One of the major issues I have had with “climate change” reporting is that articles portray carbon dioxide as “toxic”.
This assertion is a blatant lie, as I have often stated in discussing this issue at Legal Insurrection.
One of the biggest purveyors of this inanity was the Biden administration’s team at the Environmental Protection Agency. Team Biden used a report to justify its update to Obama’s Social Cost of Carbon (SCC) policy, which was aimed at justifying stricter regulations on greenhouse gas emissions.
Now a study recently published in Nature’s Scientific Reports challenges the Biden administration’s fivefold increase in its SCC estimate, which was partly based on projections of global crop yield declines. The research, conducted by economist Ross McKitrick, re-examines and extends the dataset used in previous studies that influenced the SCC estimate.
The title pretty much sums up the key point: Extended crop yield meta-analysis data do not support upward SCC revision. It reviews the 2014 database set that was used to justify the hefty increase in regulations are carbon dioxide.
The paper makes many key points, including that the original dataset was less than complete.
The original dataset used for the SCC update contained 1,722 records, but only 862 were usable due to missing variables. McKitrick recovered 360 additional records, increasing the sample size to 1,222.
Interestingly, reanalysis of the larger dataset yielded significantly different results from previous studies. While earlier analyses suggested yield declines for all crop types even at low levels of warming, the new and improved information suggests the potential positive global average crop yield changes, even with up to a 5°C temperature increase
The study found that adaptation efforts and CO2 fertilization have beneficial effects on crop yields, which I have noted before. It seems like a good time to share this video of Dr. William Happer, who offers a rational perspective on carbon dioxide.
Big companies and non-profit groups have begun purging or rewriting references to climate change on their websites, mirroring similar action by US government departments in response to the policies of Donald Trump.
Financial Times analysis shows that statements on climate change from leading corporations including Walmart and Kraft Heinz have been deleted or rewritten over the past year at the same time as a Republican backlash against green action has intensified and companies have begun rolling back their net zero targets.
…
Areeba Hamid, co-executive director of Greenpeace UK, warned companies were at risk of “committing brand self-sabotage by erasing and diluting references to climate on their websites”.
…
Charities also told the FT they were rejigging their websites, with one US non-profit group that operates internationally saying they had scrubbed whole pages about climate change online, partly in a bid to help shore up US grants.
The full article is worth reading, it contains a substantial list of companies and charities which have turned their backs on climate action.
Interestingly some of them apparently started purging online climate content before the November election, possibly in anticipation of a Trump victory.
Obviously if a radical climate activist is elected to the White House all the statements of climate commitment will be dusted off and restored. But in my opinion this shows how little corporations and charities genuinely care about climate change, and the fundamental weakness of the climate movement.
story
They’ve gone along with the crowd when they had to. Now, they don’t want to look stupid because the evidence screams that it is just money laundering and a bunch of lies, just like DEI
Sherry Walker has been a commercial airline pilot for almost 35 years. She says DEI has so completely undermined safety standards that pilots are sometimes afraid to leave the cockpit for fear of what their co-pilots will do unattended.
The latest deadline for countries to submit plans for slashing the greenhouse gas emissions fuelling climate change has passed. Only 15 countries met it – less than 8% of the 194 parties currently signed up to the Paris agreement, which obliges countries to submit new proposals for eliminating emissions every five years.
Known as nationally determined contributions, or NDCs, these plans outline how each country intends to help limit average global temperature rise to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, or at most 2°C. This might include cutting emissions by generating more energy from wind and solar, or adapting to a heating world by restoring wetlands as protection against more severe floods and wildfires.
Each new NDC should outline more stringent emissions cuts than the last. It should also show how each country seeks to mitigate climate change over the following ten years. This system is designed to progressively strengthen (or “ratchet up”) global efforts to combat climate change.
‘Snow White’ Star Wishes Harm to MAGA, then is Shocked when Woke Film Flops

(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Disney’s live-action remake of Snow White appears poised to rank among the studio’s worst-performing films in recent years, according to box office numbers reviewed by the Daily Mail.
Starring actress-turned-leftist activist Rachel Zegler, the movie has earned just $3.5 million in Thursday previews and is expected to bring in from $45 million to $55 million during its opening weekend—far below $95 million made by the live-action remake of Little Mermaid.
Snow White’s initial earnings are striking considering the film cost more than $250 million to make, according to the Mail.
The movie, most of which was shot in 2022, has been mired in controversy from the start, with several re-shoots and anti-Trump controversies delaying its release.
Additionally, Disney has been accused of making the movie woke in a bid to send a political message.
(Spoilers Warning)
In the remake, Snow White is portrayed as an empowered figure who no longer depends on Prince Charming to break the Evil Queen’s curse.
The film notably omits the classic Someday My Prince Will Come and features computer-generated versions of the dwarves—rather than actual little people.
Cleary, this snotty apology didn’t do the trick. The movie is a total flop.
From the weirdly militant empowerment script to the CGI dwarves who looked like rejected extras from an Activia commercial, this movie was doomed from the start. Disney couldn’t even decide what race—or species—the characters were supposed to be. We got a Hispanic German princess who hates romance, saddled up with seven woke bandits who look like they wandered in from an Antifa street theater production.
While the studio was busy spinning a color wheel to balance skin tones and checking off pronouns like it was DEI Bingo Night, they forgot about little things like story, heart, and watchability.
The result was a film so bland, awkward, and desperate to prove its political correctness that it forgot to be fun. Or magical. Or even remotely coherent.
Let’s be clear: this isn’t just about one bad movie. This is what happens when corporate entertainment gets hijacked by activism. Just like everything else in America—medicine, education, even the judiciary—once it goes woke, it goes straight to hell.
In Hollywood’s case, movies stopped being magical escapes, and the artistic part morphed into painful, patronizing “cat lady lectures.” And that’s not an exaggeration—even James Carville, the baldheaded Cajun Dem whisperer, admitted the Left has a “preachy female” problem. Honestly, that was being generous. The truth is that these left-wing women sound like nagging hall monitors with a superiority complex. Women like Rachel Zegler don’t inspire—they lecture. They scold. They dictate how we should think, vote, love, and live.
And they always deliver the lecture in the same tone: smug, joyless, and without a single spark of soul. Always, always dead behind the eyes.
It’s no wonder no one wants to buy a ticket. We go to the movies to escape, not to be emotionally waterboarded by some twenty-something dip who thinks she’s smarter and more evolved than the rest of us. If we wanted a finger-wagging sermon, we’d go to brunch with an MSNBC reporter.
The result of this “Ted Talk” attitude is a box office graveyard full of preachy, unwatchable flops that feel more like punishment than entertainment. At this point, most Americans would rather chow down on a poison apple than sit through another two-hour lecture on female empowerment, climate justice, and how Prince Charming is actually a creepy stalker.
So in the end, here lies Disney’s Snow Woke—face down in the enchanted forest, poisoned by its own bloated ego and insufferable politics.
No prince. No love story. No charm. No audience.
All that’s left is a sad little kingdom of ashes and seven confused little virtue signals wandering through the wreckage, clutching their diversity checklists and wondering why the magic never happened.
Spoiler alert: the magic choked to death on its own moral superiority.
The Harvard losers can’t even do math. It’s what happens when you go woke (among the many reasons). This is supposed to be an elite institution of learning. Instead, it is an indoctrination center for the left.
Harvard: where the U.S. sends it’s best, it’s brightest and…it’s remedial math students?
That seems to be the case as social media has been abuzz in recent days over the university’s choice to offer a new Math course, called MA5, heading into the new year. The Harvard Crimson first wrote about the introduction of the new course back in September of last year, but discussion over the course has caught fire on X in recent days.
The course is called Math MA5, and it is an introductory course addressing gaps in students’ algebra skills, according to Brendan A. Kelly, Director of Introductory Math.
Which begs the question: why are students getting into Harvard incapable of doing algebra, which generally starts in junior high or high school?
Running alongside Math MA and MB, MA5 will have a five-day schedule, with students meeting “one of two instructors all five days” for “a variety of different activities” on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Crimson wrote last year.
Kelly cited the Covid-19 pandemic as a factor in students’ struggles, saying, “The last two years, we saw students who were in Math MA and faced a challenge that was unreasonable given the supports we had in the course.” The goal is to “create a course that really helps students step up to their aspirations.”
While structured differently, MA5 will align with Math M. “Math MA5 is actually embedded in Math M,” Kelly said. “They’ll have the same psets, they’ll have the same office hours, they’ll have MQC, they’ll take the same exams… So if you’re in MA5, you will experience Math M.”
The Crimson says that freshmen placing into Math MA or 1A had to take an additional skills check to guide enrollment recommendations.
Kelly said the department “investigated a number of different strategies” before deciding to enhance Math M rather than add a prerequisite. “What we thought was the best thing to do… was to add more time and support into MA for students who would need it.”
The goal is to help students overcome early challenges. “If the first one doesn’t go well, it can really make these lasting waves in their pathways,” Kelly said. “We want to make sure that students are on a path to success starting from their first day.”
Former First Lady Michelle Obama is surprised that her school lunch program proved to be so controversial.
Obama made the remarks during an appearance this week on the Not Gonna Lie podcast with Kylie Kelce, asserting that her decision to make a difference with school lunches — and her overall “Let’s Move” initiative — was “strategic” in nature.
“I was trying to be strategic about aligning my agenda with something that was important to the West Wing. And I thought, ‘There’s no way that anyone is going to take issue with trying to make school lunches healthier, getting kids more active,’” she said.
The wife of former President Barack Obama then appeared to try and take credit for more recent nutrition-related statements made by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., claiming that she said “the same things” during her school lunch initiative, which launched in 2010.
“Just trying to make the next generation healthier than ours and, boy, was I wrong, which is really interesting in these times with the current Secretary of Health and Human Services [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.] who is now saying some of the same things that I was saying,” Obama said.
She ultimately blamed the controversy on partisan differences. “It became a partisan issue. People were telling me that I’m trying to be the ‘nanny state’ and I’m trying to control what our kids are eating. And telling them what’s good for them and what’s not good for them.”
However, the former first lady maintained that her team achieved its goals with her program. She argued that they improved nutrition standards and factors such as “labels so that they were more readable, so that people’s parents could really understand the breakdown of fat and sugar. And it was clear we got the school nutrition standards improved in our schools for the first time in, like, 50 years.”
Obama’s school lunch initiative garnered a flood of negative attention. Many students posted photos online of their unappetizing meals after its rules were implemented. President Donald Trump worked to expand the overly restrictive program by bringing items such as chocolate milk back to the table during his first term in 2017.
They’ll tell you how happy they are being single, but girls always want what another girl has and their first role model was their mom and Grandmother.
— USAID pumped $1.2 billion in, and we sponsored these activist groups and these civil society organizations to learn how to use Facebook, learn how to use Twitter, lose, learn how to use hashtags, learn how to coordinate street protests so that everyone knows where to go, what street to show up on, what kind of slogans to know, to use in order to create the pro-democracy predicate for it.”
He talks about how Obama funded a Twitter clone that would be used to push propaganda in Cuba to inspire these protests and overthrow the government (Mike Benz explains how Barack Obama overthrew many governments)
“So what they did is they took the exact same thing as Twitter, same user interface, same like, and retweet button Zunzuneo is, is the Cuban slang word for hummingbird. So just, it means it’s it’s bird, it was the Twitter bird, the whole thing. But the whole trick about it was you have to make it look like it’s coming from the Cubans if you’re going to do this operation. They started running this in 2010 which right during the Arab Spring.
They were using USAID funds that were designated to Pakistan.
All this and much more is broken down extremely well in this video. This is INSANE.
For years, the left has advanced utter untruths for cheap partisan purposes that it knew at the time were all false. And now when caught, they just shrug and say they were lying all along.
Once it was known that the first COVID-19 case originated in or near a Chinese communist virology lab engineering gain-in-function deadly viruses — with help from Western agencies — the left went into full persecution mode.
They damned as incompetent, racist, and conspiratorial any who dared follow logic and evidence to point out that the Chinese government and its military were both culpable for the virus and lying.
A million Americans died of COVID. Millions more suffered long-term injuries. Still, the left-wing media and Biden administration demonized any who dared speak about a lab origin of the deadly virus.
The lies were designed to protect the guilty who had helped fund the virus’s origins, such as Doctors Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins.
The Biden government also tried to use the lab theory to ridicule a supposedly pro-Trump “conspiracy.”
Western corporate interests deeply invested in China did not want their partner held responsible for veritably killing and maiming hundreds of millions worldwide.
Almost as soon as Joe Biden was inaugurated, the left knew that he was physically and mentally unable to serve as president.
Indeed, that was the point.
Biden’s role was designed as a waxen figurine for hard-left agendas that, without the “old Joe Biden from Scranton” pseudo-moderate veneer, could never have been advanced.
His handlers operated a nightmare administration: the destruction of deterrence abroad, two theater wars, 12 million illegal aliens, a weaponized justice system, hyperinflation, and $7 trillion more in debt.
By 2017, the public knew three truths about the so-called Christopher Steele dossier.
One, it was completely fallacious — fabricated by a has-been, ex-British spy Christopher Steele. He childishly had cobbled together lurid sex stories, James Bond spy fictions, and Russian-fed disinformation to destroy the Trump candidacy and later presidency.
Two, it was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign. She hid her checks behind the Democratic National Committee, the Perkins Coie law firm, and Fusion GSP paywalls.
Three, the FBI under James Comey hired Steele as an informant. It helped disseminate his concocted files and was also instrumental in trying to subvert the Trump campaign and later administration.
No sane person ever believed that Hunter Biden’s laptop was the work of “Russian disinformation.” Its contents a year before the 2020 election were verified by the FBI, but it kept mum about its confirmation.
The pornographic pictures, the evidence of prostitution and drug use, the electronic communications implicating Joe Biden in his family’s illicit shake-down operation of foreign governments — all were never challenged by anyone who was associated with the laptop’s contents.
Yet future Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, along with former interim CIA Director Mike Morrell, sought to fabricate a colossal lie to arm their candidate, Joe Biden, with plausible denial in the last presidential debate before the 2020 election.
They rounded up a rogue’s gallery of 51 now utterly discredited former intelligence authorities to lie to the nation that the laptop was likely fake.
All knew the FBI had verified the laptop. But they also knew that their titles would empower their lies that the Russians likely invented the laptop to aid the sinister Trump.
And the ruse worked like a charm.
In the debate, Biden cited their lies chapter and verse to claim the incriminating laptop was fake. A lying media damned Trump as a puppet of Vladimir Putin. Biden, little more than a week later, won the 2020 election.
The Biden administration deliberately destroyed the southern border and welcomed 12 million illegal aliens. And then it lied that Biden had no power to stop the influx.
The media fabricated the excuse that “comprehensive immigration reform” was needed to enforce federal immigration laws already on the books.
Upon inauguration, Trump, in a matter of days, stopped what Biden had deliberately engineered for years.
Biden’s handlers wanted new millions of poor illegal aliens, dependent on social services, to swarm the borders.
They saw them as future voters and constituents to fuel their victim/victimizer Marxist binaries.
And they now quietly see their efforts as a huge success — knowing that it will be near impossible to find the millions of illegal aliens they welcomed in.
All these lies have divided the country and permanently damaged the U.S.
The perpetrators have neither apologized for their lies nor tried to either deny or substantiate them.
No one involved has ever been held legally accountable.
The legacy media permanently ruined its reputation and will likely never be seen as credible again.
The Biden administration, overseer of many of these lies, will be regarded as the most duplicitous and dishonest presidency in modern history.
Yannow, Disney has destroyed almost everything it’s touched with Woke. Star Wars, Marvel, the classic movies, the Tragic Kingdom, Indiana Jones, all of it.
Now, they are panicking over Snow White. For that and how they’ve ruined all my favorite entertainment in just a few short years, they are the AOTW. I could have made it just Rachel Zeigler for what she did to Snow White, but it’s everything Disney touches.
All signs are pointing to a box office catastrophe for Disney’s new Snow White, and Hollywood is in full-blown panic mode. It’s not just Disney feeling the heat—Tinseltown, already drowning in a sea of big-budget flops, can’t afford another messy release. But that’s exactly what’s coming, as early signs suggest this woke remake is heading straight for a long, grim, and very unprofitable sleep.
Of course, casting a Hispanic liberal to play a white, German fairytale icon was one of Disney’s dumbest moves—right up there with ditching the dwarfs for diversity hire hobos, only to backtrack and digitally add the little guys later. What a mess.
Who could forget Rachel Zegler’s personal mission to literally trash Snow White’s original story—rewriting Prince Charming as some kind of #MeToo-type stalker?
The movie, now set to open nation-wide on March 21st, is in free fall, starting with the bizarre premiere, which was altered from start to finish, in order to avoid more anti-woke backlash.
Much effort was made to force the original tale into the contemporary moral mould of antebellum America. Now, as Disney braces for the release of its new live-action adaptation on Friday, a similar process is underway. This time, the sanitising is motivated by its star, Rachel Zegler, who has navigated the press junket so disastrously that studio bosses relocated a London premiere to a remote Spanish castle for fear of “anti-woke backlash”. All this was set in motion by Zegler’s comments in 2022, that the original film had followed Snow White’s “love story with a guy who literally stalks her. Weird.” Taking a further chomp at the hand which was so generously feeding her, she added: “I think I watched it once and never picked it up again.” This time around, Zegler promised, Snow White would not be dreaming “about true love”, but “about becoming the leader she knows she can be”, a phrase which single-handedly tanked the $270-million film’s predicted box-office performance.
Disney is making the same fatal mistake that sunk Sports Illustrated and Victoria’s Secret—abandoning the fantasy that made them successful in the first place. Once upon a time, Disney’s core message was very simple: fairytales really do come true. Beautiful, right? And that’s the magic people bought into. But just like SI and VS ditched the dream of aspirational beauty—swapping out beautiful bombshells for below-average fat chicks—Disney is tossing out the timeless romance of a prince on a white horse, rescuing a woman in distress. Instead, they’re choking us to death with some contrived “girl power” nonsense that lacks charm, romance, or magic—ironically, all the things that made Disney movies beloved in the first place. The Unherd piece goes on:
Disney’s dalliances with “wokeness” are well documented, and tiresome. In 2023, its casting of the black actress Halle Bailey as Ariel in The Little Mermaid sparked outrage, much of it racist. Its megabucks Marvel franchise has attracted similar opprobrium. The conversation around Snow White, however, is summarised by outrage from the warriors of Mumsnet, who insist “there’s nothing wrong with dreaming of marriage”, and “I don’t understand why a man loving a woman is bad at all!” The lens of criticism is so relentlessly trained on the film’s feminism or lack of it that the underlying assumption is taken for granted: that mass-market cinema must contain a message, and that its plots can be used as a weathervane for contemporary sexual or racial politics.
Disney thought it was making history by embracing girl power and riding the wave of a so-called “progressive movement.” But here’s the problem—they got high on their own supply. They didn’t stop to realize that this wasn’t some organic, world-changing revolution. It was a manufactured guilt trip, pushed by Hollywood elites desperate to atone for the filth and perversion they’ve let fester in their own backyards. What Disney completely missed is that the rest of America doesn’t live in that filth. We’re just normal people who love escaping into a beautiful fantasy—romance, adventure, and the feel-good magic that made Disney iconic in the first place.
So, the crisis and the box office collapse? It’s well-earned. Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving bunch of out-of-touch jerks.
Taken on its own merit, a movie premiere is pretty much incapable of dictating a film’s box-office fate. But according to rival studio executives and film marketers canvassed by Vulture, certain premieres can provide tantalizing indications of what’s to come. Disney’s red-carpet restrictions — taken in conjunction with the studio’s unorthodox decision to begin preselling tickets to Snow White via online retailers like Fandango and Atom Tickets a mere 11 days before its release — paint a picture of a movie in crisis. Under normal circumstances, an event title with almost a century of household-name recognition and a $450 million price tag (when you include prints and advertising costs) would begin selling tickets at least a month in advance. “That’s data. The only reason why they would start presales that late is they are worried people would write about, Oh, man, the tickets are on sale and they’re not doing well,” an executive at another major studio says of Disney. “That and scrapping the red carpet tell me a story. It’s almost like they’re running away from the movie. And at this budget, that’s kind of crazy.”
Of course, few movies arrive onscreen with as much cultural Sturm und Drang as director Marc Webb’s megabudget contemporization of 1937’s epochal Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Its bibliography of outrage includes: anti-diversity outcry in 2021 that greeted the casting of mixed-race Latina actress Zegler as its titular heroine (whose skin is described as “white as snow” in the original animated film); Peter Dinklage lambasting the film’s perceived insensitivity toward little people — specifically, its “fucking backwards story about seven dwarfs living in a cave”; Zegler’s 2023 multi-interview characterization of the original Snow White as “extremely dated when it comes to the idea of women in roles of power” and “focus on a love story with a guy who literally stalks her” (she also noted, “People are making these jokes about ours being the PC Snow White, where it’s like, yeah, it is — because it needed that”); and seemingly conflicting views of the Israel-Hamas war by Zegler (who has described herself as “pro-Palestine”) and Gadot (who served in the Israeli Defense Forces and used her keynote speech at a recent Anti-Defamation League summit to denounce those not “condemning Hamas, but celebrating, justifying, and cheering on a massacre of Jews”).
The biggest problem for Snow White, though, is Zelger’s attack on Trump supporters, and something she and the film can likely not rebound from. Add to that, the utter crash and burn of Disney’s other “woke” box office flop, “Captain America,” starring a black guy, whose only purpose was to check a DEI box for the industry. America, said, “No thanks.” The Vulture piece goes on.
Perhaps most problematic for Disney’s marketing apparatus, however, was then-23-year-old Zegler’s anguished reaction to President Trump’s election in November. “May Trump supporters and Trump voters and Trump himself never know peace,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Fuck Donald Trump.” After supporters of the president responded on social media with postings such as, “Not taking my kids to see this trash after the statement you put out. @disney you need to do something about this” and “I hope you get no peace when this film BOMBS at the box office and streaming,” Zegler issued a hasty apology. But some rival studio executives ultimately feel the Mouse House made a tactical mistake in casting the outspoken Romeo + Juliet actress and failing to rein her in. “The reality is Rachel Zegler should not be playing Snow White,” one tells me.
Snow White makes theatrical landfall at something of a corporate inflection point for Disney. Last month’s Marvel Cinematic Universe entry Captain America: Brave New World has underperformed financially, becoming one of the long-running franchise’s lowest-earning titles.
A North Dakota jury ruled Wednesday that Greenpeace is liable for hundreds of millions of dollars in damages for defaming an energy company and for its role in disruptive protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline project in 2016 and 2017, according to numerous reports.
Energy Transfer, the company developing the pipeline, sued Greenpeace USA, Greenpeace International and Greenpeace Fund in 2019 seeking $300 million in damages for the activist group’s alleged role in defaming the firm and promoting criminal acts targeting the pipeline by protestors opposed to the project, according to The Associated Press. Greenpeace has previously indicated that a $300 million judgement against it could destroy the group’s U.S. operations.
As things currently stand, Greenpeace will have to pay Energy transfer $667 million, according to The Washington Post.
This is exactly what I wanna see just days before I stay in a hotel room…
Michigan motel staffers were recently stunned after they found an alligator left behind by a guest who stayed there.
The three-foot-long Wally was located Friday in Cheboygan’s Pine River Motel, not much longer after exotic animal collectors checked out.
“We just went in to clean the room and, when my nephew looked under the bed, Wally was there,” Gary, the manager of the motel, Gary, told the Detroit Free Press.
“He was a real friendly gator, so I didn’t feel real scared. He let the police officers hold him and all that, I mean, it was a real friendly alligator.”
The gator‘s owner, who goes around schools with exotic animals, had assumed that Wally had escaped and went into the wild, according to the motel’s manager.
Wally and his owner were reunited Friday. It’s not currently known if police filed any charges.
Elon Musk, the tech billionaire and now self-proclaimed advocate for government efficiency, has revealed a stunning financial scandal hidden within the depths of our government.
Speaking on Senator Ted Cruz’s Verdict podcast, Musk disclosed the existence of what he calls “magic money computers.”
During the explosive interview, Musk explained how these government computers can conjure up trillions of dollars out of thin air—completely detached from a synchronized network.
According to Musk, 14 such machines have been uncovered across various agencies, mostly at the Treasury Department, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Defense (DOD), and even the State Department.
Musk’s revelations suggest that federal spending is even more chaotic and reckless than the public realizes. With multiple “magic money computers” operating independently, government agencies are issuing massive payments that don’t add up to the numbers being reported to Congress or the American people.
Ted Cruz: Now, one of the things you told me about is what you called Magic Money Computers at the Treasury. Tell us about it because I had never heard of that until you brought it up.
Elon Musk: Okay, so you may think that the government computers all talk to each other, synchronize, add up what funds are going where, and that it’s coherent. And that the numbers, for example, that you’re presented as a senator are actually the real numbers.
Ted Cruz: One would think.
Elon Musk: One would think. They’re not.
Ted Cruz: Yeah.
Elon Musk: They’re not totally wrong, but they’re probably off by 5% or 10% in some cases. I call a magic money computer any computer that can just make money out of thin air. Best magic money.
Ted Cruz: How does that work?
Elon Musk: It just issues payments.
Ted Cruz: You said there’s something like 11 of these computers at Treasury that are sending out trillions in payments?
Elon Musk: They’re mostly at Treasury. Some are at HHS, some at… there’s one at State, some at DOD. I think we’ve found 14 magic money computers now.
Ted Cruz: Fourteen, okay.
Elon Musk: They just send money out of nothing

A host of longtime sponsors have begun backing out of their involvement in San Francisco’s 2025 gay “Pride” celebrations, SFGATE reported.
San Francisco Pride, a nonprofit that host’s the city’s annual pride event, has recently been scrambling for other methods to raise $300,000 for this year’s festivities, according to SFGATE. Notably, the news comes amid President Donald Trump’s ongoing efforts to crack down on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts nationwide.
San Francisco Pride’s executive director, Suzanne Ford, told the outlet that she was “really disappointed” by the sponsors’ decisions. Sponsors pulling out of the pride event include Comcast, Anheuser-Busch, the company behind Budweiser and Beck’s beer; wine company La Crema, and Diageo, a beverage company known for producing Guinness, Ford told KTVU-TV in an interview published March 15.
Federal data now shows California fast food employment is down 16,000 jobs since the passage of the state’s $20-per-hour fast food minimum wage last year.
A fast food study from the Berkeley Research Group found California fast food prices increased 14.5% from September 2023 to October 2024, or double the national average.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ quarterly employment survey covers 95% of American jobs, and is considered the gold standard for jobs and wage data. Now its latest report shows California fast food jobs declined from 570,909 in September 2023 to 554,748 in September 2024.
“Some advocates for the fast food minimum wage have already branded the 25% increase a success,” wrote BRG, whose research team included the former head of the state-funded Legislative Analyst’s Office. “According to them, not only have fast food workers received higher pay because of the increase, but the number of jobs available to these workers has increased as well. However, these claims are not supported by reliable data.”
The BRG report notes jobs declined in December 2023, which in this century only occurred during the Great Recession in 2009 and during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and that employers have cut hours and benefits to offset wage increases.
According to California Gov. Gavin Newsom, that’s not happening, citing a UC Berkeley study.
Two decades ago, CBS aired a bombshell report on the flu shot, revealing a truth that health officials didn’t want to admit. Despite flu shot uptake among seniors skyrocketing from 15% to 65%, flu deaths continued to climb. It doesn’t fucking work and the whole thing is a farce.
NIH scientists were devastated. They expected the data to confirm the vaccine’s effectiveness. But instead, their own research shattered that assumption. So they assumed other factors must be “masking the true benefits of the shots.”
Sharyl Attkisson reported at the time, “No matter how they crunched the numbers, they got the same disappointing result. Flu shots have not reduced deaths among the elderly.”
Atkisson, the reporter in the above clip, later left mainstream news to become an independent journalist focused on exposing Big Pharma, government corruption, and mainstream media lies.
Going back to the story, the scientists looked at the flu shot data of other countries in hopes of finding more optimistic data. But what they found instead was “the same poor results in Australia, France, Canada, and the UK.”
Five years ago, politicians and bureaucrats went berserk and pointlessly ravaged Americans’ freedom. The Covid-19 pandemic provided the pretext to destroy hundreds of thousands of businesses, padlock churches, close down schools, and effectively place hundreds of millions of Americans under house arrest. Despite all the forced sacrifices, most Americans contracted covid and more than a million were listed as dying from the virus.
“Pandemic Security Theater Is Self-Destructive, And Won’t Make Us Safer” was the headline of my first salvo against the pandemic hysteria, published on March 24, 2020 in the Daily Caller. I scoffed at President Trump’s proclamations about being a “wartime president at war with an invisible enemy.” Wartime presidents too easily pretend they’re on a mission from God to scourge all resistance. I warned: “The pandemic threatens to open authoritarian Pandora’s Boxes. Permitting governments to seize almost unlimited power based on shaky extrapolations of infection rates will doom our republic.”
From the start of the pandemic, the Mises Institute was in the forefront of condemning policies that eradicated prosperity in the name of public health. In a May 19, 2020 Mises piece headlined, “Hacksawing the Economy,” I noted, “The political response to COVID-19 is eerily similar to Civil War surgeons’ rationales for hacking off arms and legs…. As long as politicians claim that things would be worse if they had not amputated much of the economy, they can pirouette as saviors.”
Living in the Washington area, I had a front row seat for many of Covid-19’s biggest absurdities. After federal officials whipped up panic, “I Believe in Science” lawn signs popped up like mushrooms, soon accompanied by “Thank You, Dr. Fauci” placards. Those signs looked to me like frightful decorations of a Halloween that never ended.
Thoreau provided my lodestar for the pandemic: “A man sits as many risks as he runs.” I knew that isolation would make me too ornery for my own good. I had survived the flu plenty of times in prior decades and I didn’t reckon covid would deliver my coffin nails. I was a co-leader of a Meetup hiking group which continued hiking almost every weekend throughout the pandemic.
But politicians made such jaunts more difficult. In February 2021, President Biden decreed that face masks must be worn in national parks. Probably 95 percent of the National Park Service’s 800+ million acres is uncrowded 95 percent of the time. The only “evidence” to justify the mandate was that many Biden supporters were frightened or enraged whenever they saw anyone not wearing a mask. The new mandate quickly became an entitlement program for junior Stasi members.
I told attendees on my hikes that masks were optional but kvetching about other hikers wearing or not wearing masks was prohibited. Biden’s edict helped turn the C & O Canal Towpath—one of my favorite hiking venues—into a hotbed of self-righteousness. That Towpath was ten feet wide in most places, but it was the principle of the matter. I had numerous people furiously screaming at me because I wasn’t wearing a facemask as I strolled outside. If mask hecklers were especially persistent, I would shrug and ask them: “How is your therapy going?”
Washingtonians pride themselves on being smarter and better educated than most other Americans (okay, maybe excepting San Francisco and Boston). They instinctively knew that total servility was the only hope for surviving the pandemic, and maximizing hatred was the key to compliance. After Biden ordered 100 million adults to get injected with the covid vaccine, Biden derided the unvaxxed as aspiring mass murderers who only wanted “the freedom to kill you” with covid. (The Supreme Court struck down most of that illegal vax mandate.)
Thanks to Biden’s fear mongering, almost half of Democratic voters favored locking the unvaxxed into government detention facilities, according to an early 2022 Rasmussen poll. The same survey showed that almost half of Democrats favored empowering government to “fine or imprison individuals who publicly question the efficacy” of Covid-19 vaccines on social media. The Biden administration unleashed a massive censorship campaign on social media and beyond that effectively muzzled millions of Americans who doubted the feds.
At that point, most American adults were vaxxed, but the injections were catastrophically failing against the latest covid variant. There were a million new covid cases per day—mainly among the vaxxed—and most covid fatalities were occurring among the fully vaxxed.
But “best and brightest” Washingtonians retained their absolute faith in a command-and-control response to the pandemic. District of Columbia Mayor, Muriel Bowser, decreed that anyone who was not vaccinated and carrying proof of the jab was banned from entering any restaurant, bar, gym, or meeting space in her domain. Affluent Washingtonians happily rushed to get free software apps so the government could track them and their health status. That new app had a spiffy logo that quickly became the ultimate status symbol.
I stopped hosting hikes within DC city limits: I would be damned if I would condone Bowser’s biomedical caste system. But I did venture into DC in early 2022 to pay respects to an editor who was fleeing southward. Exiting at the Dupont Circle metro station, I briefly stepped out of a torrential downpour into an upscale coffee shop. Every table hosted a hefty warning sign: “Masks on & Vaccine Cards out!” Patrons were hectored: “All cafes and restaurants… are REQUIRED by the Mayor’s Office to check vaccine cards of dine-in customers. Thank you for helping us comply with local regulations to remain open!” Why didn’t that establishment just advertise the slogan: “Come Sip with the Gestapo!” I skedaddled before anybody asked to see a vax passport.
I was mystified why people would pay $6.50 for a coffee to be treated worse than parolees. Dupont Circle was home to many of DC’s best educated residents. The more graduate degrees they amassed, the more submissive they became. Flourishing your vax card proved your moral and intellectual superiority over anyone who balked at bending over again.
But it was a different story in Anacostia, the poorest part of the city, where one of the unsung heroes of the pandemic emerged. Blacks had a much lower vaccination rate and the mayor’s edict effectively made many of them second-class citizens. Bowser, Fauci, and a PBS film crew pounded on front doors in Anacostia and hectored residents to get injected. A guy in his 30s came to the front door of his row house, saw Fauci and the TV cameras, and condemned the entire covid carnival: “Y’all campaign is about fear. You all attack people with fear. That’s what this pandemic is.” He scorned the speedy vax approval: “Nine months is definitely not enough for nobody to be taking no vaccination that you all came up with.” Actually, the Biden White House had browbeat the Food and Drug Administration to unjustifiably grant final approval to the Pfizer vax. With the video cameras rolling, he angrily told Fauci and Bowser: “The people in America are not settled with the information that’s been given to us right now.” Watch the PBS Fauci “Vaccine Outreach” Anacostia brawl here.
Fauci and the PBS film crew probably thought that exchange exemplified the type of fools who refused to submit and be saved. Fauci justified covid mandates because average citizens “don’t have the ability” to determine what is best for them. But despite getting any and all boosters, Fauci was personally ravaged by covid at least three times. Fauci’s frauds began to be exposed, including his role in covertly bankrolling the reckless gain-of-function research that escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and killed seven million people worldwide. Instead of receiving a Nobel prize, Fauci was grateful that—on President Biden’s final day in office—he received a full presidential pardon for any and all of his crimes committed for the prior decade.
But what sort of savior scientist needs a presidential pardon, anyway?
A virus with a 99+ percent survival rate spawned a 100 percent presumption in favor of despotism. The government has no liability for the injections it mandates or the freedoms it destroys. The Covid-19 pandemic should teach Americans to never defer to “experts” who promise that granting them boundless power will keep everyone else safe. In the long run, people have more to fear from politicians than from viruses.
If ever a story perfectly encapsulated the hypocrisy of elitists who want to enslave and impoverish the planet in the name of the global warming hoax, this is it:
A new four-lane highway cutting through tens of thousands of acres of protected Amazon rainforest is being built for the COP30 climate summit in the Brazilian city of Belém.
It aims to ease traffic to the city, which will host more than 50,000 people – including world leaders – at the conference in November.
Cutting down rainforest is particularly bad from the viewpoint of the climate ideology that will be espoused at the summit:
The Amazon plays a vital role in absorbing carbon for the world and providing biodiversity, and many say this deforestation contradicts the very purpose of a climate summit.
Not at all. The purpose of a climate summit is to engage in virtue signaling while angling to achieve more power over the Little People. John Kerry never misses one, thanks to private jets always being at hand for him.
What a bunch of hypocrites. I can’t believe they expect us to believe their climate scares to get more money. Go Elon and DOGE, cut their legs out from under them by eliminating their grifting.
In the latest twist in the DEI scandal that’s rocked the Federal Aviation Administration’s air traffic controller testing, a diversity activist was allegedly caught in a recorded message promising answers to a behavioral examination for prospective controllers — but only if they were minorities or women.
While rumors of the answers being leaked to the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees have been in the public domain since well before the DEI scandal burst following a collision between a jetliner and a military helicopter on the approach to Ronald Reagan National Airport outside Washington, D.C., in January, the recording of Shelton Snow — a major figure in the NBCFAE — obtained by the U.K.’s Daily Mail seems to confirm those rumors.
“There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,” Snow said in the message, first published Wednesday.
“I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question,” he added.
“Washington Suburban associate members, brothers, and sisters … I know that each of you are eager, very eager to apply for this job vacancy … and trust that after tonight, you will be able to do so,” he said.
“I am asking that you … allow me to provide you with an email that will be extremely crucial in the opening stages of this hiring process,” he added.
“There is some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of, and I’m going to send that to you via email. Trust and believe it will be something that you will appreciate to the utmost. Keep in mind, we are trying to maximize your opportunities.”
As the Daily Mail noted, the message came in 2014, after the Obama-era FAA “had controversially replaced its peer-reviewed cognitive exam with a ‘biographical’ quiz asking things like ‘how would you describe your ideal job’ and ‘classmates would remember me as humble or dominant?’
“Critics say the quixotic blend of multiple-choice questions was designed to screen out elite, mostly white students from FAA-accredited college courses who excelled in traditional aptitude tests,” the outlet noted. “Nonetheless, it was proving incredibly tricky for anyone to pass — with a 90 percent failure rate — when Snow decided to intervene.”
A Jan. 15, 2014 email from Snow, who was then president of the Washington Suburban chapter of the NBCFAE, laid out ways to stand out from the rest — including “buzz words” to be incorporated into applications.
“These buzzwords will flag your resume, thereby giving you the advantage over thousands of resumes that may flood the system,” he said.
Meanwhile, an agenda Snow set for a December 2013 “powwow” encouraged members to share that they were with the NBCFAE.
“This is for us to know who our people are in the case that we have one of our own on the board,” the agenda read.
A high school track runner in Virginia is facing assault and battery charges after she was seen on video striking a competing runner with a baton during a relay race, leaving her with a concussion and a possible fractured skull.
Viral footage showed I.C. Norcom High School runner Alaila Everett strike Brookville High School junior Kaelen Tucker as she overtook Everett during a 4×200 meter relay race at Liberty University in Lynchburg last Tuesday.
“Eventually after a couple times of hitting her, my baton got stuck behind her back like this, and it rolled up her back,” Everett said. “I lost my balance, when I pumped my arms again she got hit.”
JUST IN: Track runner Alaila Everett charged with assault & battery after hitting a runner in the head with a baton at a track meet.
Everett claims her hand simply slipped which resulted in the other runner Kaelen Tucker, getting a concussion & possibly fractured skull.
“I would never do that on purpose,” Everett said in a Tuesday interview with “Good Morning America.” “That’s not in my character.”
Tucker, demanding an apology, also described the incident to WSLS earlier this week, saying, “When you go to the other side of the track, you have to cross into lane one, you have to merge in. As I was coming up on her, she kind of like made me get cut off a little bit, so I backed away…Then, as we got around the curve, she kept bumping me in my arm. Then finally we got off the curve, I like slowly started passing her and then that’s when she just hit me with the baton and I fell off the track.”
Doctors told her she’d suffered a concussion and possible skull fracture.
Portsmouth NAACP defended Everett ahead of charges being announced, writing, “Alaila is NOT AN ATTACKER and media headlines that allude towards that in any way is shameful. We understand the sensitivity of the circumstances for both athletes and their families involved but this narrative must not go unaddressed.”
The statement continued: “Alaila is an honor student and a star athlete at the historic I.C. Norcom High School. From all accounts, she is an exceptional young leader and scholar whose athletic talent has been well documented and recognized across our state. She has carried herself with integrity both on and off the field and any narrative that adjudicates her guilty of any criminal activity is a violation of her due process rights.”
Following an investigation, Lynchburg Commonwealth Attorney Bethany Harris charged Everett with misdemeanor assault and battery on Wednesday, Mar. 12.
It’s how the goat herders take over a country. When the invaders won’t assimilate into the culture, they start their own and the next thing you know, it’s not your country.
New figures have revealed that almost one million people in England struggle to speak English, with many unable to communicate in the language at all. The data, obtained from the 2021 Census and shared with the Conservative Party by the UK Statistics Authority last month, highlights the challenges of integration in a country experiencing high levels of migration, reports the Sun.
According to the statistics, 10 percent of England’s foreign-born population—equivalent to 932,208 people—speak little or no English. Of these, 794,332 people (8.6 percent) reported that they cannot speak English well, while 137,876 (1.4 percent) cannot speak it at all. In contrast, just over half of migrants aged 16 and older say English is their main language, and 38.4 percent believe they speak it well.
The findings have prompted Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp to criticize Labour’s immigration policies. “It beggars belief that so many people in the country can’t speak English,” he said, calling on the government to “get a grip on immigration.”
England’s population stood at 67.6 million in mid-2022 and is expected to rise to 72.5 million by mid-2032, according to separate figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Net migration is estimated to average just under 631,000 this year, down from the record-breaking 906,000 in recent years, according to the Daily Mail.
A man was arrested early Monday for allegedly driving while intoxicated after he failed to stop at a flashing red light and struck a Dallas police squad car.
The crash occurred near Dallas Love Field Airport on Cedar Springs Road and Manor Way around 3 a.m. while the police officer was traveling northward on a routine call, according to Fox 4 KDFW.
A Chevy Camaro was heading west at the same time and allegedly ran the red light, hitting the Dallas police squad car. The impact caused the officer’s vehicle to veer off the road, while the Camaro crashed into a utility pole.
The intersection is controlled by flashing lights; the officer had a flashing yellow, while the driver of the Camaro had a flashing red light, police said, as reported by Fox 4.
Neither the male driver nor the female passenger was injured in the incident. The unidentified man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Cutting greenhouse gas emissions was going to save the planet at no cost. Turns out it’s an economy wrecker, which is more feature than bug for many a climate alarmist.
Kallum Pickering, chief economist at Peel Hunt, a London-based investment bank, took on the claim of Labour Party British Chancellor Rachel Reeves, who said that pursuing net zero greenhouse gas emissions didn’t require a deceleration of economic growth. What he found was “sad to say,” but he stands by the facts.
“The result of the UK’s decarbonization efforts appears to be weak economic growth, stalling living standards, high energy prices and deindustrialization – without denting rising global emissions,” he wrote last week in the Telegraph.
“Net zero is strangling our economy,” says the headline over Pickering’s column, because “limiting available electricity has stifled productivity.”
On the Peel Hunt website, Pickering explained that data from 189 countries indicated there is “a strong positive correlation between living standards and energy consumption – showing a clear link between falling energy capacity and weak productivity in the UK.” He notes that “the decline in UK electricity supply, which started in 2006, coincided with the start of structural weakness in productivity growth.”
Bluntly put, without cheap and reliable energy, which is what we get from fossil fuels, an economy turns sclerotic. Which is why the political left works so feverishly to end gas and oil. As we have said so many times before, the agenda behind cutting greenhouse gases is in actuality an assault on capitalism, which, as the legendary Milton Friedman famously said, is the only economic system that has enabled the masses to escape from “grinding poverty.”
Let’s take a trip to Virginia, where a high school track and field meet escalated into violence after an athlete allegedly assaulted her opponent by blasting them on the head with a baton in the middle of a relay race.
One of the worst things of the four years in which Joe Biden occupied the White House was that Democrats covered up and didn’t care about his cognitive condition — until it was a threat to their control.
He’s had issues for years and we all saw it, but they wanted us to believe he was just fine and could even run for reelection. The horrible thing to think of is how many things went wrong because of this. The idea of the 25th Amendment was to protect the country. But the Democrats cared more about control.
The problem wasn’t just Biden. We’ve seen the problem for example of people of advanced age in both houses of Congress. We reported in December about how Rep. Kay Granger (R-TX) was missing from votes for months and was actually in an assisted living facility. She’s no longer in office because her term was up in January.
But now lawmakers are dishing about how many of their colleagues have big problems with their mental faculties.
Up to a dozen members of Congress reportedly have mental faculties so diminished they can no longer do their jobs — with some even showing up drunk or stoned to cast votes.
“There’s no question that somewhere between six and a dozen of my colleagues are at a point where they’re … I think they don’t have the faculties to do their job,” Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn) told Politico, which spoke to 25 members of the House and Senate who spilled the tea on their unnamed colleagues.
A Republican colleague concurred, with an important addendum.
“I have a difficult time sometimes telling between the deterioration of members and a handful who are just not very smart,” the unnamed lawmaker said.
Yikes. Either way, that’s incredibly concerning. They didn’t identify the people they were speaking about. But up to a dozen who are no longer able to do their jobs is a serious problem. That’s not providing adequate representation. Again, if that’s true, what you’re talking about is their staff probably running things, just as was done with Biden.
Himes revealed that a lot of people were also voting when they weren’t completely sober.
“Every time we do an 11 p.m. vote, a minority of the chamber has a zero blood alcohol content. Now, that’s different than voting drunk. I don’t think I’ve ever seen somebody demonstrably drunk on the floor,” Himes noted.
Rep. Don Beyer (D-Va.) claimed to have seen one GOPer who “show[ed] up drunk” several times — and that “there were one or two Dems I thought might be high on something, but not drunk.”
Pentagon Officials Caught Using Taxpayer-Funded Credit Cards at Casinos, Bars, and Nightclubs Totaling $1.3 BILLION
Washington, D.C. – A scathing new audit from the Department of Defense Inspector General (DODIG) has blown the lid off a jaw-dropping scandal: Pentagon officials have been using taxpayer-funded credit cards to bankroll gambling sprees, bar tabs, and late-night parties at nightclubs. While Americans scrape by amid soaring costs, the brass at the DoD have been living large—on your dime.
Taxpayer Money Down the Drain
The audit zeroes in on the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program, designed to cover official travel expenses for DoD personnel. Instead, it’s become a slush fund for reckless spending:
$387,642.66 blown at casinos and mobile app stores—think slot machines and Candy Crush, courtesy of taxpayers.
$112,484.69 racked up at bars, lounges, and nightclubs, with spikes during holidays and big games like the Super Bowl.
A staggering 3.9 million transactions worth $1.2 BILLION left unchecked because no one bothered to look.
This isn’t pocket change—it’s a full-on heist of public funds.
Oversight? What Oversight?
The Pentagon had a fancy tool, the Visa IntelliLink Compliance Management (VICM) system, meant to catch shady charges. But here’s the kicker:
The Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) ignored red flags, letting high-risk spending slide without a peep.
Hundreds of Program Coordinators—supposed to keep this in check—couldn’t even be bothered to log in.
Rules to spot fraud? Outdated and ignored, leaving the door wide open for abusers to keep swiping.
It’s like handing out free credit cards at a Vegas buffet and telling no one to watch the tab.
Déjà Vu All Over Again
This isn’t even new. Back in 2015, a similar audit caught DoD cardholders dropping cash at casinos and strip clubs. Promises were made, heads nodded—but nothing changed. A decade later, the party’s still going, and taxpayers are still footing the bill.
Your Money, Their Playground
Picture this: You’re juggling bills while some Pentagon hotshot pulls cash from a casino ATM or buys rounds at a nightclub—all charged to Uncle Sam. Meanwhile, the DoD begs Congress for more funding, claiming it’s strapped for cash to defend the nation. The audit says $1.2 billion in transactions went unscrutinized. That’s not a glitch—that’s a grift.
Where’s DOGE When You Need It?
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), hyped as the cure for government waste, is our best shot to slam the brakes on this nonsense. We need Elon Musk’s DOGE to put an end to this once and for all—starting with this $1.2 billion mess. Taxpayers can’t wait any longer for the cleanup to begin.
No One’s Paying the Price
Here’s the part that’ll make your blood boil: despite this damning evidence, not one official has been fired, fined, or even scolded. Zero accountability for millions squandered. The Pentagon’s silence is deafening, and taxpayers are left holding an empty wallet.
What do they think they are doing? Does anyone other than MSNBC or CNN think this is normal?
This will be my third story before BREAKFAST mocking the Democrats, and it’s not exactly the healthiest way to start a day. I’m just being honest here. Do you know how taxing it is to deal with these people before my percolator is even empty yet?
It’s exhausting. I’m already dipping, and it’s not even 9:30 yet. It’s bad. But, I’m a patriot, and I have to call ’em as I see ‘em.
I can let some of the nonsense slide – you almost have to at this point because it’s just a firehose – but when I see something like what you’re about to witness, I have no choice but to write about it.
It’s my duty. I took an oath when I joined OutKick to not give these lunatics an inch, and I’m doing just that.
So here you go, world. The Dems’ response to Donald Trump’s speech to congress the other night.
Hamas advocates and other terror-supporting students on American campuses, if they are foreign, are in trouble now.
Officials in Washington have announced that the first visa has been revoked for an “alien who was previously cited for criminal behavior in connection with Hamas-supporting disruptions.”
The target was identified as a “university student.”
BREAKING: Per a senior State Department official, yesterday, the State Dept. revoked the first visa for an “alien who was previously cited for criminal behavior in connection with Hamas-supporting disruptions”.
I’m told this person was a university student, and “ICE will…
Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed the agenda, “The United States has zero tolerance for foreign visitors who support terrorists.”
Those who support designated terrorist organizations, including Hamas, threaten our national security. The United States has zero tolerance for foreign visitors who support terrorists. Violators of U.S. law — including international students — face visa denial or revocation, and…
U.S. TO USE AI TO REVOKE VISAS OF FOREIGN STUDENTS DEEMED HAMAS SUPPORTERS
The State Department will deploy artificial intelligence to review student visa holders’ social media activity and revoke visas for those perceived as supporting Hamas.
The administration of President Donald Trump has identified a crackdown on foreign malign influences, and terror support, as two of the nation’s problems on which it is working
A report at the Gateway Pundit said, “This marks the first such case since President Trump’s order to expel foreign Hamas supporters studying in the U.S. on student visas.”
The report cited the multiple campus occupations, demonstrations, riots and stunts that have occurred in America, “Since the Hamas terror attacks on civilians in Israel on October 7.”
In America, the report said, “Hamas sympathizers have taken to the streets and taken over college campuses to cheerlead for the terrorist organization.”
The White House earlier said, “To all the resident aliens who joined in the pro-jihadist protests, we put you on notice: come 2025, we will find you, and we will deport you.”
The statement confirmed, “I will also quickly cancel the student visas of all Hamas sympathizers on college campuses, which have been infested with radicalism like never before.”
Yes, I’m waiting for the list and how many times both Clinton and Adam Schiff were boning underage kids. Schiff is reported to have had 256 separate contacts with Epstein.
You’d think that the most guilty would keep a low profile, but Schiff couldn’t keep his mug off of the camera while trying to convict Trump.
Maybe one day the information will get out of the FBI and the DOJ. It must be a doozy for them to be obfuscating it this much
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) movement emerged in the aftermath of the 2020 George Floyd protests, initially as a well-intentioned effort to address systemic inequalities. However, it quickly transformed into a bureaucratic initiative aimed at embedding social justice programs into the fabric of universities and corporations.
Fueled by psychological manipulation, ideological extremism and the threat of violence, DEI programs spread across institutions. This led to the creation of a bloated bureaucracy that enforced ideological conformity and promoted divisive rhetoric, often pitting individuals against each other based on identity markers.
By 2024, the flaws in DEI became evident, with major corporations like Ford, Walmart and John Deere rolling back their DEI commitments due to legal and political pressures. A growing number of employees and students criticized DEI for fostering division and mediocrity, leading to a widespread backlash against the movement.
As DEI retreats, proponents are rebranding their ideology with terms like “inclusive excellence” and “belonging.” However, critics argue that the underlying ideology remains unchanged, and the movement’s advocates are likely to adapt and continue promoting their agenda under new labels.
The collapse of DEI has prompted a shift towards merit-driven frameworks that emphasize objective criteria and measurable outcomes. This includes structured hiring practices, transparent promotion policies and collaborative decision-making processes, which are seen as more effective and less divisive than the top-down mandates of DEI.
(Natural News)—The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) movement, once heralded as a moral and business imperative, has been exposed as one of the most elaborate cons of the 21st century. What began as a well-intentioned effort to address systemic inequalities quickly devolved into a bureaucratic hustle, enriching thousands of ideological hustlers while sowing division and mediocrity across academia and corporate America. Now, as DEI collapses under the weight of its own contradictions, it’s time to reflect on how this con took root—and why its demise is a victory for common sense and meritocracy.
The rise of the DEI con
The DEI movement gained traction in the wake of the 2020 George Floyd protests, which sparked a national conversation about race and inequality. But as Stanley K. Ridgley, author of DEI Exposed: How the Biggest Con of the Century Almost Toppled Higher Education, explains, DEI was never about genuine diversity or inclusion. Instead, it was a “bureaucratic initiative designed to anchor a new raft of social justice programs as an inescapable presence on the campus.”
Ridgley recounts how DEI metastasized across universities and corporations, fueled by a combination of psychological manipulation, ideological extremism and the threat of violence. “It was violence and the threat of violence that opened the door for this effervescence of DEI,” he writes. College administrations, fearing the chaos of 2020’s summer riots, capitulated to the demands of activists, allowing DEI to embed itself deeply into institutional structures.
The result? A bloated bureaucracy of “apparatchiks and supernumeraries” who peddled racialist pseudoscience and enforced ideological conformity. DEI training sessions became notorious for their divisive rhetoric, pitting employees and students against one another based on race, gender and other identity markers. As Ridgley bluntly puts it, “It was weird and alien and hateful at its core.”
The backlash begins
By 2024, the cracks in the DEI façade were impossible to ignore. Major corporations like Ford, Walmart and John Deere began rolling back their DEI commitments, citing mounting legal and political pressures. A Fox News poll conducted in early 2025 found that 45% of voters believed it was “extremely” or “very” important for President Donald Trump to focus on ending DEI programs.
The backlash wasn’t just political—it was personal. Employees and students who had long endured the mediocrity and divisiveness of DEI initiatives finally began speaking out. Psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert, who has seen the harmful effects of DEI in his practice, told Fox Business, “The trend over the last few years has been to make DEI programs into political commissars, to go after people who have different viewpoints, and they end up, in many ways, sowing more division in the institution that they’re supposed to help.”
Even DEI advocates like Naomi Wheeless acknowledged the role of political pressure in the movement’s decline. “It is that [Trump] is a president with a well-documented history of vindictiveness,” she said. “He creates a sense of fear and the feeling that whether we want to or not, we better fall in line.”
The con story lives on
As DEI retreats, its proponents are already scrambling to rebrand. Terms like “inclusive excellence” and “belonging” are emerging as replacements for the now-toxic DEI acronym. But as Ridgley warns, the underlying ideology remains the same. “The Con Story will morph and adapt,” he writes. “Buzzwords will change, new slogans will be coined, but the underlying ideology will remain the same as it always has.”
This isn’t the first time America has fallen for a con story. From the pseudoscience of Karl Marx to the utopian promises of radical activists, history is littered with examples of ideologies that duped the credulous. Ridgley draws a chilling parallel between the DEI movement and the case of Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old who murdered a man in New York City in 2024, driven by extremist ideology. “Persons who cheer the killer Luigi Mangione for his assassination of Brian Thompson also fully support DEI’s personnel, programs, policies and enforcement mechanisms on the college campuses,” Ridgley asserts.
A return to meritocracy
The collapse of DEI is a reminder that meritocracy and fairness are not just ideals—they are essential to a functioning society. As corporations and universities abandon DEI, many are turning to evidence-based, merit-driven frameworks that emphasize objective criteria and measurable outcomes. Structured hiring practices, transparent promotion policies and collaborative decision-making processes are proving to be more effective—and less divisive—than the top-down mandates of DEI.
The death of DEI is a victory for common sense, but the fight is far from over. As Ridgley warns, the con artists behind DEI will not go quietly. They will rebrand, relabel and repackage their ideology in an attempt to deceive a new generation of marks. But for now, America can breathe a sigh of relief that one of the biggest cons of the century has finally been exposed.
The lesson is clear: Ideological extremism and bureaucratic bloat have no place in our institutions. It’s time to return to the principles that made America great—individual merit, equal opportunity and the pursuit of excellence. DEI may be over, but the work of rebuilding trust and integrity in our institutions has only just begun.
Man Has No Choice But To Divorce His Wife After Catching Her Cheating On Him With Another Couple
There were many red flags over their 18-year relationship that were noticed, but for the most part brushed aside and ignored. That ended when he caught his wife sneaking their sex toy back into the house.
It was at that moment he was able to connect all the dots. The man realized that he was being cheated on by his wife and that she was cheating on him with her best friend and her best friend’s fiancé.
Prominent Democrats lack at least five essential qualities: intelligence, wisdom, basic decency, a filter, and recognition of their own interests.
No one personifies those gargantuan deficiencies more than Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas.
In an interview Sunday with MSNBC’s Alex Witt, host of “Alex Witt Reports,” Crockett put all of those deficiencies on display when she labeled President Donald Trump “an enemy to the United States.”
“Unfortunately, we have someone that is occupying the White House,” Crockett said in a clip posted to the social media platform X.
Note her use of the word “occupying” to denote a duly elected president.
Then came Crockett’s most reckless, reprehensible, and unhinged comment to-date.
“And as far as I’m concerned he is an enemy to the United States,” she said.
To remove the possibility of a metaphorical interpretation, the congresswoman continued in that same vein.
“He swore an oath just like the rest of us,” she said. “But right now, when you are literally putting us at risk all ’cause of what — because you want to convince your followers that you should be a dictator, too, that you should never leave the White House, because you don’t believe that elections should take place. I don’t really understand what is going on, and I don’t know what it’s gonna take to get people to wake up.”
The DEI Con has enriched thousands of hustlers nationwide. It has embedded many hundreds of apparatchiks and supernumeraries in college bureaucracies, and it will require herculean efforts to root them all out. And it continues to attack the average person for the most dubious of ideologically motivated reasons in “training” sessions, both on the campuses and in corporate America.
I first heard the actual acronym DEI expressed while I was in a 7-11 on the campus during the early days of the COVID pandemic, and it was two masked graduate students discussing the wonderful employment possibilities of this new initiative, which sounded like someone trying to monetize kumbaya. Already steeped in leftist ideology and its tactic of renaming and relabeling its hooey for new generations of suckers, I was only vaguely aware that this was just the latest brand for the newest social justice foray in higher education.
Anyone on a college campus subjected to the mediocrity of a DEI hustler knew there was something wrong with it.
It was not noble. It was not idealistic. It was not the many wonderful things its proponents said. It was one thing to the public, and it was another altogether when enacted on the campuses. It was weird and alien and hateful at its core, but the public is rarely exposed to any of this. It was the classic Potemkin village offering, with a façade masking a brute, racialist substance.
In other words, it was a con. In fact, it was the biggest Con Story of the 21st century, with America’s universities the biggest suckers imaginable. And the crowning achievement of Western civilization—the modern university—tottered under the assault of mediocrity, racialism, and pseudoscience.
I suppose that folks duped by the big cons will eventually retreat in their embarrassment at having been fooled by one of the shadiest Con Stories ever deployed. Even now, DEI is in retreat. As it plays out in its final act, I assure you that it will dissipate in a flurry of new acronyms and new labels designed to hide its failure.
Its proponents will roll out new slogans to replace the vapid “Diversity is our strength.” Already, “inclusive excellence” is supplanting DEI as this trusty acronym becomes freighted with failure. The Con Story will morph and adapt. Reluctantly. Buzzwords will change, new slogans will be coined, but the underlying ideology will remain the same as it always has. It must serve yeoman’s duty for the Big Con.
Elaborate and elegant Con Stories have played major political roles for centuries, baiting and hooking marks with promises of utopia. The most convincing Con Story of them all is that of Karl Marx, whose fabulous pseudoscience has duped millions of the credulous to support murderous regimes in the name of “social justice.” It still does.
It has been one of the biggest lies for people who don’t want to work as hard as others or want something for free. A lot of people stole a lot of money for doing nothing.
Bias based on any skin color is racism, even white.
The Institute for Family Studies recently analyzed findings from the annual American Family Survey. It found 37% of conservative women ages 18-40 said they were completely satisfied with life. But only 12% of liberal women that age were. That’s a shocking disparity, but it’s not an outlier finding.
In 2021, Columbia University professors put out a study on depression among 12th graders, looking at data from 2005 to 2018. They found “female liberals reported worse internalizing symptom scores over the study period than all other groups.”
A 2017 study by a Penn State University professor noted “politically conservative participants were significantly more optimistic and satisfied with life than their liberal counterparts.”
A 2008 study in Psychological Science asked, “Why are conservatives happier than liberals?” It cited a 2006 Pew survey showing 47% of conservative Republicans called themselves “very happy,” while only 28% of liberal Democrats did the same.
The researchers from Columbia speculated that political events might have contributed to liberal depression. Republicans made political gains in the 2010s, including the election of then-President Donald Trump. The researchers claimed issues like global warming, structural racism, and pervasive sexism “became unavoidable features of political discourse.”
The implication is that liberals are depressed because they care so much about the world’s problems.
While that may sound noble, stressing out about something that you can’t control isn’t a virtue. It can lead to “learned helplessness.” If people believe their choices won’t improve things, they often give up or make worse choices. Little wonder researchers often connect learned helplessness to depression.
While this is a factor, there’s a deeper explanation.
Feminists originally argued for equal opportunity in voting, education, and the workplace. That happened. But second-wave feminists went further. They disparaged marriage and religion as tools of the patriarchy. They didn’t view children as a source of deep meaning and fulfillment, but rather as an obstacle to career success.
Third- and fourth-wave feminists went beyond that. Many contend that different outcomes between men and women are solely the result of societal expectations. These ideas have gone so far that leftists now claim men can become women. Why some men would willingly give up the power of the patriarchy is never quite explained.
These ideas have gained tremendous cultural power, especially on the Left. As a result, liberals are less likely to be married, go to church, or have kids. But these choices haven’t brought joyous liberation. Just the opposite.
As Brad Wilcox lays out in his book “Get Married,” married men and women are around twice as likely to be very happy as their single counterparts. An obvious factor in that is loneliness. Single childless adults are more than twice as likely as married individuals to say they’re always or almost always lonely, Wilcox noted. Historically, single individuals found community and connection in a church or synagogue. But liberals are less likely to attend religious services.
If women want to be happy, they should embrace what modern feminists falsely claim is the patriarchy.
I’ve never seen a happy feminist, they are always whining about things not being fair. It’s like DEI, don’t expect something for free in life. Stop swimming upstream to the sharks
A 19-year-old healthcare worker named Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan from Loganville, Georgia, has been arrested and charged with a criminal count of exploitation of a disabled person.
The incident came to light after Koiyan posted multiple videos on social media platform TikTok, which showed her dancing inappropriately over patients with disabilities. In one of the videos, she was seen twerking above the head of a seated disabled individual while wearing scrubs and a healthcare worker’s uniform.
A convicted drug dealer who received a get-out-of-jail-free card from the Biden regime has already been arrested again.
Dequan Willard, a 30-year-old Texas man, was granted clemency by President Joe Biden on January 17 as part of a sweeping mass release that included 2,490 federal inmates.
But it didn’t take long for the so-called “nonviolent offender” to show his true colors.
Just seven days later, Willard was arrested again for allegedly violating the conditions of his supervised release, according to Law and Crime.
Police say Jeremy McBride plotted Netherland’s death, planning to kill her and her preborn baby, and then kill himself. McBride allegedly confessed to the crime after he was apprehended by police less than one hour after the shooting. He was not at the residence when police arrived, and law enforcement located him through the use of license plate readers.

“The View” host Sunny Hostin complained during Monday’s show about some resurfacing racially-charged posts made by one of the young men billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk brought in to work on the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) project.
This is how embarrassing Texas Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett is: Despite sharing the same far-left viewpoints and clout-chasing tendencies as its other members, Crockett has never been admitted to the so-called “squad.”
Perhaps this is her choice, but I doubt it. After all, getting into the club connects you with progressive activist favorites like Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar. And it’s not as if they’re especially picky when it comes to membership. All you have to be is young and very liberal. You can be shamelessly corrupt (Omar), anti-Semitic (former Rep. Jamaal Bowman), or both (former Rep. Cori Bush.)
Ergo, there has to be a reason why Crockett isn’t in the group. She told Politico it’s because, campaigning in Texas, the label is poison.
This doesn’t sound right, given the fact that she represents a district so deeply blue it’ll elect … well, her
This latest story is beyond disturbing and has many people asking, “What the hell is happening in our nation’s schools?” But this is actually an update. The alleged grooming and trafficking took place in 2023, but now, the cosmetology high school is being sued.
According to court documents, a Texas cosmetology teacher was accused of grooming and sex trafficking teenagers at a local cosmetology high school. The details of the case are so incredibly disturbing, it’s almost too much to comprehend.

Texas Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett has become famous in the past year or two for her rants.
Whether she is yelling about “mediocre white boys” who oppose diversity programs or getting in shouting matches during committee meetings, we can always expect her to speak her mind.
That’s exactly what she did when she was a guest Wednesday on “The View.”
Crockett was asked about a broad sentiment among voters that President Donald Trump is keeping his campaign promises, a reality they are rewarding with substantial approval ratings, coupled with a struggling Democratic Party seen by many as too left-wing.

A Bowling Green man has been arrested after police say he stole from a local business.
The Bowling Green Police Department apprehended Jammal Cooper, 38, at 403 Ethan Court Monday, according to the agency’s Facebook page.
Officers say Cooper was identified after leaving a local store where he was previously known to have committed theft. With the assistance of store personnel, officers confirmed his identity and located his residence.
When approached by officers, Cooper attempted to flee but was detained after a brief foot pursuit, police say.
Cooper is currently lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on the following charges:
Receiving stolen property ($1,000 < $10,000)
Obscuring the identity of a machine (covered license plate)
Theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting
Possession of marijuana
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Third-degree fleeing or evading police

Don’t forget now, Black History Month still isn’t over. At the University of Hawaii,
Black history and culture are being celebrated at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a series of events and collaborations throughout February.
Events include basketball and a special Black History Month Dinner next Tuesday featuring “fried chicken, baked mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and cornbread.”
Normally, associating blacks with fried chicken is regarded as thoughtcrime. But you can’t blame moonbats in Hawaii for resorting to stereotypes regarding blacks, who make up only 2.2% of the population. The important thing is that they bend the knee piously in accordance with their religion, cultural Marxism.

Man In Relationship With Wife & Her Mom Impregnates Both Women At Same Time
Really, Boning your mother-in-law? What’s more, it says in the article that many have contacted him in a similar situation. Incest anyone?
A couple of content creators/social media influencers grabbed attention in some corners of the internet last year when they revealed that they had added a third person to their relationship. It wasn’t just anyone, it was the woman’s mom.
Nick Yardy and his wife Jade sat down for an interview last November about opening up their relationship and revealed that Jade’s mom, Dani, had joined them. The video was titled “How Having 2 Wives Saved My Relationship.”
Before your thoughts get too far out there, let’s clear some things up. Yes, they all shoot content for OnlyFans. No, they don’t all participate together. That would be weird. Nick is a gentleman and takes turns with the loves of his life.
Fast-forward to last week and the big happy family had some news to share. They announced, in another video, that “We’re Pregnant.” According to the trio, who have been together for a little over a year and a half, Nick has impregnated his wife and his other wife, her mom.
A dramatic near-miss at Chicago’s Midway Airport forced a Southwest Airlines plane to abort its landing after a small jet unexpectedly crossed the runway.
A video of the shocking incident has surfaced, showing the Southwest aircraft performing a last-second “touch and go” maneuver to avoid disaster.
The close call is reminiscent of a similar situation at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in December, when a Delta jet nearly collided with a plane carrying the Gonzaga men’s basketball team.
The Midway incident adds to a growing list of aviation scares in 2025. While data shows air travel remains statistically safe, a series of crashes and near-misses have raised public concern.
WATCH:
This year’s aviation chaos started January 29, when a mid-air collision over the Potomac River in Washington, D.C., killed all 67 people aboard an American Airlines regional jet and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter.
The crash, which occurred during the plane’s final approach to Reagan National Airport, is under investigation by the NTSB, with early findings pointing to possible air traffic control failures, miscommunication, and the helicopter flying at an incorrect altitude.
The tragedy deeply impacted the figure skating community, as several young skaters and their families were among the victims. Meanwhile, a victim’s family has filed a $250 million lawsuit against the FAA and the U.S. Army, citing negligence. The incident, along with recent aviation safety concerns, has led to a decline in public confidence in air travel.
More recently, a Delta Connection flight from Minneapolis flipped upside down while landing at Toronto Pearson Airport on February 17, with 80 people on board. While all passengers survived, 21 were injured, including a child and two adults who were initially in critical condition.
Delta offered each passenger $30,000 as compensation, though at least one survivor has since filed a lawsuit against the airline. Investigators are looking into weather conditions and crew experience as possible factors in the crash.
Here are some of the most notable aviation incidents this year:
January 29 – The devastating crash in Washington, D.C., resulted in 67 fatalities.
January 31 – A medevac jet crashed in Philadelphia, killing seven people.
February 6 – A regional airline flight in Nome, Alaska, went down, claiming 10 lives.
February 14 – A fatal crash in Pierson, Florida, took the life of the pilot.
In total, 88 people have died in seven aviation incidents in the U.S. in 2025, according to Fox4.
Liberals confiscate the wealth we create and waste it in disgusting ways not only at the federal level. DOGE has inspired independent patriots to investigate government spending more locally:
Tens of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money were given to a Seattle foundation that supports bondage programming and “jack-off clubs” where members can “share masturbation and mutual touch in an open, group setting.” Volunteers, calling themselves WA DOGE, revealed that Washington’s Arts Commission gave the funds to the Pan Eros Foundation, an organization that “celebrates and cultivates consent & sexuality through the arts & education for all.”
Hooters of America is reportedly gearing up for a bankruptcy filing in the coming months as the iconic restaurant chain struggles with declining foot traffic and mounting debt, sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
The Atlanta-based casual dining chain has enlisted the legal muscle of Ropes & Gray to handle its restructuring, while turnaround specialists at boutique advisory firm Accordion Partners are helping sort out the financial mess, according to sources who requested anonymity while discussing private dealings. The bankruptcy process is expected to kick off within the next two months.
Soon to be unemployed? Hooters waitress from Savannah, Georgia
Hooters’ creditors aren’t sitting idly by either. Some debtholders have tapped investment banking powerhouse Houlihan Lokey Inc. for advice, underscoring the severity of the chain’s financial troubles.
Declining Sales and Mounting Debt
The company has been struggling with cash flow issues as customers increasingly flock to other casual dining and fast-casual options. In recent years, several Hooters locations have closed their doors, a clear sign that the once-popular brand known for its wings and waitstaff is facing an existential crisis.
Adding to the financial woes, Hooters took on significant debt in 2021, issuing about $300 million in asset-backed bonds. These bonds, structured as whole-business securitizations, used the company’s franchise fees and other assets as collateral—a move common among restaurant chains looking to leverage their brand value for quick cash.
Executives Stay Silent
Despite the growing speculation, representatives for Hooters, Accordion Partners, and Ropes & Gray did not respond to requests for comment. A spokesperson for Houlihan Lokey also declined to weigh in on the situation.
The looming bankruptcy marks a dramatic downturn for a brand that once dominated the sports bar scene with its signature wings and controversial-but-effective marketing. With an increasingly competitive restaurant landscape and shifting consumer preferences, Hooters now faces the challenge of reinventing itself—or risk being left in the dust.
For now, it looks like the chain’s famous orange shorts and tight cash flow may both be on the chopping block.

Defense attorneys for Sean “Diddy” Combs are reportedly arguing that federal prosecutors “singled out” the disgraced music mogul because he is black, and claim authorities have demonstrated “bad faith” and “racial animus” in handling the case.
Combs’ attorneys made these assertions in a new court filing seeking to dismiss the music mogul’s prostitution charge, according to a report by ABC News.
In their court filing, defense attorneys claimed the charges against Combs are racially motivated, arguing that “no white person has ever been the target of a remotely similar prosecution” under the Mann Act.
“Mr. Combs has been singled out because he is a powerful black man, and he is being prosecuted for conduct that regularly goes unpunished,” defense attorneys Alexandra Shapiro and Marc Agnifilo wrote.
“Count Three should be dismissed because this is a clear case of selective prosecution,” the attorneys added.
The defense attorneys went on to cite former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer (D), who had “engaged in similar conduct but were never charged under the Act.”
The filing was likely referring to Spitzer having resigned as governor in 2008, amid a prostitution scandal that destroyed his reputation.
The music mogul’s defense team also reportedly argued that the “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” singer had used a popular and well-known escort service to bring people into his sexual activities, which the attorneys suggested is common practice among people of Combs’ status.
“Many couples, including wealthy high-profile couples, involve third parties in their sexual relationships, sometimes for implicit or explicit remuneration,” the filing stated.
“No federal prosecutor, in this district or any other, has targeted the company, its CEO, or its escorts. Nor has any prosecutor previously targeted any customer who purchased escort services from Cowboys 4 Angels,” the attorneys added.
As Breitbart News reported, Combs has been in jail since September 16 following a federal indictment accusing him of more than a decade of abusing, threatening, and coercing women and others, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.
Apart from the federal indictment, the Buzbee Law Firm and the AVA Law Group announced in October that they would be filing at least 120 separate lawsuits on behalf of alleged victims accusing Combs, his associates, and other entities of additional crimes.
Weeks later, batches of lawsuits were filed against Combs — and in the subsequent months, additional suits continued to roll out.
It’s remarkable that they haven’t identified the pilots. It’s almost like they are trying to hide who they are. I bet if they were two white guys, the names would have been out the day of the crash.
In Marxist regimes, no one suffers more than the people whom Marxists deceived on their way to acquiring power. The poor, whose interests Marxists claimed to protect, experience only deeper poverty, exploitation, and oppression.
The Western world’s recent obsession with diversity, equity, and inclusion policies constitutes a similar phenomenon, which stands to reason. After all, DEI rests on the same ideological foundation as Marxism.
Wednesday on the social media platform X, the prominent conservative account “End Wokeness” posted a disturbing pair of older tweets from Endeavor Air suggesting that the operator prioritized all-female crews.
Endeavor Air was the operator of the Delta Connection flight 4819, which suffered a harrowing but non-fatal crash Monday when one of its passenger jets lost a wing, erupted in flames and rolled upside down after landing on a Canadian runway.
“We’re committed to delivering more ‘unmanned’ flights like these,” a 2017 Endeavor Air tweet read. A photo of four women, two of whom appeared to be dressed as pilot and co-pilot, accompanied the tweet.
On the same day that a Delta Air Lines plane had a crash landing in Toronto, one of the company’s senior executives was quoted defending its diversity practices.
Delta Flight 4819 was involved in an accident at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday afternoon.
Pictures of the plane upside down on the runway swiftly went viral as the company revealed that there were 18 injuries, including two people in critical condition, but no fatalities.
Toronto was dealing with fast winds and winter weather at the time of the crash.
The incident came after multiple other high-profile aviation accidents and as the industry faces criticism for diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Those dynamics were at play with the Toronto crash, as well.
A woman in the driver’s seat of the front car then steps out and delivers an eloquent soliloquy on the dangers of imprudent vehicular navigation straight out of a modern remake of Shakespeare’s “Tempest.”
“Let’s go! Get out of the f***ing car! You were riding my f***ing a**! Get out of the f***ing car there, b****!” the woman screams to the driver of the red car. “Get out! Get out!”
It can’t be heard what the driver of the car said, but she responded, “I didn’t touch your f***ing car, b****!” At that point, a man got out of the driver’s side of the red car to calm the situation down.

Authorities said Thursday they caught a teenager who identifies as transgender allegedly discussing plans for a school shooting on the same social media platform used by extremists in similar cases.
Police arrested 18-year-old Trinity Shockley and charged her with plotting to attack Mooresville High School in Indiana after a tip from the FBI, court records show. A police report details how others allegedly encouraged her plans on the online chat service Discord in a familiar tale of online radicalization.
Shockley’s arrest comes after a fatal shooting at Antioch High School in Tennessee in January, weeks apart from another at Wisconsin’s Abundant Life Christian School in December. Both were carried out by teenagers who expressed violent thoughts in Discord communities ahead of their attacks, including neo-Nazi sentiments. The shooters each took their own lives just after killing and injuring several others at the schools.

Just like the head of the fire department in LA said if a man needs a woman to rescue him from a fire, he might be in the wrong place, now this:
An awful incident occurred involving a female Secret Service trainee, which could have had fatal consequences.
Real Clear Politics’ Susan Crabtree reported Thursday night that the trainee in question shot herself in the leg at the Secret Service’s Rowley Training Center. Following the shooting, the trainee was airlifted to a Baltimore hospital emergency room for treatment.
Crabtree reveals the incident involved an accidental discharge of a weapon. There is no word yet on her condition.
Crabtree notes that it’s “extremely rare” for an agent or trainee to shoot themselves, though one previously did so back in September. That incident involved a male secret service agent.
Failing to handle a weapon properly means severe consequences for a career Secret Service employee training a recruit.
“Unsafe weapons handling is a serious violation and grounds for disqualification/dismissal during training of a new recruit,” a source in the Secret Service community explained to Crabtree. “It would amount to formal disciplinary action for a career [Secret Service] employee.”
This incident occurred following ample evidence that the Secret Service’s DEI policies under the Biden regime played a key role in Trump’s near-assassination on July 13, 2024, and the murder of rallygoer Corey Comperatore.
Crabtree notes that under the Biden administration’s sweeping DEI executive order, former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle signed onto the 30×30 national DEI initiative.
The initiative calls for all law enforcement agencies in the country to have at least 30% of their forces be women by the year 2030. One reason for this is women make fewer arrests.
The initiative and the way Cheatle implemented it became the focus of an online petition highlighting whistleblowers’ concerns that it was harming the Secret Service across the board.
Crabtree also notes the petition was circulating before both assassination attempts against Trump.
According to Crabtree, female agents and uniformed officers made up 24% of law enforcement agencies by the time Cheatle left, 6% shy of the Biden regime’s final goal.
It also proves the Super Bowl commercial about a girl beating guys in flag football was not only woke, but just not true.
The Soviets said that they didn’t have to defeat the US. All they needed was a few years of indoctrination of the kids in school and the next generation was theirs. Look at Obama and the other Marxists, he was right.

DOGE slashes over $100M in DEI funding at Education Department: ‘Win for every student’
The Department of Education (DOE) is canceling more than $100 million in grants to fund diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training as part of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) sweep of “wasteful” spending.
DOGE, the department led by Elon Musk to cut costs within the federal government, announced the termination of 89 DOE contracts totaling $881 million in a post on X Monday night.
Of the nearly $1 billion, DOGE identified $101 million that was being used for DEI training, including teaching educators to “help students understand/interrogate the complex histories involved in oppression, and help students recognize areas of privilege and power on an individual and collective basis.”
“Your tax dollars were spent on this,” Musk wrote of the DOE spending.
According to DOGE, the education department spent another $1.5 million on a contractor to “observe mailing and clerical operations” at a mail center, which was also terminated in the recent spending sweep.
“DEI was never about ‘equity’—it was about enforcing ideological conformity and institutionalizing discrimination. Shutting down these wasteful, divisive programs is a win for every student,” Nicki Neily, founder and president of Parents Defending Education, said in response to the spending cut.
“More states need to follow suit,” Neily said.
Erika Donalds, wife of Republican Rep. Byron Donalds of Florida, also wrote in response that “the kids can’t read.”
As you enjoy the Super Bowl on Sunday, pay special attention to one of the 30-second ads that will be airing during the time-outs.
The ad, which features Shane Gillis, Post Malone, and NFL great Peyton Manning having fun at a wild barbecue, fueled by bright-blue cans of Bud Light beer, is no ordinary TV commercial. With its almost cartoonish celebration of masculine excess, the spot communicates two conventional beer-commercial messages: Bud Light is fun, and Bud Light is for guys. What makes it notable, though, is a third point, one it communicates only by implication: Bud Light is really, really sorry.
Bud Light is still trying to make up with the customer base it alienated on April 1, 2023. On that day, a brand that had been the top-selling beer in America for over two decades launched a social media campaign that would rock its customers, and not in a good way. Starring a transgender activist, Dylan Mulvaney, it celebrated Mulvaney’s first year of “girlhood.” Bud Light even sent Mulvaney a personalized can to mark this milestone date in Mulvaney’s transition from biological male to transgender woman, which millions had already followed on Instagram and TikTok.
This was not an April Fools’ Day prank as some believed, but a serious effort by the world’s largest beer company, Anheuser-Busch InBev, to “rebrand” its product.
They fucked up and may never recover, all to be woke. We know how much that sucks now and how much everyone is turning against both woke and DEI. Kill it dead
The Biden-Harris era was marked by failed Bidenomics and a steep decline in financial well-being for the majority of American families. The figures speak for themselves. Inflation rates hit highs of 8% in 2022. The national debt saw an increase from $27.8 trillion in January 2021 to $33 trillion in January 2025.
The way the Democrats spend money is reckless and has a direct impact on the economy. There are five controversial initiatives of the Biden-Harris administration that resulted in dramatic failures and cost American taxpayers a fortune.
The CHIPS Act
The CHIPS Act was designed to provide the domestic semiconductor industry with $79 billion in subsidies and loans. However, the initiative failed to deliver. Once a dominant player in consumer and professional CPUs, Intel is now caught in a very unfavorable situation.
The bill was marred by woke climate and environmental requirements that hindered the development of the industry in the U.S. Moreover, necessary actions against leading semiconductor manufacturers, such as Taiwan, were not taken in a timely manner.
The idea behind the CHIPS Act is sound, and we must work on securing our leadership in computer and AI technologies. The new administration is fully aware of this and will take a different approach by imposing various tariffs.
Affordable Connectivity Program
The Broadband Connectivity Act, with its Affordable Connectivity Program, is a $42 billion initiative aimed at improving broadband internet access for households across the country. Initially, the bill had bipartisan support and held great promise for making a better living for many Americans.
Alas, the reality turned out to be completely different. Democrats pushed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) requirements and failed to establish fast and convenient verification processes for applicants. This predetermined that the initiative would be inefficient. As of January 2025, many communities are reported to face hurdles due to inadequate connectivity.
Inflation Reduction Act
The Inflation Reduction Act, an incredible $1.2 Trillion dollar initiative that pundits dubbed a “last-minute spending spree.” Given the current economic climate marked by high inflation rates, such a surge in spending taxpayer money is not just a controversial move, but a dire threat to the Trump’s administration’s efforts to address issue.
Student Loan Forgiveness
Graphic: X Screenshot
Announced in August 2022, the initiative is aimed to forgive up to $20,000 in federal student loans for eligible borrowers. The program, part of Biden’s campaign promises and often ruled unconstitutional by federal courts and the Supreme Court, was eventually said to disproportionally benefit higher-income individuals who attended college. It cost taxpayers around $316 billion.
Failed Military Foreign Policy
The withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021 marked a pivotal moment in American foreign policy. Some pundits argue the move portrayed the United States under Joe Biden as a weak and militarily incapable nation. In other words, a loser whose opinions and interests might be easily ignored by China or Russia.
The U.S. left behind approximately $7 billion worth of military equipment. It included about 80 helicopters, 600 armored vehicles, and other assets like some 350,000 weapons. The American military presence in Afghanistan provided a vital influence tool in the region as well as served as a remote frontier to combat serious threats like ISIS terrorists far from our borders.
Moreover, almost 20 years of military operations in Afghanistan cost U.S. taxpayers an incredible $2.3 trillion. All the efforts, all the lives of American soldiers given to establish a robust defense against terrorist threat were wasted by the Biden administration.
Joe Biden’s reaction to the war in Ukraine, which broke out in early 2022, has been a heavy burden on the U.S. budget with more than $200 billion worth of military and direct financial aid. The Biden administration clearly underperformed as the White House neither proposed a sustainable victory plan to defeat Putin nor negotiated for peace.
Despite numerous statements from prominent Democrats that Russia must be stopped, the flow of donations in money and materials seemed to have no ultimate purpose and the support was given only because of the argument that something had to be done. Furthermore, Democrats ordered federal and state agencies to make donations, like firefighting equipment provided by California’s First Responders and others.
Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.
Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn’t arm the missile. The helicopter didn’t explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA.
Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a “do-or-die” mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.
It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”\ Obama and Hillary committed TREASON!
THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.
Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo.
Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal.
So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.
Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story of Benghazi.
This actually does make a great deal of sense, as it explains several events that each on their own make none. I remember the video well. The guy who made it disappeared. It only had around 4 views till Hillary Clinton claimed it was what caused the riots in Benghazi, then suddenly it had thousands because of Westerners going to see what the hubub was. And in fact, it really was a crappy video and not even very good by the standards of insulting Islam and its pirate founder.
USAID allegedly funded a $310 million project in 2016 for a Palestinian cement factory. This project, managed by a company called Sanad, was accused of aiding Hamas in constructing their extensive tunnel network in Gaza, as per posts on X.
2. Hezbollah Support:
There have been claims that USAID funding indirectly supports Hezbollah through the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), which some assert are influenced by Hezbollah, though direct evidence in public reports is sparse.
3. Worldwide Censorship:According to some reports, USAID has been linked to funding projects that critics argue are used for censorship or control of information, particularly through support for media projects in countries like Ukraine, which sparked debates about media independence and U.S. influence over global journalism.
4. Funding Terror Organizations via NGOs:
USAID has been criticized for funding NGOs with known or suspected ties to terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Hamas, and Hezbollah. For instance, there are reports of USAID money going to organizations linked to these groups through intermediaries.
5. Sectarian Violence in Israel:
Just 10 days before the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack, USAID funded $500,000 to address sectarian violence in Israel, which some critics saw as misallocated or ill-timed funding.
6. Covid-19 and EcoHealth Alliance Funding:
USAID provided millions to EcoHealth Alliance, known for its controversial bat virus research in Wuhan, contributing to conspiracy theories about the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.
7. Al Qaeda-Linked Groups in Syria:
There have been allegations that USAID-funded meals ended up with al Qaeda-affiliated fighters in Syria, indicating a lack of oversight in aid distribution.
8. Controversial Projects in Gaza:
USAID has been involved in funding projects in Gaza, with some funds allegedly going to organizations with ties to Hamas, like the Bayader Association, which hosted Hamas officials.
9. LGBT Rights in Controversial Contexts:
Millions were spent on promoting LGBT rights in countries where such initiatives are highly controversial, potentially risking backlash against local communities. Meaning the funds were likely siphoned off by various Democrat interest groups.
10. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Projects:
Funding for DEI initiatives in places like Serbia and Ireland were criticized as frivolous or misaligned with developmental needs.
11. Feminist Digital Spaces:
A $6 million project to transform digital spaces to reflect feminist democratic principles has been seen by some as ideological overreach. I don’t mind feminists having digital spaces, but I do mind paying for them.
12. Contraceptives in Developing Countries:
While aimed at health improvement, funding for personalized contraceptives has been criticized as culturally insensitive or misallocated. I don’t even mind this effort, just not $400 per condom.
13. Support for UNRWA Despite Controversies:
USAID continued funding UNRWA, despite allegations of Hamas infiltration within the organization, which has been a point of contention.
14. Green Transportation in Eastern Europe:
A $25 million project for promoting green transportation in Georgia, which some view as an overreach of U.S. influence on local policy.
15. Photography as Peacebuilding:
Funding for a project involving Arab and Jewish photographers was seen as an odd use of funds for peace efforts.
16. Combatting Disinformation in Kazakhstan:
$4.5 million was allocated to combat disinformation, which is another term for government censorship.
17. Support for Controversial NGOs:
USAID has funded NGOs with controversial political stances, which has led to accusations of promoting U.S. political agendas abroad.
18. Funding Projects Without Proper Oversight:
Several reports from the USAID Office of Inspector General suggest that there’s been a lack of stringent oversight on how funds are utilized, leading to potential embezzlement.
19. Healthcare Including Condoms in Sensitive Areas:
There’s been political uproar over funding healthcare projects, including the distribution of condoms, in regions like Gaza, where it’s used to question the appropriateness of U.S. aid.
20 Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees in Conflict Zones:
Funding in conflict zones like Gaza and the West Bank to “miscellaneous foreign awardees” without clear accountability or transparency.
People need to go to prison for these misallocations of taxpayer funds.
Crimes include theft, embezzlement, mail fraud and likely many more.
Here’s something for DOGE to cut funding to. Not much bigger waste or boondoggle than this.
One of the most expensive green energy projects ever undertaken in American history looks like it is now on borrowed time after eating up massive amounts of taxpayer dollars and killing thousands of birds.
Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) — a major utility company — announced in January that it is terminating power purchase contracts with the owners of Southwestern California’s Ivanpah Solar Power facility, a massive and unique solar project that received hundreds of millions of subsidy dollars as it launched in 2014. Just over a decade after it started operations, the facility appears to be headed toward its demise after killing thousands of birds because it could not provide the utility sufficiently cheap energy.
“PG&E determined that ending the agreements at this time will save customers money,” the company said in its Jan. 17 statement on the plant. The original owners of the plant — which cost about $2.2 billion to build — included Google and NRG Energy, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The Los Angeles Times reported in 2016 that the Ivanpah project killed an average of 6,000 birds each year, with some of the unlucky creatures colliding with the development’s 40-story towers and others being incinerated instantly upon flying through concentrated sunlight while chasing prey. The project received tax breaks, a $1.6 billion loan guarantee from the Obama Department of Energy (DOE) and a further $535 million subsidy from the Obama Department of Transportation (DOT), but it failed to reach advertised power output levels, according to analysis by Benjamin Zycher, an energy-focused senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI).
Carl’s Jr. Super Bowl ad brings back bikini-clad burger models after yearslong clampdown
Make America Hot Again.
Carl’s Jr., which ditched its sexualized commercials eight years ago, is bringing back its bikini-and-burgers formula for the Super Bowl.
TikTok influencer Alix Earle stars in a new commercial from Carl’s Jr. promoting its new “hangover burger” for football fans needing a pick-me-up after game day.
“Just what you need to cure that post party bug,” Earle says, dressed in a skimpy outfit as she parades through a car wash and takes a bite of the super-loaded breakfast burger.
Mountain Dew Flushes Millions Down Toilet In Freakish Super Bowl Ad
Mountain Dew dished out millions of dollars for a bizarre Super Bowl ad that included the face of Seal the artist actually on a seal’s body.
The ad dropped Feb. 5 and, sadly for Mountain Dew, it’s too late to take it back. The mistake has already been made and their money has already been wasted. The freakish video clip featured Seal singing a new rendition of his hit song “Kiss from a Rose” and, thanks to AI, his face was actually plastered onto the body of a seal.
The odd plot started with Mountain Dew’s Mountain Dude offering Becky G a drink from a bottle of Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Becky took a sip and entered some sort of weird portal before landing in a boat with Mountain Dude. The camera flicked to Seal — atop the body of a seal — singing his song while perched awkwardly on a rock. Set your standards a tad lower if you plan on watching this ad.
Three swimmers from Penn are suing the Ivy League and the NCAA for allowing a male (William “Lia” Thomas) to be in their changing room while they were completely nude and then allowing him to compete against them! 1/
2. They seek damages for “pain and suffering, mental and emotional distress, suffering and anxiety, expenses costs and other damages.”
In case you didn’t know, these schools really allowed that man into their changing room and provided the ladies with no other place to change.
3. Female racing swimsuits are extremely tight and it’s very hard to wriggle into them. It takes a long time. They told these women to change in front of this man.
4. Thomas, who swam for Penn and graduated in 2022, won the Ivy League championship his senior year in the 500 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 200 freestyle individually, as well as the 400 freestyle relay.
No kidding.
5. Harvard Athletics’ T-gender Inclusion Policy states that “Harvard Athletics actively seeks to create a space that is welcoming and inclusive to all identities; including but not limited to gender, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.”
What hogwash!
6. I hope these women get every single penny in endowment money these universities have.
Not only was he in the changing room when they were nude but he exposed himself to them!
I love how they have demanded a jury trial! May the jury be filled with people with common sense.
7. Riley Gaines and others who were in the room have noted that Mr. Thomas retained his franks and beans as do the overwhelming majority of these men. Many members of the public are unaware of this. Which may contribute to why some were ok with this.
He’s either demented (autogynephilia) or pulled of the biggest Animal House stunt on these girls and schools that he’ll talk about for the rest of his life.
One thing for sure is that the Ivy League are a bunch of cowards to let this happen in the first place. Being woke is an embarrassment just like a degree from their schools is right now.
Solyndra Inc., a renewable energy firm that became a darling of the Obama Administration, shut the doors of its California headquarters Wednesday, raising fresh questions from critics about political favoritism and wasted money in the federal loan program.
The manufacturer of rooftop solar panels opened its doors in 2005, and in 2009 became the first recipient of an Obama administration energy loan guarantee – a $535 million federal commitment that helped minimize the risk to venture capital firms backing the solar start-up. Obama visited the factory last year to herald its future.
“The promise of clean energy isn’t just an article of faith — not anymore,” Obama told Solyndra workers then. “The future is here.”
The government loan guarantee was supposed to spur 1,000 fulltime jobs once Solyndra’s solar plant was fully operating. Instead, the company announced Wednesday it intends to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and that 1,100 full and part time employees had been laid off “effective immediately,” without severance. Some said they no longer have health insurance, either.
Now, the company’s collapse is sure to rekindle questions about how well the Energy Department vetted the deal before putting taxpayer dollars on the table – and about whether the public will have to pick up the $535 million tab. The full bill may not be clear until bankruptcy proceedings. How much taxpayers and other creditors recover could depend on the total value of the company’s assets.
A group of seven who allegedly sought to steal hundreds of millions of dollars in the country’s “largest COVID-19 tax credit scheme” by falsely claiming pandemic-era benefits were charged on Jan. 22, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
An indictment unsealed in New York state charged the seven people with “operating a multi-state conspiracy in which they attempted to defraud the United States of more than $600 million by filing more than 8,000 false tax returns claiming COVID-19-related employment tax credits,” the agency said in a statement. The fraud targeted programs like the employee retention credit (ERC) and the paid sick and family leave credit (SFLC), which were passed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ERC gave tax credits to businesses, incentivizing them to keep employees on their payroll, while SFLC was a reimbursement made to businesses to support employees who were “on sick or family leave and could not work because of COVID-19.”
The charges were made against Keith Williams, Jamari Lewis, Morais Dicks, Janine Davis, Tiffany Williams, James Hames Jr., and Ewendra Mathurin; all of whom are either current or former residents of New York.
Between November 2021 and June 2023, the defendants “repeatedly exploited” ERC and SFLC programs, the DOJ said.
“The scheme was allegedly headquartered at Credit Reset, a purported credit repair business Keith Williams owned and operated.”
Just goes to show you that the democrats can’t run a one car funeral without screwing it up. Everything about Covid was a lie except that it was man made and escaped from Wuhan
An Only Fans thot who banged over 1000 men in the space of 12 hours in an attempt to gain more subscribers can’t even post the video on the platform, meaning she essentially carried out the stunt for nothing.
As we previously highlighted, OF ‘creator’ Bonnie Blue posted a video on social media bragging about breaking the most disgusting world record in history, claiming that a total of 1,057 men had their way with her.
“This is what my face looks like after taking 1,000 men less than 12 hours ago,” she announced, claiming that she slept with a different guy every 41 seconds.
she’s full of shit. America got lucky to vote in Trump to fix this mess she caused. 60 minutes made her look a lot better than the words at the link above. How does someone this unqualified get that close to being CinC? How many blowjobs did she give to get where she got?
MR. BILL WHITAKER: But Madam Vice1 President, I’ve been covering the border for 2 years, and so I know this is not a problem that 3 started with your administration.4 VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS: Correct.5 Correct. 6 MR. BILL WHITAKER: But there was an 7 historic flood of undocumented immigrants coming 8 across the border the first three years of your 9 administration. As a matter of fact, arrivals 10 quadrupled from the last year of President Trump.11 Was it a mistake to loosen the immigration12 policies as much as you did in 2021?13 VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS: So14 regionally, and actually, globally, we have seen15 this as an issue, and America is obviously not16 immune from this issue. But the focus has to be,17 to your point, you’ve been covering it for years,18 it’s a long-standing problem, and solutions are19 at hand. And from day one, literally, we have20 been offering solutions which have not been21 picked up, and then, when there was a border22 security bill, my opponent decided to run on the23 problem instead of fixing the problem.24 And understand what that bill would25 29 have done. That border security bill would have 1 put 1,500 more agents at the border, which is why 2 the Border Patrol Union supported it. It would3 have put more resources into stemming the flow of4 fentanyl. Which is a scourge.5 MR. BILL WHITAKER: But that was just 6 this past year. That was just this past year.7 What I was asking was, was it a mistake to kind 8 of allow that flood to happen in the first place?
To the list of the world’s most dangerous activities, it seems we must add a very 21st–century pursuit: selfie-taking.
The number of people who have lost their lives while trying to get that perfect shot has spiked sharply in recent years. For a time, Wikipedia kept a running total, estimating 379 people have died in selfie-related accidents between 2008 and 2021, with hundreds more sustaining serious injuries.
Since then, other sources suggest the toll had risen to as many as 480 fatalities by the end of 2024. By way of comparison, far more people die from taking selfies than from shark attacks, which on average account for 5-6 deaths per year globally.
In June 2018, then-Fox News host Carlson covered the topic, saying, “The Obama administration pressured the FAA to meet abstract diversity goals. Now nobody bothered to explain why diversity is a relevant criterion for air traffic controllers. No one will explain it now.”
Carlson explained that the FAA added a biographical questionnaire to the air traffic controller application process, which he said gave more points to would-be controllers who lacked a scientific background or who had been unemployed for the previous three years than they did to licensed pilots.
“In other words, the FAA actively searched for unqualified air traffic controllers. That is insane, and they knew it was insane when they did it, but they did it anyway,” he said.
In an email Carlson said he obtained, the executive who created the biographical questionnaire “admits that the test he devised has nothing to do with finding the best air traffic controllers. If you want good air traffic controllers, find people with experience. That was his advice. The FAA ignored this, and used the biographical screen anyway. … Compared to diversity, your safety meant nothing to them.”
This might be the last best of for a while so enjoy. The regular new stuff will be here going forward, but don’t be surprised if you see a part 10 some time.
As The Daily Signal previously reported, under President Barack Obama’s administration, the FAA scrapped a skills-based test and a certification program, and replaced it with a biographical questionnaire to attract more diverse applicants to become air traffic controllers. The FAA previously drew most candidates from the military and a group of 36 colleges that offer air traffic control programs.
“The Obama administration implemented a biographical questionnaire at the FAA to shift the hiring focus away from objective aptitude. During my first term, my administration raised standards to achieve the highest standards of safety and excellence,” the Trump memorandum says. “But the Biden administration egregiously rejected merit-based hiring, requiring all executive departments and agencies to implement dangerous ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ tactics, and specifically recruiting individuals with ‘severe intellectual’ disabilities in the FAA.”
The memorandum continues: “On my second day in office, I ordered an immediate return to merit-based recruitment, hiring, and promotion, elevating safety and ability as the paramount standard. [Wednesday’s] devastating accident tragically underscores the need to elevate safety and competence as the priority of the FAA.”
Critics have said the policy that originated under Obama and was revived by former President Joe Biden gives more points to applicants who have not been employed for the past three years than to an applicant who has been a pilot or a veteran with an air traffic control-related military background. During his first term, Trump discarded the policy in 2018, but Biden reinstated it.
“When you are flying on an airplane with your loved ones—which everyone of us in this room has—do you pray that your plane lands safely and gets you to your destination?” Leavitt asked reporters rhetorically on Friday. “Or do you pray that the pilot has a certain skin color? I think we all know the answer to that question. As President Trump said yesterday, it’s common sense.”
The spokeswoman said the Trump administration still believes it is safe to fly in the United States. Still, she said, the memorandum is intended to “deliver accountability.”
Brad Mims, Deputy Administrator at the FAA in 2023:
"We need a diverse group of air traffic controllers to bring distinct perspective to handle the ever-changing aerospace landscape. I'm calling on students and alumni from HBCUs, Hispanic serving institutions, and tribal… pic.twitter.com/aTtWRI93v0
I hate to fly as it is. Now I trust it even less than before. Not to mention the DEI Air Traffic Controllers who can’t keep the planes from running into each other.
A small plane crashed near Northeast Philadelphia Airport on Friday — just days after a horrific midair collision in Washington, DC claimed the lives of 67 people, according to reports
The plane reportedly hit several buildings and cars before going down near the Roosevelt Mall near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard just after 6 p.m., WPVI reported. Multiple casualties have been reported.
Video footage captured heavy smoke in the area with debris sprawled in the parking lot of the mall as local police and fire responded to the scene, according to footage captured by Fox29.
Like most corporate jargon that comes from unimpressive and overpaid executives whose shining accomplishment has been irreparably harming the brand they were entrusted with, this is a non-statement. If you’ve worked a corporate gig, you’ve encountered these people, they talk the most but say the least.
It gets better. CNBC reported that “a Target spokesperson said there are no job cuts as part of Friday’s DEI announcement.” Impressive. Target is so serious about getting rid of DEI that it decided to retain every single one of its DEI hires at every level of the organization, including executives and middle management who imposed this ideology on the entire company.
In other words, Target is not abandoning DEI. It’s being taken underground. It might not sell another wheelchair-bound black Santa this year, but that’s because Target is doing just enough to pull the wool over your eyes.
Anyone involved in their local school board is familiar with this tactic. The first thing schools did after parents complained about Critical Race Theory (CRT) was rebrand it. That’s what Target is doing here, which is arguably worse than what it was doing before. Target hasn’t made any meaningful admission of wrongdoing, and because these corporations think you’re stupid, Target is hoping to assuage the public by pretending to suddenly reject the religion of leftism that consumed it for years all just hours after an administration hostile to DEI took over in Washington. It’s a miracle with impeccable timing, I suppose.
On Jan. 24, Target issued a press release that supposedly indicates a departure from DEI. Kiera Fernandez, formerly known as Target’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, now goes by a new title: Chief Community Impact and Equity Officer. What a clever rebrand. Considering the goal was to pretend that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are no longer a priority at Target, I would have thought that her new title should avoid the words Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion.
Fernandez issued a memo to Target staff that included this gem:
“Many years of data, insights, listening and learning have been shaping this next chapter in our strategy, and as a retailer that serves millions of consumers every day, we understand the importance of staying in step with the evolving external landscape, now and in the future – all in service of driving Target’s growth and winning together.”
Back to my wife’s relatives in Denmark. I routinely count on them to know what is the right thing for America by going against anything they are for. In this case, her niece Marian thinks Pocahontas is the “bomb”. She put it on Facebook.
They of course hate Trump who just got them to spend $2.1 Billion on Greenland’s defense instead of him spending it. They already pay 70% taxes and it’s going up for some TDS.
I find it hard to believe her family are even close to smart sometimes. I can always count on them to trash America and Americans, except when they want to shop for half the price in Denmark. They always think that America should be more like Denmark. Let’s see, which country has put a man on the moon? Are they speaking Danish instead of German since the 1940’s?
Warren just proved yesterday that her paycheck comes from Big Pharma, who screwed over a lot of people during Covid. Point of interest, the Danes had to take the jab so that could be why their IQ went down some more.
I know Steve Rogers is gone, but don’t say Captain America is not about America. That’s taking woke way past being smart.
A few other celebtards ruined their own movies (Captain Marvel) by trashing the audience before it came out, but come on, don’t be daft. Marvel seems to shit on all of their products since Disney and Kathleen Kennedy took over.
The buzz around “Captain America: Brave New World” had been toxic … until recently.
The sequel finds Anthony Mackie taking over for Chris Evans as the star-spangled Avenger. The film endured high-profile “reshoots” as well as leaked reports of devastating test screenings.
Both gave the impression this “Brave New World” would be a “Marvels”-level dud.
In recent weeks, though, the buzz has died down.
The film’s recent trailer didn’t suffer blowback from Comic Con Nation. The Red Hulk subplot has comic readers intrigued, especially since screen legend Harrison Ford will be bringing him to life.
In fact. some media outlets report the film could earn north of $90 million in its opening weekend. That’s not “Avengers”-sized money but enough to suggest the franchise won’t crash and burn.
Mackie’s new viral gaffe just made everything worse. How much worse? We’ll find out on Feb. 14 when “Brave New World” hits theaters nationwide.
Mackie, a credible star in his own right, had large shoes to fill as is. Evans’ Captain America became a beloved MCU figure, capturing the character’s stoic leadership.
Some fans don’t trust the character swap, thinking it’s Hollywood’s latest woke switcheroo. The shift has precedent in the Marvel Comics’ canon, though, and Evan’s Cap bowed out gracefully in “Avengers: Endgame.”
“Captain America represents a lot of different things & I don’t think the term ‘America’ should be one of those representations. It’s about a man who keeps his word, who has honor, dignity and integrity.”
The undated clip reminds us of how Warner Bros. treated the Superman reboot. The character’s classic line – “fighting for Truth, Justice and the American Way” got clipped to appease woke sensibilities.
That “update” got shredded on social media and captured the disgust many fans have with the “new” take on classic heroes.
America in 2025 is pushing past those woke sentiments, typified by the re-election of President Donald Trump.
Now this.
X (AKA Twitter) went berserk with the Mackie clip. Here’s just a sample of the snarkier responses.
The biggest scientific con of the century is finally being exposed. But will any politicians or government officials ever be held responsible for the carnage they unleashed on Americans?
In early 2020, when the Covid pandemic was starting to ravage America, federal bureaucrats and politicians rushed to suppress any suggestion that the pandemic originated from a Chinese government lab bankrolled by US government agencies. Key Biden administration officials effectively exonerated the Chinese government even though the Chinese completely stonewalled any outside investigation into the origin of the Covid virus, as the Wall Street Journal recently revealed in a front-page scoop.
The FBI’s top expert concluded that the virus leaked from the lab but he was derailed by the Biden administration, blocked from presenting his evidence at a key White House meeting in August 2021. Three scientists at the National Center for Medical Intelligence, part of the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency, concluded that Covid leaked from a lab but they were muzzled. The Inspector General is conducting an investigation to determine why those experts were silenced. The Department of Energy also concluded that Covid originated in a lab. In September 2023, a senior CIA analyst told a Congressional committee that six key CIA analysts had been bribed by the agency to abandon their conclusion that Covid originated in a lab leak.
The Chinese government first admitted that a pandemic had broken out in the city of Wuhan in early 2020. Though the Chinese military-affiliated Wuhan Institute of Virology had been experimenting with bats for years, the Chinese government insisted the new virus came from a nearby marketplace. But the lead scientists involved with bat research had all been struck down by Covid-19 symptoms shortly before the Chinese government denied any responsibility. There was a deluge of circumstantial evidence quickly linking the new virus to the lab.
The outbreak of Covid-19 spurred one of the most brazen cover-ups in modern US history. The National Institute for Health had been financing gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. That type of research seeks to genetically alter organisms to enable the spread of viruses into new species. Such research is extremely dangerous; as MIT professor Kevin Esvelt asked in 2021, “Why is anyone trying to teach the world how to make viruses that could kill millions of people?” The risks were compounded because the Wuhan Institute had a very poor safety rating. Two years earlier, the State Department confidentially “warned other federal agencies about safety issues at Wuhan labs studying bat Covid,” but the public disclosure of that alert was delayed until 2022.
In January 2020, top federal scientists recognized that the pandemic could obliterate their reputations. Dr. Francis Collins, the director of the National Institutes for Health, wrote in an email that “a swift convening of experts in a confidence-inspiring framework is needed or the voices of conspiracy will quickly dominate, doing great potential harm to science and international harmony.” The “conspiracy” was the facts of the matter.
Anthony Fauci, the chief of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), speedily enlisted a handful of trusted scientists to gin up a paper supposedly “proving” that the virus could not have originated in the lab. A top NIAID scientist accepted the task of debunking the lab-leak story because, as he emailed a colleague, “Tony doesn’t want his fingerprints on origin stories.” The Lancet, one of the most respected medical journals in the world, enlisted in the cover-up with an op-ed by 27 scientists who proclaimed: “We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that Covid-19 does not have a natural origin.” Maybe the same scientists also sent an addendum to NIH: Keep giving us grant money or your reputation will “swim with the fishes.”
Further “proof” was provided by a torrent of accusations of racism against anyone who publicly suggested that the virus originated in a Chinese lab. The State Department’s Global Engagement Center added a federal fist to the debate, pressuring Twitter to suppress hundreds of thousands of accounts (including thousands of average Americans) in early 2020 for the crime of suggesting that Covid originated in a lab. Bureaucrats secretly decided that wildly exaggerated forecasts of pandemic mortality made the First Amendment null and void.
Well, at least we know what stores are still racist and to avoid.
Race thug Al Sharpton can’t lead boycotts against all the companies that are dumping the DEI policies that have alienated their customers, so he took the opposite approach by staging a “buy-in” for one company that is doubling down on antiwhite discrimination, Costco. This is likely to blow up in Costco’s face:
Costco shoppers warned that Al Sharpton’s involvement in a ‘buy in’ celebrating their DEI policies could be a ‘kiss of death’ for the retail giant.
Sharpton purchased gift vouchers for his mob to spend in the store. He has plenty of money to throw around, and not only because he refrains from paying taxes.
Sharpton came to public attention by pushing the infamous Tawana Brawley hate hoax. His militant hostility toward Caucasians eventually earned him a spot at MSNBC.
Bud Light ended up with Dylan Mulvaney as the face of the brand; it cost them $billions. We’ll see what having professional race hater Al Sharpton as the face of Costco does for membership.
Carter never should have given away the Panama Canal. It is down there with Biden’s giving away our best and secret technology in the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The late Jimmy Carter didn’t come up spontaneously with the idea of giving away the Panama Canal, which America spent blood and gold on and which is an essential part of its national security. Instead, he had Robert A. Pastor, a communist, whispering in his ear.
A globalist who desired to merge incrementally the U.S., Mexico, and Canada into a “North American Union” (NAU) along the model of the European Union, Pastor’s intellectual development was rooted in Marxism. Pastor played an instrumental role in the Carter administration’s decision to relinquish control of the Panama Canal.
In what appears to have been his first job after being a teaching assistant graduate student while getting his Ph.D. at Harvard University’s Department of Government, Robert A. Pastor signed on to be the Executive Director of the Linowitz Commission. The Linowitz Commission was formally named the “Rockefeller Foundation’s Commission on U.S.- Latin American Relations,” but took its unofficial name from its chairman, Sol Linowitz. Linowitz had previously served as director of the socialist National Planning Association and was a paid, registered foreign agent of the Communist regime of Salvadore Allende in Chile.
One of the Linowitz Commission’s primary recommendations was that the United States should give the Panama Canal to Panama. In a 1995 interview he gave for a publication in a law journal,1/ Linowitz explained that it was wrong for the U.S. to have sovereignty over the Panama Canal. Discussing the 1903 treaty that gave the U.S. sovereignty over the Panama Canal, Linowitz commented, “That treaty was a source of shame to the Panamanians because it conveyed sovereignty over a large stretch of their territory to an occupying party.”
In other words, people are tired of the crap. Even the proponents of the gender benders are losing their enthusiasm to fight. You can only keep a lie going just so long. Normal people are tired of men who were loser athletes beating the crap out of women in their sports.
This time around feels very different. The Women’s March — renamed, without irony, the “People’s March — only attracted around 10,000 last Saturday. On Monday, Donald Trump, after announcing in his second Inaugural address that the U.S. government would only recognize two genders going forward, signed an executive order mere hours after arriving back at the White House. Titled “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government” is an incredibly comprehensive document that rejects the idea of gender as distinct from sex outright, lays out the correct terminology in great detail, and lists the various ways gender ideology will be eliminated. The first paragraph alone is simply excellent:
Across the country, ideologues who deny the biological reality of sex have increasingly used legal and other socially coercive means to permit men to self-identify as women and gain access to intimate single-sex spaces and activities designed for women, from women’s domestic abuse shelters to women’s workplace showers. This is wrong. Efforts to eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being. The erasure of sex in language and policy has a corrosive impact not just on women but on the validity of the entire American system. Basing Federal policy on truth is critical to scientific inquiry, public safety, morale, and trust in government itself.
The backlash has been predictable, but it feels … tired, somehow. Defeated. Perhaps this is because transgender issues hurt the Democrats badly in the 2024 election and likely contributed to Trump’s victory. Perhaps it is because the tech billionaires — Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg — are moving on and no longer enforcing the top-down narrative that was always astro-turfed rather than changed from the grassroots up to begin with. The LGBT movement still owns the entertainment industry and much of academia, true. But Trump’s executive order felt like an endorsement of the prevailing view, and even Democrats seem unsure of what to do about their suddenly inconvenient allies.
George Soros was “very upset” by the massive number of employees and “amount of bureaucracy” at his liberal nonprofit, the Open Society Foundations, according to the Democratic megadonor’s son.
Alex Soros, the 39-year-old son of the 94-year-old hedge fund billionaire, told the Financial Times his “only regret” since taking over Open Society Foundations several years ago is that he didn’t slash the nonprofit’s workforce sooner.
“My father didn’t want to create an employment agency, he wanted to create a network of networks and he was very upset with the amount of bureaucracy at the foundation,” the younger Soros said in an interview published Wednesday. “My only regret is that we didn’t do that faster, because I feel like he would have wanted that.”
It’s a surprising stance for the leader of an organization that historically promotes massive government programs, and has aggressively backed American funding for “pro-democracy” initiatives in Europe, Latin America, and elsewhere. Open Society was an early backer of the Green New Deal, the multitrillion-dollar climate change proposal. Open Society spent millions of dollars lobbying for President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act, which authorized nearly $900 billion in federal spending.
Along with the rest of those he pardoned. You don’t need to be pardoned unless you are guilty or there is a miscarriage of justice. Fauci is as guilty as the day is long.
It may initially seem over-the-top hyperbole to compare Dr. Anthony Fauci to Josef Mengele, MD, the “Angel of Death” in Auschwitz. The facts prove that Fauci is at least in his league, if not worse. Fauci harmed or killed more people. He decimated public trust in federal medical institutions. Fauci acted solely to benefit his ego and his wallet. Mengele was working for what he believed was the greater good, admittedly of the Aryan race at the expense of all untermenschen (slave races). This made him an extreme racist but not venal.
Dr. was italicized above to emphasize that Fauci has been treating papers not people for his whole four-decade career. Nonetheless, he had the temerity to dictate to the real world, in-the-trenches clinical physicians, what they should do and what they cannot do for their patients.
By sneaking in a pardon during his last minutes as president, Joe Biden admitted to the world that Fauci is indictable, if not legally proven guilty, of numerous crimes. As he cannot be criminally tried, following is a partial list of crimes this author believes Fauci committed for which he will never be formally punished.
Public tyranny
Fauci’s tyranny was manifest by censorship, lockdowns, and mandatory injections which contravened the First Amendment to the Constitution denying Americans free speech, religious freedom, and right to assemble, as well as the Fourth Amendment “right to be secure in their persons.”
Forcing the public to accept injections of an experimental drug also violated the Third Pledge of the 1948 World Medical Association Declaration of Geneva, “respecting the autonomy … of my patient.”
Medical tyranny
Fauci’s medical tyranny was not limited to the American public. He also dictated to clinical physicians what they had to do — inject their patients with inadequately tested mRNA gene treatments and triage the sickest according to their social standing — and what they could not do, e.g., prescribe Ivermectin or adopt the Great Barrington Declaration approach.
Fauci is guilty of medical tyranny two ways. He ordered improper treatment protocols, and he forced his medical decisions on patients who did not choose him as their physician.
Anti-scientific medicine
As a true megalomaniac, Fauci declared, “I represent science,” and “those who oppose me are going against science.” His medical dictates contradicted scientific facts. He mandated face masks when studies showed they didn’t work to protect the wearer or to prevent spread of contagion. He locked down (quarantined) the healthy population with no epidemiologic evidence that such an action did any good: there was extensive proof of its harm. Fauci required not only universal mRNA “vaccination” but boosters as well, despite a vast body of data showing protection was fleeting and the jab was causing extensive harm even death.
Corruption
Anthony Fauci was the highest paid federal official — $480,654 in 2022 — even before he implemented the great COVID scam and swindle. It was a scam like the Emperor’s Clothes, asserting an existential threat that wasn’t there. It was a swindle by paying Big Pharma billions of taxpayer dollars through a no-competitive-bid contract for the mRNA shots he de facto mandated for everyone. It is known that pharmaceutical companies paid NIH and Fauci more than $150 million in royalties. How much went to Fauci is unknown, but his net wealth increased by more than $5 million during COVID, even as millions of Americans lost their jobs and incomes because of Fauci’s lockdowns.
Killing Credibility
Fauci damaged the credibility of federal agencies such as NIH, CDC, and FDA. (Former Attorney General Merrick Garland’s lawfare was probably a greater contributor to loss of trust.) Fauci would say something, and experience or reports that evaded his censorship showed the public precisely the opposite. In essence, he kept telling people not to believe their lying ears, eyes, and brains. “Just listen to me, do what I say, and everything will be fine.” Unfortunately for Fauci’s and Washington’s credibility, everything was not fine, not for We The People.
Biden’s justification for pardoning Fauci was newspeak, the official language in George Orwell’s book 1984. In newspeak, the government pronouncement was the antithesis of reality: ignorance is strength, war is peace, and freedom is slavery. Biden wrote, “The issuance of these pardons [Fauci, General Milley, et al.] should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.” Translation: They are guilty and before someone goes to prove it, I am pardoning them.
Furthermore, Biden exonerated himself using a common Democrat tactic: attacking opponents by falsely accusing them of something Democrats deny doing but something they did in fact do. Democrats accused Trump of colluding with Russia when he didn’t, but Hillary Clinton did. Over four years, Biden and his progressive allies repeatedly used the courts as vehicles for illegal and unfounded political prosecutions of Trump by Fani Willis, Jack Smith, and Alvin Bragg. So naturally, Biden explains the need for pardons because they (those pardoned) “do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.” Clearly, Biden expects Trump to do to those preemptively pardoned what Biden’s cronies did to him.
Josef Mengele was a despicable, evil human being. Anthony Fauci may have been worse. Neither was (or will be) held accountable by any legal system. Both disgraced the title Doctor and are found unequivocally guilty in the court of public opinion as well as history books.
Just when you thought the postseason couldn’t get any worse for the fans of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Oh, sure, on the field, it’s been great. The Eagles went 14-3 during the regular season and won the NFC East, then coasted through their first playoff game against the Green Bay Packers and outlasted the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, earning a spot in the NFC Championship against division rivals Washington.
However, both of those games came with a bit of viral infamy for Eagles-adjacent non-players. After the Packers game, a rude and abusive Eagles fan who was throwing grotesquely misogynistic slurs became the subject of a social media firestorm, especially when it turned out that he was an employee at a DEI-centric consulting firm. (He later got fired and banned from all future events at Lincoln Financial Field.)
As for the Rams game, just hours before Philly dispatched Los Angeles, the mayor of Philly took the viral center stage for her chant cheering on the Eagles. Or, rather, the Elgses.
Who are the Elgseses? No, not the family four houses down that regifts you a fruitcake every Christmas. It’s the team Democrat Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker apparently thinks she’s cheering for.
“Listen, we gotta do this,” she said, according to WCAU-TV. “Let me hear you all sing!”
Then she began the chant, which … well, if this were a five-year-old, maybe we’d think this was cute:
This is the mayor of the city, and what’s her version of it? “E! L! G! S! E! S!” I’m halfway surprised she didn’t end it with, “Pat, I’d like to buy a consonant,” only for her staff to inform her she wasn’t on “Wheel of Fortune,” Ryan Seacrest took over for Pat Sajak as the host, and you don’t need to buy consonants.
On the plus side, as of this past Monday, Joe Biden’s handlers are out of a job. Most of them are Delaware-based, which means they’re in the general vicinity of Philadelphia. If they can prop up that meat puppet for virtually four years, I’m sure they can do wonders for Cherelle Parker. This is the mayor of the city, and what’s her version of it? “E! L! G! S! E! We regret to inform you that yet another female cop DEI hire who accidentally shot someone has made the news. While this isn’t a new story, it’s getting fresh attention after an appeals court handed down a decision this former police officer won’t be happy about.
The DEI officer, a female who had no business wearing a badge, shot a man in the back during a traffic stop. Without a bodycam or dash cam in her cruiser, she did what any good little lady would do—she lied to cover up her mistake. After all, who’s the public more likely to believe? The female cop or the lowly peasant?
DEI cop Kasha Domingue shot Mr. Dilley in the back as he ran away during that routine traffic stop. Prosecutors revealed she never even attempted to render aid, leaving Dilley to wait nearly eight minutes until another officer finally arrived. Despite the lenient sentence Domingue received, Dilley isn’t fixated on it. He’s more focused on preventing this from happening to anyone else. “I’m cool with that because, I mean, again, I’m going for the bigger picture here,” Dilley said.
This same type of story is playing out again, this time in Florida. A black man was pulled over by cops, and he told them he was carrying a holstered gun. But while the female officer was retrieving the gun, she somehow managed to shoot him.
Internal Affairs began investigating Cardwell after she conducted a traffic stop on a sports utility vehicle that ran a red light Dec. 13 on North Main Street, police say.
Cardwell and two other officers were at the scene, according to police.
Investigators say one of the officers saw the vehicle’s steering column was damaged, leading him to suspect it had been stolen. The officer told driver Jason Arrington to get out of the vehicle after Arrington disclosed that he had a firearm.
“What we’re going to do is, just for my safety and your safety, I’m going to have you step out,” one officer told Arrington, according to the officer’s bodycam video. “We’re just gonna remove the pistol from you, and then we are going to run your license and make sure everything’s good.”
Cardwell tried to remove the gun from a holster tucked inside Arrington’s waistband, but had difficulty, police say.
As she tugged, she unintentionally placed multiple fingers inside the gun’s trigger guard, causing it to fire, police say.
After the gun fired, someone yelled a curse. Arrington was seen beginning to slump against his SUV. He was taken to a hospital.
quit trying to put DEI where it doesn’t belong. put the best, brightest and strongest where they should be, on both sides of the gender. Combat is not one of them
Although I have my doubts about election meddling, this is a good start.
The “Bidenbucks” executive order directing federal agencies to boost voter participation has gone the way of the Biden administration.
President Donald Trump eliminated Executive Order 14019, which President Joe Biden signed in March 2021, calling for federal agencies to partner with private “voter-advocacy groups” and to develop “strategic plans.”
Congressional scrutiny and watchdog groups, such as the Foundation for Government Accountability, which sued for records on the order, were “enough to slow-roll implementation of the order to ensure that people, and not partisan bureaucrats” decided the 2024 election, said Stewart Whitson, senior director of federal affairs for the foundation.
“President Trump should be commended for getting rid of the ‘Bidenbucks’ scandal,” Whitson told The Daily Signal. “This shows the president is committed to stopping weaponized government.”
Whitson later added, “Now, it’s about accountability.”
That and the NGO’s are how they waste money and add waste to the payroll
