A couple additiona. Vacation and personal time are prorated. IBM has not said what the formula is but a fair estimate would be 70% I think. For most IBM’ers, that can take advantage of this offer, that is 25 days vacation and 5 days personal time. Using 70%, that would be 9 days additional work. Also, just because you can’t be “RA’d” you can still be fired for “performance” reasons.
