “no white person has ever been the target of a remotely similar prosecution” under the Mann Act.

“Mr. Combs has been singled out because he is a powerful black man, and he is being prosecuted for conduct that regularly goes unpunished,” defense attorneys Alexandra Shapiro and Marc Agnifilo wrote.

“Count Three should be dismissed because this is a clear case of selective prosecution,” the attorneys added.

The defense attorneys went on to cite former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer (D), who had “engaged in similar conduct but were never charged under the Act.”

The filing was likely referring to Spitzer having resigned as governor in 2008, amid a prostitution scandal that destroyed his reputation.

The music mogul’s defense team also reportedly argued that the “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” singer had used a popular and well-known escort service to bring people into his sexual activities, which the attorneys suggested is common practice among people of Combs’ status.

“Many couples, including wealthy high-profile couples, involve third parties in their sexual relationships, sometimes for implicit or explicit remuneration,” the filing stated.

“No federal prosecutor, in this district or any other, has targeted the company, its CEO, or its escorts. Nor has any prosecutor previously targeted any customer who purchased escort services from Cowboys 4 Angels,” the attorneys added.

As Breitbart News reported, Combs has been in jail since September 16 following a federal indictment accusing him of more than a decade of abusing, threatening, and coercing women and others, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.

Apart from the federal indictment, the Buzbee Law Firm and the AVA Law Group announced in October that they would be filing at least 120 separate lawsuits on behalf of alleged victims accusing Combs, his associates, and other entities of additional crimes.

Weeks later, batches of lawsuits were filed against Combs — and in the subsequent months, additional suits continued to roll out.

My Take On The Superbowl

I watched because I’ve seen every Superbowl played. I know a great game and a nail biter. I have had my team in it 5 times and we are 2-3, but have a perfect season.

The game.

It sucked. The Chiefs were never in it. They were the 3 peat favorites but looked like the Panthers or Giants for 3 quarters. Mr. MVP Mahommes wasn’t Superman and neither was Kelce.

Even the score was closer than the game was.

Taylor Swift

Speaking of Kelce, she got booed because the world is (has been) tired of her ass and his. I think he caught a couple of passes that didn’t affect the game and she hasn’t been a good luck charm since Kamala.

Trump

For once, he got cheered by the majority of people. It’s either because they were so tired of being shit on by the Biden team, or (the hating half) just want things fixed and he’s doing what he said. The people who love him always will. I think the country wants him to do good so we start doing good again.

The NFL – They stuck with the racist Lift up your voice and sing, the black national anthem promoting racial divide. We are one nation with one National Anthem. People weren’t happy ith it and the rendition wasn’t that great. Roger Goodell needs to cut the woke crap

The commercials. Lame commercials crashed and burned

The lamest ever. No creative taste great/less filling. Instead, we are trying to recover from Dylan Mulvaney blowing a Bud Light can while grossing out the rest of the country to trannies and tanking the brand for life. I don’t know if they will ever recover.

The PC police, cancel culture and woke patrol made sure to kill any creativity. The AI influence fell way short of Madison Avenue circa the 80’s and 90’s

Ben Affleck was bad last year and surprisingly got worse this year.

The flag football commercial reminded me of Marvel movies. It’s the only time in life when girls can beat men, when it’s fake. No one believes it and the feminist tripe is getting as stale as DEI.

Nike did this:

While it’s true that women’s sports don’t generate a ton of revenue — the WNBA is behind an Australian cricket league, for example — most people, whether male or female, are not going to fill stadiums. Less than 2 percent of college players go pro. When it comes to going to college, though, the balance currently favors the fairer sex, with 47 percent of women 25-34 attaining degrees whereas only 37 percent of their male counterparts achieve that. The disparity exists across race and ethnicity.

They’re not doing so badly in the professional world either, with 52 percent of “management, professional, and related occupations” going to women. Given the trends in higher education, one doesn’t have to be Nostradamus to predict which direction that trendline will go over the coming years.

In other words, Nike’s big celebration of women — which, again, kudos for highlighting actual women this time — is demeaning. It sells a false reality they must overcome, a ceiling that no longer exists. It treats women as less than. It’s also, to reiterate, a huge misread of the current vibe shift.

It’s 2025, y’all. “Diversity, equity, and inclusion” is out, even though I just used the more inclusive term “y’all” rather than “guys.” People are tired of such nonsense. Also, Always solved all these problems with its #LikeAGirl campaign back in 2014

Halftime

Kendrick Lamar‘s Super Bowl halftime performance in New Orleans on Sunday drew criticism from some fans, who labeled it the ‘worst halftime show ever.’ Fresh off his Grammy
wins, the rapper, 37, didn’t seem to carry that momentum into his
performance at the Caesars Superdome, as he hit the stage before the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs. The
Pulitzer Prize winner showcased his lyrical prowess as he started out
the performance on top of a car before taking a swipe at his hip hop rival Drake, 38.Despite Drake recently suing his and Lamar’s record label,
Universal Music Group, over the controversial diss song, Not Like Us,
which calls Drake a ‘certified pedophile’, Kendrick still performed the
song, however, he omitted the word. It
seems the musician opted not to say the word so as not to trigger
another lawsuit, as right before he started rapping he told the crowd,
‘I want to perform their favorite song, but you know they love to sue.’

The only thing they could do to make it worse, they did. Samuel L. Jackson dressed as Uncle Sam, but might as well have been Uncle Tom, Dick or Harry. He hates America and Trump and if you want a racist, look no further than him.

A lot of money was spent for a big nothing. None of it was good this year other than the Eagles, the only group to show up. They deserved to win, but they played a JV team so it wasn’t that big of a win.

Even Philly is still destroying its own town in celebration. A fitting end to one of the worst games and productions since the Packers Beat the Chiefs.

Football is over now until August. We can settle in to F1, Tour de France and other things more interesting than the Super Bowl, or the playoffs for that matter. It wasn’t that great of a season.

When Life Was Better

Sure the internet is helpful, but it makes you work longer and you can’t escape life always being connected. You used to leave work at work when you went home.

Music wasn’t computerized and today’s kids still listen to Led Zeppelin, Queen, and other bands from that era.

Our cars were faster without computer chips, sounded cooler, and sell for unbelievable amounts at auctions now because they were that special.

The girls were girls and not people wondering what gender they should be or how they should hate men today. They were way better looking and at least tried to be modest.

We were the last to play outside without pervs trying to steal and rape us.

We had no idea that those really were the good old days.

Now, things are faster and everything is at your fingertips, but we can read cursive, maps and can get places without someone telling us to turn right.

Forking Pussy, He Doesn’t Even Realize That His Show Is About To Get Better

Jimmy Kimmel is a one trick pony. He hates Trump, but now he has new material daily. Do you think the loser is grateful? No, the once great Man Show host crumbled to tears because his insulated bubble of a world in Hollywood didn’t get it’s way on election day. It used to be girls jumping on trampolines. Now, he’s butt hurt because a real man is in the White House.

At least Adam Carroll, the other half of The Man Show kept his testicles.

This is why the real world should look at celebtards and do the opposite of what they say. I’m looking at you Taylor Swift

Jimmy Kimmel literally cried on TV last night because Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris, pussy.

Kimmel mentioned everyone except Israel and Jews.

Everyone point and laugh:

Let’s be honest. It was a terrible night last night. It was a terrible night for women, for children, for the hundreds of thousands of hardworking immigrants who make this country go. For health care, for our climate.

For science. For Journalism. For justice, for free speech. It was a terrible night for poor people, for the middle class, for seniors who rely on Social Security. For our allies in Ukraine. For nato, for the truth. And democracy and decency, and it was a terrible night for everyone who voted against them.

It must be tough to go through life making millions and being that miserable.

The rest of the country suffered for the last 4 years with the effects of inflation on our less than millions a year paychecks.

What a tool.

Jimmy Kimmel Cries: Trump Victory Terrible for ‘Women, Children, Immigrants’

Shit P Diddy Did To People

This is one depraved individual. What is worse is that others knew about it, participated and didn’t say a word. Anyone (including Hillary and Al Sharpton below) should be charged along with him. Good chance that when the burn in hell, they will likely be one of the 72 virgins for the other Satan Worshipers.

“This is a moment for celebration. For so long, P. Diddy has gotten away with heinous crimes that tons of people knew about, from car bombs to assaults to sex crimes. It’s like P. Diddy was going for some kind of high score, trying to catch every possible crime like a Pokemon.” “The allegations mirror 11 civil complaints filed against him since 2023.” “Really, that’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the P Diddy lore.” “Also mentioned is that he had thousands of bottles of lube and baby oil that were seized from his home during those raids as part of his freak off supplies.” “He also had tons of narcotics as well.” “Diddy became infamous for his freak off parties that would go on for days, where he’d force attendees to not only stay there and perform non-consensual sex acts in front of him, but he would just be pumping them full of drugs and he would be watching while furiously masturbating like a coked-out goblin.” Sounds like the MO of Democratic megadonor and convicted sex offender Ed Buck. “He’d allegedly distribute cocaine, Oxy, Xanax, GHB, MDMA and Ketamine.” “He was like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but drugs instead of candy.” “There’s overwhelming evidence to support the decades worth of allegations against Mr. Combs here.” Like the video of him beating up then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Oh, and he also had “Puffy Flavor Camp” for kids. I would really rather not imagine what went on there… “They done caught the diddler.” “50 Cent has been like, I would say, an elite level hater of P Diddy for quite a while.” “In plain sight, right under everyone’s nose for years. Finally, though, they’re acting on all of this shit. Much like Epstein, it feels like everyone knew he was on some heinous shit, but no one came forward, cuz he’s so influential.” “He had like a lot of dirt on everyone through throwing his Diddy parties, so I think that was a big piece of leverage for him and keeping people quiet for so long. But yeah, tons of people knew all about Diddy and the terrible shit.” One young artist was told to perform sex on Diddy’s bodyguard in exchange for a record contract, only to be told it was a joke just before following through. “Which shows you how things have worked in Hollywood for literally ever. People use the impression of power and access in order to get people to do truly awful things with one another, and celebrities fall right into it, because when you’re a celebrity, they let you do what they want.”

“Here is my theory: everyone in Hollywood knew about all of it. And not only do they they know about all of it, they all participated in it. I don’t know what else to take away from many of the pictures of these so-called white parties.” Video has surfaced of Diddy telling his guests to take their children home so the “real” party could begin. “And the the pictures of the people who showed up to this thing are just amazing. I mean, he was dating, at one point, Jennifer Lopez from like 99 to 2001. But one picture alone at one white party was Kimora Lee Simmons, Russell Simmons, Damon Dash, Aaliyah, Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, Lisa Zane, Billy Zane, Victor Matthews, Matthew Broderick, Sarah Jessica Parker, Andre Harell and Veronica Webb.” “Photos of the gatherings are like a time capsule of the late 90s. Howard Stern, Kelly Osborne, Aretha Franklin, Leonardo DiCaprio, Martha Stewart, Jay-Z and Beyonce, Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon, Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson, a young Kim Kardashian.” “The parties were separated into tiers of access. There was general admission, then a series of tiers ending with entrance to the inner sanctum where the real partying went on.” Khloe Kardashian tells a story on video about attending a party where “half the people were butt naked” and name checks Justin Bieber, “Quincy” (I’m assuming Jones), (Hannah?) Montana, etc. (I apologize. When I began this post, I didn’t realize it would have Kardashians in it…) Bieber’s presence is not a shock because Diddy was “preying on young men.” There’s a supercringe video where Diddy brags about “hanging out” with Bieber for 48 hours. “We can’t really disclose, but it’s definitely a 15 year old’s dream.” He also talked about having legal guardianship of Usher. “It would be hard to imagine Justin Bieber was not abused by Diddy.” “Free people of their morality and give them insane levels of power and wealth, and it turns out they do awful things with those things.” “The story here, once again, is as it was with Jeffrey Epstein. The story about Jeffrey Epstein wasn’t really about Jeffrey Epstein, it was about who’s in the little black book. The story about Diddy here is not just about Diddy being abusive and awful, the story is who knew when and what did they do about it.” “I don’t know when it became a de rigueur for powerful people in our society to simply go to random drug and sex parties as though this is the late Roman Empire, but that’s effectively what we have here, and again it’s not restricted to Hollywood.” “We now know that [Dr. Jay Varma], the head of the New York City Health Commission was going to sex and drug parties in the middle of the pandemic in violation of covid protocols that he himself had written.”

The real Diddy story is that we have one of the worst “elite” classes in history.

Did Diddy contribute money to Democrats? Of course he did, but by the standards of celebrity music moguls, the amounts were rather paltry. $1,000 to Hillary Clinton in 1999 (remember how she became a New Yorker to run for the senate?), $2,000 to Al Sharpton in 2003, and $2,900 to Nina Turner (two ran two unsuccessful runs for Ohio’s 11th congressional district) in 2021. (I’m assuming the Sean Combs donations from Ohio, Arkansas and D.C. are from other people, as are the two donations from a Sean Combs in Los Angeles, 90048, because one is listed as “Sean L. Combs” and Diddy’s middle name is John. And I’m betting that Sean L. Combs is pretty pissed at his nomenganger’s crimes right now…)

What would your life be like without music?

What would your life be like without music?

Although I am a trained musician with years of theory, the absence of music affects me like a lot of people. It is a part of much of my time, both physically and mentally.

I have it going anytime I exercise, which is nearly every day. I have biking playlists (3 hours) and gym playlists. Hell, this morning, I was listening to soft music at the driving range. While it doesn’t seem logical, I have a waterproof iPod that I use when swimming. I do miles at a time so it’s not your basic up and back and be done. That would be a lot more tedious once you go over 100 laps.

Where it gets me though is when I’m listening to a song (usually while driving) and it brings back a memory of a relationship or a time in my life. I relive it in my head and likely write pages in my diary about it. It is usually about growing up because the best music was from the 70’s.

I’m sure everyone does it, but I doubt they explore it in writing to flush out everything that happened when that song was on the radio.

Lately, I’ve forced myself to listen to songs that remind me of my cheating girlfriend who was a traveling whore (stewardess). I try to make myself see if I have any feelings and there is nothing left. I’ve emptied that tank other than the fact that it happened. I’m mostly grateful I didn’t wind up with her ass, being miserable.

Mostly, I’m very happy to feel the time in my life when my responsibilities were few and life was carefree and deadline free.

That’s what music does for me

Eric Clapton On What Happened to Rock N Roll

“Rock and roll got watered down a long time ago.” He said it used to be about being a rebel. “And now it’s much more to do with conformity,”

It’s why the music was so much better in the 70’s.

Not Clapton, but definitely Rock and Roll.

My Age, In Pictures

We played war in the streets, along with baseball, football and I drove those cars thousands of miles in the sandbox. We actually learned things rather than looking it up on a phone. Common sense was far more available to us than it is to the snowflakes.

The cars today are driving computers, but you can’t work on them yourself, you need to plug it in to tell you what is wrong. I miss the smooth sound of a V-12, or the deep throated sound of a V-8 in a pony car.

I’ll leave the girls alone other than it was a more genuine look, but our music was way better that what you hear today.

4th of July 2019 Tribute

It is the celebration of the birth of our nation.  People died for our freedom to start a new country that would arguably become the greatest ever.

My mom was born on the 4th of July.  Captain America, the comic book hero fittingly was also born on the 4th, in 1918.

Nothing is more patriotic to me than the Star Spangled Banner and the Stars and Stripe forever, so here they are.

God bless the USA
