The Truth About Slavery in America: Neither First, Nor Worst

Dear Media and race baiters like BLM, Al Sharpton, Joy Reid, Whoopie, liberals and the Squad, stop gaslighting us. It was Westerners who ended the practice. They are doing it to mislead people and raise money off of the ignorant by blaming America and inciting unrest.
The racists that were stopped in America were all Democrats.
Today, people are taught, that when it comes to slavery, America was the worst.
Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., actually said, “The United States didn’t inherit slavery from anybody. We created it.”
An MSNBC “expert” claims that “American slavery was worse because slaves were treated as property.”
“That’s complete nonsense,” replies political science professor Wilfred Reilly in my new video. “Generational slavery, [where] if you’re the son of a slave, you’re a slave … that was extraordinarily common.”
Reilly’s new book “Lies My Liberal Teacher Told Me” rebuts the anti-American propaganda that dominates many American schoolbooks today.
Partly thanks to The New York Times’ “1619 Project,” students are taught that “America’s slavery [was] unlike anything that had existed before.”
“There’s nothing wrong with acknowledging your historical mistakes,” Reilly responds. “I’m Black, Irish, a bit Native American … . Those are three peoples who have experienced a great deal historically. Nothing wrong with acknowledging that. But it’s extremely odd to focus only on the negatives of your society. And to exaggerate those!”
Kids are now taught that slavers bought people in Africa and shipped them to the United States. Few are taught that most were shipped elsewhere.
“Between 10.7 million and 12 million slaves from Africa went to the New World. We got a little under 400,000,” says Reilly. That’s less than 4%.
“The extreme focus on slavery in the United States, why did that happen?” asks Reilly. “One reason is that a lot of black people survived here. Slavery was harsh, but a lot less harsh than clearing the Brazilian jungle.”
“But American blacks are at a disadvantage,” I push back. “They have less capital, financial and educational capital. What’s the harm in pointing out how abusive white people were?”
“The harm,” he replies, “is that pointing out how abusive white people were is not going to get black Americans any more capital. Most problems in the modern black community don’t have anything to do with historical ethnic conflict 160 years ago.”
Reilly says today’s problems began when government welfare began.
“Crime in the black community,” he says, “increased about 800% between [around] 1963 and 1993. Racism didn’t increase between 1960 and the modern era. You’re looking at the impacts of the Great Society, the welfare programs.”
It’s better to teach the truth, says Reilly. Almost every society had slavery.
Years later, the first people who seriously tried to abolish slavery were white Westerners: The British and then Americans. They called slavery immoral.
“The Arabs were history’s premier slave traders. Muslims took so many blond slaves out of the [Slavic] region, they gave the world the name ‘Slav’ [or] ‘slave,’ to the global slave population.”
Arabs captured and enslaved more than 1 million Europeans.
“Yeah, the British navy,” Reilly explains, “in a story almost no one now knows, sank 1,600 slave ships. They freed 150,000 people that were enslaved at the time.”
By contrast, Saudi Arabia only abolished slavery in 1962. And even now, the Global Slavery Index estimates that there are still 700,000 slaves in Saudi Arabia.
“Where there were no Westerners,” Reilly notes, “you’d have a lot of slavery for a long time.”
American slavery was horrible. But it wasn’t unique. And we didn’t “create it.” Our culture would be healthier if we learned about that.
Schools dwelling on early America’s evils hasn’t helped Americans get over them.
Gallup polls show that since schools started focusing on racism, race relations has gotten worse.
“The idea of generational slavery, the idea of slave trading,” Reilly says, “none of that was unique to America. You don’t need radicalism to critique the worst excess of an existing system. All you need is incrementalism and honesty.”
Next week, I’ll report on another myth; namely, the claim that, before Christopher Columbus, the natives were “kind stewards of the environment.”
Kids believe it. After all, it’s what Disney movies teach.

To Combat Veterans Like Me, Tim Walz’s Abandonment of His Unit Is Unforgivable | Opinion
In the coming days and weeks, you will hear a lot about Tim Walz. You’ll hear about his leadership, you’ll hear about his time in office, and you’ll hear about his military service.
But here’s the truth you won’t hear from the mainstream media: Tim Walz abandoned his men before a combat deployment and he abandoned his city when it was literally on fire.
That’s the kind of leader Tim Walz truly is.
You’re already no doubt hearing about how Walz spent 24 years in the Army National Guard and retired as a command sergeant major. He is fond of referring to himself as the highest-ranking enlisted soldier to serve in Congress.
Here’s the truth: He indeed spent 24 years as an enlisted soldier in the Minnesota National Guard. As far as I can tell, he deployed once to Italy and once to Norway. But when it was finally his turn to deploy in the actual Global War on Terror, Walz instead chose his own aspirations over leadership. In a letter posted to Facebook in 2018, veterans from his unit said Walz retired from the National Guard after learning his battalion would be deployed to Iraq—though he assured his troops he would join them.
Walz would have been the Battalion Command Sergeant Major, the highest-ranking non-commissioned officer and arguably the most important leader in his unit. And in the moment they needed him most, when they were about to deploy to Iraq, Walz chose to abandon his men to run for Congress. According to sources within the unit, three of his soldiers died on that deployment.
This isn’t a leader. This is a man who uses others to further his own ambitions, then discards them when they become inconvenient. He abandoned his men and left the military before completing the school necessary to become a Command Sergeant Major—though this hasn’t stopped him from using the title on the Minnesota government site in his bio.
To me as a combat veteran, this kind of abdication of leadership is unforgivable. It’s the true measure of the man, and all I need to know about him.
Not only is he a traitor and a coward, he’s not fit to be a leader. Ironically, one has to question Kamala’s choice of VP and her leadership capabilities also.

New official statistics show that a large number of women feel unsafe in the country.
What do you think when you hear about my home country of Sweden? 40 years ago, most people would have thought about it as one of the most peaceful countries on earth. And that was true.
But things have changed drastically. Decades of Socialist policies have destroyed Sweden.
Now we have some official statistics from the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (BRÅ)
34% of women and 18% of men say that they either feel ”unsafe” or ”very unsafe” being outside in their own neighborhood in the evening.
Among women and girls aged 16 – 19 years old, a whopping 44% say that they don’t feel safe being outside in the evening.
But is this justified?
Turns out that since 2015, there has been a massive increase where people have self-reported being victims of a crime.
A whopping 4.7% of people report having been the victim of a sexual crime, up from 2% back in 2014. That is more than 100% increase!
The last 9 years there has been a whopping 80.928 reported rapes in Sweden. We now have one of the highest number of rapes in the entire world.
I have been warning about this development for years, but I was ridiculed by the mainstream media and ”experts”.
The weird thing is, that many people still continue to vote for more Socialism despite these horrible statistics.
I can even remember self-proclaimed feminist and Swedish singer Zara Larsson attacking me on social media many years ago while ignoring the rape crisis in Sweden. You can’t make it up.

Hating Men Is Now The Democrats’ Campaign Strategy – Well, F**k You Too
It’s obvious the Democrat Party is not one for families or those seeking family formation anymore, so why would they try to appeal to that?
They aren’t, and according to 2022 national exit polling, unmarried women are the Democrats’ main voting bloc now. They supported the Democrats 68 to 31 percent. Exit polling also showed married men (59 to 39 percent), married women (56 to 42 percent) and unmarried men (52 to 45 percent) voted Republican.
This political sex gap has only widened further. President Biden reportedly carried young men by 26 points in 2020. A few months ago, however, before he dropped out of the race, one poll showed that edge dropping to just 6 points.
White men and married families won’t find real or meaningful advocates in a political party that has gleefully worked against and mocked their interests and values for the better part of a decade.
The Harris campaign knows who its real voting base is, and, despite appearances, it’s fully committed to it. All the ham-handed pro-Harris appearances from actors who portrayed Luke Skywalker, the Hulk, or Samwise Gamgee, won’t change that.
Don’t piss off white guys, they’ve done a lot over the years. They might be quiet, but pack a punch when provoked.

Great Job There Border Czar – 99 Illegal Aliens on Terrorist Watchlist Released Into US, Report Finds
Under the Biden-Harris administration, at least 99 illegal aliens on America’s terrorist watchlist have been released into the United States, according to a congressional report.
“As if the record-breaking number of border encounters of illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist is not concerning enough, the Biden-Harris administration has released some of the aliens into the interior of the United States,” says the new report from the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.
From the start of fiscal year 2021 through the end of fiscal 2023, the Border Patrol says, it encountered 282 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist between ports of entry at the southern border. Since the start of fiscal 2024 on Oct. 1, the Border Patrol has encountered an additional 93 foreign nationals on the terrorist watchlist along the border.

Why Are We In Wars Right Now, And Who Is Profiting From Them
So think about it. Who is pushing us to war? Here is a hint- Its not Israel who has no choice but to try to cut off ther heads of the multiple snakes that continue to threaten the lives of every Israeli (by the way, many of the terror victims have been Christians and Muslims- including those 12 innocent soccer players.)
It is the Biden/Harris Progressive administration who have been “distancing” themselves (withholding critically needed munitions, not acting strongly in the UN and being mealy mouthed about how far Israel can defend her people) from Israel just as Obama did.
In case you missed it, This is very reminiscent of how Biden baited Russia into the humanitarian calamity in Ukraine. He encouraged the tallk about allowing Ukraine to into NATO while at the same time specifically stating that a “minor incursion” by Russia would not be a problem.
Think about it. The Bidens got millions of dollars out of Ukraine before the war and now the arms factories in the US and Europe can not keep up with the demand for shells, bullets and equipment. This is not to mention the more than $7 Billion worth of equipment squandered in our desertion of Afghanistan. The military industrial complex (and its investors in government) is fat and happy while the borders of our country are undefended, taxes are going up and there are questions about whether we even have enough military equipment to help defend against a Chinese move against Taiwan.

A pair of Black female activists, who have met with Vice President Harris several times and previously vowed to get “real serious” about helping her become the next president, could alienate some of the “White women for Kamala” supporters with their past rhetoric as they mobilize ahead of November’s election.
Cora Masters Barry, an appointee of Democrat D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and longtime civil rights activist, and Melanie Campbell, who leads the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, have visited the White House more than 50 times combined during the Biden administration, including nearly a dozen visits with Harris or her staff, a Fox News Digital review found.
“We have to change our strategy. We got to get our people. We have to get our – they got their people. They got all the trailer parks all covered,” Barry said during the Zoom. “All them people up in West Virginia and the hills, they’re covered. They got them all the way there to Wall Street.”
The influence of people like this would explain the systematic racial discrimination the Biden/Harris regime has imposed against Caucasians.
Here’s what Barry and Campbell had to say about white women in a public Zoom call shortly before Biden/Harris took power:
“[Trump] did that, and we’re sitting here talking about the White women. F— the white women– excuse me – forget the White women. They’re going to do what the White men tell them to do,” Barry continued, eliciting laughter and clapping from Campbell.

The White House did not appear to issue a statement or weigh in on the rule going into effect, nor had Vice President Kamala Harris or Biden issue statements or social media posts on the matter.
“Today, the Biden-Harris administration‘s harmful Title IX rewrite goes into effect,” said Riley Gaines, a former collegiate swimmer forced to compete against a man. “This rule says sex = gender identity. 52 years of progress & sex-based protections have been erased with the stroke of a pen.”
With this decision, you get this, a male boxer who beat the shit out of a female at the Olympics (many US-only examples, but this happened yesterday)

Kamala, Siding And Supporting Criminals And Illegals
But Kamala’s most enduring legacy was writing misleading descriptions for pro-crime ballot initiatives, including Proposition 47, which legalized shoplifting and set off a crime wave.
Kamala’s history as a pro-crime prosecutor explains why she spent the last four years raising money for a pro-crime group whose actions led to the murders of Demitri Ellis-Strong, a black man and Luis Ortiz: a Latino man.
During the BLM race riots, Kamala Harris endorsed police defunding, arguing that “defund the police, the issue behind it is that we need to reimagine how we are creating safety” and claimed that it “is actually wrong and backward to think that more police officers will create more safety.”
But Kamala Harris went even further than that in aiding the rioters and criminals.
As the BLM race riots burned, Kamala Harris posted a link to the Minnesota Freedom Fund and urged supporters to donate bail money to keep the rioters back on the streets. By the time the rioting was done, over 1,500 businesses were damaged across the state. Some would never reopen. But the harm caused by Kamala’s pro-crime tweet would prove even deadlier than that.
While the Minnesota Freedom Fund was bailing out the race rioters Kamala had endorsed, the primary purpose of the pro-crime group, like other bail funds, was to bail out all the criminals.
And even after the election, Kamala’s fundraising page and social media promotion for the pro-crime group remained up, helping MFF get the money it needed to free rapists and killers.

How They Are Making It Harder To Avoid mRNA Technology
For those of us who chose not to get the Covid jab, our decision has been justified with the facts. It is unstable within our bodies and is causing SADS along with a host of other problems. There is a long list of complications to human health.
It was as easy as saying no at first. Now, they are contaminating our food supply.
The bird flu outbreak in U.S. dairy cows is prompting development of new, next-generation mRNA vaccines — akin to COVID-19 shots — that are being tested in both animals and people.
Next month, the U.S. Agriculture Department is to begin testing a vaccine developed by University of Pennsylvania researchers by giving it to calves. The idea: If vaccinating cows protects dairy workers, that could mean fewer chances for the virus to jump into people and mutate in ways that could spur human-to-human spread.
Meanwhile. the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has been talking to manufacturers about possible mRNA flu vaccines for people that, if needed, could supplement millions of bird flu vaccine doses already in government hands.
It’s been in pork products for a while.
My advice is to buy local organic food if possible. The bastards trying to poison us will not stop trying to kill us.
For the record, there are very few bird flu cases in humans. This is just a false front to try and infect our DNA.

In an even more desperate attempt to gain the votes of the younger generations, social media influencers are reportedly being offered money in exchange for posting content that makes the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee seem more appealing.
Comedian Steve McGrew shared an email he received from a company called “Launch Viral,” offering a “paid post-collaboration opportunity” to support Harris. The offer includes a “$150 cash paid bonus incentive.”

Radio host Charlamagne Tha God and political commentator Angela Rye criticized former President Barack Obama on Monday for not endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race on Sunday.
Shortly after Biden’s announcement that he was withdrawing, he endorsed Harris to take his place atop the Democratic ticket. Charlamagne and Rye on “The Breakfast Club” radio show said they believe Obama declining to endorse Harris puts him on the “wrong side of history.”
“I’m still not that happy with Barack Obama because when he needed Kamala to campaign for him, she was right there. And I feel like he was trying to be in this role of, like, ‘Let’s let this process play out,’ and it’s like, no, bro, she’s on the ticket,” Rye said. “If she’s on the ticket, all of his pledged delegates now go to Kamala Harris. That’s the same thing that happened in the contested convention in 1968 with Lyndon B. Johnson dropping out after RFK challenged him.”

She is uniquely unlikeable, despite her traits which would ostensibly make her intersectional gold on the Left. This is true even among her own party, as is evident by her quick exit from the 2020 presidential campaign. Her “once promising campaign that began with an explosion of enthusiasm,” NBC reported in December of 2019, “fizzled quickly” — but not before she was able to land some memorable haymakers on Joe Biden in the debates, framing him as a dangerous racist who rubbed elbows with segregationists and opposed racial integration of schools.
She went on to experience a similar freefall in support after becoming Joe Biden’s diversity pick for vice president. Despite enjoying a net positive approval in early 2021, by June the honeymoon was quickly over. She was mired in controversy over her inept approach to the “diplomatic mission of solving the ‘root causes’ of migration,” and fueled further by a painful interview with Lester Holt in which she bristled at his observation that she had not even been to the border.
That she was given such an undesirable and impossible task by Joe Biden may very well have been retribution for her attacks against him in the primaries and as a means of gaining some insurance for his presidency. Kamala Harris may have had some success in fashioning a persona as a high-powered female prosecutor of color, but Joe Biden undoubtedly recognized that once the spotlight is maintained on her for more than a few seconds, she’s obviously nothing more than a cackling fraud who could never be taken seriously as a president.

The Hydroxychloroquine Crime
Yes, they lied about it. By banning it as a Covid-19 treatment, people died, many of them.
More than four years ago, Democrat leaders colluded with the WHO (as part of the wannabe global government) and Big Tech to perpetrate a horrific crime: the denial of access to hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and other lifesaving COVID-19 treatments. The primary purpose was to legalize fraud-ridden voting by mail and seize power following the 2020 elections. Once in power, the perpetrators were able to cover up this crime even though it is ongoing. The FDA continues to reject HCQ and the even less controversial ivermectin (IVM). Instead, it pushes the harmful and dangerous quasi-vaccine.
The number of direct deaths from COVID-19 has exceeded one million in the U.S. alone. Almost all of these deaths could have been avoided using HCQ- or IVM-based treatment. If not for the unusually mild omicron variant, the death count could be tens of millions.
The effectiveness and safety of HCQ or HCQ-based treatments have not been reasonably questioned on medical grounds since late March 2020. In addition to the rigorous scientific studies led by Prof. Didier Raoult in France, HCQ was the preferred treatment by most doctors treating COVID-19 worldwide by April 2020. The hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin protocol has saved Italy and Spain. Thousands of doctors have attested to its success worldwide. “Sixty-five percent of physicians in new survey would give anti-malaria drugs to their own family to treat COVID-19.” “The top three treatments that doctors reported having prescribed were Azithromycin (58%), Hydroxychloroquine (50%), and Bronchodilators (48%)” And so on. Hardly any practicing physician treating patients with HCQ expressed a negative opinion.
What happened next defies explanation. Obama-Clinton-staffed medical establishment and the WHO, empowered by their Big Tech allies, have practically banned the use of HCQ and other effective COVID-19 treatments of prophylactic measures in the West.
The safety and security departments of Big Tech behemoths were simultaneously suppressing information about Hunter Biden’s laptop and about effective COVID-19 treatments.
Even if the rejection of HCQ could be explained (but not vindicated) by Trump Derangement Syndrome, the rejection of other medicines from IVM to convalescent plasma was not so obviously accounted for.
The aim of the Democrat party was a power-grab. In addition to voting by mail, the pandemic allowed it to hide the already visible dementia of Biden and to blame Trump for pandemic suffering. Another kind of power-grab was also the aim of the WHO. The WHO demanded to be treated as a global FDA, with nations of the world deferring to its decisions on what treatments to use and not to use for COVID-19. Big Tech supported this bizarre demand. After its success, the WHO attempted to enshrine its power in the Pandemic Agreement.
This mass murder by the denial of access to medications became possible because of the migration of communications to the internet and allowing five to seven corporations, selected mainly by the Obama administration, to control it. Regions that did not rely on the internet much, such as Africa, or where internet communications were not entirely under the same Big Tech control, including Asia, had much lower COVID-19 death rates.
Big Tech is capable of such crimes because of how it operates. Both pompous executives and little operatives making changes in its databases stay far removed from the suffering and death of the people caused by their actions.
Too much of the blame is directed at Dr. Fauci and “Big Pharma.” Dr. Fauci was likely misled by the assault on HCQ, which was conducted through Big Tech manipulations. The medical establishment probably had too much of the old guard linked to the Clintons. Congressional Democrats preserved it. For example, they forced the resignation of Trump-appointed CDC director Dr. Brenda Fitzgerald by false accusations of conflicts of interest.
But even in this environment, Fauci could not suppress HCQ. It was already widely used in April 2020. Physicians did not require permission from Fauci or the FDA. Big Pharma played a secondary role. Yes, Gilead has added to the defamation of HCQ to promote its anti-kidney Remdesivir. However, it could do so only because it had political support.
None of the guilty parties has publicly changed its position or admitted that it was wrong. Most of them are in a position of power. The FDA still denies the effectiveness of IVM for COVID-19, even after it settled a lawsuit about its earlier false claims.
We could not discuss the suppression of COVID-19 treatments in 2020 because Big Tech suppressed such discussions and because it was hard to believe.
We could not discuss it after the Biden regime came to power because congressional Democrats were conducting official investigations against doctors defending HCQ for COVID-19. HCQ-based treatment is associated with Donald Trump, and the Biden administration has been targeting organized Trump-supporters as violent extremists.
Supporting the use of hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 was cited as aggravating evidence against Dr. Simone Gold, who was among other people admitted by the police into the Capitol on Jan 6: “On January 5 [sic], GOLD gave a speech in support of the use of hydroxychloroquine and against COVID-19 lockdowns.” She was arrested on January 18, 2020.
This mass murder, committed by denying access to life-saving treatments during the pandemic, cannot be forgiven or forgotten.

Don’t Expect Any Information To Come Out On The Assassination Attempt, FBI Investigating Itself and Secret Service, Again
President Biden on Sunday announced an FBI investigation into the Secret Service’s astounding failure to protect Donald Trump at the rally in Butler, Pa., promising the probe would be “thorough and swift.”
But it’s folly to trust a federal law enforcement agency to obliterate interagency niceties by exposing all the foibles and flubs of fellow G-men.
Instead, we’ll likely see a vintage DC investigation along these lines: Please tell us if you screwed up. Also, is there someone else we can blame?
An FBI analysis in 2023 recommended targeting conservative Catholics as potential violent extremists, citing nine “radical-traditionalist Catholic” organizations as “hate groups.” Twenty state attorneys general denounced the Bureau for effectively claiming that it could “distinguish the bad Catholics from the good ones” based on their “preference for ‘the Traditional Latin Mass and pre-Vatican teachings.’”
It’s the same agency that authorized the “use of deadly force” by FBI agents conducting a massively publicized raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in August 2022 in pursuit of government documents. (Federal Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the charges stemming from the raid on Monday.)
The agency knew early on that Hunter Biden’s laptop was bona fide, but did nothing to debunk the claims by CIA officials and others that it was Russian disinformation prior to the 2020 election.
Mayorkas blocking Cheadle from talking
Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill have also launched separate investigations and have called on Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to testify on Monday, July 22.
According to House Speaker Mike Johnson, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is attempting to block Cheatle from testifying.
It will be like the LV shooter, the Hunter Biden Laptop, the Afghanistan withdrawal, the JFK assassination, the Whitmer kidnapping and the other crimes never solved by the FBI.

Trump’s Churchillian Moment: How The Near-Miss Assassination Hit The Mark With Press & Pundits
Winston Churchill once famously said that “nothing in life is so exhilarating as to be shot at without result.”
For Donald Trump, the failed assassination attempt in Pennsylvania could prove politically exhilarating. After rising with a fist pump and a call to fight on, Trump seems to have gone from being a movement to a mythological figure with his supporters. All he needs now is a big blue ox named Babe to return to the campaign trail.
This assassination attempt should also concentrate the minds of everyone on the escalating rhetoric in this campaign, particularly the media in maintaining inflammatory narratives. Yet, the hateful and unhinged language has continued unabated from academics declaring that the assassination attempt was staged to those who complain that the only problem was that Thomas Matthew Crooks missed.
For years, Democrats have repeated analogies of Trump to Hitler and his followers to brownshirted neo-Nazis. Indeed, defeating Trump has been compared to stopping Hitler in 1933.
The narrative began as soon as Trump was elected when the press and pundits uniformly and falsely claimed that Trump had praised neo-Nazis and Klansmen in 2017 as “fine people” in Charlottesville.
Watching Trump’s statement at the time, it was clear to most of us that Trump condemned the neo-Nazis and that the statement about “fine people on both sides” was in reference to the debate over the removal of historic statues.
It took six years for Snopes to finally have the courage to do a fact check and declare the common attack to be false.
It did not matter. The press and politicians have hammered away at the notion that Trump is seeking to end democracy and that everyone from gay people to reporters will be “disappeared.”
After the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on presidential immunity, Rachel Maddow went on the air with a hysterical claim that “death squads” had just been green lighted by conservatives. Democratic strategist Jame Carville insists that Trump’s reelection will bring “the end of the Constitution.”
It is all what I call “rage rhetoric” in my new book, “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage.” The book explores centuries of rage politics and political violence. This is not our first age of rage but it could well be the most dangerous.
Two years before the assassination attempt, I appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify on the expansion of domestic terrorism investigations. Democrats were seeking to pressure the FBI to focus on far-right groups as potential terrorist groups. The use of political views rather than conduct has been used historically to crackdown on groups from socialists to anarchists to feminists.
The narrative that the threat of violence is coming primarily from the Right is demonstrably false but consistently echoed in the media.

Come on, man!” — as he defended his criticism of Donald Trump despite calling on Americans to “lower the temperature” after the assassination attempt on the former president Saturday.
The 81-year-old president lashed out when Holt pressed him on his disastrous June 27 debate performance and bristled when the journalist asked him about former Trump’s running mate J.D. Vance.
“Are you seeing what [viewers] saw, which was moments of frankly, that appeared to be — you appeared to be confused?” Holt asked the president.
Later, Biden raised the fact that Vance, an Ohio Republican senator, had criticized Trump in 2016.
“Well, he said something about you,” Holt replied.
“He said some things about me, but see what he said about Trump. What’s up with you guys? Come on, man,” Biden chided.
At one point in the interview, Holt challenged the president when he launched into an extended criticism of Trump — despite using a rare Oval Office address Sunday night to call on Americans to “lower the temperature” following the Trump assassination attempt.
“This doesn’t sound like you’re turning down the heat though,” Holt said.

This news will no doubt stir further controversy given past reports that Secret Service members were pulled off Trump’s detail to bolster a Jill Biden appearance in Pennsylvania on the same day. It’s also emblematic of the Biden administration’s larger failures. Cheatle is a strong supporter of DEI, having pledged for the Secret Service to be 30 percent female by 2030 as part of a “diversity” push. Unmentioned was why someone’s sex is more important than simply hiring the most capable people available, and that includes physical stature given the job at hand.

Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson told Republicans gathering in Milwaukee on Monday that Americans should “be thrilled” by Donald Trump’s vice presidential pick.
Earlier in the day, as the Republican National Convention opened, Trump posted on social media that he had chosen Sen. JD Vance, an Ohio Republican, as his running mate in the Nov. 5 election.
“So now JD Vance is the VP pick, and I think every person who pays close attention has got to be thrilled by that,” Carlson said in a speech to convention delegates.
“And if you don’t know much about JD Vance, I’m not even going to make a case for [him],” the former Fox News host said.
Vance, 39, became a celebrity after writing the bestselling “Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of Family and Culture in Crisis,” published in 2016. A venture capitalist, Vance initially opposed Trump but admired his presidency; he won election to the Senate in 2022 with Trump’s endorsement.
“I’m going to tell you what I just saw, which is that every bad person I’ve ever met in a lifetime in Washington was aligned against JD Vance,” Carlson quipped to the convention audience, referring to recent speculation by liberal media outlets and others that Trump would pick the conservative Ohio senator.
Carlson said Vance’s enemies are establishment politicians who support U.S. involvement in “pointless wars.”

The one thing that always gives me a good laugh is the media trying to help Democrats as much as they can while keeping this veneer that they’re an objective press. The late Breitbart editor Mike Flynn admitted to reading the unabashed left-wing newspaper The Guardian for two reasons: One, they covered stories not reported on here in the United States, and two, they’re overtly biased. You know what you’re getting when you read the paper. If every pro-Democrat newspaper did that, we’d be closer to the truth. Sure, they might get raked over the coals for decades of pretending to be unbiased, but that’ll pass.
What’s killing this industry is the suffocating arrogance. We have yet another major national news story where the media failed in every aspect because they didn’t want to hurt a Democratic president. It’s the opposite of the Russian collusion hoax, where the press went all-out, mostly on dubious or beyond laughable sources, to peddle a patently false narrative to damage a Republican one.
Now, as Biden imploded in his debate with Trump on June 27, the entire industry is running for cover, cobbling together excuses that they didn’t know about the extent of the president’s decline because either they were afraid of a backlash which would curtail access or the guardrails Biden staffers put up were too dense to penetrate. Of course, all of this comes with the notion that everyone knew something was up but couldn’t put their finger on it. That’s laughable. The Wall Street Journal had a lengthy piece about Biden mentally slipping, which was excoriated by Democrats and the liberal press—the Journal ended up being right. There was also the short-lived deep fake/cheap fake pivot where the media dismissed the unedited video of Biden looking lost, aloof, and wandering. Again, all of this got torched on June 27.
We were right; they were wrong. It never ceases to amaze me the punishment and humiliation liberal media members would endure. Everyone knew and did nothing. We knew, wrote, commented on it, and got attacked. And while outlets are reporting on Biden’s mental state in an aggressive way, some of which is admittedly very in-depth, where the hell were you people three years ago?

Until a week ago, President Joe Biden seemingly had the age issue under control. Yes, he had senior moments, some of which were quite severe, such as the episode at the White House Juneteenth concert in which he weirdly froze for two minutes, silent, eyes fixed straight ahead, body absolutely motionless. But commentary on such moments was mostly confined to a few news outlets; much of the White House press corps seemed to accept the Biden press handlers’ explanation that the stories were “cheap fakes” created by Republicans to hurt the president politically. It’s hard to understand why any observant reporter would accept such an explanation, but some did.
Everyone knew that polls showed large majorities of Americans, including large majorities of Democrats, thought that the 81-year-old Biden was not physically and mentally capable of serving as president of the United States for another term, until he is 86 years old. Everyone also knew that the public had fewer such concerns about 78-year-old former President Donald Trump, Biden’s rival in the 2024 election. Nevertheless, with a big assist from the press, the Biden campaign was able to keep the age issue on the back burner.
And then Biden blew it all up. Happy 248th Birthday America
Man, I hope there will be more, but not at the rate the politics on the left have been destroying what made us great.
Here’s a trivia question for you. The Statue of Liberty holds a torch in one hand. What is she holding in the other? It looks like a book, in tablet form.
The answer is the Declaration of Independence, since the tablet is engraved with July 4, 1776 – in Roman numerals.
The great British writer, G.K. Chesterton, once said, “America is the only nation in the world that is founded on a creed. That creed is set forth with dogmatic and even theological lucidity in the Declaration of Independence.”
Nearly 250 years ago, 56 men, representing some three million British colonists voted to approve the final wording of that revolutionary document. If they failed in their bid for independence, these men were voting for their own death.
A month earlier, in June, the Continental Congress voted to approve declaring independence from Great Britain, and a committee was formed to write the document. Thomas Jefferson served on that committee and became the chief author. The bulk of what he wrote was accepted, with several alterations.
On July 4, 1776, Congress voted to accept by voice vote the final wording of the now-modified Declaration of Independence. John Adams said about our national birth certificate: “I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated, by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.” (“Illuminations” is another way of saying fireworks.)
What makes the Declaration so revolutionary? Above all, it says that our rights come from God.
John F. Kennedy expressed it so well in his inaugural address in 1961, “…the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe – the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.”
As Chesterton noted of the Declaration of Independence, “It enunciates that all men are equal in their claim to justice, that governments exist to give them that justice, and that their authority is for that reason just. It certainly does condemn anarchism, and it does also by inference condemn atheism, since it clearly names the Creator as the ultimate authority from whom these equal rights are derived.”
In that sense, America is and always will be one nation under God. Unless we were somehow to be cut off from the Declaration, in which case, we would no longer be America.
The essence of Americanism is God-given rights to “We the people.” For all our flaws, for all the ugly chapters in our history, for all the mistreatment of the Indians and of blacks as slaves and then as second-class citizens, God-given rights are the foundation for our past, present, and future. As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. put it, the problem with America is not our creed (as seen in the Declaration) but in our failure to live up to that creed.
I’m reminded of that musical prayer in the hymn, “America the Beautiful”: “America! America! God, mend thine every flaw, Confirm thy soul in self-control, Thy liberty in law!”
Soon after the July 4 voice vote to adopt the final wording of the Declaration of Independence, the 56 men of the Continental Congress began the process of signing the revolutionary document, for which the Delegates had to make their way back to Philadelphia – during war time. The final signature was not affixed until January 1777.
When John Hancock, the president of that assembly, signed it, he deliberately put his “John Hancock” on the form in a way that was so large that King George III could read it without his spectacles. When Ben Franklin signed it, he declared, “We must hang together or most assuredly we shall hang separately.”
We forget sometimes just how impossible the situation must have looked. A betting man at that time could easily have felt that the odds were that the British would squash the rebellion in their American colonies. In little time.
No wonder, during and after the war, George Washington said repeatedly how grateful he was to God for our incredible victory. In his first inaugural address, our first president said, “No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more than those of the United States. Every step by which they have advanced to the character of an independent nation seems to have been distinguished by some token of providential agency.”
Happy 248th birthday to America. May God help us not to squander such freedoms, nor let them sift through our fingers.

Tech Companies Going For Nuclear Powered AI
Now there will be less electricity for cars and other things that shouldn’t be electrified. For the rest of us, we’ll just get a bigger power bill for our houses.
Tech companies are increasingly looking to nuclear energy to meet their evolving power needs, potentially at the expense of grid reliability and ordinary American ratepayers, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The owners of about one in every three American nuclear plants are negotiating with technology firms to reach deals in which the plants would sell tech companies nuclear-generated electricity to operate their power-hungry data centers, key infrastructure that the tech firms need to support the artificial intelligence (AI) boom, according to the WSJ. The trend could divert reliable energy generation away from the rest of the power grid at a time when grid watchdogs are warning of longer-term reliability problems as electricity demand is expected to grow rapidly in the coming years due to the proliferation of data centers, electric vehicles (EVs), advanced manufacturing facilities and more.
For example, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is close to reaching an agreement with Constellation Energy to buy electricity from an East Coast nuclear plant, and AWS also spent $650 million on a nuclear-powered data center in Pennsylvania earlier this year, according to the WSJ. The Pennsylvania data center can receive enough electricity to keep the lights on in hundreds of thousands of households, and its purchase spurred tech sector interest in similar deals that allow companies to buy power directly from plants without needing to spend much on additional grid infrastructure to access that electricity.
Data centers may end up accounting for as much as 9% of all power consumption in America by 2030, according to the WSJ, and some officials — such as Pennsylvania Consumer Advocate Patrick Cicero — are concerned that the tech sector’s union with nuclear energy could hurt ordinary consumers by driving up prices and commanding a large share of the nation’s reliable carbon-free power.

“For Biden’s own good and the good of the country, he should step aside immediately,” major Democrat donor and former hedge fund manager Whitney Tilson told DailyMail.com.
“The fact that it has now been three days and Biden has done nothing to reassure us confirms my worst fears.”
While Biden’s campaign team insists the debate did nothing to change voters’ minds, some donors disagree.
“They’re p***ing on our legs and telling us it’s raining. It’s insulting. How stupid do they think we are?” Tilson said of the president’s team.

WASHINGTON — Hunter Biden has joined meetings with President Joe Biden and his top aides since his father returned to the White House from Camp David on Monday evening, according to four people familiar with the matter.
The president’s son has also been talking to senior White House staff, these people said.
While he is regularly at the White House residence and events, it is unusual for Hunter Biden to be in and around meetings that his father is having with his team, these people said. They said the president’s aides were struck by his presence during their discussions.
Hunt Biden was found guilty last month by a jury in a federal court in Delaware on gun-related charges. He remains under indictment for tax-related felonies, which he has pleaded not guilty. Shorly after the jury found him guilty, Hunter Biden returned to his home in California.
One of the people familiar with the matter said Hunter Biden has been closely advising his father since the family gathered this past weekend at Camp David after Thursday’s debate. This person said Hunter Biden has “popped into” a couple of meetings and phone calls the president has had with some of his advisers.
Another person familiar with the matter said the reaction from some senior White House staff has been, “What the hell is happening?”
Hunter Biden’s presence in and around his father’s meetings comes amid questions about whether Joe Biden should continue his re-election campaign.

Japan accepted a record high of 303 asylum seekers in 2023 but REJECTED 98% of applicants

Japan granted asylum to 303 individuals in 2023 – a record high – but still small compared to the 98 percent whose applications were rejected.
The Japanese Ministry of Justice (MoJ) revealed this number in March, surpassing the 202 individuals granted asylum in 2022. Despite this increase, the approval rate for asylum seekers remained low at just 2.2 percent.
All in all, the total number of asylum seekers who lodged their applications in the Land of the Rising Sun reached 13,823 in 2023. According to Kyodo News, this is the second-highest number after the 19,629 people who sought asylum in 2017.
The increase comes amid changes to the stringent Japanese immigration laws, which created a quasi-refugee status for foreign nationals fleeing active conflict zones. Kyodo News also provided a breakdown of the 303 refugees whose asylum applications were approved.
Japan has seen a significant increase in refugee applications from countries such as Afghanistan, Myanmar and Ethiopia – representing more than a threefold increase from 2022 figures. A majority of the accepted refugees, 237 individuals, hailed from Afghanistan. Many of the refugees from Afghanistan were employees of the Japan International Cooperation Agency who fled the country after the fall of Kabul, officials said.
The Japanese Immigration Services Agency (ISA) meanwhile said 27 refugees from Myanmar were granted asylum. There were also six nationals from Ethiopia whose applications for asylum were accepted, the agency added.
Of the 13,823 applications for refugee status recorded by Japanese authorities, the highest number of applicants came from Sri Lanka at 3,778. Applications from Turkey and Pakistan ranked second and third highest.

Covid vaccines could be partly to blame for the rise in excess deaths since the pandemic, scientists have suggested.
Researchers from The Netherlands analysed data from 47 Western countries and discovered there had been more than three million excess deaths since 2020, with the trend continuing despite the rollout of vaccines and containment measures.
They said the “unprecedented” figures “raised serious concerns” and called on governments to fully investigate the underlying causes, including possible vaccine harms.
In any other time in history, the medical establishment and governments that fund them would be doing lots and lots of studies and research if they saw three straight years of excess deaths — especially when those three years followed the mandatory “vaccination” with entirely-untested gene therapy.
But now? Nothing. Just pretend it away.
Maybe it will go away on its own, once all the weaker people have died. Then the numbers will return to normal.

Writing in the BMJ Public Health, the authors from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, said: “Although Covid-19 vaccines were provided to guard civilians from suffering morbidity and mortality by the Covid-19 virus, suspected adverse events have been documented as well.
“Both medical professionals and citizens have reported serious injuries and deaths following vaccination to various official databases in the Western World.”
They added: “During the pandemic, it was emphasised by politicians and the media on a daily basis that every Covid-19 death mattered and every life deserved protection through containment measures and Covid-19 vaccines. In the aftermath of the pandemic, the same moral should apply.”

The study found that across Europe, the US and Australia there had been more than one million excess deaths in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, but also 1.2 million in 2021 and 800,000 and 2022 after measures were implemented.
Researchers said the figure included deaths from Covid-19, but also the “indirect effects of the health strategies to address the virus spread and infection”.
They warned that side effects linked to the Covid vaccine had included ischaemic stroke, acute coronary syndrome and brain haemorrhage, cardiovascular diseases, coagulation, haemorrhages, gastrointestinal events and blood clotting.

Douglas County Probate Judge Christina J. Peterson was arrested at a Buckhead nightclub early Thursday and charged with battery and felony obstruction, accused of striking an officer on the head and refusing to identify herself, records show.
Peterson, who is the subject of a yearslong judicial misconduct investigation, was apprehended at the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge on Peachtree Road. Fulton County Jail records show she faces a felony charge of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats or violence, and a charge of simple battery against a police officer.

George Latimer, a Westchester County executive, defeated Bowman after a contentious primary race that has widely been viewed as a fight between ideological factions of the Democratic Party. Bowman had aligned himself with the “ceasefire now” movement, which calls for an end to hostilities in the Gaza Strip and accuses Israel of being complicit in genocide.
Millions of dollars poured into the race from both inside and outside the district, making it the most expensive House primary in history. According to an analysis from ad tracking firm AdImpact, more than $25 million was spent overall. Roughly $15 million came from the United Democracy Project, a super PAC linked to the powerful pro-Israel lobby American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), which backed Latimer.

I have a relative that held a green card for over 10 years waiting to get citizenship while people invading the border got money, food and a nice place to stay in exchange for votes. I also lived in Miami and got to see the Marielito’s decimate the city.
The guys name at IBM was Mauricio G. and would go on to backstab me as I was protecting him politically. I let it go but it was interesting to see this viewpoint, a non-native citizen trying to make America into another country.
Well Mauricio, just because you don’t understand what made America great, like laws and borders doesn’t mean that facts aren’t true.

In July 2021, a senior Pfizer board member secretly began working with a Biden Administration operative to suppress criticism of Covid vaccines on X, newly released internal documents from X show.
Top officials at Twitter (now X) viewed the men – Dr. Scott Gottlieb, the Pfizer director, and Andy Slavitt, the operative, who had officially left a senior White House post just weeks before – as speaking for the administration in their censorship demands, the documents show.
The new documents raise constitutional and legal concerns about the Biden Administration’s social media censorship efforts, as well as Pfizer’s role in banning criticism of a product that made up almost half its sales in 2021.
Within days, the Supreme Court is expected to decide Murthy v Missouri, a landmark lawsuit over the administration’s efforts to control debate on social media.
The new documents provide crucial perspective on the Missouri case, showing how far would-be censors went in 2021 to prop up public confidence in the Covid jabs. The documents also show the power the White House had over Twitter, which badly wanted to avoid a confrontation with it.
At the time, the Biden Administration was threatening to “review” a federal law commonly called Section 230, because it was angry social media companies were allowing Covid vaccine skepticism.
Section 230 was crucial to those companies for the near-total immunity it gave them against lawsuits from users. Twitter took threats to it seriously. “We will always be proactive and vigilant about protecting 230,” Lauren Culbertson, the company’s then-head of United States public policy, wrote on July 22, 2021.

They are part of a tranche of censorship-related material X is making available to me following searches of its internal archives.
Lawyers for X are reviewing the documents before releasing them. But so far only one document they have provided – an email from Jim Baker, Twitter’s then-deputy general counsel – contains any redactions.
In addition, no one at X, including Elon Musk, asked for or placed any restrictions on or had any input into the writing of this article. (Lawyers for X did ask to review it after writing but before publication, to be sure the names of junior employees or their email addresses were not included. Their review did not result in any changes.)

The censorship conspiracy by Slavitt and Gottlieb targeted me personally.
I am not named in any of the new documents provided so far. Slavitt and Gottlieb used careful – almost coded – language in their outreach to Twitter on July 18 and 19, 2021. They did initially not refer to any particular censorship targets by name. But emails and other internal Twitter documents that have already been released show I was a top target of both men.
, my complaint against Slavitt, Gottlieb, Pfizer chairman Dr. Albert Bourla, and the Biden Administration for conspiring to force Twitter to ban me in 2021. Gottlieb’s lawyers previously argued I had not alleged Gottlieb had had any contact with Twitter officials before August 2021. The documents show otherwise.
In fact, Slavitt introduced Gottlieb to Todd O’Boyle – a senior Twitter lobbyist who handled most of the company’s interactions with the White House – by email on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Slavitt, a longtime Democratic operative, had served as senior advisor to the Biden administration’s Covid response team.
“I wonder if you would be open to a 20 minute call with Scott Gottlieb and me about a policy matter,” Slavitt wrote. Slavitt referred to Gottlieb as “FDA commissioner under Trump” and failed to mention his role on Pfizer’s board.
Although he had officially left the Biden Administration weeks before, Slavitt’s email signature also contained his White House email address, asking that “Government Email” be sent there.

In August of 2021, the Department of Defense under President Joe Biden ordered all soldiers across all military branches to receive the vaccine regardless of religious objections or health considerations. The policy was rescinded less than two years later but has reportedly left a significant number of veterans saying they suffered detrimental effects as a result of the forced jabs.
Stancik now takes 27 pills per day after suffering a heart attack while on active duty. “I could run 10 miles at a time, play basketball, and now I have trouble just standing up,” she said, adding she had no previously diagnosed heart condition. “The only thing that could have changed was the vaccine. That’s when everything flipped upside down for me.”

Peer Reviewed Study Reveals 74% Deaths Directly Linked to COVID-19 Shot
A previously censored paper from The Lancet has now undergone peer review and is available online.
The study, titled “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination,” analyzed 325 autopsy cases and found that a staggering 73.9% of deaths were either directly due to or significantly contributed to by the COVID-19 vaccination.
The paper’s lead author, Dr. Nicolas Hulscher, faced significant opposition in bringing these findings to light. After initially being downloaded over 100,000 times, The Lancet removed the paper within 24 hours, according to Dr. William Makis.
Methods
We searched PubMed and ScienceDirect for all published autopsy and necropsy reports relating to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18th, 2023. All autopsy and necropsy studies that included COVID-19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure were included.
Because the state of knowledge has advanced since the time of the original publications, three physicians independently reviewed each case and adjudicated whether or not COVID-19 vaccination was the direct cause or contributed significantly to death.
Results
We initially identified 678 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 44 papers that contained 325 autopsy cases and one necropsy case. The mean age of death was 70.4 years.
The most implicated organ system among cases was the cardiovascular (49%), followed by hematological (17%), respiratory (11%), and multiple organ systems (7%). Three or more organ systems were affected in 21 cases.
The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days. Most deaths occurred within a week from last vaccine administration.
A total of 240 deaths (73.9%) were independently adjudicated as directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination, of which the primary causes of death include sudden cardiac death (35%), pulmonary embolism (12.5%), myocardial infarction (12%), VITT (7.9%), myocarditis (7.1%), multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%), and cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%).

What’s happening with black women in America? Some are rising to power thanks to the DEI movement, which rewards skin color, gender, and sexual preference over merit, experience, or excellence. However, the problem arises once those women who are not qualified are placed in positions of power and leadership, where they often quickly crash and burn. From embezzling $15 million in COVID funds to engaging in shameless plagiarism, these meritless women have demonstrated that they are not up to the task and struggle with the responsibilities they’ve been given. Naturally, they revert to what they know best: lying, cheating, and stealing. The whole situation is unfair to those black women in this country who succeed based on merit, honesty, and hard work to be lumped in with the large mass of meritless DEI incompetents.

Fire Alarm Bowman About To Be Primaried.
Like several other Hamas Caucus members, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) has had a primary target on his back thanks in no small part to his position on the Israel-Hamas war, where he has demanded a ceasefire, claimed — without evidence — that Israel is committing genocide, and was also exposed as a Hamas rape denier.
He’s also the ice-hole who pulled the fire alarm.
In the first primary battle involving the so-called “Squad” of anti-Israel Democratic Socialists in Congress, Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) survived against her center-left challenger, winning handily in April while vowing during her victory speech to help other Squad members like Bowman and Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) cross the finish line.
Unlike in Lee’s case, Bowman’s polling numbers against his primary opponent, Westchester County Executive George Latimer, have on balance not been good. The most recent poll taken ahead of the early voting period, which started Saturday, showed Latimer with a comfortable lead, though many are undecided according to the poll:
A survey by Emerson College Polling/PIX11/The Hill released Tuesday found Latimer leading Bowman in the primary for New York’s 16th Congressional District with 48 percent support to 31 percent, with 21 percent of respondents undecided.
The poll found that 51 percent of respondents have a favorable view of Bowman, compared to 43 percent who have an unfavorable view of the House Democrat. In comparison, 65 percent said they have a favorable view of Latimer, while 23 percent had an unfavorable view of the county executive.
Not helping matters for the bombastic Bowman in advance of the June 25th primary was the confirmation earlier this month that he is a rather two-faced individual who will say whatever it takes to stay in the good graces of his fellow socialists:

OPEC Leader Smacks Down Globalists’ Oil Prediction, Gives History Lesson Everyone Should Know
In a statement published on the OPEC website Thursday, Secretary General Haitham Al Ghais said the concept of “peak oil demand” is nowhere to be seen in the cartel’s projections for future global crude oil demand.
“[A]s we look to the future it is the very versatility of oil that ensures that we do not see peak oil demand on the horizon,” Al Ghais said.
“Just as peak oil supply has never transpired, predictions of peak oil demand are following a similar trend.”
In my own research, I have been able to trace predictions for the world reaching so-called “peak oil” all the way back to the 1880s.
From that distant beginning through around 2010, peak oil theory was always about the world having somehow reached a peak in crude oil supply as all the big reserves had supposedly already been discovered.
For about 125 years, constant advances in technology and a creative and innovative industry invariably proved such pronouncements wrong, often laughably so.
With the ramping-up of the climate alarmist movement in the first decade of this century, narratives surrounding this always-wrong theory began to shift over to the demand side of the equation. Some anti-oil-and-gas activist groups even adopted the theory as a means of promoting the equally silly notion that the world’s remaining oil resources could simply be left in the ground as demand for them would soon be overwhelmed by rising demand for alternatives.
A decade later, that theory has also been proven laughably wrong, despite the “investment” of many trillions of dollars in debt-funded subsidies.
OPEC’s statement stands in stark contrast to the projection by the International Energy Agency that the world will somehow achieve peak oil demand by 2030. Al Ghais alludes to this preposterous notion, calling it a “dangerous commentary, especially for consumers,” that “will only lead to energy volatility on a potentially unprecedented scale.”

Al Ghais’ statement comes in the wake of revised oil-demand growth projections from the IEA and OPEC, along with Goldman Sachs and the US Energy Information Administration for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025. Where the IEA revised its 2024 projection downward to 1 million barrels per day for 2024, even it projects a more robust 1.5 million bpd in growth for 2025.
The EIA raised its own growth estimate for 2024 from a very conservative 900,000 bpd to 1.1 million bpd.
Goldman Sachs comes in at a stronger 2024 estimate of 1.25 million bpd, based on strong global economic growth. The bank cites robust growth in jet fuel, petrochemical-driven LPG and naphtha, and gasoline and diesel demand as key drivers of this growth.

What is the reason for the discrepancy between the ambitious goal and the disastrous reality? The Washington Free Beacon obtained internal memos from the Department of Transportation and interviewed those responsible for overseeing the project’s implementation to find out.
It turns out that the administration’s own “Diversity—Equity—Inclusion” initiatives are stalling EV Charging Station construction.
Shortly after taking office, the president signed an executive order mandating that the beneficiaries of 40 percent of all federal climate and environmental programs should come from “underserved communities.” The order also established the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council, which monitors agencies such as the Department of Transportation to ensure the “voices, perspectives, and lived realities of communities with environmental justice concerns are heard in the White House and reflected in federal policies, investments, and decisions.”
In order to qualify for a grant, applicants must “demonstrate how meaningful public involvement, inclusive of disadvantaged communities, will occur throughout a project’s life cycle.” What “public involvement” means is unclear. But the Department of Transportation notes it should involve “intentional outreach to underserved communities.”
That outreach, the Department of Transportation states, can take the form of “games and contests,” “visual preference surveys,” or “neighborhood block parties” so long as the grant recipient provides “multilingual staff or interpreters to interact with community members who use languages other than English.”
“This all just slows down construction,” says Jim Meigs, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute who focuses on federal regulation.
The DEI mandates are also hindering the implementation of the CHIPS and Science Act, a bipartisan measure designed to enhance U.S. semiconductor supply chains and support private-sector investment in domestic research and manufacturing.

Well, it looks like Jordan Peterson has finally cracked the code on “wokeness.” Based on his research, we now have insight into the type of person who easily succumbs to this twisted and warped way of thinking.
The truth is, leftist tactics are pretty slick—they love to play word games. They throw around phrases like “Across state lines,” “My Body, My Choice,” and “No Human is Illegal” that all sound really good but are just verbal tricks designed to pull the wool over your eyes. These clever catchphrases easily snag folks who don’t dig deeper into what they’re actually hearing. See, the richer and more vast your vocabulary, the better you can sort through smokescreens and propaganda and recognize when words are being twisted to fool you. For example, slogans like “silence is violence” and “words are violence” try to stretch the meaning of actual “violence” to include just about anything, including what you say or don’t say. But here’s the thing: folks who really get the true meaning of words won’t fall for this trick. They know violence involves physical force, not just speaking up or keeping quiet. So, these catchphrases, which try to make everyday actions seem dangerous, just don’t stick with people who understand how language is being manipulated. But many do fall for it, and that’s why this obsession with reshaping language to suit their agenda is a common strategy on the left.
Wokeness breaks everything down into simple terms of good or bad—blacks = good, whites = bad; men = bad, women = good; and anything like patriarchy or racism = super duper bad. This simplicity only works for people who lack verbal smarts. These low-IQ, often criminal-minded people can only understand simple slogans and mental models, and the communist left is all too happy to supply them.
This leads to two additional problems. First, there’s confirmation bias, which is living in your own personal echo chamber. It means you ignore any facts or opinions that challenge your beliefs and only pay attention to those that support what you already think. Second, there’s a kind of fear, or cowardice, involved. It’s the fear of facing anything that might truly challenge or threaten your views. So, instead of confronting or considering different perspectives, people shut down and stick to their comfort zones.
Another trick the left uses to control the story is by throwing together confusing word salads. Take the gender confusion debate—it’s just a tangled mess of words that skirts around actual science and refuses to take any real responsibility. A person of modest intelligence simply doesn’t have the brainpower to discern that these word salads have no real meaning; they are easily bamboozled. The left-wing thought leaders are word artists who spin their words in the worst possible way, which ultimately hampers the ability of many of the simpler leftists to think clearly and critically.

California is home to three of the most polluted beaches in the country, according to a new report.
The Surfrider Foundation tested thousands of water samples across the nation, with Imperial Beach in San Diego coming out as the worst.
As part of the group’s survey, they also found that 64 percent of the 567 sites tested had at least one sample with unsafe bacteria levels.
A quarter of the samples came from sites in California, with three beaches in The Golden State among the ten most polluted.
Every sample recovered from Imperial Beach turned up bacteria counts that exceeded the state’s health standard for recreational waters.
More than 100 billion gallons of untreated wastewater have flowed through Mexico ‘s Tijuana River and into the Pacific Ocean, eventually reaching the coastal town

Native-born American workers are taking a beating in the job market from gains by foreign-born workers, according to the data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) on Friday.
The number of foreign-born workers employed in the U.S. rose by 637,000 in the last year to nearly 30.9 million, while the number of employed native-born Americans has declined by 299,000, according to the BLS. As a consequence of foreign-born workers taking up job gains, the number of American-born workers with jobs is still below the number counted in July 2019.
Illegal immigration has surged under President Joe Biden following the administration’s relaxation of enforcement at the southern border, which has recently prompted the president to scramble to stem the flow by signing an executive order that he claims will limit the number of asylum seekers allowed in the country.

This Is Not Going To Turn Out Well
Police in Cambridge, MA, will begin using social workers to respond to some 911 calls instead of actual cops. This is an idea that has been pushed by some on the left since ‘defunding the police’ became a thing. What could possibly go wrong?
Critics of this type of policy have pointed out that even when police are responding to a seemingly routine 911 call, they never know what they’re walking into. Someone at the scene could be armed, psychotic, or worse. the team will soon have a more high-stakes task: responding to 911 calls, sent to the scenes of nonviolent, mental health-related incidents handled at present by cops with guns.
It figures that the most liberal want to try this. Wait until they meet a drunk with a gun and a cheating wife. Good luck there.
