£2.6 billion over Phase 2 (2026/27 to 2029/30) for decarbonising transport
£2.3 billion for local transport “improvements”, including cycle lanes and bus lanes, again over Phase 2
£2.7 billion a year for sustainable farming and nature recovery.
The Renewable Heat Incentive at £1.3 billion a year.
In addition there is international climate aid, which will be funded out of the Official Development Assistance budget. This has been running at over £3 billion a year for this year and last.
Then there is revenue foregone by the refusal to make EV drivers pay their proper share of car tax. Fuel duties currently bring around £24 billion a year. Currently there are about 1.5 million BEVs on the road, 5% of the total; so the Treasury is already losing about £1 billion in revenue. By 2030, the number of electric cars could potentially rise to 7 million, leaving a blackhole of £5 million a year.
There are many other costs incurred which are simply impossible to quantify or remain hidden from public view. For instance:
The Affordable Homes Programme, which includes funding for energy efficient homes
Local Government Funding, some of which is channelled to decarbonisation initiative
Electric ambulances
£15.6 billion for local transport in cities
Decarbonisation of public buildings, paid for through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme

Yesterday an Iraqi culture-enricher deliberately drove his Mercedes into a crowd of people in the Bavarian city of Passau, wounding five people. At this point it seems unlikely that the incident was an instance of vehicular jihad, since the victims include the wife and child of the alleged assailant. According to initial findings, the 48-year-old driver of a Mercedes reportedly drove into a group of people who were apparently standing on the sidewalk near Erhardstrasse. As far as is known at this time, his 38-year-old wife and 5-year-old daughter were reportedly among the crowd of people.
Iran Purchases Enough Fuel Materials From China For Up To 800 Ballistic Missiles
This week a report in The Wall Street Journal said Iran ordered large quantities of ammonium perchlorate—a key component for solid-fuel ballistic missiles—from China, despite the Islamic Republic’s ballistic missile program being under Western scrutiny amid ongoing sensitive nuclear negotiations with the US.
The material could be used to produce up to 800 missiles and was placed by Pishgaman Tejarat Rafi Novin Co. from Lion Commodities Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong. The report indicated the parts are to arrive in the coming months.

The WSJ raises the likelihood that some or much of the material could be transferred to Iran-backed proxy groups in the Mideast region, foremost among them Yemen’s Houthi rebels, who have been launching repeat ballistic missile attacks directly on Israel, even threatening cities as far away as Tel Aviv.
The deal with the Chinese company was likely finalized before Trump’s offer to restart nuclear talks, which was kick-started in March.
China’s Foreign Ministry has rejected the allegations, or is at least saying China is not aware of the transfer.
“The Chinese side has always exercised strict control over dual-use items in accordance with China’s export control laws and regulations and its international obligations,” a spokesperson said.
Iran has been looking for ways to rebuild its so-called Axis of Resistance network of militias after Israel pummeled Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza and the Assad regime fell in Syria. Afghanistan has again become a “terrorist haven” harboring Al Qaeda followers after former President Joe Biden allowed American weapons and funds to fall into the Taliban’s hands in 2021, a new report finds.
The Taliban regime made $3.4 billion in revenue since March 2024 and March 2025 and is allowing Al Qaeda “affiliates” to arm themselves, the U.S. government’s Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) reported April 30. Decades after the U.S. went to war with the two groups following 9/11, evidence shows that Afghanistan poses a greater danger to Americans than before the attacks, a national security analyst told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“The threat of terrorism emanating from Afghanistan is far greater today than pre-9/11, as the Taliban controls all of Afghanistan, has the resources of the state, and has allowed Al Qaeda to establish significant terror infrastructure, including training camps, safe house and religious schools,” said Bill Roggio, senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. “Al Qaeda has the time, space and resources to recruit and train the next generation of terrorists and plot their next attack.”
The SIGAR document in part referenced a February United Nations (U.N.) report which found that Al Qaeda followers had “access to weapons” taken from the former Afghan government. The supplies had been “transferred to them by the de facto authorities/Taliban or purchased from the black market,” it said

WEF said Vice Chairman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe was appointed board chairman in the interim and that a search committee for replacement had been appointed.

It’s not easy to verify exact numbers when it comes to migrant crime—mainly because so many officials have been working overtime to cover it up for political reasons. But what we found comes from the site Full Fact, which breaks down the numbers from cases like Rotherham, Telford, and Newcastle.
Some widely shared posts on social media—including one shared on X by the platform’s owner, the businessman Elon Musk—have claimed that more than a million children have been victims of “grooming gangs” in the UK. We’ve also seen different estimates for the number of victims circulating, such as a figure of over 250,000.
We know that the sexual abuse of children is common, and often unreported. It is clear that thousands of children, many of them vulnerable, have been subject to appalling abuse by loosely defined networks of offenders, often known as “grooming gangs”, in cities and towns across the UK.
We have not been able to find a reliable estimate for the total number of victims, however. We therefore cannot say whether the figures quoted in these posts are right or wrong.
In short, Lord Pearson’s numbers are an estimate based on real cases like Rotherham, where at least 1,400 girls were abused between 1997 and 2013. Telford had over 1,000. Newcastle saw around 700. And those are just the towns that made headlines. Official reports admit the real number could be much higher, but they claim it’s impossible to know for sure—because so many cases were ignored, covered up, or never reported at all.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Announces Millions More in Grants Cut From Harvard – Threatens School’s Ability to Enroll Foreign Students:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a Wednesday press release that Noem unveiled the discontinuation of two grants from the department to Harvard worth more than $2.7 million. DHS also noted in the press release that the secretary requested “detailed records on Harvard’s foreign student visa holders’ illegal and violent activities” in a letter.
“Harvard bending the knee to antisemitism — driven by its spineless leadership — fuels a cesspool of extremist riots and threatens our national security,” Noem said in the release.
“With anti-American, pro-Hamas ideology poisoning its campus and classrooms, Harvard’s position as a top institution of higher learning is a distant memory. America demands more from universities entrusted with taxpayer dollars,” she added. One major detail of this story is the fact that if Harvard fails to comply with DHS requirements, they may lose the ability to enroll foreign students. That is huge.
Harvard depends on enrolling foreign students, many of whom pay full tuition price. This is hitting them where it hurts most. Right in the wallet.
Regarding Donald Trump’s commitment to stamping out both anti-Semitism and DEI-driven racial discrimination at Harvard and other elite “educational” enclaves, the first two options appear to be nonstarters. So, Trump being Trump, he’s going all in on the third option.
The Associated Press sets the stage this way: “On one side is Harvard, the nation’s oldest and wealthiest university, with a brand so powerful that its name is synonymous with prestige. On the other side is the Trump administration, determined to go further than any other White House to reshape American higher education.”

Even with no future immigration, Muslims in Europe will increase their population. They are giving birth at a much higher rate than non-Muslims: 2.6 children compared to 1.6 children. We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe—without swords, without guns, without conquest—will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades.
Most European leadership is blind to what is happening—or doesn’t care.
If you visit Europe, be sure you know where you are walking. The Migration Research Institute in Budapest, which is affiliated with the renowned Matthias Corvinus College, estimated in 2024 that there are 900 NO-GO ZONES across Europe. This is the result of Europe’s open-border policies that brought in an influx of Muslims who do not wish to assimilate into their adopted homeland. Instead, they want their adopted homeland to become an Islamic “Sharia paradise.”
In the course of the demographic change due to the majority of Muslim population in the metropolises expected in the near future, other priorities could emerge with respect to tolerance and diversity. How ridiculous and senseless then it is to continue with the tired and saccharine tones of ‘tolerance’ towards a class of people who in our cities are rising to the majority.
Throughout Europe, if you say anything about what is happening to your country or continent due to the influx of legal or illegal radicalized Muslim immigrants, you’re quickly called Islamophobic—and possibly arrested. This is a question of survival and if we don’t open our eyes soon, radical Islam will accomplish its goal and achieve its mission. They state it clearly. They (Islamists) want the destruction of the west. They’re using our politicians, our students, and our youth to spread the very dangerous cancer that is radical Islam. We need to diagnose the cancer and administer chemotherapy immediately.
Time is not on our side and history is quite clear about what happens next. I hope I’m wrong. But I’m not. I never, in my wildest darkest dreams imagined I’d see Americans marching in the streets of New York calling for the murder of Jews and declaring their support and loyalty to genocidal terrorist organizations full of murderers, rapists, and pedophiles. But here we are. Wake up. We are approaching the point of no return.
Of course, not every Muslim is looking to kill Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, and other non-Muslim people. But what if only 1 percent of the world’s Muslims want to harm “infidels”? One percent doesn’t sound like that much, does it? However, as of 2020, there were over 1.8 billion Muslims in the world. That’s more than 25 percent of the world’s population, second after Christianity.
If just 1 percent of the world’s Muslim population is violently radicalized, that would equal 18 million Islamic jihadists. Ah, but we keep hearing that Islam is the religion of peace:

New figures have revealed that almost one million people in England struggle to speak English, with many unable to communicate in the language at all. The data, obtained from the 2021 Census and shared with the Conservative Party by the UK Statistics Authority last month, highlights the challenges of integration in a country experiencing high levels of migration, reports the Sun.
According to the statistics, 10 percent of England’s foreign-born population—equivalent to 932,208 people—speak little or no English. Of these, 794,332 people (8.6 percent) reported that they cannot speak English well, while 137,876 (1.4 percent) cannot speak it at all. In contrast, just over half of migrants aged 16 and older say English is their main language, and 38.4 percent believe they speak it well.
The findings have prompted Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp to criticize Labour’s immigration policies. “It beggars belief that so many people in the country can’t speak English,” he said, calling on the government to “get a grip on immigration.”
