The FBI And Epstein, The Story Behind The Story
A while back, I read the biography of J Edgar Hoover. If you read between the lines, he had the goods on everyone by wiretapping, eavesdropping and other recordings regarding lascivious behavior of politicians and celebrities. He would hold this over their heads (blackmail) to get his way and have job security.
They also were professional hit men that took out a lot of people you never heard about because a different story was told to the public. (insert Kennedy conspiracy theory among others here)
Not much has changed has it. It’s come out that Epstein was an FBI informant. He had sex tapes of politicians and celebrities with underage children. He was granted favors, allowed to carry on his debauchery and make gobs of money until he wasn’t. The FBI used his information to blackmail people just like Hoover.
The professional hit men took him out and the public was sold a story that no one believes. Epstein didn’t hang himself, his usefulness was over. The FBI has the tapes of who they want to either take down or keep quiet. That’s why until last week no one (especially in Congress) was named. Sure, they’ve let the obvious out like Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton, but everyone always suspected that to begin with.
Epstein was an asset of the FBI. What his exact relation was remains sealed.
Information is power when you use it selectively.
Case in point:
New information released as part of the second round of Epstein data shows that a teenage girl was used to “obtain potential blackmail information” on “prominent American politicians” and other world leaders.
According to the allegations from a victim, “Epstein also sexually trafficked the then-minor Jane Doe, making her available for sex to politically-connected and financially-powerful people.”
The goal of the operation was to put powerful people in compromising positions and then use that information against them. There is a lot of manipulation of people in the government by the intelligence community
“Epstein’s purposes in “lending” Jane Doe (along with other young girls) to such powerful people were to ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political, and financial gain, as well as to obtain potential blackmail information,” the document states.
The document emphasizes that Jane Doe #3 was trafficked “for sexual purposes to many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders.”
Most of the names of the “powerful people” mentioned, notably the Presidents and Prime Ministers, have not seen the light of day.
As we document in the video below, there’s a good chance information about them is contained in the hard drives and CDs that were photographed by the FBI during their raid of Epstein’s New York mansion in July 2019.

Heating With Natural Gas Cuts Costs 40% Vs Electricity – So Why Is Biden Trying to Screw The Country?
Heating homes this winter using natural gas is estimated to cut down energy costs by more than 40 percent compared to electricity, according to a recent report by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
Households using electricity to heat homes are projected to pay $1,063 on average between November and March, according to a Nov. 7 winter fuels outlook report by the EIA. In comparison, households using natural gas are only expected to shell out $601.
Region-wise, the biggest difference is in the Midwest, where electric heating is expected to cost $1,213—more than double the gas cost of $581. In the Northeast, gas heating is projected to be cheaper by $704, in the South by $507, and in the West by $417.
Natural gas heating is also cheaper compared to other alternative energy sources such as propane and heating oil, which are expected to cost $1,343 and $1,851 respectively.
High heating costs borne by households using electricity come as the Biden administration is pushing an electrification agenda.
The administration is already imposing several restrictions on the use of gas-powered appliances. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has announced new efficiency standards for residential gas furnaces, pool pumps, battery chargers, dehumidifiers, ceiling fans, incandescent light bulbs, and gas stoves that would severely curtail their use.
Secondly, the Biden administration is offering rebates on the use of electric appliances in homes. The 2022 Inflation Reduction Act set aside $8.8 billion in rebates for home energy efficiency and electrification projects.
In a June 2 interview with The Epoch Times, O.H. Skinner, executive director of the Alliance for Consumers, said the Biden administration’s push for electrification of home appliances is bad news for Americans.
“That will make it so that nearly the majority of the current products on the market don’t meet the standards and have to be redesigned or removed from the market,” he said.
“Everyday things that people actually want are going to get more expensive or disappear, and the products that will be available will be more expensive but not better. People are going to wonder why life is worse.”

Nevertheless, USA Boxing has taken the outrageous decision of allowing men to compete in the female category of amateur and Olympic-style boxing provided they meet various criteria.
In a news release Friday, the organization announced a new transgender policy under which a “boxer who transitions from male to female is eligible to compete in the female category.”
It said the athlete must have completed “gender reassignment surgery,” must undergo quarterly hormone testing for four years after surgery and must fall below a total testosterone threshold.The policy is already receiving criticism from female boxers, who
correctly point out that boxing involves intense physical combat as
opposed to, say, track and field or soccer

Pa. Farm Show Mullet Contest: Meet this year’s champions and see the Best In Grow
Over a hundred contestants, and dozens more eager onlookers, crowded the Main Hall Stage area of the Farm Show for the inaugural Pennsylvania’s Preferred Mullet Contest.
The event was held in the morning of Jan. 8, with over 60 contestants in the Under 18 category, and more than two dozen in both the Over 18 and Throw Back category – the latter being photos submitted electronically, and eligible from any time in the past.
Madison Shaw, main hall assistant manager with the Farm Show, hadn’t expected quite such a big turnout, but overall the contest “went much better than I expected,” she said.
The contestants seemed happy to participate and celebrate the hairstyle they’ve all committed to so eagerly. One after another they strode onto the stage, flipping their hair, flexing their muscles, and throwing up the rock-and-roll horns
There were mullets with long, straight hair and mullets with lots of curls; some had designs shaved into their sides, or styled the “business” side of things in the front or on top. Thin mustaches were popular among those old enough to grow them, as were the Pit Viper style sunglasses.

Judge Loretta Preska on Wednesday unsealed the first cache of documents from lawsuits related to Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse which potentially included names of over 150 people.
The first set of documents detailed Ghislaine Maxwell’s recruiting techniques, Prince Andrew’s abuse of the trafficked victims, and Bill Clinton’s fondness for “young” girls.
A second cache of Epstein docs was unsealed on Thursday.
According to the second tranche of documents obtained by The Gateway Pundit and reviewed by this reporter, one Epstein victim, a minor teen dubbed “Jane Doe 3,” said she was trafficked to “prominent American politicians” to “obtain potential blackmail information.”
The new documents reveal there are alleged sex tapes of Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and Richard Branson.

New Report Highlights Green Failure in Europe and Warns America
If I didn’t need any more proof that the Climate crap we get is a scam, there’s the following. It’s just a scare tactic to grift money out of people dumb enough to give it, in this case Bloomberg, SMH. It’s just another wedge issue from those trying to distract us from the abject failure of the current administration.
As one digests Rupert Darwall’s latest report for the RealClear Foundation, the well-known quote from Spanish philosopher George Santayana might ring through the mind: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
Anyone looking to combat the activists pushing a ‘net zero’ agenda here in the U.S. would be wise to read Darwall’s piece, entitled “The Folly of Climate Leadership.”
The analysis tells the story of Great Britain heeding the cries for decarbonization, starting when Parliament wrote an 80% decrease in emissions target into law in 2008. They raised it to 100% – or “net zero” – in 2019. The results have clearly been catastrophic.
Since decarbonization efforts commenced, Britain’s economy has grown at half the rate as it did from 1990-2008. According to a research study from noted British economic historian Nicholas Crafts, that’s the second-worst period of British peacetime growth since 1780.
In addition to the economic malaise, British energy prices have skyrocketed, and Britons are now concerned with how to survive the effect of those costs on their wallets, as they look to heat and power their homes and businesses, travel for work and pleasure and live life as best they can.
The differences between British energy costs and those here in the U.S. are staggering: Britons paid an average of $228 per megawatt hour (MWh) for electricity generated from coal in 2022, whereas Americans paid an average of $27 per MWh. For natural gas, 2022 saw Britons paying $251 per MWh, versus American consumers averaging $61 per MWh for their power.
Darwall’s report also highlights the effects of unchecked and anti-market driven government investment in ‘green’ energy on grid reliability, as intermittent production from wind and solar – coupled with a lack of utility-grade energy storage – dropped electricity generated per gigawatt of capacity falling 28% since 2009.
The same arguments that have crippled Britain’s economy are now being used by the Biden Administration here at home, with zealots in Cabinet-level positions – including Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, and EPA Director Michael Regan – pushing the message from their bully pulpits.
The recent – and completely misnamed – Inflation Reduction Act passed by Congress provided the zealots with nearly $400 billion to dole out to supportive organizations and start-ups to jump-start our nation’s push for ‘net zero.’ Those dollars – doled out with few oversights or performance metrics attached in many cases – have produced very few wins in the last year, unless a win is measured in keeping political cronies happy and rich.
Consider: wind energy projects in Nebraska, Colorado, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Jersey were scrapped last year, even after untold millions of federal dollars went to their developers. Over 100 solar companies went bankrupt, and solar projects from California to Florida were shuttered in the middle of their development. Battery storage – a key component to offsetting the intermittency of wind and solar – also saw projects stalled, along with at least one lawsuit filed against a storage company when its solution failed.
Despite the perils of ‘green’ energy dependence shown throughout Europe, the eco-left continues to double down on ridding America of traditional energy sources. Supporting those efforts are ideologue billionaires, who continue to fund net-zero initiatives.
Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has given well over $1 billion of his personal wealth to the Sierra Club to fund its “Beyond Coal” and “Beyond Carbon” campaigns. Designed to rid the U.S. of every coal-fired power plant by 2030, the Sierra Club/Bloomberg partnership has succeeded in shutting down nearly two-thirds of the plants to-date, with most of the remaining in rural locations, including my home state of Alaska, where alternatives to existing coal plants in the state’s interior don’t readily exist. Without coal, countless Alaskans would have their livelihoods – and very lives – threatened during our long, dark and sub-zero-temperature winters.
With activists entrenched in government bureaucracy, zealots running government agencies and rich men (and women) funding these efforts, only those educated in historical failures of decarbonization – and willing to stand up and fight back against the climate warriors – stand a chance of helping stem the attacks. Darwall’s study should be required reading for anyone looking to build a fortress in their state against job-killing, family-harming decarbonization efforts.

Dutch investigative journalist Elze van Hamelen has published a new report to raise the alarm about the “tsunami of fake foods” being rolled out by the biotech industry.
Despite claims from the green agenda elite, fake meats are not about your health or the environment.
Van Hamelen warns that these products are a tool to phase out farmers and ranchers so the agriculture industry can be replaced with ultra-processed food products that can be controlled by patents.
Creating lab-grown meat is “insanely expensive,” van Hamelen notes.
The production of these “foods” is also plagued by bacterial and viral contamination.
Despite the pharmaceutical-style manufacturing, lab-grown meat isn’t considered a pharmaceutical product.
This means that no human testing is required.
Instead of directing your food dollars to corporate supermarket chains or fake food products, van Hamelen recommends supporting small farmers growing real food.
Lab-grown products may one day represent 80 percent or more of the “meat” consumed worldwide.
This shift would be a dramatic departure from the way humans have eaten for centuries.
Of course, this change in the food supply will only impact the general public as the wealthy elite will continue to eat traditional meat products.

Sure, I expected teachers, professors and psychiatrists to be libtarded, but Accountants, Physicians and Engineers also?

By contrast, Biden could do no better than Clinton’s showing among women overall, and he actually lost ground among white working-class women,” according to a post-election analysis by Brookings. Not very impressive.
When one steps back to look at the big picture, it’s not at all surprising that the common-sense class leans right. This is because its traditional social rival class, the white-collar elites, has been wholly captured by far-left fundamentalism. The degree to which the transformation has occurred is shocking.
Medical researcher Kevin Bass’s apology for the health community’s COVID-19 totalitarianism caused quite a stir when Newsweek published it a year ago, and he has only become more red-pilled since then. Over the weekend, he created and posted on X a series of animated graphs that show how the political leanings of America’s professionals have tilted hard left in recent times.
“I generated these figures using Adam Bonica’s DIME dataset at Stanford [1],” Bass says of his method. “They were generated by plotting the donor scores of physicians who had made political contributions during the respective years. Such measures have been shown to strongly correlate with the ideology of donors [2] and thus serve as a proxy for the profession’s ideological leaning, especially in recent years, where more than 10% of physicians have made such political contributions.”
Bass’s animated graphs are eye-opening indeed.

Orthodox Jewish leaders condemned The Harvard Crimson, the student newspaper of Harvard University, for “whitewashing” antisemitism in a series of op-eds published at the tail end of 2023.
Although Harvard’s efforts to respond to antisemitism on campus after Hamas’ terrorist attacks Oct. 7 in Israel drew early scrutiny, the university took the spotlight even more after its president, Claudine Gay, said at a Dec. 5 congressional hearing that calls for genocide against the Jewish people may not violate Harvard’s policies against harassment, depending on context. Gay resigned Tuesday amid a plagiarism scandal; concerns about Harvard’s failure to clamp down on antisemitism remain.
The Harvard Crimson published “Antisemitism at Harvard, According to Seven Jewish Affiliates” on Dec. 29, a package of five “op-eds,” three of which warn against the “weaponization of antisemitism” against pro-Palestine protesters.
One op-ed claims that “Jewish safety—in Israel and the diaspora—is inextrictably intertwined with Palestinian liberation.” In another, a former executive director of Harvard Hillel condemns “today’s McCarthyist tactic of manufacturing an antisemitism scare, which, in effect, turns the very real issue of Jewish safety into a pawn in a cynical political game to cover for Israel’s deeply unpopular policies with regard to Palestine.”
Some essays acknowledge the deep pain that Israelis and American Jews feel since the Hamas attacks of Oct. 7 in southern Israel, where terrorists slaughtered more than 1,200 people, including women and children, and raped women while murdering them.

‘Tip of the Iceberg’: At Least 309 Infections and 16 Escaped Pathogens Linked to Lab Accidents
You begin to wonder whether the government is really out to get us or is just dumb as shit. The conspiracist in me remembers Covid and the 2020 elections. Lock everyone down while committing crimes, the old magicians watch my hand and not the door behind me trick.
Well, they’ve got a new list of stuff to scare the under educated with. The reason I question it is that the hotbed is the United States when in fact a lot of the shady practices are known to be in China.
Between 2000 and 2021 at least 16 pathogens reportedly escaped from research laboratories, according to a new study published in The Lancet Microbe — but the study authors said their findings may “only represent the tip of the iceberg” in terms of numbers due to a lack of standard reporting requirements.
A team of researchers surveyed peer-reviewed articles and online reports in English, Chinese and German, looking for all indications that a pathogen accidentally “escaped” from a lab or that an infection was determined to be “laboratory-acquired” during the study period.
In addition to the 16 episodes of pathogenic “escape,” the researchers found 309 instances of lab-acquired infections caused by 51 different pathogens.
Seventy-seven percent of those infections were caused by bacterial pathogens, 13.9% were caused by viruses, 7.1% by parasites, 1.6% by fungi and less than 1% by a prion agent.
Eight of the cases were fatal, and six of those deaths were caused by bacteria, such as Yersinia pestis, which causes plague, or Neisseria meningitidis. One death was caused by Ebola virus.
The vast majority of infections occurred as an outcome of “procedural errors,” breaches of biosafety or risk mitigation procedures, which included using the wrong personal protective equipment, having inadequate training or mishandling samples.
Needlestick injuries, spills, splashes, open vials, animal bites or “unknown reasons” caused the remainder of the infections.
Most illnesses occurred in North America, Europe and Asia with the U.S. accounting for more than three-quarters of the infections. The majority of pathogen escapes were “internal,” meaning they were confined to the lab, but a few escaped into the broader community.

Glaciers, for example, “melted away because the sun started to get … brighter and provided more solar energy to the climate system,” according to Soon.
Throughout his career, Soon, a former researcher with the Center for Astrophysics-Harvard & Smithsonian, says he has sought to pursue the facts surrounding shifts in the climate because “science is not about belief.”
“Science is about data,” he said.
Many people think that it is “rising carbon dioxide that is the main factor … that affects climate change, and that is wholly untrue,” Soon says. “That is such a distorted view that I think it needs to be corrected.”
Someone should shut up Kerry and Biden also. It would stop the waste of money (laundering) on this, but then it doesn’t fit the climate narrative does it.

I don’t write much about the myriad of sick and twisted stories that surround Jeffrey Epstein, because everything in that rabbit hole is a matrix of perversion and manipulation by sick people, sick government officials, and blackmail material in a world of darkness and evil.

It’s a problem in the western world that is rarely discussed in the media beyond puff-piece articles and glancing polls that avoid connecting the dots. The precipitous decline of dating, committed relationships and marriage along with a flatline in population in the past couple decades in the US is treated as a novelty issue rather than the threat to the stability of civilization that it actually is. History shows that without the traditional family structure, numerous ugly societal consequences follow.
One could argue, though, that the situation is far worse than that. We may be heading into a future where families become a novelty, and many argue that the root cause is feminism and the hyperinflated delusions of progressive women.
In order to understand the problem we have to look at the stats.
More than 50% of American women are still childless by age 30. By age 35 fertility goes into steep decline with women having a 15% chance of becoming pregnant, and a less than 5% chance of motherhood at age 40. Meaning, the best window of opportunity for women to find a compatible partner and build a family is in their 20s.
Feminists argue, though, that this is the time in a woman’s life when they should be building a career and having fun. Family life, they say, is an artificial prison “created by the patriarchy” in order to oppress the fairer sex. Corporate media and Hollywood entertainment often reinforce this narrative and encourage unrealistic life goals.
The word on the street is “Hoeflation”: The dramatic increase in cost for men today to maintain a relationship with a woman while the quality of women continues to go down. That is to say, it is an increase in female expectations vs what they bring to the table in a relationship.
In other words, women of the past used to have something to offer beyond sexual companionship, from greater femininity, greater potential for motherhood, less combativeness and narcissism, as well as a superior ability to raise children and maintain a home. Such traits are highly attractive to men even after 60 years of widespread feminism, but are seen as non-existent among women under 30 in 2023.
It should be noted that “Hoeflation” seems to be directly linked to progressive influences, and not all women fall into this category. Unfortunately, around 71% of young women identify with progressive beliefs, as opposed to young men who are only 53% progressive. It should also be noted that progressive today means something a lot different from what it meant in the 1990s (progressive now means woke, or extreme leftist cultism).

One of the most popular film franchises in the 21st century has been the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ever since 2008’s “Iron Man,” Disney’s catalog of superheroes and the stars that play them drove tens of millions of Americans into theaters. That wasn’t the case with two out of the three Marvel flicks released in 2023.
The first was in February with “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.” Despite an all-star cast including Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer and Bill Murray, the $200 million-priced film earned only $215 million domestically and $476 million worldwide, far short of the $600 million it needed to break even on its theatrical run, according to Variety. That’s less than the $519 million worldwide earnings from the first “Ant-Man” film in 2015 and the $623 million the second installment earned in 2018 (not adjusted for inflation).
“The Marvels,” however, opened to just $46 million and may not even reach $100 million domestically (its total gross so far is less than $90 million domestically and roughly $200 million worldwide), making it the lowest-grossing Marvel film in the entire franchise and putting it in box office disaster territory, given its reported $274 million budget.
I was a super hero fan and a Star Wars fan. Disney, courtesy of Kathleen Kennedy made them woke and terrible. Ultimately, the are all but unwatchable. Are Men Smarter than Women?
- In adulthood, men score about 2-4 IQ points higher than women. Selection bias might account for around 1-point of that.
- This gap may be said to not reflect underlying intelligence differences, but something specific about the tests. Yet that conclusion is based on complex methods that depend on assumptions made by the researcher and have questionable real world application. I’m not an expert in these methods, but I’m skeptical of them.
- All of this is despite the exclusion of spatial ability from IQ tests, where the male advantage is particularly large. There are some female favored traits excluded from IQ tests, but as far as I can tell none are as g loaded and therefore theoretically as likely to influence true g, to the extent we are comfortable thinking about the concept in this way.
- The debate about true g might matter to psychometricians, but there seems to be no reason it should to normal people using the common sense definition of “intelligence.” Men are better at problem solving and know more things, so can be said to be more intelligent in the collective understanding of the term even if women are just as smart in some sense that doesn’t predict performance in the real world.
The definition of “intelligence” does not come from nature. Scientists have constructed various tests designed to measure what people commonly mean when they use the term. The idea that intelligence exists in a meaningful sense comes from the finding that how well individuals do on all kinds of mental ability examinations are correlated with one another. Psychometricians therefore talk about the g factor, which is a mathematical construct that refers to the underlying ability to think abstractly and solve problems.
The most common intelligence test for adults is the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (for those 6-16 years old, there is the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC)). It traditionally has had two main sections: Verbal and Performance, or non-verbal.
So in conclusion, yes.
Despite what many hereditarians believe, the idea that men and women are of equal intelligence appears unlikely to be true. That doesn’t hurt my feelings, because I love truth, believe in liberty, think individuals should do whatever they want, and that society should be completely indifferent to disparate outcomes between groups. When arguing with social engineers, however, higher male IQ serves as one more thing to beat them over the head with.
The short answer is yes.
I know that the spacial ability part is true. I can look at a group of items and know exactly how to pack them. The same with a dishwasher. I get it in the dishes in the unit with a pattern that fits more and cleans better. I can look at a parking space and know to the inch how to get in. The females in my family can’t park, brake too late and pack the dishwasher like a kindergartner, despite multiple tries at doing it.
In playing a trivia game with the question what trait did you inherit, the thing I got from my dad was spacial awareness. The rest of the family readily admitted that they don’t have it and don’t see how things fit in a coordinated manner.
It’s why I see patterns in life also, like not taking the jab because the evidence of fraud were there all along and that the election was rigged, as was January 6th.

Happy World Introvert Day

It’s my favorite holiday after just suffering through Christmas and New Years. I can be alone today. Somewhere out there (although probably quiet) my fellow souls finally have some joy. It’s doubtful others will hear about it as we don’t boast, and other times you can’t get a word in edge wise for all the yapping.
I know and so do others.

Road Rage – First The German Farmers Got Pissed Off, Now The French Are Throwing Manure On The Road, A Real Shit Fest
DW reports that German farmers are enraged at proposed diesel subsidy cuts and taxes directly affecting them. They say these could cost them up to €1 billion. The government says the cuts are needed to balance the country’s 2024 budget.
Farmers from across Germany descended upon Berlin on Monday. Hundreds of tractors converged on the city’s famous Brandenburg Gate. The motto on the gate, “Too much is too much!”
Green Party Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir was among those criticizing the government’s approach. He said farmers have “no alternative” to diesel, adding “farmers are the ones who supply us with food, these cuts overburden the sector.”
Now, the French are throwing manure on the road, giving an new meaning to bullshit.

Her enduring passion for this deciduous specimen apparently began during the COVID lockdowns in 2020 and 2021.
According to Breitbart News, after moving to Vancouver Island, British Columbia, in 2020, Semyonova’s atraction to this tree began when she noticed it during her daily walks. After walking, “near the tree five days a week for the whole winter. I noticed a connection with the tree,” she said.
During that lonely time, she had been “craving that rush of erotic energy that comes when you meet a new partner, and that is not sustainable.”

Well, That Explains Washington DC – The Data Is In: These Are The Gayest States In The US
The District of Columbia has the highest percentage of LGBTQ individuals in the United States, according to a UCLA study released in December.
In the nation’s capital, 14.3% of the population claims to be part of that community, with Oregon, Delaware, Vermont and New Hampshire also topping 7% of their population identifying as LGBTQ, the study by the Williams Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles, said. The study estimated the total population of LGBTQ individuals is 13.9 million, or roughly 5.5% of the United States population, according to The Hill.
Maybe they should concentrate on legislation rather than rogering.

Once again, Europeans are trying to tell Americans what they can say and do
We started our country to get away from and not be like Europeans. It’s getting tiresome to be told to act like them because that is the standard they are measuring by.
Here’s how it began.

My European relatives and travels have shown me a few things. They didn’t progress as far and as much as the US has since the above, and that the favorite sport in Europe isn’t football, it’s trashing America.
They are mostly socialist now and have had their land, welfare system and country invaded by the goat herders. I’ll give you that our southern border has been overrun, but that’s going to change in 2024 when the politician they loathe the most gets re-elected. Most of them aren’t people wanting to kill and rape, but came to seek a better life. I’ll especially laugh at my wife’s relatives then.

The European Union’s (EU) regulatory agenda will largely hit U.S. technology companies and will impact Americans’ speech and lifestyle by stifling innovation, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The EU laws consist of content moderation regulation, antitrust enforcement and artificial intelligence (AI) model rules, all carrying massive financial penalties for violation. The laws apply to platforms that have large user bases in the EU, which are mainly American companies, with the EU recently launching a formal investigation into billionaire Elon Musk’s X and bipartisan lawmakers pushing President Joe Biden to ensure the regulation does not harm U.S. firms unfairly, according to Reuters.
“The EU views industry regulations as aspirational, which means there’s an element of selective enforcement and only require industry to put good-faith efforts when complying,” Joel Thayer, president of the Digital Progress Institute, told the DCNF. “It’s why they are far more strident. … Therein lies the problem, the EU can turn the dial up or down on how fervently they will regulate. Given how broad all of these laws are—particularly the AI Act, this means that every company that either creates software, distributes software, or has it in their devices are implicated. The EU’s laws now encompass everything from social media to children’s toys.”

Terror at Tesla as robot ‘attacks’ engineer, leaving ‘trail of blood’
It happened in The Matrix, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., 2001 A Space Odyssey and now in real life.
A robotic malfunction at Tesla’s Giga Texas factory resulted in a violent encounter where an engineer was attacked by one of the company’s robots, resulting in significant injuries and leaving a ‘trail of blood.’
According to the Daily Mail, while working on software programming for non-functional Tesla robots, the engineer was suddenly pinned against a surface by a robot tasked with manipulating aluminum car components, with its metal claws inflicted an injury that left an ‘open wound’ on the worker’s left hand.
We are playing with fire. If any of them pass the Turing test, we’re screwed.

(GALLUP) 29% Are Dumbasses and have gotten latest ineffective Covid shot; 47% have gotten annual flu shot
That means that 29% are either under educated or believe what they are told and act like sheep.
There is enough evidence out there to show that it’s not safe and effective and in fact does damage. It’s killed more people than Covid-19 did.
I have friends and neighbors who are 4 jabs deep now. I found out you can’t tell people anything because they are going to believe what they want. I don’t even tell them I’m not because they don’t want to hear it. Some think they are protecting themselves, others just gave up and got it. That’s how effective the propaganda was. It was 1930 in Germany level of disinformation.
Anyway, here is the story:
After initially promising that the Covid vaccine would prevent Covid, then promising it would at least prevent transmission, then promising it would prevent illness, public health experts have had to admit all three promises are untrue. The government and pharmaceutical industry continue to press even healthy people and children to get formulations of Covid vaccines, each of which carries potential risks both known and unknown.
The following is from Sharyl Attkisson:
Less than one-third of Americans, 29%, have gotten the new Covid-19 vaccine that was released this fall. In contrast, 47% of U.S. adults say they have gotten the annual flu shot this year.
Another 20% of U.S. adults indicate they plan to get the new Covid-19 shot, which could bring the level of current vaccination against Covid-19 to close to half of Americans, but that still falls below the combined 63% who have gotten or plan to get the flu shot.
These results are based on Gallup’s latest Covid-19 survey update, conducted Nov. 30-Dec. 7 with more than 6,000 adult members of Gallup’s probability-based panel.
Gallup had found that over seven in 10 U.S. adults had received the earlier versions of Covid-19 vaccines, which were first available to the public in late 2020 and early 2021.
The past two years, booster shots to those initial vaccines were made available. The new shot can be given to people regardless of whether they have been previously vaccinated against Covid-19.
Older Americans, those aged 65 and older, are getting the updated Covid-19 shots at higher rates than the general population — 46% have already done so.
However, seniors are still more likely to have gotten the annual flu shot, with 68% saying they had.
This year, public health officials have also recommended that older Americans get vaccinated against respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV.
To date, 22% of U.S. seniors have gotten an RSV vaccination.
In addition to age differences, vaccine intentions for both Covid-19 and flu differ by party identification, but more so for Covid-19.
- Whereas nearly half of Democrats (48%) have gotten the updated Covid-19 shot, 20% of political independents and 10% of Republicans have.
- Eighty-two percent of Republicans say they will not get the updated Covid-19 shot.
- Sixty-one percent of Democrats, 38% of independents and 35% of Republicans have gotten the flu shot this year. Half of Republicans, 52%, say they will not do so. (Continued…)

Imagine That: New study proves reality: Biological sex is a huge factor in sports performance

What would we do without studies?
Despite a growing trend of downplaying biology’s significance in athletic performance, a recent study — refreshingly — shows what should be obvious: Biological men are stronger and faster than biological women.
The study “Performance of non-binary athletes in mass-participation running events” by two U.K. university scholars and an independent researcher found that biological males who identify as “non-binary” outperformed biological females who identify as same.
The Publica reports the researchers examined results from almost two dozen races in the New York Road Runners “non-binary” category, in which both biological males and females can compete.
There are some PC statements in it, so I listed the obvious. Males are kicking ass when they compete against females. It’s something we’ve all known since the beginning of time, but the woke mob somehow believes that men with dicks still intact are equal to girls.
So far, no girls who had an addadicktome surgery have won anything in men’s competition.

DEI In Med Schools = Failure For The Patients
I recently had some surgery. The first doctor I went to gave me the talk about it being no problem and easy. I wanted a second opinion and it turned out that the actual diagnosis and surgery were completely different than what doctor one diagnosed. Doctor two was the head surgeon at the State University, teaches and has many published papers.
I and everyone else I imagine want competency, in fact excellence in care. I want meritocracy in selection, not equality. It’s like the pilot on my plane. I want the best, not the most diverse. I want my ass to get there safely.
If you are going to put your life in someone else’s hands while you are under anesthesia, it damn well better be the best trained one there is.
Now this:
DEI is a hyperaggressive and politicized quota system, a radicalized version of affirmative action for certain so-called “marginalized” people. It divides society into “groups” based on race, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, and so on. It gives preference to certain favored groups, which include, in descending order: Muslims, transgenders, gays, blacks, Hispanics, and women. It discriminates against other groups currently out of favor, chiefly whites, males, heterosexuals, and Christians. Alas, of late, another group has joined the list of the despised, and is now, perhaps, the chief target of DEI hatred: The Jews.
Rejecting the individual, DEI reduces American society into a collection of groups or tribes, hence the “tribalization“ of society. This tribalization (racialization) is based on certain immutable, physical traits such as skin color and sex. This, by the way, has been the norm for all of human history and throughout the world. America was unique in that it rejected tribalization, group characteristics, and superficial appearance, and elevated the individual, which accounted for its historic success, and the reason so many sought to live here.
DEI, furthermore, has no place in any institution that values standards and color-blind meritocracy. If diversity becomes the driving force behind hiring and promotion, or even a small part of it, rather than skill, accomplishment, and merit, then it necessarily compromises standards.
If the goal is diversity, and to have proportional representation in Memorial Hospital’s work force, based on race, sex, sexual orientation, and other such trivialities, even in part, and the hospital does not contemplate the individual and his unique abilities and contributions over all else, then the system collapses and becomes simply one of groups or tribes competing with one another. Meritocracy necessarily dies in such a system. You can have DEI or meritocracy, but not both.

A Life Lesson About Tomorrows. How Many Are Left?
What does tomorrow mean to us? I thought about that today. It occurred to me that I don’t have as many tomorrows left. As endless as they used to be, I’d grab at a new handful of them. For now, I’m glad to have the next one. They grow fewer every day (sorry, I had to put that in)
Young
When I was young, I never thought about tomorrow. It always came. Some took forever like when I cared about my birthday, and others flew by.
When something has an endless supply, the value is less. It’s economics. I never considered that I’d be working, or retired, or would have kids, a mortgage or any responsibility. Live for today. It was all about today. I had no real yesterday’s to learn from yet.
If I did think about tomorrow, it was the kid dream about being an astronaut or pilot (what I thought about).
That was so long ago and the days between now and then are so numerous that it seems, like another life for me. I’ve lived many different lives within the one I chronologically am still in.
School
I recall sitting in the classroom watching the clock ticking away. Tick, tick, tick towards when I’d be able to go home. Time was endless on those days, and this was just between 2 and 2:15 in elementary school. The only good tomorrow started on Friday.
By the time I got to college, I was aware that life was right around the corner. Still, I enjoyed the day without a care. I ignored that inevitable tomorrow. When it came, it was in the form of an exam, or a girlfriend or another event in life. It was finite and had little consequence as to what my next day held. Still, I had no real cares and a lot of what tomorrow brought was a new experience.
Letdowns started to happen, but the ocean of tomorrows never crossed my mind as I did stupid stuff. I think I lost a few tomorrows by taking too many risks. Somehow I survived and was able to live to the next day, always another tomorrow. It was expected.
Responsibility Years
Life marched on and I grew up, bought a home and started a family. Tomorrows always came, but now they came with other’s problems also. It wasn’t the carefree days when your kid is sick or in trouble. I didn’t have time to think about tomorrow as today brought 10 tons of manure in a 5 ton truck.
So much is happening in your life you take tomorrow for granted or you are too busy to think about anything but today. If you do, those thoughts are invaded with things you have to get done or do for others.
I did notice one thing. I was starting to have a lot of yesterday’s. Some of them happy and some sad. There were lessons learned on both.
The ocean of tomorrows was still seemingly full as it (now) quickly drained away.
Deaths
The first reminders of fewer tomorrows happened here. Those you used to know have run out of tomorrows.
When you are young, say at a grandparents funeral, you can’t comprehend time not being endless for you. By middle age, you know it is closer, but most choose to ignore the reality of time slipping away.
Growing Older
Rarely, do tomorrows bring something new to me. Occasionally, I get a different version of something I’ve been through. I have many more yesterdays now than the number of tomorrows remaining.
The kids are grown. The mortgage is paid off. I no longer work. I’m among the oldest of my relatives now. It brought me to how many tomorrows there will be. Among those, how many will be good or bad? Will there be tough times?
I try to enjoy the days, even if the tasks are mundane. I have less patience for things that don’t seem meaningful to me. My meaningful scale has changed dramatically over life.
From time to time (becoming far too common), people I know run out of their tomorrows. As I sit at the funerals, life comes into perspective for me, at least the part on Earth.
Tomorrows aren’t endless. You only come with so many. Some have more than others and some enjoy them more than others.
Most of life’s struggles are over, except what happens when the tomorrow’s are running out.
Here’s hoping for another tomorrow, and that it doesn’t suck for me.

What I hate the most is how people change and act different when I know damn well what asswipes they are the rest of the year. I hate their fake attitude because it’s the Christmas spirit, or whatever lie they are telling.
I like the meaning of Christmas, but the crap that people do around it, compounded by the commercialization since September and I want to pull my hair out.
This is true every year. I can’t wait for it to be over so we can go back to being who we really are.
