You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence? (Introvert Version)

You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?

Some of the characters in this story aren’t going to make it to the end.

Unless you make the inner circle, you’re probably going to have to go, or at least wait a long time to get me to do something with you.

The introvert joke says that people die in my autobiography, but I’m not going to kill anyone. It’s more like avoiding them until they go away or just keep saying no to doing shit together that I don’t want to do.

Star Wars Has A Chance Of Being Good Again, And Less Woke – Kathleen Kennedy to Step Down from Lucasfilm

Other than Dylan Mulvany ruining Bud Light, Kennedy is the only one who comes close in terms of using wokeness to ruin a franchise.

In a move that has sent shockwaves through Hollywood and the passionate Star Wars fandom, Kathleen Kennedy, the longtime president of Lucasfilm, is reportedly set to retire by the end of 2025.

After more than a decade steering one of Disney’s most iconic franchises into the ground, Kennedy’s departure marks the end of an era defined by ambitious expansion, woke creative decisions, and a relentless push to modernize a galaxy far, far away. The news—first reported by industry insider Matthew Belloni of Puck—has sparked widespread speculation about the future of Star Wars and its place within Disney’s sprawling empire.

Kennedy’s tenure began in 2012 when she joined Lucasfilm as co-chair alongside founder George Lucas. Months later, Disney acquired the studio for $4 billion, Lucas stepped away, and Kennedy ascended to the presidency.

Handpicked by Lucas himself, she brought a storied resume, having co-founded Amblin Entertainment with Steven Spielberg and produced cultural juggernauts like E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Jurassic Park, and the Indiana Jones series. Her task at Lucasfilm was monumental: revive Star Wars for a new generation while honoring its legacy.

She failed miserably.

Under Kennedy’s leadership, Disney launched the Star Wars sequel trilogy, beginning with 2015’s The Force Awakens, which grossed over $2 billion worldwide and reignited global fervor for the franchise. The trilogy, concluding with 2019’s The Rise of Skywalker, raked in more than $4.4 billion combined, though it faced diminishing returns and fierce backlash from some fans over its narrative direction.

Spin-offs like Rogue One (2016) and Solo (2018) followed, alongside a bold pivot to streaming with Disney+ series such as The Mandalorian, Andor, and The Acolyte. The Mandalorian, in particular, became a cultural phenomenon, proving Star Wars could thrive beyond the big screen.

The Acolyte, on the other hand, was panned as a woke expression of personal failures that woefully found themselves polluting the failed project.

Critics—especially vocal segments of the fanbase—accused her of steering the franchise toward radical leftist territory, citing diverse casting and progressive themes as departures from Lucas’s original vision. High-profile stumbles, like the cancellation of The Acolyte after one season due to low viewership, and the debacle of 2023’s Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, fueled calls for her ouster.

Elon Musk famously piled on, branding her “more deadly than the Death Star” in 2024 for her creative choices. Even South Park took a swipe, lampooning her as a symbol of Disney’s pandering.

A New Superhero – Captian Chaos

Is this the best Hakeem Jeffries can come up with?

The Democratic House minority leader has been a virtual non-factor during the first weeks of President Donald Trump’s second term in office, relegated to the background amid the extraordinary energy coming from the Republican White House.

But he’s making a buzz in a video making the rounds on social media, showing him giving Trump a new nickname — and it’s one Trump supporters are taking like a badge of honor.

A Cool Video Of A Close Fly By Of The Far Side Of The Moon By Blue Ghost

Our #GhostRiders completed another lunar orbit maneuver with a 3 minute, 18 second burn early this morning. This maneuver moved the lander from a high elliptical orbit to a much lower elliptical orbit around the Moon. Shortly after the burn, Blue Ghost captured incredible footage of the Moon’s far side, about 120 km above the surface. In this orbit, the team will experience planned rolling comms blackouts as Blue Ghost goes around the far side of the Moon. When on the near side, the team will continue to downlink data and finalize the plan for our next maneuver that will get Blue Ghost even closer to the lunar surface and keep us right on track for landing on March 2. #BGM1

Will the Deep State Be Beaten via a ‘Kobayshi Maru’ Maneuver by DOGE Team?

Science fiction fans will recall references to the Kobayashi Maru maneuver mentioned in Star Trek.

The Kobayashi Maru is a no-win scenario training exercise in the Star Trek universe designed by Starfleet Academy to test cadets in a command position.

Will the Deep State Be Beaten via a ‘Kobayshi Maru’ Maneuver by DOGE Team?

In the simulation, the cadet is in command of a starship that receives a distress call from a fuel ship, the Kobayashi Maru, which is stranded and damaged in the Neutral Zone between the Federation and the Klingon Empire. To rescue the ship, the cadet must enter the Neutral Zone, which risks an attack by the Klingons.

If the cadet attempts the rescue, a large Klingon force targets their vessel. The cadet is forced to choose between attempting to rescue the Kobayashi Maru or leaving the fuel ship to certain destruction.

During the past 2 weeks, the DOGE team has been using their tech savvy and the power of Artificial Intelligence and programming to sweep through the massive data sets accumulated by government agencies. They have connected funding amounts to their final destinations.

Fraud and graft can’t hide behind gigantic data sets and lazy employees anymore.

The DOGE Crew’s work has allowed President Donald Trump, Sec. of State Marco Rubio, and other agency administrators the ability to defund activities and groups not aligned with the “America First” agenda and the will of the American people who elected Trump into office….and were comfortable knowing that Trump had assembled a team he was bringing with him.

Joe Lonsdale is an American entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and philanthropist known for co-founding several influential companies (Palantir Technologies, Adepar, and OpenGo) explains the power of the “reprogramming” that is occurring.

“I have mentors in the Reagan administration who came in looking for [government waste]. Those people were not technical. When they went to the bureaucracy, and they asked questions, there are so many ways of obscuring and blocking and deterring.

“Elon got root access, and he went to the tech systems themselves.

“No one has done this ever.

“No president had ever had tech people around him.

“They went to the systems, and they started finding things like, my goodness.

“These people who work for the agencies tried to confront them and say, no, you can’t look at the systems. They’re freaking out.

“It’s very transparent: They went to the systems, they actually saw the payments and the payments were going out to crazy shit.

“There were [duplicated] payments to people with the same Social Security numbers and payments to people with no number.

“There are payments to Internews Network, which is training media all around the world on how to have a certain point of view that’s very left.

“I think this is amazing, but people want to slow them down.

Do they want to slow them down from stopping their grift? This is really the biggest question here.”

The Devastating Ecological Carnage Wrought by Wind Turbines

Evidence continues to grow that onshore wind turbines are causing heavy ecological carnage, with increasing concern focused on the removal of a vast tonnage of insect life. For obvious political, Net Zero reasons, insect decimation is not a well-funded research area, but work in Germany in 2016 put the loss across the country at 1,200 tonnes a year. Recently, the Heartland Institute extrapolated the individual annual insect loss worldwide at 13,640,000,000,000 (13.64 quadrillion) insects, and of course it can be noted that the figures are nearly a decade out of date. Other scientific work has reported that flying insects destroyed include bees, flying beetles and butterflies. Curiously, the many institutions apparently concerned with wildlife stay silent on the slaughter. For its part, the UK Natural History Museum (NHM) offers a Build Your Own Wind Turbine kit. Fun for all the family and if the kiddies are lucky they might get to whack a passing fly or a couple of moths.

The German work estimated insect losses at 40 million per turbine during the plant-growing season. Commenting on the findings, the mathematician and evolutionary ecologist Professor Christian Voigt felt it was necessary to evaluate if these fatalities added to the decline of insect populations, “and potentially the extinction of species”. In a 2022 paper, Voigt reported that turbines can change the nearby microclimate, while vibrational noise may reduce earthworm abundance with likely cascading effects on soil quality and vegetation. In addition, he noted findings that wind turbine facilities led to displacement of nesting and wintering birds.

Recent work from researchers at the University of Wyoming suggests that moths, butterflies, beetles, flies and true bugs may be the most vulnerable to the giant revolving blades. Wind turbines create vortices, sucking in wildlife and causing problems for both bats and large birds such as eagles. “The vast amount of avian and insect deaths at the hands of wind turbines is disastrous in and of itself, from a conservation and ecological standpoint,” states Heartland.

Insect loss and extinctions are of course very popular in the Net Zero fear-mongering business. In 2022, the NHM ran with an improbable tale that flying insects in the UK had declined by 60% in just 20 years. Too good of course for national treasure Sir David Attenborough to pass up and he repeated the scare during his BBC Wild Isles series, a green agitprop co-production with the World Wildlife Fund and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. The evidence proved to be anecdotal and mostly arose from ‘citizen scientists’ counting bugs on car number plates. Missing from the research was a note that vehicle registrations have tripled in the UK since 1970, while cars have largely changed shape from angular boxes to aerodynamic wedges that sweep insects out of the way.

Despite these obvious flaws in the story, the NHM claimed the astonishing loss was caused by rising temperatures and fragmented habitats. The tiny temperature rises over the last 20 years are hardly likely to affect insects that much, while slightly longer growing seasons in the northern hemisphere and a recent 14% ‘greening’ of the Earth due to higher levels of carbon dioxide are almost certain to have been extremely beneficial.

Why Men Should Be Secret Service Agents, And Why The Movies Depicting Females As Hero’s Are Woke

Just like the head of the fire department in LA said if a man needs a woman to rescue him from a fire, he might be in the wrong place, now this:

An awful incident occurred involving a female Secret Service trainee, which could have had fatal consequences.

Real Clear Politics’ Susan Crabtree reported Thursday night that the trainee in question shot herself in the leg at the Secret Service’s Rowley Training Center. Following the shooting, the trainee was airlifted to a Baltimore hospital emergency room for treatment.

Crabtree reveals the incident involved an accidental discharge of a weapon. There is no word yet on her condition.

Crabtree notes that it’s “extremely rare” for an agent or trainee to shoot themselves, though one previously did so back in September. That incident involved a male secret service agent.

Failing to handle a weapon properly means severe consequences for a career Secret Service employee training a recruit.

“Unsafe weapons handling is a serious violation and grounds for disqualification/dismissal during training of a new recruit,” a source in the Secret Service community explained to Crabtree. “It would amount to formal disciplinary action for a career [Secret Service] employee.”

This incident occurred following ample evidence that the Secret Service’s DEI policies under the Biden regime played a key role in Trump’s near-assassination on July 13, 2024, and the murder of rallygoer Corey Comperatore.

Crabtree notes that under the Biden administration’s sweeping DEI executive order, former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle signed onto the 30×30 national DEI initiative.

The initiative calls for all law enforcement agencies in the country to have at least 30% of their forces be women by the year 2030. One reason for this is women make fewer arrests.

The initiative and the way Cheatle implemented it became the focus of an online petition highlighting whistleblowers’ concerns that it was harming the Secret Service across the board.

Crabtree also notes the petition was circulating before both assassination attempts against Trump.

According to Crabtree, female agents and uniformed officers made up 24% of law enforcement agencies by the time Cheatle left, 6% shy of the Biden regime’s final goal.

It also proves the Super Bowl commercial about a girl beating guys in flag football was not only woke, but just not true.

You get some great, amazingly fantastic news. What’s the first thing you do?

You get some great, amazingly fantastic news. What’s the first thing you do?

Nothing. It’s not important to others so I don’t bother them with it. Some people have to tell the world, but I don’t think others care that much so I usually don’t say much.

I hate people who brag anyway so I go out of my way not to do it.

Since I’m not on Fake book or X, I’m not obligated to post about it.

Life is a lot easier when you live in your own lane and don’t have to show off to others. Those that are happy for you will be. They’ll find out the news sooner or later.

I’ve been around long enough now to know that things are fleeting. Whatever news will fade into life and there will be downs as well as ups. Once you understand that, you look at news differently.

My Take On The Superbowl

I watched because I’ve seen every Superbowl played. I know a great game and a nail biter. I have had my team in it 5 times and we are 2-3, but have a perfect season.

The game.

It sucked. The Chiefs were never in it. They were the 3 peat favorites but looked like the Panthers or Giants for 3 quarters. Mr. MVP Mahommes wasn’t Superman and neither was Kelce.

Even the score was closer than the game was.

Taylor Swift

Speaking of Kelce, she got booed because the world is (has been) tired of her ass and his. I think he caught a couple of passes that didn’t affect the game and she hasn’t been a good luck charm since Kamala.

Trump

For once, he got cheered by the majority of people. It’s either because they were so tired of being shit on by the Biden team, or (the hating half) just want things fixed and he’s doing what he said. The people who love him always will. I think the country wants him to do good so we start doing good again.

The NFL – They stuck with the racist Lift up your voice and sing, the black national anthem promoting racial divide. We are one nation with one National Anthem. People weren’t happy ith it and the rendition wasn’t that great. Roger Goodell needs to cut the woke crap

The commercials. Lame commercials crashed and burned

The lamest ever. No creative taste great/less filling. Instead, we are trying to recover from Dylan Mulvaney blowing a Bud Light can while grossing out the rest of the country to trannies and tanking the brand for life. I don’t know if they will ever recover.

The PC police, cancel culture and woke patrol made sure to kill any creativity. The AI influence fell way short of Madison Avenue circa the 80’s and 90’s

Ben Affleck was bad last year and surprisingly got worse this year.

The flag football commercial reminded me of Marvel movies. It’s the only time in life when girls can beat men, when it’s fake. No one believes it and the feminist tripe is getting as stale as DEI.

Nike did this:

While it’s true that women’s sports don’t generate a ton of revenue — the WNBA is behind an Australian cricket league, for example — most people, whether male or female, are not going to fill stadiums. Less than 2 percent of college players go pro. When it comes to going to college, though, the balance currently favors the fairer sex, with 47 percent of women 25-34 attaining degrees whereas only 37 percent of their male counterparts achieve that. The disparity exists across race and ethnicity.

They’re not doing so badly in the professional world either, with 52 percent of “management, professional, and related occupations” going to women. Given the trends in higher education, one doesn’t have to be Nostradamus to predict which direction that trendline will go over the coming years.

In other words, Nike’s big celebration of women — which, again, kudos for highlighting actual women this time — is demeaning. It sells a false reality they must overcome, a ceiling that no longer exists. It treats women as less than. It’s also, to reiterate, a huge misread of the current vibe shift.

It’s 2025, y’all. “Diversity, equity, and inclusion” is out, even though I just used the more inclusive term “y’all” rather than “guys.” People are tired of such nonsense. Also, Always solved all these problems with its #LikeAGirl campaign back in 2014

Halftime

Kendrick Lamar‘s Super Bowl halftime performance in New Orleans on Sunday drew criticism from some fans, who labeled it the ‘worst halftime show ever.’ Fresh off his Grammy
wins, the rapper, 37, didn’t seem to carry that momentum into his
performance at the Caesars Superdome, as he hit the stage before the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs. The
Pulitzer Prize winner showcased his lyrical prowess as he started out
the performance on top of a car before taking a swipe at his hip hop rival Drake, 38.Despite Drake recently suing his and Lamar’s record label,
Universal Music Group, over the controversial diss song, Not Like Us,
which calls Drake a ‘certified pedophile’, Kendrick still performed the
song, however, he omitted the word. It
seems the musician opted not to say the word so as not to trigger
another lawsuit, as right before he started rapping he told the crowd,
‘I want to perform their favorite song, but you know they love to sue.’

The only thing they could do to make it worse, they did. Samuel L. Jackson dressed as Uncle Sam, but might as well have been Uncle Tom, Dick or Harry. He hates America and Trump and if you want a racist, look no further than him.

A lot of money was spent for a big nothing. None of it was good this year other than the Eagles, the only group to show up. They deserved to win, but they played a JV team so it wasn’t that big of a win.

Even Philly is still destroying its own town in celebration. A fitting end to one of the worst games and productions since the Packers Beat the Chiefs.

Football is over now until August. We can settle in to F1, Tour de France and other things more interesting than the Super Bowl, or the playoffs for that matter. It wasn’t that great of a season.

Hope She Doesn’t Think Of Me – The ‘Paranormal Writing’ Ability of a Gifted Girl Described In a Declassified CIA Document

A study from China, archived in the CIA database, demonstrates the ability of a gifted girl to physically write on a piece of paper inside a closed container using her mind.

Do paranormal abilities exist? This bold question is often based on belief rather than science. But looking at parameters that can help determine if something is real or not in our world, like peer-reviewed publications, video footage, and the ability to experience something, then yes, paranormal abilities do exist, and there are many different examples to choose from that clearly illustrate this.

These abilities are studied and trained at the highest levels of government and military, yet within academia, it’s almost completely ignored, unacknowledged and ridiculed.

A quote from the Chinese Institute of Atomic Energy pointed out in 1991, in a study archived by the CIA:

“Such phenomena and paranormal abilities of the human body are unimaginable for ordinary people. Nevertheless they are really true.”

In the study, the Chinese researchers provide multiple examples of a Qi Gong master who, under double-blind controlled conditions, was able to teleport small objects out of containers from one location to another using nothing but mental influence (breaking through spatial barriers).Multiple test subjects were able to do this including gifted children. This is just one example of research and published observation of this type of phenomenon under tight controls.

Another great example and the main subject of this article, comes from a study published in The Chinese Journal of Somatic Sciences by researchers from Fudan University, a major research university located in Shanghai. The study is/was also documented and translated by the CIA at the time, but not approved for release until the year 2000.

The study is titled Investigation Into The Force of Parapsychological Writing. It explains that parapsychological writing is only one form of paranormal abilities displayed by humans, and cites a “large number of experiments” where this type of phenomenon has been demonstrated and documented repeatedly.

“Parapsychological writing includes a number of complex parapsychological phenomenon including moving the writing instrument, breaking through spatial barriers and thought directed writing. These paranormal phenomenon cannot be explained using modern scientific knowledge. However, the recording of paranormal phenomena, especially of the accumulation of data on experiments conducted using strict scientific methods must eventually approach and disclose the truth about this unknown realm.”

How do significant life events or the passage of time influence your perspective on life?

I look back for patterns. It’s part of critical thinking that I have no control over. It just happens.

Stuff just comes together and I know something is right.

When they introduced the PC, no one knew what to do with it. The word on the street was that no one would buy these and there was no future. I saw a career move.

So now, I’m not surprised when I see stuff starting to happen and I know what is the right thing to do. It just happens.

What was your first Computer?

What was your first Computer?

In college back in the 70’s, I worked with punch cards on some timeshare system that the school had, but I have no idea what it was.

My first real computer was an IBM System 34, in the pre-PC days. We coded in RPG II and even had Star Trek as a game on it. It used 8-inch floppies, had 4K of memory, and maybe a 4 MB hard disk (the memories are hazy from those days).

I wrote about it extensively here along with my Mad Men shennanigans about sex and drinking at work before the cancel culture, MeToo and the other bullshit that took the fun out of work.

The Chinese Sputnik

This week, China shocked the West with its announcement of DeepSeek, an artificial intelligence network capable of competing with OpenAI, Meta, and Google.

The fact that China was able to develop DeepSeek without a heavy supply of sophisticated microchips from Nvidia sent Nvidia stock spiraling, along with the other major tech companies in the United States: China seems to have cracked the code to bring down the cost of AI development radically, in the process ending-around sanctions against its access to those microchips.

In the words of former Intel Chief Executive Pat Gelsinger, “Engineering is about constraints. The Chinese engineers had limited resources, and they had to find creative solutions.”

Now, it remains to be seen just how revolutionary DeepSeek’s development was. China has a bad habit of both stealing intellectual property and lying about its own technological development. Suffice it to say, however, that China has demonstrated once again that America exists in a competitive world—a world of enemies determined to outcompete the United States.

The New Captain America – How To Screw Your Own Movie Before It Gets Released

I know Steve Rogers is gone, but don’t say Captain America is not about America. That’s taking woke way past being smart.

A few other celebtards ruined their own movies (Captain Marvel) by trashing the audience before it came out, but come on, don’t be daft. Marvel seems to shit on all of their products since Disney and Kathleen Kennedy took over.

Captain Woke

The buzz around “Captain America: Brave New World” had been toxic … until recently.

The sequel finds Anthony Mackie taking over for Chris Evans as the star-spangled Avenger. The film endured high-profile “reshoots” as well as leaked reports of devastating test screenings.

Both gave the impression this “Brave New World” would be a “Marvels”-level dud.

In recent weeks, though, the buzz has died down.

The film’s recent trailer didn’t suffer blowback from Comic Con Nation. The Red Hulk subplot has comic readers intrigued, especially since screen legend Harrison Ford will be bringing him to life.

In fact. some media outlets report the film could earn north of $90 million in its opening weekend. That’s not “Avengers”-sized money but enough to suggest the franchise won’t crash and burn.

Mackie’s new viral gaffe just made everything worse. How much worse? We’ll find out on Feb. 14 when “Brave New World” hits theaters nationwide.

Suffice it to say Disney star Rachel Zegler would be impressed by this PR disaster.

Mackie, a credible star in his own right, had large shoes to fill as is. Evans’ Captain America became a beloved MCU figure, capturing the character’s stoic leadership.

Some fans don’t trust the character swap, thinking it’s Hollywood’s latest woke switcheroo. The shift has precedent in the Marvel Comics’ canon, though, and Evan’s Cap bowed out gracefully in “Avengers: Endgame.”

And then Mackie said this about the film and his iconic character.

“Captain America represents a lot of different things & I don’t think the term ‘America’ should be one of those representations. It’s about a man who keeps his word, who has honor, dignity and integrity.”

The undated clip reminds us of how Warner Bros. treated the Superman reboot. The character’s classic line – “fighting for Truth, Justice and the American Way” got clipped to appease woke sensibilities.

That “update” got shredded on social media and captured the disgust many fans have with the “new” take on classic heroes.

America in 2025 is pushing past those woke sentiments, typified by the re-election of President Donald Trump.

Now this.

X (AKA Twitter) went berserk with the Mackie clip. Here’s just a sample of the snarkier responses.

Zuckerberg Blames Sheryl Sanberg For Meta’s DEI Bias

DEI favors some groups over others, be it because of either social pressure or Corporate lending practices (Blackrock).

Zuckerberg is cleaning house, and eliminating the “inclusive” culture that Sheryl Sanberg brought in. Inclusive meaning hiring certain groups based on gender or race.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg reportedly trash-talked his former top lieutenant Sheryl Sandberg during his visit to Mar-a-Lago, blaming her for implementing controversial DEI initiatives at Facebook that “encouraged employees’ self-expression in the workplace.”

Zuckerberg, who has drawn criticism for cozying up to the new administration, made the comment during a sit-down with President-elect Donald Trump’s advisers at his Florida retreat shortly after the Republican’s historic election victory in November, according to the New York Times.

The discussions on Nov. 27 — which included Stephen Miller, who will take over as White House deputy chief of staff — covered a range of hot-button topics such as the administration’s expected crackdown on immigration, and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, the Times reported.

Miller told Zuckerberg that the billionaire mogul had “an opportunity to help reform America, but it would be on Trump’s terms,” according to the Times.

Full list of foods that have red dye 3 in them as FDA bans substance over cancer links

Scroll down to see the full list of affected products:

The FDA announced today it was banning the use of red 3 dye in foods in America, telling thousands of manufacturers to strip it from their products.

Food and drink makers have until January 2027 to reformulate their recipes or be forced out of the market.

The FDA agency said it was taking the action as a ‘matter of law’ because some studies have found that the dye caused cancer in lab rats.

‘The FDA is taking action that will remove the authorization for the use of… Red No. 3 in food and ingested drugs,’ said Jim Jones, the FDA’s deputy commissioner for human foods.

The dye has been used for decades to give candy, soda, and other foods and vibrant, cherry-red hue. It was banned from cosmetics by the FDA about three decades ago.

There is no indication so far that food manufacturers will challenge the new rule, and they will have sufficient time to adjust their products to meet the new standards.

There is some concern that manufacturers may opt to use red 40, which, along with red 3, has been associated with various health concerns.

Here’s the list. I hope you aren’t eating any of them

Is Biden Trying To F**k With Nvidia

What a dick. This is one of the premier tech companies and stocks. It’s like Biden is trying to screw everybody on the way out because he was forced not to run again.

For decades, leadership in computing and software ecosystems has been a cornerstone of American strength and influence worldwide. The federal government has wisely refrained from dictating the design, marketing and sale of mainstream computers and software — key drivers of innovation and economic growth.

The first Trump Administration laid the foundation for America’s current strength and success in AI, fostering an environment where U.S. industry could compete and win on merit without compromising national security. As a result, mainstream AI has become an integral part of every new application, driving economic growth, promoting U.S. interests and ensuring American leadership in cutting-edge technology.

Today, companies, startups and universities around the world are tapping mainstream AI to advance healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, education and countless other fields, driving economic growth and unlocking the potential of nations. Built on American technology, the adoption of AI around the world fuels growth and opportunity for industries at home and abroad.

That global progress is now in jeopardy. The Biden Administration now seeks to restrict access to mainstream computing applications with its unprecedented and misguided “AI Diffusion” rule, which threatens to derail innovation and economic growth worldwide.

In its last days in office, the Biden Administration seeks to undermine America’s leadership with a 200+ page regulatory morass, drafted in secret and without proper legislative review. This sweeping overreach would impose bureaucratic control over how America’s leading semiconductors, computers, systems and even software are designed and marketed globally. And by attempting to rig market outcomes and stifle competition — the lifeblood of innovation — the Biden Administration’s new rule threatens to squander America’s hard-won technological advantage.

While cloaked in the guise of an “anti-China” measure, these rules would do nothing to enhance U.S. security. The new rules would control technology worldwide, including technology that is already widely available in mainstream gaming PCs and consumer hardware. Rather than mitigate any threat, the new Biden rules would only weaken America’s global competitiveness, undermining the innovation that has kept the U.S. ahead.

Although the rule is not enforceable for 120 days, it is already undercutting U.S. interests. As the first Trump Administration demonstrated, America wins through innovation, competition and by sharing our technologies with the world — not by retreating behind a wall of government overreach. We look forward to a return to policies that strengthen American leadership, bolster our economy and preserve our competitive edge in AI and beyond.

Testosterone Not To Blame For Criminality, In Fact It Promotes Moral Behavior

Social justice warriors (liberals and feminists) love to bash men and toxic masculinity. Well, it turns out that the real cause of the problems is estrogen. Your misandry is unfounded and childish.

Testosterone is not what causes criminality. It has been shown to reduce lying and deceptive behavior. It increases cohesion among men and goal-oriented behavior, which only becomes violent when appropriate under threat.

So what does cause violence and crime in men hormonally? Estrogen. Increased estrogen in men was found to increase aggression, and lower cognitive ability and impulse control. And there’s a clear diction of estrogen along racial lines.

This is also why you see higher rates of erratic violence among very left-wing white men antifa types. They have very low testosterone but high estrogen. Testosterone is calming. “Roid rage” is a result of excess conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

Furthermore, there is a marked difference in aromatase activity in the amygdala. Aromatization is the conversion of testosterone into estrogen and it is this estrogen level which is associated with aggression. Interestingly, the opposite effect is observed in females.

Finally, A Twofer Good News About Star Trek And Woke – Two woke Star Trek series canceled in 2024; Star Trek: Discovery officially removed from canon

The season finale of Star Trek: Lower Decks delivered its series finale this week, and in doing so, addressed one of the most controversial issues in the Star Trek franchise. The issue in question revolves around Star Trek: Discovery, which has now been officially removed from the prime timeline canon, much to the relief of many fans, who are sick of wokeness in the storied franchise.

Discovery was infamous among Star Trek fandom for altering the appearance of Klingons and injecting identity politics into the universe.

Giant Freakin Robot reports that: “In the show’s finale, a group of Klingon ships encounters a phenomenon that transforms things into alternate-reality versions of themselves. When a Klingon ship hits one of those transformation rays, it transforms into a big, ugly Discovery-style Klingon ship. Then one of the crewmembers transforms into a Discovery-style Klingon.

“This couldn’t have happened if those weird Discovery Klingons had ever existed in the prime Star Trek timeline. It means that Discovery and its Klingons, just like the J.J. Abrams Star Trek movies, happened in an alternate universe. One that has nothing to do with the rest of Star Trek.”

Fans across the internet rejoiced at the revelation.

Fan site That Park Place put it thusly: “Star Trek: Discovery debuted with high expectations, but over its run, it faced significant backlash from segments of the fanbase. Criticisms ranged from drastic changes in the portrayal of iconic species, such as the Klingons, to deviations from established timelines and character arcs. The early seasons set the series in the past, but inconsistencies soon emerged, leading to widespread dissatisfaction,” explaining further, “There’s a rift surrounded by a Schrödinger possibility field that remaps matter into alternate-reality versions from the multiverse. This event transforms the main timeline Klingons into those seen in Discovery, clearly delineating between the two universes. Consequently, while Lower Decks remains canon and part of the prime timeline, Discovery is relegated to an alternate reality, mitigating its previous inconsistencies.”

A lot of people gave up on Star Trek when they went woke, kind of like Star Wars.

Let’s stay true to the original story and heroes. Cut the woke crap.

At least we don’t have to include any of the Discovery rubbish in future series if they can make one that is watchable. We’ll always have Captain Kirk, the Borg, the real Klingon’s and Romulans to watch if not.

Mach 7 Drone Illustrates China’s Latest Leap in Hypersonic Technology

I guess we are knocking on the door of an Epstein drive (Expanse reference here) or Warp Drive. I hope Scotty can reverse the polarity in the anti-matter drive in time for it to work.

Seriously, the problem is no iron dome can stop a Hypersonic vehicle. A pre-emptive strike would be here and there is nothing we can do about it.

  • China unveils MD-22 hypersonic drone, capable of Mach 7 speeds and near-space operations.
  • The drone is reusable, can travel 8,000 km, and carry 600 kg payloads for military and civilian use.
  • It launches mid-air from a high-altitude balloon, eliminating the need for traditional runways.
  • While China leads in hypersonic tech, the U.S., Russia, and others are also advancing in the field.
  • The drone’s potential for global security and scientific innovation raises both concerns and opportunities.

China’s recent unveiling of a hypersonic drone has sent ripples through the global aerospace community. A video released by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) shows the MD-22, a cutting-edge unmanned aircraft, being launched from a high-altitude balloon and reaching speeds of Mach 7 before landing safely. This breakthrough marks a significant step forward in China’s quest for dominance in hypersonic technology. What exactly is this drone, and should Americans be concerned about China’s advancements?

What makes the hypersonic drone special?

The MD-22 is no ordinary drone. It operates in the “near-space” zone, a region between conventional aircraft and satellites. This gives it unparalleled flexibility and strategic capabilities. The drone can travel up to 8,000 kilometers (4,971 miles) and carry payloads of 600 kilograms (1,323 pounds), making it a formidable tool for both military and civilian applications.

Groundbreaking study shows dogs can use soundboards to communicate with humans

I know they can. I have to spell certain words as my dog knows exactly what I’m saying when I use them.

  • Dogs can form meaningful two-word combinations using soundboards, proving intentional communication.
  • Over 260,000 button presses by 152 dogs showed specific requests like “outside” + “potty.”
  • Dogs focus on immediate needs, unlike humans, who use soundboards for emotional expressions.
  • Future research may explore dogs’ ability to refer to past events or future plans.
  • Soundboards could revolutionize pet-owner communication and deepen interspecies understanding.

Dogs have long been considered “man’s best friend,” but a groundbreaking study published in Scientific Reports suggests that our furry companions are far more intelligent — and communicative — than we give them credit for.

The research reveals that dogs trained to use soundboards can form meaningful two-word combinations, proving they are not just randomly pressing buttons but deliberately communicating with humans. This discovery not only challenges our understanding of canine intelligence but also opens the door to deeper insights into animal cognition.

Should Have Just Used Gas Or Coal – Now Pay The Piper

“Electricity bills in New England are poised to experience a sharp increase driven by the clean energy mandates in five of the six states, which require duplicative, overbuilt renewable energy.”

Connecticut ratepayers suffered sticker shock this summer when they opened their July electric bills. While their energy consumption was relatively flat, the “public benefits” component doubled for some and tripled for others. The culprit was not hard to find given a legislative requirement for utilities to itemize the cost components of monthly bills.

“Public benefits” cover the cost of subsidies the state provides for low-income electricity customers and energy-efficiency programs. They also include solar, electric vehicle, and other renewable energy incentives.

The wide array of renewable energy subsidies and aid to low-income residents who cannot afford high-cost electricity, growing everywhere, is an increasing cost burden for power users in the Northeast.

Connecticut: Worst of the Worst

The Northeast has become the most expensive region in the continental United States for electricity. Connecticut has the most expensive electricity in the 50 states outside of Hawaii. Connecticut’s overall electricity price for this September, according to the Energy Information Administration, was 27.08 cents per kilowatt-hour (ȼ/kWh), compared to Hawaii’s 35.46 ȼ/kWh.

When I worked in sustainability at IBM (a joke in itself there), the Northeast was the most smug and misguided about the whole energy/carbon/climate issue. Never have I seen so many smart people (inside and analysts paid by IBM) get an issue so wrong because of ideology.

Well, take your smugness to the electric company and out of your bank account.

Gas is cheap and efficient. It’s not the bogeyman that you made it out to be. You picked your poison, now drink it.

Why Dolly Parton Doesn’t Have Breast Cancer

Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cabbages contain many phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals. In fact, in the late 90s, published studies indicated that there was a link between the consumption of cruciferous vegetables and lower risk for breast cancer.

(Article republished from GreenMedInfo.com)

More recently, the nutrients in broccoli sprouts and their protective effects against multiple types of cancer have seen renewed interest within the research community.

One of the key components of broccoli sprouts is a compound called sulforaphane. Broccoli sprouts that are specifically 5-6 days old contain over 100 X’s more sulforaphane than the mature plant.

In 2011, the September Oncology Report, found that sulforaphane suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation and growth. In fact, the research committee found that Sulforaphane inhibited the growth of cultured human breast cancer cells, leading to cell death or apoptosis.

Another promising study in 2004 at the University of Buffalo, found that sulforaphane inhibited the growth of human breast cancer cells and “indicated a potential use of this compound as a chemotherapeutic agent in cancer treatment.”  Can you picture the medical mainstream hooking up sulforaphane drips instead of the chemical concoction IV drips? Wishful thinking, almost comical and highly unlikely!

The Art Of Memorization – What Today’s Education Fails To Teach And How To Improve It

•Academic success is primarily based on one’s ability to memorize material. Unfortunately, the educational system rarely teaches students how to do that.

•Effective learning requires actively rather than passively engaging with the required material and being conscious of what is going on inside your body and mind so that you can determine which approaches are correct for you.

•Many of the same factors that determine overall health and neurological health (e.g., a healthy sleep cycle and adequate circulation throughout the body) also directly influence your capacity to study and memorize.

•In this article, I will review the various approaches and supplements that we have found to be the most helpful in improving memory retention and supporting academic success (along with increasing the lucidity of dreams if taken right before bed).

The primary mechanism our society uses to determine one’s eventual wealth and place in the social hierarchy is their academic performance. As such, many put forward an incredible sustained effort to succeed at each rung of the academic ladder, and in many cases, at the urging of their parents, begin that effort from a very young age. However, while a variety of justifications exist for the society adopting this convention, there are also major issues with it, such as:

•Far too many who go through it and put in a sustained effort to “succeed” end up with nothing to show for it.

•Because education has essentially established a monopoly on moving up the social ladder (which forces everyday citizens to participate in its rat race), it has no incentive to provide quality education to those it trains—particularly since unconditional federal support (e.g., student loans) subsidizes education and is allotted based on how many students attend each institution, not the quality of the education offered.

•Education primarily focuses on telling you what to do, not how to do it. As a result, those with inherent talent do much better than their peers, whereas many of those who simply try to do what they are told to do fall short regardless of how much effort they put in.

•By making people believe they need to be “taught to learn” through copying what the teacher does rather than encouraging the natural learning capacity of each student to emerge, the educational process makes students lose their inherent ability to learn or think critically.

35,000-year-old saber-toothed kitten with preserved whiskers pulled from permafrost in Siberia

Researchers have analyzed mummified remains pulled from Siberia’s permafrost in 2020 and determined they belong to a 3-week-old saber-toothed kitten that died at least 35,000 years ago.

Researchers have pulled the mummy of a newborn saber-toothed cat that died at least 35,000 years ago from Siberia’s permafrost — and the kitten still has its whiskers and claws attached.

A new analysis of the kitten’s stunningly-preserved head and upper body shows it was just 3 weeks old when it died in what is now Russia’s northeastern Sakha Republic, also known as Yakutia. Scientists found pelvic bones, a femur and shin bones encased in a block of ice together with the mummy. The circumstances of the animal’s death are unknown.

It is extremely rare to find well-preserved remains of saber-toothed cats, and this one belongs to the species Homotherium latidens, according to a study published Thursday (Nov. 14) in the journal Scientific Reports. Saber-toothed cats of the extinct genus Homotherium lived across the globe during the Pliocene (5.3 million to 2.6 million years ago) and early Pleistocene (2.6 million to 11,700 years ago) epochs, but evidence suggests this group became less widespread toward the end of the Pleistocene (also known as the last ice age).

“For a long time, the latest presence of Homotherium in Eurasia was recorded in the Middle Pleistocene [770,000 to 126,000 years ago],” researchers wrote in the study. “The discovery of H. latidens mummy in Yakutia radically expands the understanding of the distribution of the genus and confirms its presence in the Late Pleistocene [126,000 to 11,700 years ago] of Asia.”

The small, deep-frozen mummy shows H. latidens was well-adapted to ice age conditions, according to the study. The researchers compared the carcass to that of a modern 3-week-old lion (Panthera leo) cub and found the saber-toothed kitten had wider paws and no carpal pads — pads on the wrist joint that act as shock absorbers in today’s felines. These adaptations enabled saber-toothed cats to walk with ease in snow, while thick, soft fur observed on the mummy shielded the predators against polar temperatures.

A figure from the study showing the mummy and a reconstruction of the skeleton of a young saber-toothed cat.

The comparison with the lion revealed that saber-toothed cats had a larger mouth, smaller ears, longer forelimbs, darker hair and a much thicker neck. Researchers already knew from studying the skeletons of adult Holotherium that these saber-toothed cats had short bodies and elongated limbs, but the new research shows these features were already present at the age of 3 weeks.

Disney Cancels Another Woke ‘Star Wars’ Movie No One Wants To See

Here is the last paragraph, but the one that explains what is really wrong and how to fix it. The fans would come back to see this: —-> Until Star Wars is fun, masculine, cool, and sexy again (instead of prim, proper, woke, and preachy), the phenom is over. And it might be over regardless, because Kathleen Kennedy’s obsession with homosexuality and gender politics has drained the greatest franchise in Hollywood history of all its goodwill.

The Disney Grooming Syndicate has been forced to cancel another Star Wars movie and replace it with Ice Age 6.

Ice Age 6! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

The groomers had slated December 18, 2026, for some untitled Star Wars piece of shit. But in a humiliating move, because everything Lucasfilm chief Kathleen Kennedy touches turns to shit, Ice Age 6 has been slotted in its place.

Our best guess is that this Star Wars piece of shit would have been a continuation of the Skywalker Saga starring Daisy Ridley’s Rey, a Mary Sue character absolutely no one cares about. After defeating the Empire in a 2019 Star Wars piece of shit called The Rise of Skywalker, this new piece of shit would have apparently had Rey rebuilding the Jedi Order, an order that almost certainly would have been made up of effeminate men, hairy guys in high heels, dumb dads, pronouns, land acknowledgments, and homely lesbians.

I’ve lost count of how many Star Wars projects have been announced and then canceled over the past few years. Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins, Marvel chief Kevin Feige, Last Jedi director Rian Johnson, the Games of Thrones guys, directors James Mangold, Dave Filoni, Donald Glover, Taika Waititi, and Shawn Levy, have all come and gone, or at least faded.

Somehow, and I’m sure this has nothing to do with affirmative action, Kathleen Kennedy remains in charge. She destroys Star Wars, Willow, and Indiana Jones — but there she stands surrounded by her own smoking wreckage only because she has lady parts.

There has been no Star Wars feature film since 2019… Since the putrid Rise of Skywalker… To understand what a failure that is, you must remember that after acquiring Lucasfilm, Disney’s original stated goal was to release a Star Wars feature twice a year.

Next on the schedule is director Jon Favreau’s The Mandalorian and Grogu, a spin-off from a fading Disney+  streaming series that did this in its most recent season. That feature is scheduled for May of 2026. After that, another untitled Star Wars movie is scheduled for December 17, 2027.

Until Star Wars is fun, masculine, cool, and sexy again (instead of prim, proper, woke, and preachy), the phenom is over. And it might be over regardless, because Kathleen Kennedy’s obsession with homosexuality and gender politics has drained the greatest franchise in Hollywood history of all its goodwill.

It amazes me that she thinks that female-centric pop culture is what “everyone knows.”

Especially Gen Z pop culture, which most of us over the age of 30 are completely unfamiliar with (I have absolutely no clue what “Jelly Roll” is).

This is probably why she turned off comments.

The Power Of The New Media, The Colossal Failure Of One Campaign And Perception By The Other

The MSM is dead. Amazingly, the “more educated” left missed it completely. They wasted a billion dollars on the legacy media and advertising that Trump was Hitler when they could have sat down for free and talked to the American public.

Instead, they spent $1 million on Oprah, an unknown amount on Concerts, and had Beyonce show up to talk instead of sing. Outstandingly bad judgment and misuse of campaign funds.

Worse, it showed poor judgment of staff and how to run a campaign. They ran an entertainment show that wasn’t entertaining.

Running one of the worst and least qualified candidates is also a problem, but that’s another story. She couldn’t speak extemporaneously for 3 hours or 3 minutes. Everything was scripted on a teleprompter, just like Obama. That indicates their promises and the things they said weren’t sincere. They also had no clear vision of what they would do or how they would lead, and it would be exposed on a podcast.

The left are politicians, not leaders.

Steve Bannon talked about the legacy media’s decline on Friday morning. Bannon’s thoughts included giving priority to podcasters and independent journalists over the legacy media when it involves access to the President.

The video opens with footage of MSNBC contributors whining about why they lost the election. Bannon with his brilliance had some great things to say about them.

“You have to have content. If you have great content, it will find its audience,” Bannon said.

Bannon said that it is very important to focus on the next two years to secure a future for the MAGA movement.

“We got a lot of work to go through and if we don’t get these next two years right, forget ’28. You gotta chop wood now,” Bannon said.

Bannon said that it would be a great idea to move the media access outside of the West Wing and the White House.

“In ’17, my plan was to shut down that press thing where they do the briefings, put them across the street in the EOB, in the big auditorium,” Bannon said.

“Put the media over there. Get them out of the West Wing,” Bannon declared.

“The first three rows are all the podcasts, and the bros and all that. The first three rows are that new media, alternate media, the streaming services,” Bannon said of a shift in media priority.

Bannon plainly and directly called out the legacy media for their corruption and dishonesty.

“The legacy media is the enemy of the people. We just proved that. The people spoke after President Trump for four years, even his first term, has been vilified, vilified by these demons for years. You think we are going to reward you?” Bannon said.

“Put them in the fifth row, put them in the sixth row, hell, don’t even let them in the building, they are just gonna make up stuff anyway,” Bannon continued.

“Look at the polling, don’t take it from me, look at all their long faces every day,” Bannon said.

They Are Scrubbing the Internet Right Now

Instances of censorship are growing to the point of normalization. Despite ongoing litigation and more public attention, mainstream social media has been more ferocious in recent months than ever before. Podcasters know for sure what will be instantly deleted and debate among themselves over content in gray areas. Some like Brownstone have given up on YouTube in favor of Rumble, sacrificing vast audiences if only to see their content survive to see the light of day.

It’s not always about being censored or not. Today’s algorithms include a range of tools that affect searchability and findability. For example, the Joe Rogan interview with Donald Trump racked up an astonishing 34 million views before YouTube and Google tweaked their search engines to make it hard to discover, while even presiding over a technical malfunction that disabled viewing for many people. Faced with this, Rogan went to the platform X to post all three hours.

Navigating this thicket of censorship and quasi-censorship has become part of the business model of alternative media.

Those are just the headline cases. Beneath the headlines, there are technical events taking place that are fundamentally affecting the ability of any historian even to look back and tell what is happening. Incredibly, the service Archive.org which has been around since 1994 has stopped taking images of content on all platforms. For the first time in 30 years, we have gone a long swath of time – since October 8-10 – since this service has chronicled the life of the Internet in real time.

As of this writing, we have no way to verify content that has been posted for three weeks of October leading to the days of the most contentious and consequential election of our lifetimes. Crucially, this is not about partisanship or ideological discrimination. No websites on the Internet are being archived in ways that are available to users. In effect, the whole memory of our main information system is just a big black hole right now.

Maybe they can scrub stuff like my Facebook and Twitter accounts I canceled years ago. I posted some stupid stuff there.

Ten Fundamental Climate Questions the Media and Climate Alarmists Can’t or Won’t Answer

Here are 10 fundamental questions that climate alarmists never answer.

➊ You claim that the Earth is overheating. That it’s “too hot.” So, what is the correct global mean surface temperature (GMST) for life on Earth and why?

Please provide a numerical answer. Use units and round it to the nearest tenth of a degree Celsius. Then, explain why that value is ideal and cite evidence to justify your answer.

➋ What is the correct atmospheric CO₂ level for life on Earth?

What is best to optimize our agricultural productivity?

What CO₂ level will make da weatha less scary?

Give your answer as an exact value as a mole fraction or volume percentage, and then explain why that value is ideal.

➌ What exactly makes CO₂ “pollution”?

The EPA considers CO₂ to be a pollutant, legally speaking, under the Clean Air Act, and their scientific justification is simply that, it “…𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑏𝑢𝑡𝑒𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑒𝑛ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑔𝑎𝑠 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑠 𝑝𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑐 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑓𝑎𝑟𝑒.”

https://epa.gov/climate-change/endangerment-and-cause-or-contribute-findings-greenhouse-gases-under-section-202a

That’s pretty ambiguous.

Because by that measure, water vapor should also be classified as a “pollutant” because it’s also a “greenhouse gas” (GHG) — it’s also the most abundant and potent GHG; it absorbs a wider spectrum of IR wavelengths than CO₂.

So, what actually makes CO₂ pollution?

➍ Why are temperature departures from 1850-1900 climate conditions deemed as the human welfare control knob given that the overall human condition has never been better than it is today? How is was climate during the end of the Little Ice Age — the coldest period in the last 10,000-years — preferable to today’s? On what account was the weather more benign? By what measure? Be specific. Tell me how the climate was supposedly less dangerous in the 17-19th centuries.

➎ The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) that President Biden signed into law in 2022 was popularized as the “biggest climate bill in history,” but ever since the bill was signed, climate alarmists insist climate change has only gotten worse.

Why are we not seeing the bill work its magic?

https://axios.com/2024/07/21/biden-legacy-election-2024

➏ If we spend $75 trillion to decarbonize the economy by 2050, by how much will it reduce the GMST by the end of the century? Please provide your answer to the nearest tenth of a degree Celsius and show your calculations.

What does the perfect climate look like? How will we know when we get there? By what measure?

➐ The estimated cost of net zero by the year 2050 in the U.S. is $75 trillion ($3 trillion per year), according to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.

That’s a hefty price tag.

And with ~260 million adult taxpayers, it would cost each of us $288,461.54 to get to “net zero emissions” by the target date. That’s 3-6-years’ worth of peoples’ salaries.

Are you willing to shell out that money, or do you just expect that everyone else will foot the bill for you?

Secondly, if you don’t know the answer to question six, then are we supposed to just spend that $75 trillion and see what happens?

➑ If “combating climate change” is a global concerted effort, why do China and India get a free pass to continue emitting carbon dioxide without bound?

➒ Why are you so vehemently opposed to the deployment of nuclear power? It is the safest, most sustainable “carbon-free” energy technology and without the compliance regulations, isn’t expensive when compared to solar PV and wind, which are inefficient, intermittent, costly add-ons to existing electricity generation sources.

➓ If humans are a parasite to the Earth since we are destroying it, why then are you worried that climate change could wipe us all out? Wouldn’t that be better for Earth? Why don’t you be the change you want to see and “net zero” yourself?

Looks Like People Want To Drive Real Porsches

In early 2022, Porsche said electric vehicles would account for more than 80% of total annual sales by the decade’s end. That goal is still in place, although the company added an asterisk next to 2030, saying it will depend on how customers react to EVs. In a Q&A session with the press during the conference call pretraining to Q3 2024 sales, the German brand admitted things aren’t going as planned.

Chief Financial Officer Lutz Meschke said the situation in China is “challenging” for Porsche and all the European luxury brands. In the United States and Europe, Porsche sees a “slowdown in the BEV transition and the customer demand is not satisfying overall.” He mentioned that “a lot of customers in the premium/luxury segment are looking in the direction of combustion engine cars. There’s a clear trend in this direction.”

Why Vegans Aren’t As Smart – Your Brain Needs Meat

Well, first of all, they are vegans. That’s the first strike. Here’s the rest of the story that guys who like red meat will enjoy.

Dr. Georgia Ede is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist specializing in nutritional and metabolic psychiatry. She has spent 25 years researching the role of diet, particularly ketogenic and carnivore diets, in mental health and brain function, making her an expert on the subject.

According to her research and findings, “the brain needs meat.” She shared her views on a radio broadcast recently.

…[D]espite the health halo that vegan diets have been given over the last few years, she claims that giving up meat could be detrimental for mental health.

‘The brain needs meat,’ she told KIRO News Radio.

‘We’re used to hearing that meat is dangerous for our total health, including our brain health, and plants are really the best way to nourish and protect our brains.’

‘But the truth of the matter is that it’s actually — that’s upside down and backward.’

Ede has written a book on the subject: Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind. Chapters are dedicated to the impact of each food group on mental health, which are not promoted by insect-pushing globalists.

Apparently, meat is the only good that contains “every nutrient we need.”

While animal products like eggs, meat, cheese, and Greek yogurt are high in protein, it can also be found in vegan options like lentils and broccoli.

‘But many of the other essential nutrients are much more difficult if not in some cases impossible to obtain from plants,’ Dr Ede said.

She noted that meat is ‘the only food that contains every nutrient we need in its proper form and is also the safest food for our blood sugar and insulin levels.’

Harvard Doctor Confirms that Human ‘Brains Need Meat’

I don’t expect them to believe it because their diet is their religion. I used to deduct IQ points just for having such a dumbass idea for a diet, but now they are self-deducting for me.

Another Car Maker Giving Up 2035 EV Mandate

Another Lie goes down.

Back in 2022, I reported that Toyota Motor chief Akio Toyoda remains skeptical of moving to only producing electric vehicles (EVs). Toyoda also indicated that most people who work in the auto industry agree with him.

“People involved in the auto industry are largely a silent majority,” Toyoda said. “That silent majority is wondering whether EVs are really OK to have as a single option. But they think it’s the trend so they can’t speak out loudly.”

Now BMW’s CEO Oliver Zipse argues that Europe’s 2035 ban on internal combustion engines (ICE) is unrealistic and could increase reliance on Chinese batteries.

BMW wants Europe to relax its plan to ban new petrol and diesel-powered cars from 2035 onward, in an effort to reduce the region’s reliance on batteries from China. While many automakers have fully embraced electrification, BMW is opting for a more diversified strategy.

In addition to battery electric vehicles (BEVs), the company is investing in alternative technologies such as e-fuels and hydrogen fuel cells, betting that the future of mobility won’t be driven by batteries alone.

BMW Chief Says Europe’s 2035 EV Mandate is “No Longer Realistic”

They just want to force their climate nonsense on us when in fact it’s a control issue by the Climate wienees. They tried making us act like sheep during Covid and we’re not going to do it again. This level of technology of battery-powered cars is not the answer, especially when they can turn them off for social non-compliance.

100 % Says It’s Also Spying On You

Did you know that the average annual cost of in-home care in the United States has now surpassed $60,000? It’s a staggering figure that’s leaving many families scrambling for alternatives. But what if I told you that an unlikely solution might be just around the corner?

A Good Reason To Stop Using Windows

Cyberattacks are more common than ever, and if you’re a Windows user, you’re probably feeling the impact more than others. Hackers are always targeting Windows PCs, and you’ve probably seen reports about how system vulnerabilities let bad actors get to your personal and financial information. However, if you want to understand just how many cyberattacks Windows users face every day, you’d be shocked to know that the number is well above 600 million. This proves that cyberattacks are on the rise now more than ever.

600 million a day. That means your odds are pretty good. I’m not saying any other OS is infallible, just not as hackable as Windows is.

I worked with Microsoft from the DOS 1.0 days. I’ve known what a POS Windows is. Use it at your own risk.

I also had to work with the company Microsoft. It was another POS to deal with.

Yo Momma Jokes and Meme’s

The last time I posted this category, someone got offended that I would make fun of my mother. I didn’t make fun of my mother and they missed the entire point. I’m making fun of my friend’s mothers, the way the jokes have always been. It’s sarcasm, not the theory of relativity.

I’m pretty sure that reader is gone now, but it’s not going to stop me from posting sarcasm and stuff that’s funny if you stop being stuffy. I’ve chased off lots of readers, but I still post stuff I think is funny and stuff I’ve said. In this case, it was probably in middle school.

The Problem With “Science” Is The Scientists

The scientific method is a wonderfully useful tool for understanding our universe. Its socio-benefits are self-apparent. I’m certainly not anti-science; if anything, I’m a big fan. My life is better because of it.

But I’m also aware of its limitations.

For starters, science is not synonymous with truth — and the scientific method is an extremely limited tool. Yes, we’ve used it with great success to understand our universe, but its utility is not universal.

Woe to the man who only understands the universe via the scientific method. You’d miss the most important things in life!

In its purest, axiomatic sense, the scientific method (i.e. attaching a hypothesis to an observation, developing a replicable test, and recording the results) is self-correcting, because future experiments should address any incongruities. As the quality and frequency of experiments improve, better data should arise.

At least that’s the theory.

But in actuality, the problem with “trusting the science” is threefold:

  1. Scientists are just people, and people are biased. The scientific community is not immune to bias, political pressures, the lure of career advancements, or the impact of preconceived agendas.
  2. The scientific method is only as good as the quality of its experiments, and far too many things (climate change, evolution, biological studies, health) are challenging to directly experiment. For example, it would be extraordinarily useful to know what our current temperature would be without any manmade greenhouse emissions whatsoever. (Hey, maybe the Global Warming alarmists are 100% right.) But we don’t know because it’s not something we can directly test. Instead, we’re left with cherry-picking clusters of facts and using them to build various arguments. And that leads to…
  3. Our current usage of “science” has led to a ridiculously large number of false positives. That’s because it’s far too easy for biased scientists to generate media attention (and raise money) by publicizing a conclusion that’s centered on cherry-picked data. It happens all the time, and it’s gotten to the point that it’s practically a cliché: One week, a “scientific study” is announced that says chocolate (or whatever) is the secret to weight loss. Next week, the study is denounced. It’s practically a weekly occurrence.

Too many unethical scientists are wearing the cloak of “science” to lend the veneer of credibility to utterly unscientific conclusions. Chief among them is Scientific American magazine, which announced last month that it was endorsing Kamala Harris for president. In the magazine’s illustrious 179-year history, it has made presidential endorsements exactly twice — in 2020 and 2024 — and both times, they were anti-Trump. (Very odd, eh?)

Scientific American explained its “logic” in an article released today: “The 2024 Presidential Election Will Make or Break U.S. Climate Action.” It’s worth reading because it’s absolutely NOT a scientific piece. It’s an aggressively liberal screed on public policy. And because you can’t test planetary climate cycles via direct experimentations, the Scientific American “scientists” did the next best thing: They used a computer program that spits out whatever data it’s been designed to regurgitate.

Indeed, that’s exactly what they did. In their article:

To provide a broad look at how potential policies under Harris or Trump would shape future U.S. [greenhouse] emissions, Orvis’s team at EI used its Energy Policy Simulator, an open-source computer model. The researcher compared current policies under the Biden-Harris administration with more ambitious policies that achieve a target of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and with the policies laid out in Project 2025. The found that the latter scenario ‘basically stops the progress that’s been made’…

How scientific! They relied on Project 2025 — which Trump has repeatedly disavowed — as their sole basis for GOP action. And then they found a computer model that gave them the pro-Harris results they sought.

Presto: Here’s the science!

It’s silly and disingenuous. But it’s also deeply damaging to actual science because it sullies its reputation. By contorting “science” into something it’s not, liberal activists are actually engaging in a very specific form of Climate Denial: Their unabashed dishonesty, political manipulations, and brazen opportunism have created a climate where scientists can no longer be trusted.

It’s too bad. If you’re a true fan of science, this is not at all what you want. But that’s the reality today.

As it turns out, the biggest problems with science are the scientists.

Serves Them Right For Not Acting Like Men, Or Soldiers

A new case report published at Science Direct reveals that three veterans of America’s military, all men who decided they were women, got cancer, and that may have been the result of the chemicals they ingested as part of their “transition.”

The transgender agenda, one of two major ideologies being pushed onto America by the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, the other being abortion for all, is misleading at best, as scientifically transgenderism cannot happen.

The fact of being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level, and no chemicals or surgical mutilations actually change that.

The report identified the cancer victims as men who decided they would live as females, and they took estrogen.

“Estrogens, acting through multiple pathways, have been associated with the development of thyroid cancer,” the report said.

It continued, “Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) with estradiol is a cornerstone of treatment of transgender women, but thyroid cancer has been associated with estrogens. Clinicians should be aware of this and discuss it with transgender women—in the context of limited data on thyroid cancer in this population—to eliminate health disparities.”

Where Is Indiana Jones When You Need Him?

Did you know that two life-sized replicas of the Tabernacle have already been constructed in Israel?  One is in the Timna Valley near Israel’s southernmost city of Eilat, and the other one is located at the Eshel-Hashomron Hotel near the city of Ariel in Samaria.  Both of these structures already contain replicas of the Ark of the Covenant.  Of course, those that created both of these life-sized models of the Tabernacle insist that they are only to be used for educational purposes.  But could that change at some point in the future?  After all, once the Ark of the Covenant is revealed to the world, it will need a home.

After the original Temple was destroyed in 586 BC, the Ark of the Covenant entirely disappeared from the history books.

There is no historical record that says that the Babylonians captured the Ark, and no Babylonian leader ever claimed that it was in Babylon. But the Ark of the Covenant was not present in the Second Temple either, and so that indicates that those that built it also did not know where it was located.

So what in the world happened to it? Personally, I have become convinced that it is still in a chamber under the city of Jerusalem where it was hidden prior to the Babylonian invasion.

On the official website of the Temple Institute, it is clearly stated that the Temple Institute knows exactly where this hidden chamber is located…

While some claim to have evidence that the ark is in Ethiopia, and of course, moviegoers were treated to a fanciful version of the story in “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” in reality, the expression “lost” ark is not an accurate description for the Jewish people’s point of view – because we have always known exactly where it is. So the Ark is “Hidden,” and hidden quite well, but it is not lost.

Dreamscape, In Real Life. Entering Other People’s Dreams

Just like the movie from 1984 (great movie by the way)

The mysterious world of lucid dreaming has become a little clearer after scientists achieved two-way communication between a pair of people.

It sounds like something out of sci-fi Inception, where people can steal from one another by entering other’s lucid dreams, but firm REMspace, which focuses on helping to improve both lucid dreaming and sleep, is striving to make it a reality.

As has been reported across multiple outlets, the company claims to have used a combination of specially made apparatus, including Wi-Fi, sensors and servers to deliver the breakthrough.

However, they have not revealed the exact technology used to do so. Meanwhile, the technology has not been reviewed or replicated by other scientists – it is therefore still awaiting validation.

According to multiple news outlets, the two participants were in separate homes when researchers beamed a word that had been made through a unique language.

REMspace CEO and founder Michael Raduga said: “Yesterday, communicating in dreams seemed like science fiction.

“Tomorrow, it will be so common we won’t be able to imagine our lives without this technology.

“This opens the door to countless commercial applications, reshaping how we think about communication and interaction in the dream world.”

In a post on Instagram on October 9, Raduga said: “REMspace achieved the first-ever communication in dreams. We have already succeeded twice (on September 24th and October 8th, 2024). More details soon”.

The Final Ruination Of Star Wars – ‘Star Wars’ Reveals Its First Transgender Stormtrooper

First of all, stormtroopers are clones of Jango Fett. That means they are all the same. They are all trannies or none of them are. They are grown to act in obedience to orders, not defiance or pervertedness.

That is how Star Wars works when written correctly. Good vs Evil. Rebels vs the Dark Side of the Force. There is no woke or social justice warrior Karens, other than Disney and Kathleen Kennedy.

If they were trying to kill the franchise for good, this is one of the final nails in the coffin.

The audience, while being wide is still the geeks who collect action figures and believe in the story as it should be told.

Now this:

The introduction of the first transgender “stormtrooper” in the cherished sci-fi franchise by “Star Wars” has prompted split fan reactions.

The new trans character’s name will be “Sister,” and the stormtrooper was debuted this week in a new book called “Star Wars: The Secrets of the Clone Troopers.”

The book featured images of the character dressed in armor painted in the transgender flag’s pink and blue hues.

“When one of our kind expressed her gender identity differently than her fellow troopers, she featured [sic] she’d have to hide who she truly was inside. Fortunately, her brothers in the 7th Sky Corps gave her the name Sister as a constant reminder that she belonged,” the Star Wars Holocron X account posted.

Study: EV Owners Have Larger Carbon Footprints – More Info They Hide About The Climate

The moonbats at Phys.org had almost caught up to Scientific American when it comes to subordinating science to wokeness. Then they went and admitted that EV owners sin against their own godless religion by having larger carbon footprints:

A pair of psychologists and an economist at the University of Turku, in Finland, have found that because the average electric vehicle (EV) owner is wealthier than the average person, they still have a bigger than average carbon footprint.

So it is not transportation that offends the weather but wealth. Don’t worry, leftist politicians have a cure for that.

Despite EV owners being wealthy enough to waste money on expensive green posturing, their playthings are heavily subsidized by those of us who do not. EV manufacturers naturally raise their prices to match the subsidies.

Your life without a computer: what does it look like?

Your life without a computer: what does it look like?

I lived for over 20 years without one. No GPS to drive. No cell phone to text. I can do math in my head and write in cursive. I took a chemistry class with a slide rule.

We used to say we’d meet friends in a particular place at a certain time. Occasionally we’d have to use a payphone, but many times it was a handwritten list of directions. We all got there, mostly on time and at the right place.

Sure it makes a lot of stuff easier, but I did all of my thesis papers without Google and used the library as my search engine. I still type, but I learned on a typewriter.

My sense of direction is much sharper than the computer kids as is my grasp of a lot of knowledge and pattern recognition.

I think it would be slower, but I’d have a helluva lot easier time than any of the alphabet generations would. They laugh at OK Boomer, but have no idea that we can do a lot more when the power is out and there is no internet.

We just went through Helene and I was fine with no power, no internet and survival instincts I learned growing up.

The Enigma of Graphene NanoBots: (Hint, Graphene Was In The Covid JAB) – The Jabbed Are The Borg

Hidden within the depths of COVID-19 vaccines, an enigma awaits discovery: graphene nanobots. These microscopic entities, composed of graphene oxide, possess a dark agenda that threatens human health and autonomy.

In the vast landscape of scientific advancements, one enigma stands out: graphene nanobots. These microscopic entities, crafted from the extraordinary material known as graphene, have captivated the imaginations of researchers and innovators worldwide. Yet, behind their seemingly miraculous potential lies a disturbing and ominous reality—one that could shape the future of humanity in unforeseen and treacherous ways.

Graphene, a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a two-dimensional lattice, possesses remarkable properties that have paved the way for revolutionary breakthroughs in various fields. Its strength, flexibility, and conductivity make it a coveted material for applications ranging from electronics to medicine. However, the integration of graphene into nanobots takes this technological marvel to a whole new level.

These minuscule robots, driven by the power of nanotechnology, possess the ability to navigate the intricate terrain of our bodies with unprecedented precision. Their potential applications appear endless: targeted drug delivery, tissue repair, disease detection, and even neural interfaces. But as with any profound technological advancement, questions arise about the potential risks and unintended consequences that may accompany these seemingly remarkable creations.

One concerning aspect of graphene nanobots lies in their potential for infiltration and manipulation. As they navigate through our bloodstream, these microscopic agents have the capacity to interact with our cells, tissues, and even our DNA. The prospect of intentional manipulation or unintended side effects raises alarms about the invasion of our bodily autonomy and the potential for irreversible harm.

Furthermore, the implications of the widespread deployment and utilization of graphene nanobots in society are shrouded in ambiguity. The possibility of surreptitious surveillance, tracking, or alteration of our physical and cognitive functions becomes a disconcerting reality. As these nanobots become more integrated into our daily lives, the line between human agency and technological control blurs, giving rise to a dystopian world where our very essence is manipulated and exploited.

With Good Reason, More Americans Are Skipping College

Is college still worth it? According to Newsweek, millions of Americans are just saying “no.”

Why? Because, according to a new poll, many see universities as a place where political agendas replace useful skills, and they walk away with $300,000 in debt that cripples them for life.

In fact, college enrollment is down 2.5 million since COVID-19, while the share of 18- to 26-year-olds working in the trades has gone from 25% pre-pandemic to 31% today.

Meanwhile, a recent Gallup survey found only a third of Americans—of all ages—say they have confidence in universities: 32% said they have little or no faith. That’s a big drop from just a decade ago, when 57% had faith and just 10% did not.

Of those who lost faith, 41% said liberal indoctrination has taken over, while 37% said college doesn’t teach relevant skills. The rest cited the cost.

story

It’s a theme that people are figuring out that colleges are just indoctrination factories. While there are a few good ones (see the story posted below) and there are a few degrees needed for advanced education, the social bullshit they put students through is being exposed as not worth it.

Also, in the theme of woke that I’ve been on, people are tired of it and a lot of it starts with colleges.

Microsoft-Owned LinkedIn Using People’s Data To Train Artificial Intelligence Models – How I Got My Revenge

Now this:

Professional networking platform LinkedIn has confirmed that it automatically uses personal user data to train artificial intelligence (AI) models without first informing its members.

The LinkedIn app displayed on a phone in London on Jan. 11, 2021. Edward Smith/Getty Images

The California-headquartered company said in a Sept. 18 blog post that it has updated the privacy policy element of its terms of service to include language clarifying how it uses the information shared with it “to develop the products and services of LinkedIn and its affiliates, including by training AI models used for content generation (‘generative AI’) and through security and safety measures.”

The platform said that there is an opt-out setting for members when it comes to using their data for generative AI training.

LinkedIn is owned by Microsoft, which has invested heavily in OpenAI, the developer behind ChatGPT. According to the FAQ section of the platform’s website, the AI models used to power generative AI features may be trained by LinkedIn or another provider, such as Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service.

Harvard’s Finest – Now Taking Remedial Math

Harvard Launches ‘Introductory’ Math Course for Students Due to Covid Learning Deficit

Harvard Launches New Intro Math Course to Address Pandemic Learning Loss

The Harvard Math Department will pilot a new introductory course aimed at rectifying a lack of foundational algebra skills among students, according to Harvard’s Director of Introductory Math Brendan A. Kelly.

The course, titled Math MA5, will run alongside two established math courses — Math MA and MB — with an expanded five-day schedule.

Kelly said that students in MA5 will meet with “one of two instructors all five days” with “a variety of different activities” on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

More at the link above, but I aced Algebra at 15 and I couldn’t get into Harvard if I tried.

These kids are paying $84000 a year to take high school courses. They are trying to blame it on Covid, but I’ve got news for you. There are a lot of kids who didn’t get behind and aced Calculus and Differential Equations.

Harvard is not an elite school anymore.

Euro-Greenies Fail Again: Italy Demands the EU Scrap its 2035 Internal Combustion Phaseout

Italy Seeks Reversal of EU’s 2035 Combustion Engine Ban

By Alberto BrambillaSeptember 07, 2024 at 11:45AM EDT

Bloomberg) — Italian officials said the European Union’s plan to ban sales of new internal combustion engines from 2035 should be reviewed.

“The ban must be changed,” Energy Minister Gilberto Pichetto Fratin said on the sidelines of the Ambrosetti Forum in Cernobbio, on the shores of Italy’s Lake Como, on Saturday.

Pichetto Fratin called the decision by the EU “absurd,” and dictated by an “ideological vision” along with a state-controlled approach to policy-making within the bloc. The plan needs changing in order to reflect different market realities amid the European auto industry’s slowdown, he added.

Industry Minister Adolfo Urso also backed a change, urging the incoming European Commission to anticipate the review of the plan to early 2025, from 2026. “In an uncertain landscape which is affecting German automotive industry, clarity is needed to not let the European industry collapse,” Urso said in Cernobbio.

These greentards are delusional. Carbon and petroleum are not the danger they claim, nor is electricity the panacea they propose

It’s Because They Want To Stay In Business By 2030

Volvo has announced it will be getting rid of its plan to sell only fully electric cars by 2030.

The auto manufacturer announced on Wednesday, that it is now aiming for 90-100% of its global sales to be either pure electric or plug-in hybrid at that point.

The Swedish company said this will “allow for a limited number of mild hybrid models to be sold, if needed.”

The latest move by Volvo comes after Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen have both previously announced a shift in their respective EV strategies.

“An electric car provides a superior driving experience and increases possibilities for using advanced technologies that improve the overall customer experience,” Jim Rowan, CEO of Volvo Cars, said on Wednesday in the written statement.

“However, it is clear that the transition to electrification will not be linear, and customers and markets are moving at different speeds of adoption,” he continued.

Joey Chestnut Sets World Record by Downing 83 Hot Dogs – Unfinished Beef

Not only that, Kobayashi downed a personal best of 66 in this contest. Either would have won Coney Island this year by a mile.

Joey Chestnut defeated longtime rival Takeru Kobayashi in a hot dog eating contest on Monday afternoon in Las Vegas, chowing down a world record 83 hot dogs in 10 minutes.

Chestnut broke his own record of 76 hot dogs in 2022. Kobayashi finished with 66 hot dogs, his personal record.

“This is amazing,” Chestnut said afterward. “I’ve been trying to hit 80 hot dogs for years. Without Kobayashi, I was never able to do it. He drives me. We weren’t always nice to each other, but I love the way we push each other to be our best.”

It was the first meeting between the hot dog eating champions in 15 years.

“I feel like I did everything I could,” Kobayashi said.

Chestnut is a 16-time Nathan’s hot dog eating champion in the 4th of July competition on Coney Island in Brooklyn, which he was disinvited from this year after signing with rival hot dog maker Impossible Foods and its vegan hot dog.

Netflix live-streamed Monday’s contest, billed as “Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef.”
