The FBI And Epstein, The Story Behind The Story
A while back, I read the biography of J Edgar Hoover. If you read between the lines, he had the goods on everyone by wiretapping, eavesdropping and other recordings regarding lascivious behavior of politicians and celebrities. He would hold this over their heads (blackmail) to get his way and have job security.
They also were professional hit men that took out a lot of people you never heard about because a different story was told to the public. (insert Kennedy conspiracy theory among others here)
Not much has changed has it. It’s come out that Epstein was an FBI informant. He had sex tapes of politicians and celebrities with underage children. He was granted favors, allowed to carry on his debauchery and make gobs of money until he wasn’t. The FBI used his information to blackmail people just like Hoover.
The professional hit men took him out and the public was sold a story that no one believes. Epstein didn’t hang himself, his usefulness was over. The FBI has the tapes of who they want to either take down or keep quiet. That’s why until last week no one (especially in Congress) was named. Sure, they’ve let the obvious out like Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton, but everyone always suspected that to begin with.
Epstein was an asset of the FBI. What his exact relation was remains sealed.
Information is power when you use it selectively.

New information released as part of the second round of Epstein data shows that a teenage girl was used to “obtain potential blackmail information” on “prominent American politicians” and other world leaders.
According to the allegations from a victim, “Epstein also sexually trafficked the then-minor Jane Doe, making her available for sex to politically-connected and financially-powerful people.”
The goal of the operation was to put powerful people in compromising positions and then use that information against them. There is a lot of manipulation of people in the government by the intelligence community

Most of the names of the “powerful people” mentioned, notably the Presidents and Prime Ministers, have not seen the light of day.

Heating With Natural Gas Cuts Costs 40% Vs Electricity – So Why Is Biden Trying to Screw The Country?
Heating homes this winter using natural gas is estimated to cut down energy costs by more than 40 percent compared to electricity, according to a recent report by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
Households using electricity to heat homes are projected to pay $1,063 on average between November and March, according to a Nov. 7 winter fuels outlook report by the EIA. In comparison, households using natural gas are only expected to shell out $601.
Region-wise, the biggest difference is in the Midwest, where electric heating is expected to cost $1,213—more than double the gas cost of $581. In the Northeast, gas heating is projected to be cheaper by $704, in the South by $507, and in the West by $417.
Natural gas heating is also cheaper compared to other alternative energy sources such as propane and heating oil, which are expected to cost $1,343 and $1,851 respectively.
High heating costs borne by households using electricity come as the Biden administration is pushing an electrification agenda.
The administration is already imposing several restrictions on the use of gas-powered appliances. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has announced new efficiency standards for residential gas furnaces, pool pumps, battery chargers, dehumidifiers, ceiling fans, incandescent light bulbs, and gas stoves that would severely curtail their use.
Secondly, the Biden administration is offering rebates on the use of electric appliances in homes. The 2022 Inflation Reduction Act set aside $8.8 billion in rebates for home energy efficiency and electrification projects.
In a June 2 interview with The Epoch Times, O.H. Skinner, executive director of the Alliance for Consumers, said the Biden administration’s push for electrification of home appliances is bad news for Americans.
“That will make it so that nearly the majority of the current products on the market don’t meet the standards and have to be redesigned or removed from the market,” he said.
“Everyday things that people actually want are going to get more expensive or disappear, and the products that will be available will be more expensive but not better. People are going to wonder why life is worse.”

‘Tip of the Iceberg’: At Least 309 Infections and 16 Escaped Pathogens Linked to Lab Accidents

Well, they’ve got a new list of stuff to scare the under educated with. The reason I question it is that the hotbed is the United States when in fact a lot of the shady practices are known to be in China.
Between 2000 and 2021 at least 16 pathogens reportedly escaped from research laboratories, according to a new study published in The Lancet Microbe — but the study authors said their findings may “only represent the tip of the iceberg” in terms of numbers due to a lack of standard reporting requirements.
A team of researchers surveyed peer-reviewed articles and online reports in English, Chinese and German, looking for all indications that a pathogen accidentally “escaped” from a lab or that an infection was determined to be “laboratory-acquired” during the study period.
In addition to the 16 episodes of pathogenic “escape,” the researchers found 309 instances of lab-acquired infections caused by 51 different pathogens.
Seventy-seven percent of those infections were caused by bacterial pathogens, 13.9% were caused by viruses, 7.1% by parasites, 1.6% by fungi and less than 1% by a prion agent.
Eight of the cases were fatal, and six of those deaths were caused by bacteria, such as Yersinia pestis, which causes plague, or Neisseria meningitidis. One death was caused by Ebola virus.
The vast majority of infections occurred as an outcome of “procedural errors,” breaches of biosafety or risk mitigation procedures, which included using the wrong personal protective equipment, having inadequate training or mishandling samples.
Needlestick injuries, spills, splashes, open vials, animal bites or “unknown reasons” caused the remainder of the infections.
Most illnesses occurred in North America, Europe and Asia with the U.S. accounting for more than three-quarters of the infections. The majority of pathogen escapes were “internal,” meaning they were confined to the lab, but a few escaped into the broader community.

An important and definitive “mainstream” government study done nearly a decade ago got little attention because the science came down on the wrong side. It found that after decades and billions of dollars spent promoting flu shots for the elderly, the mass vaccination program did not result in saving lives. In fact, the death rate among the elderly increased substantially.
The authors of the study admitted a bias going into the study. Here was the history as described to me: Public health experts long assumed flu shots were effective in the elderly. But, paradoxically, all the studies done failed to demonstrate a benefit. Instead of considering that they, the experts, could be wrong–instead of believing the scientific data–the public health experts assumed the studies were wrong. After all, flu shots have to work, right?
So the NIH launched an effort to do “the” definitive study that would actually prove, for the first time, once and for all, that flu shots were beneficial to the elderly. The government would gather some of the brightest scientific minds for the research, and adjust for all kinds of factors that could be masking that presumed benefit.
But when they finished, no matter how they crunched the numbers, the data kept telling the same story: flu shots were of no benefit to the elderly. Quite the opposite. The death rate had increased markedly since widespread flu vaccination among older Americans. The scientists finally had to acknowledge that decades of public health thought had been mistaken.

One of the most popular film franchises in the 21st century has been the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ever since 2008’s “Iron Man,” Disney’s catalog of superheroes and the stars that play them drove tens of millions of Americans into theaters. That wasn’t the case with two out of the three Marvel flicks released in 2023.
The first was in February with “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.” Despite an all-star cast including Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer and Bill Murray, the $200 million-priced film earned only $215 million domestically and $476 million worldwide, far short of the $600 million it needed to break even on its theatrical run, according to Variety. That’s less than the $519 million worldwide earnings from the first “Ant-Man” film in 2015 and the $623 million the second installment earned in 2018 (not adjusted for inflation).
“The Marvels,” however, opened to just $46 million and may not even reach $100 million domestically (its total gross so far is less than $90 million domestically and roughly $200 million worldwide), making it the lowest-grossing Marvel film in the entire franchise and putting it in box office disaster territory, given its reported $274 million budget.
I was a super hero fan and a Star Wars fan. Disney, courtesy of Kathleen Kennedy made them woke and terrible. Ultimately, the are all but unwatchable. It’s going to be a long time before I can see good movies again. Men, and white’s are not the villains every time. Captain America was a hero since WWII, even he is going woke in the new rendition.
I will probably see Ferrari though. I’d own one if I had some F/U money come my way.

The Harvard Crimson reported that President Claudine Gay will resign on Tuesday afternoon:
Harvard President Claudine Gay will resign Tuesday afternoon, bringing an end to the shortest presidency in the University’s history, according to a person with knowledge of the decision.
University Provost Alan M. Garber ’76 will serve as Harvard’s interim president during a search for Gay’s permanent successor, the Harvard Corporation — the University’s highest governing body — announced in an email on Tuesday.
Harvard spokesperson Jonathan L. Swain declined to comment on Gay’s decision to step down.
Gay’s resignation — just six months and two days into the presidency — comes amid growing allegations of plagiarism and lasting doubts over her ability to respond to antisemitism on campus after her disastrous congressional testimony Dec. 5.
Gay’s resignation letter contains no denials or admitting concerning plagiarism. She also did not mention antisemitism.
Glenn Reynolds wrote, “Not-so-great people tend to choose not-so-great people. In this, Harvard is like so many of our institutions, in and out of academia. If the best people aren’t getting to the top — if, in fact, the people at the top are often the worst people and are consistently mediocre — then your selection process is at fault. And if you don’t want to change the selection process, then you’re happy having your institutions run by bad leaders, with the inevitable results. That’s where we are all across America today.”

The District of Columbia has the highest percentage of LGBTQ individuals in the United States, according to a UCLA study released in December.
In the nation’s capital, 14.3% of the population claims to be part of that community, with Oregon, Delaware, Vermont and New Hampshire also topping 7% of their population identifying as LGBTQ, the study by the Williams Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles, said. The study estimated the total population of LGBTQ individuals is 13.9 million, or roughly 5.5% of the United States population, according to The Hill.
Maybe they should concentrate on legislation rather than rogering.

A robotic malfunction at Tesla’s Giga Texas factory resulted in a violent encounter where an engineer was attacked by one of the company’s robots, resulting in significant injuries and leaving a ‘trail of blood.’
According to the Daily Mail, while working on software programming for non-functional Tesla robots, the engineer was suddenly pinned against a surface by a robot tasked with manipulating aluminum car components, with its metal claws inflicted an injury that left an ‘open wound’ on the worker’s left hand.

DEI In Med Schools = Failure For The Patients
I recently had some surgery. The first doctor I went to gave me the talk about it being no problem and easy. I wanted a second opinion and it turned out that the actual diagnosis and surgery were completely different than what doctor one diagnosed. Doctor two was the head surgeon at the State University, teaches and has many published papers.
I and everyone else I imagine want competency, in fact excellence in care. I want meritocracy in selection, not equality. It’s like the pilot on my plane. I want the best, not the most diverse. I want my ass to get there safely.
If you are going to put your life in someone else’s hands while you are under anesthesia, it damn well better be the best trained one there is.

DEI is a hyperaggressive and politicized quota system, a radicalized version of affirmative action for certain so-called “marginalized” people. It divides society into “groups” based on race, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, and so on. It gives preference to certain favored groups, which include, in descending order: Muslims, transgenders, gays, blacks, Hispanics, and women. It discriminates against other groups currently out of favor, chiefly whites, males, heterosexuals, and Christians. Alas, of late, another group has joined the list of the despised, and is now, perhaps, the chief target of DEI hatred: The Jews.
Rejecting the individual, DEI reduces American society into a collection of groups or tribes, hence the “tribalization“ of society. This tribalization (racialization) is based on certain immutable, physical traits such as skin color and sex. This, by the way, has been the norm for all of human history and throughout the world. America was unique in that it rejected tribalization, group characteristics, and superficial appearance, and elevated the individual, which accounted for its historic success, and the reason so many sought to live here.
DEI, furthermore, has no place in any institution that values standards and color-blind meritocracy. If diversity becomes the driving force behind hiring and promotion, or even a small part of it, rather than skill, accomplishment, and merit, then it necessarily compromises standards.
If the goal is diversity, and to have proportional representation in Memorial Hospital’s work force, based on race, sex, sexual orientation, and other such trivialities, even in part, and the hospital does not contemplate the individual and his unique abilities and contributions over all else, then the system collapses and becomes simply one of groups or tribes competing with one another. Meritocracy necessarily dies in such a system. You can have DEI or meritocracy, but not both.

Continuing the U.S. decline of the brand, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that approximately half of all Buick dealership in the U.S. have opted to take a buyout from GM, as opposed to spending millions in retooling, restructuring and retraining their staff to accommodate the EV influx.
Most of the EV’s shoved onto the dealer lots sit idle without customers to purchase them.

Businessman Len Blavatnik and his family foundation have paused their millions of dollars in funding to the Ivy League as it stands behind President Claudine Gay despite accusations she stood by as students spewed antisemitic rhetoric on campus, according to a report.
The Harvard Business School alumnus will halt his funding until the university directly addresses what he sees as rampant antisemitism at the school, a person with direct knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg.

Study Shows Immigrants Use More Welfare Than US Citizens
The largest invasion in human history is also the largest looting spree. Among the findings of a report based on data from the 2022 Survey of Income and Program Participation are these:
• The 2022 SIPP indicates that 54 percent of households headed by immigrants — naturalized citizens, legal residents, and illegal immigrants — used one or more major welfare program. This compares to 39 percent for U.S.-born households.
• The rate is 59 percent for non-citizen households (e.g. green card holders and illegal immigrants).
No evidence was found that this is due to fraud.
• Illegal immigrants can receive welfare on behalf of U.S.-born children, and illegal immigrant children can receive school lunch/breakfast and WIC directly. A number of states provide Medicaid to some illegal adults and children, and a few provide SNAP. Several million illegal immigrants also have work authorization (e.g. DACA, TPS, and some asylum applicants) allowing receipt of the EITC.
Even if they work, they still collect welfare, as they do even if they don’t have kids and even if they have education credentials:
• Immigrant households without children, as well as those with high incomes and those headed by immigrants with at least a bachelor’s degree, tend to be more likely to use welfare than their U.S.-born counterparts.
Sometimes Democrats/the media pretend that illegals are prevented from suckling at the teat of the Welfare State; however,
• Most new legal immigrants are barred from most programs, as are illegal immigrants, but this has a modest impact primarily because: 1) Immigrants can receive benefits on behalf of U.S.-born children; 2) the bar does not apply to all programs, nor does it apply to non-citizen children in some cases; 3) most legal immigrants have lived here long enough to qualify for welfare; 4) some states provide welfare to otherwise ineligible immigrants on their own; 5) by naturalizing, immigrants gain full welfare eligibility.
An obvious conclusion is drawn:
Given their welfare use rates, knowledge of government programs is clearly extensive in immigrant communities.

From mass digital ID verification to the purge of right-leaning media, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt has the answer on how the left can best defeat its critics ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
Schmidt — the former tech executive turned billionaire Democratic operative — authored a Dec. 16 op-ed for theMIT Technology Review advising Democrats how to fight purported AI-generated misinformation “before it’s too late.” Citing Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and the Republican National Committee’s use of artificial intelligence, Schmidt begged lawmakers and Big Tech to unleash draconian measures that, if implemented, could mark the beginning of a leftist dystopian society.
Among his proposed measures include 1) verifying human users on social media, 2) tracking IP addresses, 3) watermarking AI-generated content, 4) banning advertisers that do not comply with rules, 5) using humans to “fend off an avalanche” of AI-generated content and 6) investing in research. Schmidt noted the confusion AI can cause, noting a need to “brace ourselves for more chaos as key votes unfold across the world in 2024.” He decried the use of AI-generated content to attack scandal-ridden President Joe Biden.
I met Schmidt when I was in the tech industry and what he told me then makes me believe this is all very true. He said Google was Evil and did a lot of stuff they don’t want you knowing. He said he was very far left and would do what he could to make the world that way

A New York federal judge has ordered for the release of documents that will reportedly name Jeffrey Epstein’s clients and associates in early 2024.
The records are a part of a settled civil case in which it is claimed that Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s incarcerated former partner, facilitated the sexual abuse of Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre.
However, the 2017 settlement’s terms were kept anonymous.
Maxwell was found guilty in 2021 for sex trafficking minors and obtaining underage girls for Epstein, who committed suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.
In addition to girls, there have also been allegations that Maxwell and Epstein had also acquired underage boys, however, the specifics of those claims do not at this time indicate any proof, since none have since come forward to law enforcement or the media.
Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.
The release is scheduled for January 1st thanks to the efforts of Judge Loretta Preska. However, she forewarned that many names would still not be disclosed.
Epstein’s accomplices and possibly “innocent” colleagues may have their names made public if they had not successfully fought to keep them out of the civil action.
More than 150 people are anticipated to be identified in hundreds of documents that will reveal additional information about Epstein’s sex trafficking of minors in a number of U.S. cities and countries.
Prosecutors say that between 1994 and 2004, Maxwell and Epstein collaborated to locate minors, “groom” them, and then lure them to travel to Epstein’s properties in New York, Florida, and New Mexico, among other locations.
Some underage victims who spoke to reporters and law enforcement asserted that they were directed to give “massages” and perform other tasks, which then eventually led to being sexually assaulted.

Three Dunkin’ workers accused of threatening customers with guns have been arrested, Texas police say. The El Paso Police Department said the incident happened in the Dunkin’ drive-thru at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9. A 41-year-old man and his girlfriend were ordering doughnuts, but the woman said an employee was acting “rude” and she asked to speak to the manager, police said in a Dec. 18 news release. The worker responded that he was the manager, using explicit language, according to police. When the couple drove toward the window, the employee came outside, followed by two co-workers. The three workers, ages 17, 19 and 20, brandished handguns toward the couple, police said. “One of the employees chambered a round in the pistol, pointed the gun at the 41-year-old customer, and verbally threatened him, saying, ‘Y’all gonna die tonight,’” officers said.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump cannot appear on the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot “because he engaged in an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.”
“A majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution,” wrote the court. “Because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Colorado Secretary of State to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot.”
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
The Colorado Supreme Court just happened to remind people that justices don’t have to be Originalists. After all, if you stick with the plain language in the Constitution you cannot bend it to your will and agenda (I took out the notations):
If the language is clear and unambiguous, then we enforce it as written, and we need not turn to other tools of construction. However, if the provision’s language is reasonably susceptible of multiple interpretations, then it is ambiguous, and we may consider “the textual, structural, and historical evidence put forward by the parties,” and we will construe the provision “in light of the objective sought to be achieved and the mischief to be avoided.”
Section 3 is not ambiguous. Like 99% of the rest of the Constitution it is crystal clear: You cannot hold office if you engaged in an insurrection or rebellion.
Let’s look at the word engaged. Merriam-Webster has six definitions of engaged. The two that best matches the word in section three are “involved in activity” and “involved especially in a hostile encounter.”

The Secret Service later claimed there was “insufficient DNA” present and that they could not identify the owner of the baggy. Fox News’s Jesse Watters later claimed documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request showed there were three vials of DNA from the investigation.
4. Trans Influencer Rose Montoya Flashes Breasts at White House Picnic
Just a month before Cocaine-Gate, a trans influencer at a Pride event at the White House flashed his fake breasts at a White House event that also hosted children. The trans influencer, Rose Montoya, pulled down his dress and grabbed his fake breasts, according to a video that was widely circulated on social media. The White House was forced to condemn the act and ban Montoya from visiting the White House again.
5. Navy Enlists Drag Queen Influencer to Recruit More Sailors
In May, the Navy revealed that it recruited a “drag queen influencer” as part of a pilot program to help recruit more people. The influencer, who is an active duty sailor named Joshua Kelley, goes by the name “Harpy Daniels” and had performed for other service members during deployments on ships.
6. Democrat Mayor Arrested on Child-Porn Related Charges
In March the former Democrat mayor of College Park, Maryland, was arrested on dozens of charges of possessing and distributing child porn. The former mayor — reportedly a mentee of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg — has been photographed with Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and other high-profile Democrats. He resigned prior to his arrest. He was sentenced to 30 years in jail last month.

8. Army Colonel Exposed in Pup-Play
In December 2022, it was exposed that an Army colonel had taken photos of himself in uniform in a dog mask, including in what appeared to be an official Army photo. An account called @Nova_Campaigns exposed the colonel, who had since retired. The retired colonel had numerous photos of himself in a dog mask and uniform, posing with junior service members. The Army said it was investigating the photos, but the outcome of that investigation is not known.
9. Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo Faced Allegations of Sexual Misconduct
In 2021, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo faced allegations of sexual harassment, including that he groped former female staffers. Cuomo resigned over the allegations. Investigators said he “subjected women to unwanted kisses; groped their breasts or buttocks or otherwise touched them inappropriately; made insinuating remarks about their looks and their sex lives; and created a work environment ‘rife with fear and intimidation.’”
There is also no shortage of Democrat sex scandals predating the Biden administration.
In December 2020, Axios revealed that an alleged Chinese Communist Party spy named Fang Fang had targeted Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) — getting so close that she was able to place interns in his office. Swalwell has never addressed allegations that his relationship with the alleged Chinese spy was sexual.
In March 2020, former Democrat Florida governor candidate Andrew Gillum was found inebriated in a Miami Beach hotel room with a man who had overdosed. Police found three bags of drugs suspected to be crystal meth. Photos of Gillum later emerged, showing Gillum lying in his own vomit on the floor. He later said he was bisexual.
In 2019, Rep. Katie Hill (D-CA) was revealed to have been engaging in a “throuple” with her then-husband and a former female staffer. Numerous photos of Hill emerged, including one of her nude and brushing her former staffer’s hair. Hill resigned amid the controversy.
Other famous Democrats embroiled in scandal include former Rep. Anthony Weiner, who was busted for sending women sexually suggestive photos of himself in underwear, and embattled Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), who has faced allegations of not paying prostitutes and patronizing underage prostitutes.
New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigned in 2008 after it was revealed that he had patronized a prostitution ring, and former President Bill Clinton was impeached after his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky was revealed in 1998 after Clinton was sued by Paula Jones, a former Arkansas state employee, in 1997.

Pfizer’s mRNA Injections Reduced the Risk of COVID-19 Disease by Less than 1% Compared to Placebo
Per Pfizer’s interim 2-month, Phase-3 data that they submitted to the FDA on November 20, 2020, Pfizer was measuring the effectiveness of their mRNA injection from preventing COVID-19 symptoms confirmed by a positive PCR-test versus placebo (aka, not getting injected with mRNA-LNPs).
You can see from the chart below (pulled directly from Pfizer’s FDA submission) that 8 out of 17,411 participants (0.05%) in the Pfizer mRNA injected group came down with COVID-19 symptoms confirmed by a positive PCR-test within 2 months or less after their second mRNA shot, versus 162 out of 17,511 (0.93%) in the placebo group.

The world knows mRNA Covid shots have failed

This morning, Pfizer disappointed investors by saying it expects sales of its mRNA Covid jab to plunge again in 2024. Annual sales of Pfizer’s shot and anti-Covid drug Paxlovid will fall 35 percent next year – on the heels of an 80 percent collapse this year.
The announcement is an embarrassment for Pfizer executives, marking the third time in only three months they have had to rachet down expectations for Covid sales.
Investors expect public companies to be able to predict their sales at least six months to a year in advance. But collapsing mRNA demand keeps catching Pfizer off-guard.
Kelce’s “two things at once” spot encourages people to take both flu and Covid jabs at the same doctor’s visit – unsubtly linking the mRNAs with old-style inactivated virus flu shots, which have far fewer side effects.
But would-be recipients have not been fooled. While mRNA demand has collapsed, demand for flu shots remains solid (despite strong evidence of their uselessness).
Only two years ago, the mRNAs were among the world’s most desirable products, and hipsters proudly branded themselves “Team Pfizer” or “Team Moderna.”

COP28 – After 2 Weeks, Historic climate deal does the ‘bare minimum’
In recent years, every COP had been dominated by an angry motion from the radicals, which was ultimately defeated in the final hours. Ironically these noisy motions tend actually to inhibit progress on the big green agenda, so I welcome them.
COP 28 was no different. The basic idea was to finally mention fossil fuels in the final statement after 27 COPS did not so. Makes sense, given that burning fossil fuels are the supposed reason for the climate alarm.
Seemed simple enough, but the radicals had to go full bore on it. They demanded an agreement to actually phase out fossil fuels. Out in the sense of none. No oil, no gas, no coal, nothing.
To see how radical this phase-out stuff really is, note that the alarmist abomination called net zero does not do this. The net in net zero specifically allows for future fossil fuel emissions, provided these are offset in some way. Moreover, it allows for unlimited fossil fuel use if carbon capture can ever be made to work. Net zero is about emissions, not fuel.
Moreover, a lot of fossil fuels are used as petrochemical feedstock, which does not create CO2 emissions. As my colleague Ron Stein strenuously points out, petrochemical products are fundamental to our way of life. Phasing out fossil fuels would mean ending petrochemicals.
A lot of countries objected to this radical phase-out insistence. Some were oil and gas producers, and the radical press focused on them. But a bunch of others were countries that rightly saw fossil fuel as powering economic improvement. This humanitarian side of the argument seldom got reported.
There was an exquisite moment in the middle of all this mindless ho-ha. The moderate President of COP 28 had said there was no science supporting the need to obliterate fossil fuel use. The radicals were outraged and said so.
They spent money and burned more carbon than some countries.
China will be opening more coal power plants and the US will pay a lot of wasted money for a lie that keeps on giving (money to the climatards).

mRNA Jabs (the Covid Jab), It Made Deformed Proteins
A new paper in a top scientific journal shows they accidentally cause our cells to create vast numbers of random misshapen proteins; no one has any idea how serious the risks of those might be
How scary is a new paper showing mRNA Covid shots accidentally cause our bodies to make many different proteins and not just the Covid spike, as the shot’s promoters have claimed for three years?
Scary enough the paper’s authors began spinning their work as soon as they put it out. University of Cambridge professor Anne Willis, the study’s co-senior author, told reporters that mRNA “technology is amazing and it’s going to be revolutionary… but we’ve just made it a whole lot safer going forward.”
In all, almost 10 percent of the proteins that the mRNA Covid jabs make the body produce appear to be “wrong,” rather than the intended spike protein.
In the Cell paper, the authors show that neither Covid-19 itself nor the DNA-based Covid vaccine from AstraZeneca produce similar proteins. The effect is limited to the mRNAs.
The authors also reported they could find a biological response to the wrong proteins in mice and in humans. They warned that these proteins “could activate T cells that target host cells,” and that their other effects “could include increased production of new B cell antigens.”
T and B cells form the core of our immune system. In other words, the mRNA jabs may accidentally cause the body to attack its own tissues, as well as make antibodies that don’t work against the spike protein.

Columbia students call Hillary Clinton class huge disappointment
Hillary Clinton’s fall class at Columbia University felt more like being in a “late-night talk show” audience than a college course, one of many complaints from underwhelmed students, according to a Huffington Post op-ed published Sunday.
Clinton did not read students’ assignments, attend discussion sessions, or hold office hours, and students complained that their questions about controversial topics were avoided, according to the piece.
The column by student Cate Twining-Ward was headlined: “I Thought Taking A Class Taught By Hillary Clinton Would Be Empowering. I Was Wrong.” Twining-Ward expressed her disappointment about the class and interviewed a few of her peers, one of whom said, “I could have learned everything just from reading her memoir.”
The class, “Inside the Situation Room,” taught by Clinton and international relations Professor Keren Yarhi-Milo, focused on “how to analyze and understand the complex interplay between individual psychology, domestic politics, public opinion, bureaucracy, the international environment, and other factors which feed into decisions about foreign policy,” according to the course description.
But Twining-Ward said it “wasn’t really a class — it was a production.”
A filming crew recorded every class, and their equipment tear-down cut half an hour from every session, she wrote.
“Together in class and on tape, we acted much like an audience at a late-night talk show, distracted by the cameras and yet immersed in the vanity of the production,” Twining-Ward wrote. “We followed an unspoken script where we were both active and passive at once — expected to laugh at certain anecdotes, but not encouraged to raise our hands.”

Facebook’s former diversity program manager has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $4 million from the company through fake business deals in exchange for kickbacks to fund a luxurious lifestyle, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
Barbara Furlow-Smiles, 38, served as the lead strategist, global head of employee resource groups and diversity engagement at the social media giant while she orchestrated the scheme, the Justice Department said. From January 2017 through September 2021, she led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs at Facebook and was responsible for developing and executing DEI initiatives, operations, and engagement programs.
“Furlow-Smiles used lies and deceit to defraud both vendors and Facebook employees,” said Keri Farley, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Atlanta office. “The FBI works hard to make sure greed like this doesn’t pay off and those who commit fraud are held accountable.”
Furlow-Smiles committed the fraud by linking PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App accounts to credit cards given to her by Facebook and used those accounts to pay friends, relatives, former interns at a prior job, nannies, babysitters, a hairstylist and others for goods and services that were never provided to the company, a federal complaint states.

Biden Buying Black Votes, Delays Menthol Cigarette Ban
So they are willing to kill blacks or cause them lung damage to get more votes in election year. They must be desperate.
The Biden administration has once again delayed banning menthol cigarettes, infuriating officials of public health groups who say the products are responsible for taking hundreds of thousands of American lives.
On Wednesday, the White House quietly updated its Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs website to reflect that any final ban on menthol wouldn’t take place until at least March. Even then, it’s expected to take years for menthol products to be off store shelves. The ban was previously supposed to take effect by the end of December.

Disney/Ziegler Do A 180, Because No One Wanted To See A Woke Snow White
Disney actress Rachel Zegler, a vocal left-wing activist, is singing a different tune about the 1937 animated film “Snow White” amid backlash over her past feminist complaints about the Disney classic — and after The Daily Wire announced it is producing its own take on the timeless fairy tale.
During an interview for Variety with fellow Disney actress Halle Bailey, Zegler gushed over the original “Snow White” as “a monumental moment in film history.”
“The cartoon is so beloved — it’s like a monumental moment in film history. It’s the first feature-length cartoon movie, to the point where it won honorary Oscars, and all these amazing things that happened for that film are the reason that you and I get to sit here today, because it made Disney what it is,” Zegler told Bailey, who starred as Ariel in the live-action version of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid.”
The actress went on to veer away from her past comment, saying she “loves everything the Disney company has put out” since its inception.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — The prospect of a deal to end fossil fuels faded on Monday in the oil-rich United Arab Emirates, when organizers of the U.N. climate summit released a draft proposal that merely suggested reducing them instead.
That outcome would fall far short of the demands that environmental groups, the U.S., the European Union and vulnerable island nations had laid out before the COP28 summit in Dubai, with some activists saying the talks would be a failure if they did not call for phasing out the production of coal, oil and natural gas.
The draft “really doesn’t meet the expectations of this COP in terms of the urgently needed transition to clean sources of energy and the phaseout of fossil fuels,” U.S. climate envoy John Kerry said during a fractious, closed-door meeting late Monday night and early Tuesday, which POLITICO listened to via an unsanctioned feed.

IBM Discriminates Against Whites And Asians
An internal video that was leaked shows how IBM violates the Civil Rights act and Title 9 for hiring and discrimination.
They did that 10 years ago when I was there. I worked tangentially with the CEO in the video and all I can say is he is better than Gini Rometty. She managed to lose half the value of the company while promoting girl cattiness.
It sucked to work there then, and any friends I have left there say it got exponentially worse as a working environment.
It’s too bad as there were some times there that we did some of the best work in the industry. Everyone wanted to work hard and work together. It was a system of meritocracy that promoted quality work and talent without regard to skin color. I also saw times that I saw the back biting and people decided not to help each other because they spent most of their time trying not to get fired.
The woke crap was already starting with the LGBTQWXYZ push, as they played favorites with them also.
IBM is cutting their own throats. It’s unity, not diversity that makes for greatness.

Once Again, Google Lied
Google admits that a Gemini AI demo video was staged
There was no voice interaction, nor was the demo happening in real time.
Google is counting on its very own GPT-4 competitor, Gemini, so much that it staged parts of a recent demo video. In an opinion piece, Bloomberg says Google admits that for its video titled “Hands-on with Gemini: Interacting with multimodal AI,” not only was it edited to speed up the outputs (which was declared in the video description), but the implied voice interaction between the human user and the AI was actually non-existent.
Instead, the actual demo was made by “using still image frames from the footage, and prompting via text,” rather than having Gemini respond to — or even predict — a drawing or change of objects on the table in real time. This is far less impressive than the video wants to mislead us into thinking, and worse yet, the lack of disclaimer about the actual input method makes Gemini’s readiness rather questionable.
When I worked in Tech, I crossed paths with Google from time to time. Their CEO at the time told me a lot of what they say is not true, like do no evil. They do a lot of evil. Stay away from them as much as you can. They are like a Hydra.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has now brought a suit to bring accountability for the fraud that resulted in record profits for the pharmaceutical industry. Last week, he filed a complaint alleging that Pfizer misrepresented Covid vaccine efficacy and “conspired to censor public discourse” in violation of Texas’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA).
While Big Pharma enjoys immense government-provided insulation from legal liability for vaccine injuries, it cannot lie to promote those products.
Paxton alleges that the $75 billion Pfizer has raked in through sales of Covid vaccines were the “direct and proximate result” of the company’s deceit.
The DTPA requires Paxton prove two questions to succeed in his case. First, he must establish that the company lied or failed to disclose known information concerning its Covid vaccine. Second, he must prove that the company’s fraud was designed to promote sales of the shots.

EVs Have 79% More Reliability Problems Than Gas Vehicles
(Natural News)—Electric vehicles are failing to live up to their promise, with a new report from Consumer Reports showing that they have an incredible 79 percent more problems than their conventional counterparts, in addition to being less reliable.
Plug-in hybrids fared even worse, registering 146 percent more problems than vehicles with traditional internal combustion engines.
According to Consumer Reports, the least reliable type of vehicle overall was electric pickup trucks.
They reached this conclusion based on a survey they conducted among members about issues they have had with their vehicles during the past year. Data from more than 330,000 vehicles with model years from 2000 onward was included in the assessment.
Their study involved 20 types of issues that range from minor nuisances like squeaky brakes to significant issues such as battery and charging problems and transmission issues, which were given a greater weight than minor issues. Consumer Reports noted that the charging problems they considered were those related to the vehicles themselves rather than public or home chargers.
“As more EVs hit the marketplace and automakers build each model in greater numbers, we are seeing that some of them have problems with the EV drive system motors, EV charging systems, and EV batteries (which are different from the low-power 12-volt batteries that power accessories),” Consumer Reports noted.

During a March 27, 2015, forum on Medical and Public Health Preparedness for Catastrophic Events, Daszak noted4 that unless an infectious disease crisis is at an emergency threshold, it tends to be ignored.
“To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs (medical countermeasures) such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine,” Daszak said, adding:5
“A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”

Oklahoma law enforcement officer David Dewitt is on the wrong side of the law after an alleged sex toy store fight.
The Pottawatomie County sheriff’s commander was charged with assault and battery after an alleged incident in Oklahoma City at Christie’s Toy Box, according to Fox25.
Dewitt allegedly entered the store with a woman and repeatedly argued with her when she wanted to purchase something…..for possibly the funniest reason imaginable.
The issue was the main sex toy in question the woman wanted was “bigger than him.”
That led to Dewitt allegedly raising his hands in threatening fashion, and a clerk intervened. The Oklahoma LEO responded by stating, “Fuck you, I’m a cop.”
Eventually, the situation cooled down before eventually going off the rails when the clerk asked Dewitt if he needed batteries for the sex toy, according to the same report.
Dewitt allegedly asked the clerk, “What the f**k you say to me, fat boy?” He then allegedly attacked the clerk and repeatedly struck him in the face and ribs.
He was eventually arrested but not before telling the clerk, “Call the f*cking cops. I’m an officer of the law. You don’t f*cking assault me. I can have you arrested, jailed to where you never get out.”
Yes, threatening a guy with life in prison after allegedly beating the hell out of him over a sex toy. Very rational, normal and calm.

“Because it is fun, because it creates belonging, community, because it teaches so much about persistence, leadership and discipline, and last, they learn to lose gracefully and often, win with dignity,” Graves continued.

No Amount Of Subsidies Will Ever Make A Wind/Solar Electricity System Economically Feasible
More COP28 lying….the math never works.
The COP 28 climate confab opened today in Dubai. Some 70,000 true believers in the energy transition are said to be gathering. And not one of them appears to be either willing or able to do the simple arithmetic that shows that this can’t possibly work.
So far, no country that has made a commitment to “net zero” has officially backed off. (Argentina may soon become the first.). Things proceed as if all that is needed is to build sufficient wind and solar generation facilities, until eventually you have enough of them to meet demand. But that’s not how this works. The absurdity becomes more obvious every day. Can somebody please tell the poor people making fools of themselves in Dubai?
Let’s consider the latest from Germany. According to Statista here, Germany consumed 511.59 TWh of electricity in 2021 (latest year given, although the numbers have recently changed very little from year to year). Divide by 8760 (number of hours in a year) and you learn that Germany’s average usage of electricity is 58.3 GW. So, can you just build 58.3 GW of wind and solar generators to supply Germany with electricity?
Absolutely not. In fact, Germany already has way more wind and solar electricity generation capacity than the 58.3 GW, but can’t come anywhere near getting all its electricity from those sources. As of June 2023 Germany had 59.3 GW of generation capacity from wind turbines alone, and (as of end 2022) another 67.4 GW of generation capacity from solar panels. The total of the two is 126.7 GW — which would supply more than double Germany’s usage at noon on a sunny and breezy June 21. But, according to Clean Energy Wire here, through the first three quarters of 2023, the percent of its electricity that Germany got from wind and solar was only 52%. Capacity seemingly sufficient to supply double the usage in fact only supplies half. That’s because the supply does not come at the same time as the demand, and the wind/solar generation system provides no mechanism to shift the supply to a time to meet the demand.
And why doesn’t Germany just double the amount of its wind/solar generation, so that those sources would go from supplying 52% of usage to 100%. Because it doesn’t work that way. If they double the wind and solar generation, then on the sunny/breezy June 21 mid-day they will now have over 250 GW of electricity generation — more than 4 times what they need — so they will have to discard or give away the rest. But on a calm night in January, they will still have nothing and need full backup from some other source. Multiplying the wind/solar generation capacity by 10 or even 100 (referred to as “overbuilding”) will increase the costs of the system exponentially, but will never be enough to keep the lights on all the time. Or you can try energy storage to save up the surpluses to cover the deficits, but that also multiplies the costs of the system exponentially. Alongside this, the study’s cohort showed a marked decline in working memory, which is crucial for short-term memory storage and various cognitive processes.
“Significant worsening of executive function and working memory was observed in the first year of the pandemic across the whole cohort, in people with mild cognitive impairment, and in people with a history of COVID-19,” the authors wrote.
The negative impact on cognitive function persisted into the second year, notably concerning executive function across the entire cohort and working memory within specific subgroups.
Cognitive Decline
Key factors for this cognitive decline were identified via regression analyses. Those factors included the fact that, amid lockdowns, people were exercising less and consuming more alcohol across the entire cohort. These factors also contributed to more people experiencing loneliness and depression.
The authors noted that concerns were expressed about the neuropsychological effects of the pandemic social restrictions, with particular respect to the context of potentially increased dementia risk in older adults.

Failure theaters continue to play in Dubai during the United Nations Climate Conference of Parties (CoP28).
To begin with, getting to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was more challenging than normal for some participants…as Germany experienced a record-breaking level of snowfall for any December in recorded history.
The airport in Munich resumed limited operations Sunday morning after being closed for nearly a day because of record snowfall that disrupted transportation across the region.
About 17 inches of snow fell in parts of southern Germany on Saturday, an unusually large amount for early December, and what local news media reported was the biggest daily snowfall in Munich in December since records had been kept.
Then, he lets out the only gas that is dangerous while making specious claims.
Al Gore gets in on the hoax:
In a desperate bid to remain relevant, former Vice President Al Gore slammed the UAE, saying its position as overseer of international negotiations on global warming this year was an abuse of public trust.
The comments, made to Reuters in an interview on the sidelines of the conference in Dubai, reflected skepticism among some delegates that COP28 President Sultan al-Jaber, head of the UAE’s national oil company ADNOC, can be an honest broker of a climate deal.
“They are abusing the public’s trust by naming the CEO of one of the largest and least responsible oil companies in the world as head of the COP,” Gore said.
But, the truth comes out anyway:
There is “no science” that says the world should phase out fossil fuels to curb global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius, according to Sultan Al Jaber, the president of the COP28 climate summit, the Guardian and the Centre for Climate Reporting report.
“There is no science out there, or no scenario out there, that says that the phase-out of fossil fuel is what’s going to achieve 1.5C,” Al Jaber said in an online event last month, the remarks from which the Guardian reported on December 3, days after the COP28 summit in Dubai began on November 30.
Al Jaber made those comments in response to questions from Mary Robinson, the chair of the Elders group and a former UN special envoy for climate change.

It did not announce this finding publicly, nor did it endeavor to make potential recipients of the treatment aware of the risk. Not to inform patients of the dangers was highly illegal, but it didn’t matter — Pfizer is too big to punish. No one involved in the process will ever be held accountable. No one will go to jail. And the major players will go to their graves as extremely wealthy people.

Pfizer classifies its own C19 modRNA product as “highly dangerous”
The modRNA products are moved through the body with the help of so-called lipid nanoparticles and transfected into the cells. The two lipids used by Pfizer, ALC-0159 and ALC-0315, had no approval before 2020 except for “research purposes”. In Pfizer’s safety data sheets they are assigned a medium toxic potential; in the syringe they cause a “high toxic potential.” It’s unbelievable that the authorities would allow something like this to be injected into the upper arms.
TKP published a detailed analysis on December 9, 2021. It quotes the company that produces these lipids. She writes on her website: “ALC-0159 is one of the components of the BNT162b2 vaccine against SARS-CoV-2, along with ALC-0315, DSPC and cholesterol. This product is for research use only and not for human use.”
And further: ALC-0159 and ALC-0315 are discussed in the EMA Assessment Report for the first conditional marketing authorization starting on page 22.

COP28 Update, King Chucklehead III Wants 5 Trillion For NetZero Hoax

“Net Zero” is a list of unrealistic goals laid out by the World Economic Forum (WEF), with backing from the United Nations (UN), that seeks to advance a globalist collectivism agenda.
Thinly veiled as environmentalism, the unachievable goals of “Net Zero” would bankrupt society and make the public dependent on an unelected corporatocratic elite.
Yesterday, King Charles III delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of COP28.
He said that “they” needed $4.5 to $5 trillion per year to drive the transformation that’s needed because of “climate change.”
“28 eight years ago I was most touched to be asked to speak at the opening of COP21 in Paris which of course culminated in the Paris agreement,” Charles III said at COP28.
The Paris Agreement adopted in December 2015 during the COP21 climate conference stipulates that the increase in the global average temperature is to be kept well below 2°C above “pre-industrial levels” and that efforts are pursued to limit the temperature increase to 1.5°C above “pre-industrial levels.”
However, as former renewable energy manager and head of the German Wildlife Foundation Fritz Vahrenholt discovered in 2017, closer inspection of the treaty text reveals that the term “pre-industrial levels” is nowhere defined in this epochal UN document.
FURTHER EVIDENCE HE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH REALITY
It could have been worse. King Charles could have ascended to his desert dais and pronounced that we had just 96 months to avert “irretrievable climate and ecosystem collapse”. But that was the Right Charlie back in 2009, giving us the benefit of his sandwich-board scientific wisdom. These days it is all fashionable bad weather and undefined “tipping points”. The man is now King, and at COP28 he threw away his irksome politically-neutral constitutional role, wrapped himself in Guardianista pseudoscience, and punched down hard on the poor who will be forced to pay for the collectivist madness that is the Net Zero project.
King Charles is no friend of general humanity. Speaking at COP28, he said: “The Earth does not belong to us, we belong to the Earth.” As with many know-your-place elitists, he appears to abhor the impacts that humans have on the planet. He exhibits, sadly on a world stage, a snobbish distain for capitalism – what used to be dismissed in British aristocratic circles as ‘trade’. This capitalist trend over the last 200 years has harnessed the power of natural hydrocarbons to raise billions to a standard of living and health unimaginable to previous generations. In 2009, Charles said we can no longer afford consumerism and the “age of convenience” was over.
Not for the new British King, it need hardly be observed. He lives a life of pampered indulgence where no expense is spared to ensure his every comfort. On his accession to the throne, he added considerably to his Palace Portfolio. To spread his malevolent Net Zero fantasies, he has a fleet of cars, private planes and even a personal train at his command. He uses these to call for “transformational action” to be taken to save the planet. In his COP28 speech, he called for the restoration of nature, the need for sustainable agriculture, and co-operation between the public and private sectors.

A supermajority of undergraduate grades given out at Yale University were an A or A- according to a new report from the student newspaper.
The Yale Daily News obtained a copy of the 2022-23 grades report from an economics professor at the Ivy League university in Connecticut.
The dean of Yale College, the undergraduate branch of the university, acknowledged that professors are not properly grading students. The report shows 78.9 percent of grades given out in the 2022-23 school year were an A or A-. This is a slight dip from the 2020-21 school year when 81.97 percent of grades were above a B.
“As you can see, a large majority of grades in Yale College are in the A range (A or A-),” Dean Pericle Lewis told the student newspaper. “This results in compression, making it difficult for instructors to use grades for their intended purpose of helping students understand areas of strength and others that need attention.”
Professor Ray Fair, who provided the report to the student newspaper, said the inflation is a leftover from the COVID-era. “Some thought [the COVID effect] would be temporary, but it has more or less persisted. [It’s] probably the faculty going easier on students because COVID was a pain,” he told the student newspaper.
By comparison, students in the 2010-11 school year were less likely to earn a graded in the A range. Only 67.23 percent of students that year earned an A or A-.
There is a difference between the hard sciences and the liberal arts, particularly majors such as gender studies and African-American studies.
“In general, STEM subjects seem to have lower percentages of A-range grades, and humanities subjects seem to have higher percentages,” the student newspaper reported.
For example, only half of economics students achieved an A. Meanwhile, 82.21 percent of African American studies students earned an A or A-, according to the reported data for courses with an “[e]nrollment greater than 500.”
The student newspaper also provided data from several courses with lower enrollment. The numbers show 92.6 percent of gender studies’ grades were in this range.
This is not the only Ivy League that has seen high grades. Harvard University gave 79 percent of students an “A” grade in the 2020-21 school year according to data released this semester. This is a 20 percent increase from a decade ago, as previously reported by The College Fix.
Scholars who oppose grade inflation have reportedly found themselves out of jobs as a result of their decision. This includes former Indiana University-Northwest scholar Mark McPhail and Kendrick Morales at Spelman College.
Some professors have explicitly advocated for easier grading in the name of gender equality.

“He’s got to say, ‘We’re all going to die,’” Shatner said. “That’s what he should say to open up with. ‘Very quickly we’re going to die. Much sooner than we expected, we’re going to die.’”

More than 260 million Americans, and billions of people worldwide, have received one or more
doses of a vaccine to protect against Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Most common side effects of COVID-19 vaccines are mild and generally resolve in a few days. In rare instances,COVID-19 vaccines can cause serious adverse events.
Individuals who believe they are injured by COVID-19 vaccines may seek compensation for
those injuries and associated harms or costs. Absent an applicable federal law, individuals
allegedly injured by a vaccine might seek redress by filing a state tort law claim against the
vaccine manufacturer. However, federal law has two distinct compensation regimes that limit
legal liability for vaccine manufacturers and provide potential compensation—without requiring
a showing of fault—for individuals harmed by adverse reactions to vaccines.
For injuries and deaths associated with most vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for routine administration in the United States , the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) may provide compensation. During public health emergencies declared under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act), the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program
(CICP) may provide compensation for injuries and deaths resulting from the administration of “covered countermeasures,” which may include vaccines.
The VICP and CICP regimes are similar in some ways, but the programs serve distinct purposes. Compensation through CICP is generally less comprehensive than through VICP. CICP is a regulatory process administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). CICP
compensation is available only for death or serious injuries resulting from a covered countermeasure. A claimant must generally file a request form and associated documentation with HRSA within one year of the date that the covered countermeasure was administered. For injuries not listed by the Secretary of HHS on a Countermeasure Injury Table, the claimant must demonstrate that the injury was a direct result of the countermeasure’s administration based on compelling medical and scientific evidence. HRSA makes decisions regarding eligibility and compensation; judicial review is not available. CICP compensation is limited to reasonable medical expenses, loss of employment income, and a death benefit when the claimant’s death is a direct result of the administration of a covered countermeasure.
Under the Secretary of HHS’s current PREP Act Declaration for COVID-19, FDA-authorized or -approved COVID-19 vaccines are covered countermeasures. While a PREP Act declaration is in effect, CICP is the sole remedy available for injuries related to covered countermeasures, so CICP—and not VICP—will apply to injuries resulting from COVID-19 vaccinations while the Declaration remains in effect. Due to COVID-19, the number of CICP claims has increased
dramatically. As of February 1, 2023, CICP has received 11,252 claims alleging injury or death relating to COVID-19 countermeasures. Of those, 8,067 claims (71.7%) relate to COVID-19 vaccines. HRSA has not yet compensated any CICP claims relating to COVID-19 countermeasures.
When coverage under the PREP Act Declaration for COVID-19 ends, COVID-19 vaccine injuries could be compensated through VICP, contingent on additional regulatory and statutory changes. To be included in the VICP, (1) the vaccine must be recommended by the CDC for routine administration to children or pregnant women; (2) the vaccine must be made subject
by act of Congress to the excise tax that funds VICP; and (3) the Secretary of HHS must add the vaccine to the Vaccine Injury Table, which lists injuries and conditions associated with vaccines covered by VICP. Should all of these changes occur, COVID-19 vaccines would be covered by VICP.
To receive compensation through VICP for a vaccine-related injury or death, the injured person or their estate must file a petition with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, generally within three years of the onset of the first symptom or significant aggravation of the injury, or within two years of death or four years of the first symptom resulting in death. To receive compensation, petitioners must show either that they experienced an injury listed in the Vaccine Injury Table within the time frame specified in the Table, or prove that the vaccine was the “but-for” cause of their injury. Special masters determine eligibility and compensation; their decisions may be appealed to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Successful petitioners may receive medical expenses, lost income, a set death benefit, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Petitioners who are dissatisfied with the compensation they receive, or whose claims are delayed, may opt to pursue civil actions in court, subject to certain limitations on vaccine manufacturer liability.

Just to document the yawns that 99 percent of the world have toward the never-ending crisis, read excerpts from his Washington Post editorial, “Earth’s Fate Is the No. 1 National Security Issue” (May 14, 1989).
The world is in a crisis–and we are ignoramuses for not seeing what is so clearly obvious (“don’t look up,” they say 34 years later). And an all-of-government (Biden’s phrase) to arrest the ‘crisis’ that only the experts and politicians can see, not us boiling frogs (as one person recently said about us uncleansed).

Our civilization has never experienced any environmental shift remotely similar to this. Today’s climate pattern has existed throughout the entire history of human civilization.
That was Al Gore in 2007. According to Gore, the climate was “shiftless” for thousands of years — a paradigm of stability.
Gore’s quote was a restatement of Michael Mann’s 1998 “hockey stick.” Mann argued that the Earth’s climate held steady for all of human history (the hockey stick handle), until suddenly, in the 1900s, the temperatures increased, representing the upturned blade of the hockey stick.
- How is it that the last six great ice ages started with far more CO2 in the atmosphere than we have now?
- Is it true, as many experts note, that temperatures drive CO2 levels, and not the other way around?
- How does anthropogenic CO2 drive climate when it makes up less than 5% of total CO2 (with most coming from the oceans, volcanoes, decaying vegetation, and forest fires)?
- Isn’t the sun the most important cause of climate, and what effects follow from sun spots and solar flares?
- If greenhouse gases (GHGs) are the most significant drivers of climate change, then why do we focus on CO2, when water vapor (i.e., clouds) is a far more impactful GHG? (In fact, there have been a flurry of recent published studies on the effects of clouds.)

Today’s example is Jeff Bezos. An honorable mention to Bill Gates. It’s people like this that makes me question their motives and the whole climate scam. Do as I say, not as I do.

The Amazon founder’s 417-foot sailing yacht “Koru,” produces an astounding minimum of 7,154 tons of greenhouse gasses annually — roughly 447 times the entire annual carbon footprint of your average American, the Indiana researchers found.
“But because they are so rich and so powerful, they feel like they are entitled [to travel in carbon-producing superyachts], whereas you and I should drive less, should eat less meat,” she said.
Boating industry experts have fawned over Koru’s “green” ability to travel via wind power, but Barros sniffed that Bezos’ three-masted goliath generates a slew of greenhouse gasses just by heating and cooling the vessel and powering the ship’s various over-the-top luxury amenities such as its sauna, pool and theater.
Bezos’ wealth insulates him from the impact of environmental crises, said Dario Kenner, author of “Carbon Inequality: The Role of the Richest in Climate Change.”
“There is an emotional and physical disconnect from the rich and climate change,” said Kenner.
“The poorest people live closest to toxic air facilities, refineries, places where pollution is dumped,” he said, explaining land is cheaper in those areas.

When Diversity Fails.
Meritocracy should be the reason for advancement, but these days it’s not the case.

It’s a troubling sign when our military prioritizes diversity over defense. But sadly, this aligns with the progressive obsession for celebrating “firsts”—be it the first female president or the first cross-dressing, luggage-stealing Department of Energy employee. However, the problem with this unprofessional approach is the shift in focus from the actual job that has to get done to aimlessly promoting a laundry list of social issues. When you lose sight of the primary objective and concentrate on the superficial fluff, your mission is doomed. This is particularly true for the US military, where losing focus can mean death. They nearly learned this lesson the hard way, thanks to a diverse group of Navy women who missed the runway and ended up landing in the water.
A Navy P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol airplane is in Hawaii’s Kaneohe Bay after attempting to land on a Marine Corps runway Monday afternoon, according to Marine Corps officials.
The P-8A reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft was on approach to land on the runway at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay on the island of Oahu.
“The aircraft was landing and overshot” the runway, said 1st Lt. Hailey Harms, a Marine Corps Base Hawaii spokesperson, told USNI News.
The aircraft, assigned to the Whidbey Island, Wash.-based “Skinny Dragons” of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4″ landed at 1:59 p.m. local Hawaii time and ended up in shallow water just off the coast. The air station’s main runway runs in a northeast-to-southwest direction.
“At approximately 2 p.m. local (Hawaii), a U.S. Navy P-8 Poseidon overshot the runway on landing at Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay, and ended up in nearby water,” reads a statement from U.S. 3rd Fleet.
“All personnel safely evacuated the aircraft. The crew, assigned to Whidbey Island, Wash.-based squadron VP-4 ‘Skinny Dragons,” were on a detachment in support of maritime homeland defense.”
Nine people were aboard the aircraft at the time but no immediate injuries were reported.
“They are still being medically assessed,” Harms said.
Base emergency services quickly responded to the scene, including federal firefighters, military police, air traffic control, fire rescue and waterfront operations, she said.
Thankfully, no one was injured, but this doesn’t excuse the fact that a very expensive U.S. aircraft is now a giant “floaty” in the water, thanks to the left’s obsession with diversity, not quality.
And when they’re confronted with this issue, they circle the wagons, deploying every measure to protect their twisted social experiments. A prime example of this happened with a popular X user known as “Amuse,” who commented on the Navy incident only to be immediately attacked by “Community Notes” without justification. This incident illustrates the lengths to which social media platforms will go to defend flawed diversity initiatives. Here’s what he shared in his post:
DIVERSITY: Shortly after a Navy P-8A overshot the runway and landed in Kaneohe Bay (everyone survived) I pointed out that the crew was diverse. For that I got a scathing community note saying it wasn’t true. The Navy is very proud of the fact that it’s P-8 fleet features the most diverse crews in military aviation. 1st Lt. Hailey Harms, a Marine spokesperson confirmed the crew was both diverse and alive. Because the MSM isn’t reporting the identity of the crew the community notes community decided my comment was wrong. Annoying and false. Before you apply a community note make sure you know what you’re talking about – your inability to confirm a statement isn’t proof it isn’t accurate. Note: This crew photo is just the one the Navy distributed to show how diverse its P-8 crews are. They did not share one of the P-8 crew that went for a swim.
Sadly, there have been countless incidents lately where women “teams” have wreaked major havoc, from taking over marketing departments and crushing major businesses like Bud Light and Target to accidentally starting devastating forest fires.

Over the past several months, I’ve been barraged with scientific studies and previously undisclosed government documents which have shown that COVID vaccinations led to millions of deaths, and continues to.
I was compelled to pass this research along to Americans and all the people of the world, whom I love dearly, to allow them to make up their own minds. Especially important is the video at the end of this column by an international banker who is dying from the COVID vaccines, along with his mother. Please watch it after you read the below evidence that gives the exact reasons he says what he does in the video.
Here’s just a small sample of recent studies and reports showing the detrimental effects of COVID vaccines around the country and world:
“A new scientific report challenges the idea that COVID-19 vaccines have prevented deaths after researchers assessed all-cause mortality in 17 countries and found that COVID-19 vaccines didn’t have any beneficial effect on reducing mortality. Instead, researchers found that unprecedented peaks in high all-cause mortality in each country – especially among the elderly population when COVID-19 vaccines were deployed – coincided with the rollout of third and fourth booster doses.”
“Conservative public interest advocacy group Defending the Republic (DTR) has obtained almost 15,000 pages of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial data, claiming the data show an ‘utter lack of thoroughness’ of the trials and calls the vaccine’s safety into ‘serious doubt.'”
“A top Pentagon official has confirmed that cases of myocarditis soared among U.S. service members in 2021 after the COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out.”
“COVID-19 cases among vaccinated seniors soared in 2021, according to newly disclosed data acquired by U.S. health agencies but not presented to the public. Humetrix Cloud Services was contracted by the U.S. military to analyze vaccine data. The company performed a fresh analysis as authorities considered in 2021 whether COVID-19 vaccine boosters were necessary amid studies finding waning vaccine effectiveness. Humetrix researchers found that the proportion of total COVID-19 cases among the seniors was increasingly comprised of vaccinated people, according to the newly disclosed documents.”

Your Saturday Harvard Report – Students Occupy University Hall For 24 Hours – Accomplish Nothing

Pro-Palestine Harvard University students ended a 24-hour campus occupation Friday, listing their demands which included the administration to “call for an immediate ceasefire” in the Israel-Hamas war.
Student group, Harvard Jews for Palestine (HJP), organized an occupation of the school’s University Hall on Nov. 16, posting a statement to Instagram regarding their reasons for the sit-in. About a dozen students initially occupied the hall, according to The Harvard Crimson, which led the Harvard University Police Department to block access to the building and tighten security nearby. “We are a collective of anti-Zionist, non-Zionist, and Zionist questioning Jewish students at Harvard who call for an immediate ceasefire, Palestinian liberation, and the protection of pro-Palestinian voices on this campus and across the world,” the post stated.
Ivy League universities across the United States have seen a divide among students and faculty since the Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Israel. More than 30 student groups at Harvard posted an open letter on the night of the Hamas attack blaming the “Israeli colonial occupation” for the war. Since the open letter, donors and alumni have fled the school due to its failure to not take a stance against the rising anti-Israel rhetoric on campus. Billionaire Lex Wesner called out the school in a letter condemning them for not taking a “clear and unequivocal stand against the barbaric murders of innocent Israeli civilians by terrorists.”
Harvard students who had backed the anti-Israel letter were later doxxed by a truck driving around campus revealing the names and photos of students who allegedly had signed it.
Harvard President Claudia Gay officially released a statement on Nov. 9 calling out the antisemitism on campus stating that the school was committed to “doing the hard work to address this scourge.” The HJP, however, stated that they stood in “complete solidarity” with the pro-Palestine student groups that had backed the open letter.
“We do not feel at all unsafe, but rather deeply empowered by their presence on this campus, and we aim to amplify their fight through our uniquely Jewish perspective,” the HJP post continued.
A student in the University hall was filmed during the sit-in calling to protestors outside who could be heard cheering them on as demands were yelled from inside of the building.
“Our demands are for the university to call for an immediate f*cking ceasefire…Our demands are for the university to support and protect students who are vulnerable. Like you guys who have been f*cking doxxed,” the student yelled. “And for them to stop conflating anti-Zionism and antisemitism, because babe it’s not the same thing. We go to Harvard and we have some big f*cking brains.”
Along with the ceasefire request, the HJP noted that they wanted the school to establish an investigation committee that would look into “anti-Palestinian racism” and the “suppression of pro-Palestine advocacy,” according to a supporting student group.
The HJP protestors eventually left the hall without their demands being met, and it is unclear if any of the students will face disciplinary actions.

Forty-two states, including California and New York, allege that billionaire creator Mark Zuckerberg’s company “knowingly designed and deployed harmful features on Instagram and Facebook to purposefully addict children and teens.”
Previously, Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen claimed that Meta targeted children and teens for monetary reasons and a leaked document showed that the youth demographic was “a valuable but untapped audience.”
Just weeks after Haugen blew the whistle on Facebook’s tactics, Zuckerberg unveiled his plan to release what may prove to be Meta’s most addictive product yet: Facebook Horizon. Zuckerberg’s October 2021 virtual tour of the new product, which was panned as “super weird,” was his coming-out party for what has become known as “the metaverse”—a digital world that users can essentially live in and access via a virtual reality (VR) headset such as Facebook’s Oculus Quest.
Zuckerberg’s metaverse launch was a conveniently timed and thinly veiled rebranding effort to distract from whistleblower documents and allegations that, according to the Associated Press, show that “Facebook ignored or downplayed internal warnings of the negative and often harmful consequences its algorithms wreaked across the world.”

I was a huge Marvel fan for decades. The movies used to be great, even if they were Comic Book stories on the big screen. Ironman and Captain America were truly hero’s trying to save the world/universe/anything and were written well. They had good origin movies and great Avengers stories, that were believable
All of that is over now that Kathleen Kennedy made everything woke. It’s a good thing we don’t have Downey and Evans playing the leading characters we actually wanted to see.
The Marvels opened to easily the worst Marvel opening ever. The review is below and is quite entertaining to watch it lampoon everything that caused this movie to be truly terrible. These girls being hero’s is not believable.

Imagine a factory that can make humanoid robots that can walk, run, and work like us. Sounds like a sci-fi movie, right? Well, it’s not. It’s RoboFab, and it’s opening soon here in the U.S.
Concerns over humanoid robots
Some people are really nervous about these humanoid robots, and for good reason. There is a lot to take into account, including ethical issues and potential safety risks.
Many individuals may feel uncomfortable or deceived by humanoid robots that mimic human emotions and intelligence. Others might be worried about them taking their jobs.
Consequently, we should approach the use of humanoid robots with caution, acknowledging their capacities while being aware of their limitations.

Robot grabs then brutally slaughters worker, allegedly mistaking him for a box of paprika

An industrial robot brutally slaughtered a South Korean robotics technician Tuesday, allegedly mistaking him for just another container of organic material in need of stacking.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was attempting to diagnose an issue with a pick-and-place robot’s sensor at the Donggoseong Export Agricultural Complex in the southern county of Goseong, as there was an equipment test planned for later in the week, reported the Register.
The paprika-sorting robot, reportedly created and installed by the victim’s employer, spotted the man with its sensor, figured him for a box of vegetables, then seized him using its arms and tongs. After grabbing the technician, the robot apparently smashed him against a conveyor belt.
According to the Korean-language Yonhap News Agency, the victim’s face and chest were crushed. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Accusations of cronyism have surfaced after a top advisor of Green Economics Minister Robert Habeck awarded state contracts to family members and other close associates.
Secretary for Climate Affairs Dr. Patrick Graichen is accused of having awarded government contracts to a research institute run by multiple members of his family. He also appointed his best man to head the German Energy Agency.
The woes for Graichen may also be compounding as “a suspicion of violations of citation rules” regarding his doctoral thesis has surfaced.
